Dear sir/madam,

i have purchase a moto g4 plus 16gb phone on july 2016 and in just one month of purchase the phone has a problem of automatically switch off 18-20 times a day then i have gone to service centre of motorola at rajkot then i have submitted phone after 2-4 days they return my phone after just 15 days again phone has started same problem again i have visit service centre they hava again badly repair and give back to me after 2days then after 1 month​ phone is continually switching off and hanging to much and display problem then i called to motorola customer service and tell that i have already submitted phone 3 times then also many problem i am facing they told again you can give to service centre rajkot we will personally solve problem i have tell okk but now please give proper repair and then give it to me. They told ok,
now again phone is too much hanging and display problem and to much many problem i have called their tgey are not giving answer and from 20 days they are telling that we will call you in 24-48 hours.

    Dear sir,
    As l purchased the motorola moto m (64gb) android phone on dated 5/01/2017
    Through flipkart.
    After using sometime i came to know that there's a defect on the
    Creen, there is a gape between screen attached to the metal body.
    First of all i could not recognise the defect, but seeing it carefully it
    Looks very odd.

    And secondly, finger touch pad sensor is not working properly and the
    Third and final is overheating problem of battery.
    I went to motorola service centre 2 times, and left the phone there for a day, but
    He couldn't solve the problem.
    I have submitted my phone again to the service centre and im providing you the job sheet detail please coordinate with this and take an serious action otherwise ill go to consumer court.

    So please solve the problem by changing the defective piece as soon as
    Possible.
    I am waiting for your direction.

      Hi motorola team,

      My name is madhav gawade from pune, i am software professional and soon travelling abroad for 6 months. My previous phone developed some problem due to which i purchased moto g5 plus without any second thought. Placed order on flipkart on 30th march 2017 and delivered to me on 1st april. After 12 days of minimal use its screen started flickering to the point to which it was hard to operate mobile apps and functions. I have submitted my phone to kavya enterprises motorola care centre pune and got to now that it will be repaired and not replaced. Also to repair it they will need 10 working days. Care centre agent told me you’ll be receiving call from or repair department regarding your phone repair date & status, still now i did not receive any call from them. Now am travelling abroad on 22nd april and not sure when can expect my phone to be repaired. The whole purpose of purchasing this phone was to travel without any complications in mobile communication. If repair is not done before 21st april this phone would be useless to me. This is my first motorola product and i regret my purchase.

      My name is Renuka Singh from Vadodara, I am HRprofessional and came to Delhi for some assignment. My spouse(Mr. Abhinav Sinha) gifted MOTO G5 Plus on 20th March. I came down to Delhi for a month on official assignment. Before boarding the flight, cell Mike is out of order & I am unabale to talk to family members. The monent I landed I went to the service cdenter Locaed at Noida, Wave Mall, they told that it will take 20 days to fix the problem. I didnt even use it for a month and encountered with major hurdle.
      I am a very loyal and consistant customer of Lenevo, MOTO since last 5 years but I am really disappointed with the way I recieved the product & services.
      How will I manage in a city Like Delhi, without cell phone for 20 days. Now I am forced to buy a new cell phone, though I already invested that much amount on MOTO G5plus.
      I have now no option rather than changing my product line frm MOTO to other product range. I was almost into tears & accountfelt very helpless.

      It was very disheartening experience, Though we both me & my spouse are using MOTO since last 5 years.

        Respected sir, here me durgesh yadav i hearby i m complaining you about how i got issue in my moto g4 plus i bought the mobile at 20 august 2016 after a few month i got problem in my mobile the headphone jack was not working properly i visited to near by moto authorised service center b2x which is in thane mumbai i got my problem solved after a few month i got same issue i visited again i take a tocken and filled a form related to mobile issue which was headphone jack was not working properly the employee of the service center where to careless he solved my headphone jack problem but he spoiled my camera and camera flashlight now it's not working before giving to him all thing was right my camera was good as provided by company but now he is telling motherboard issue is there u have to pay something 2000 rupes but according to company policy the phone will be damaged then only he can charge but it's happen by him he spoiled my camera hardware setup then y i should pay and another thing i gone again yesterday now the service center is became to unauthorised now it's replaced to kalyan murbad road now suggest me what should i do

