motorola Company is using very cheap quality for making Handset MOTO Z PLAY

Just from height of 2 (two) Feet my phone felt down and the powerkey has been blocked inside and after giving my handset to service center they said that they motherboard is damaged and have to replaced the motherboard

From this we can understand how cheap quality is motorola using in there handset

    Myself vinay khurana ([protected]), i bought moto x style on 2nd feb, 2016.
    It is more than 3 months in a warranty of 12 months, this mobile is submitted at service centre. Please tell me is this company's policy of passing time??
    Now my phone is out of warranty... My phone is still submitted at khushi communication, tilak nagar, west delhi. They r well trained in passing time. The only sentence i heard there since my phone is submitted, is "it will take one more week" what is this???
    Please tell me is this company's policy of passing time??
    (Time - the only thing given by god to human... Every employee getting salary by giving his life's time to employer.)
    All this is happening for only one small problem of my moto x style phone's "power botton" which is not working. Motorola/ lenovo is not able to repair this very small problem of their own product.
    Big-big shame for them & officials of this joint venture.
    I became handicap without my phone for 2 months. Not easy to stay for 2 months.
    We r big fans of moto.in my family, we all r using only moto phones.
    This is my humble request to officials of moto/lenovo. Please swap my phone
    This my be only solution to my harassment & my time taken.

    Myself VINAY KHURANA ([protected]), I Bought Moto X Style on 2nd Feb, 2016.
    It is more than 3 months in a warranty of 12 Months, this mobile is submitted at service centre. Please tell me is this company's policy of Passing Time??
    Now My Phone is out of warranty...My phone is still submitted at Khushi Communication, Tilak Nagar, west Delhi. They r well trained in passing Time. The only Sentence I heard there since my Phone is Submitted, is " IT WILL TAKE ONE MORE WEEK" what is this???

    All this is happening for only one small problem of my Moto X Style Phone's "Power Botton" which is not working. Motorola/ Lenovo is not able to repair this very small problem of their Own product.

    OMG... TWO MONTHS... Resolution time?
    It looks like I am better of buying a phone from another company, which actually respects its customers.

    Motorola you were at the brink of closure, until lenovo took over.
    I hope you close down and stop messing with someone else's time and money if you can not respect the one thing, that keeps you alive.. YOUR CUSTOMERS

      I m useing a moto g4 plus mobile.
      purchase date 12/jun/2016 this is in under warranty
      IMEI no. Is =[protected]

      This phone was not working good. I was suffering with phone charging, battery over heating and backup, Display problem. I went to service centre and told about all those problems. But when executive seen my phn she told me may be phn hd liquid because a indicator is showing red (my phone never meat with liquid ) but when she open my phone. nothing was like that no liquid found in mah phone and she took my phone in under warranty service. And after some days. When I recive my phone back they told me they changed motherboard in mah phone. And I got mah phone back. But after 2-3 days I seen same problems ( in battery and display, hanging ) again. But when I went again to service centre. Again they told me indicator is red but my phone never meat with any kind of liquids even executive admit that and nothing found on my phone the indicator was already red . Now they making me phool with a bloody red colour they saying this is an indicator.

      Now I want to get back my money I don't want to use product of this 3rd class company. They are seriously Cheaters...

      I purchase moto g turbo in previous year. the phone was repair 4th times in 6 month in warranty and now this time the phone show same problem. i told all time in service center replace my phone but they do not replace. i request to you please replace my phone and take some strict action for the company.

          6 months ago I purchased moto x play. After 2 months it's motherboard's problem started and then battery problem. Then company took 3 months to exchange motherboard. Now there is brightness sensor and display problem. Automatically Display shuts when mobile is under sunrays. Battery is not charging and mobile is now not accepted at care center for repairing.

          My last repairing job sheet no was SRINE[protected]
          Now give me mobile replaced.
          Last time company took 3 months to replace motherboard and battery. It is giving headache. I spent 17000 rs to purchase my mobile. Now I feel it is my mistake that I purchased Motorola x play. Now I wish to alert other people by posting my issue and experience about Motorola so that others will not do mistake of purchasing Motorola mobile

            