          I purchased Moto G4 Plus from Amazon in the month of October and it was delivered with the Ghost Touch issue after that I visited service center, they updated the software and returned the set back to me. But after updation of software, something very weird happened with the phone after which it automatically restarts several times but was working after several restarts, but on 29th March it got shutdown and was starting with only restarts, I was not even able to unlock the phone whose video sample is attached, I was not able to insert the sim as it was restarting whenever sim inserted into it. I visited to service center on 1st April, 2017 with Job sheet Number - SRINE[protected] & asked them to repair the device and provide me the data but they formatted the handset and then asked that its mother board will be replaced, and we will return it within 15 days. But till date I am getting the same update from them that "Part has not yet been received from the company". I called Motorola customer care thrice and asked about the update, they said it will be resolved within 3 days, but as far I didn't got any update from them as well. Till date I am facing these issues under the condition that my set in under warranty, afterwards, they will charge for each and every visit which is not bearable as my set is with them since last 17-18 days. I cannot spend my time on following up of such things, hence I request you to refund the money back to me. I do not want to deal with Motorola anymore.

            I had purchased moto gxt 1557, imei no_[protected] on 20_06_16from akshita gifts & greetings vikas bazar mathura, it was not in working order in feb 17 resulting i went to akshita gifts and greetings to ask service center. They took phone from me and assured for with in one week but it was not given. They given me a customer information slip where customer name was ramesh sharma they tools me that we send ramesh sharma to agra service center. Till date they assured me for next two days. On 17/04/17 they gave me an another moto service record but refuse to give my mobile and told me to seek help from consumer court. I don't have any option to get my mobile which was committed for one year warranty.

              Hello,

              I bought a Moto G4 plus mobile in July last year and I have identified a problem (automatic switch off) in December/ January and from then on I have submitted my phone at authorized service center for 4 time till now and even now they couldn't​identify the cause, not resolved the problem yet. They keep on changing motherboards without knowing what the problem is. I have only 2 more months of warranty and I'm pretty much sure that they cannot resolve the problem within it. So, I'm lodging a complaint to get this problem resolve or replace this defective phone. I would be more happy if you could return back my money taking your defective product.

                On 3rd april 2017, my moto x play handset has shown no nw for 3g and 2g, while it is working fine with 4g data.
                This is happening only for sim slot no1. I checked up with moto customer care and they asked me for doing factory reset. This has not helped. Then i was asked to go to service centre. The service centre guys after 3 days told me that the handset motherboard needs to be replaced and it will cost me rs 7500.
                This was randomly happening sine jan 2017, but i ignored it as the issue was getting resolved after handset power off and on. Although handset had persistent problems like overheating, battery draining fast etc., i thought it was a normal behavior of x play.
                I have been using different handsets since almost 20 years. I never came across such problem for reputed brands like samsung. Now asking rs 7500 for poor workmanship and quality, it is asking customer to pay amount which is equivalent to buying a new handset.

                  Hi,
                  I brought Moto x force, Which is premium phone of its segment.
                  I paid Rs 50000 for and within 6-7 months the phone had Mic and speaker volume issue . I went to service center in Ahmedabad, it was under renovation for 2 Months .After 2 months they just cleaned the mic and speaker and again I found the same issue. Now again my mobile is in service center for last 1 month and the service center is replying they have not received the parts.
                  Motorola has no capability to deliver a premium phone with expected service. It is an untrusted brand. I made a mistake by trusting moto rather than Apple.

                    I buy Moto g4 on 12 Sep 2016, its having problem to screen then i submit the phone to Kavya Enterprises Pune. they change the screen of phone. few days back phone having battery problem so i go to Service Center on Karve Road they said there is no any history shown for this phone & there are some screw missing and some are changed in this phone we are not going to accept this go to the Service center where you repair this phone the i go to Kavya Enterprises again now they are saying we will check if we found anything physically i am still waiting for there reply and there number is showing off. if I change my phones screen before then how its not record in history. Phones warranty is still on. PLEASE HELP HOW CAN I REPAIR MY MOBILE NOW.

                      I have bought moto g5 plus from Amazon service on 1st november.
                      Problems :
                      1) shadow displaying: after using some time some application and when we close it .It will show that application part as shadow. (common problem in moto g5 plus)
                      2 )after using for 5 mins phone get overheated suddenly
                      3) they say it's turbocharging but it's not working my phone take 3 hours to get 100% charge
                      4) earphone not working properly

                      Now I got this problem and I went to service centre mean to say legal service centre Surat.
                      When I went there it's take almost 3 hours to get your turn for the problems.
                      After getting turn I told my problem, they check my phone and they told me this all problem is because of a dent and I was like where the hell is dent show me and they show me very small I think in .5 mm where some colour get removed because of cheap material used by your company and they said u are out of warranty .
                      When i told them is not dent I asked them to gave me in writing at first they said no to me. I have a video of saying no to me that I will not give in writing .And then after so many arguments they gave us in writing . Now my problem is not solved so I m thinking that this service centre worker is fooling me or company is fooling us. If my problem gets not resolved I will go to some of the youtuber and tell my problems to them and I will make sure your fraud company get stop. I hope my problems get resolved I don't want to take it to other level .

                        My Motorola G4 plus phone's charger stopped working on 26th March 2016.I gave it at Nagashree Service Center on 27th March 2016 which is an authorized service center for Motorola in Udupi, Karnataka. They assured that it will be replaced by the company as it was well within warranty period.Its been 10 days now and from past few days I am enquiring about it.First, they are not providing any relevant information about it as to how many days will it take? They just say when it will come we'll call you and disconnect the call when I am still trying to on the call. I had reported this at Motorola's Customer Care via call.They said the status by the service center has not been uploaded hence, they cannot help.Is it the duty of the customer to communicate between the company and their service centers?
                        I want them to provide me with a particular date as to when will I receive it or at least update me with the status.Or else admit the replacement cannot be done even though it's within the warranty period, because they are not making any affirmative statement about the complaint.

                          I'm facing problem with gost touching for last two months and unable to use the device.
                          I have approached the authorised services station of Motorola Moblie M/s. Sai Vision Mobilo, Kolhapur Maharastra on March 13, 2017.
                          Till date I have given it 4 times to the same service outlet and had hardly used for 5 days in last 29 days.
                          Regret to inform that the problem is still unresolved. The service outlet is not confirming the timeline and resolution of the issue.

                              I purchased moto g4plus through amazon in august '16 since it's troubling i complaint n not times with no positive response always excuses, went to fix the sim slot not working they fix the problem but added two new problems
                              1. Overheating not getting turbo charging
                              2. Speaker hissing sound coming up after the repair
                              They escalated the problem without repair or replacement
                              Mobile with service since jan on/off

                              My kind advice to all don't ever buy moto products post sake it sucks

                                Hi,

                                I used to work in Motorola during[protected]. I wanted to transfer my PF to my current account some 6-7 years back. My transfer request remained untraceable. I again applied some some 3-4 years back with the same result. Finally I decided to withdraw the same and sent a request through speed post to their Motorola Bagmane Tech Park Bangalore office. To my utter dismay, the post returned back for some reason unknown.

                                Could someone help me ?

                                  I have MOTOg4 mobile, am facing problem of charging, i am located in mumbai,
                                  their all service centers are not helping as my phone is under warranty.
                                  First they never pick the phone, second if they pick they are not interested to talk and cut the call, am trying to contact them since 2 days.

                                  Please never but any moto product as ther never serve you better after selling the product

                                    I brought Moto E power few month back. The phone is getting heated unsually and charger don't work effectively.

                                    I replaced the charger from service center, yet again it's the same.

                                    It take one whole working days to get your problems rectify and loss of one day wage.

                                    Also, battery drain out rapidly last not even a day.

                                    Please look into the matter.

                                      I bought my phone on october 2015.phone has a complaint on september 2016 and the board has been changed within the warranty period and got my phone back after 28 days.now a week before the phone is complaint again and i took it to the service centre and they said the board has to be changed again.it cost about 10, 000.the thing is its been only 6 month since i have changed the board and i have to change it again.this is not right.i want my phone repaired.i want to get an answer from the officials immediately.

                                        I have purchased moto g4 plus. The charger stopped working within the 6 months of purchase (it was in warranty). I complained about that to the service center (Famous computers, in Bareilly) they first took my defective charge and gave my new charger after 2 months (too late). And my replaced charger is also not working properly after 2 days. I asked him to replace, since he has the only service center here, he always ask to come next day and asking a lot more time again to replace it. During all this process, the charger is now out of warranty period (because first time Motorola did not provide proper service) now what should I do to get a proper working charger?
                                        My replaced detective charger is still in the service center (it's almost a month now).
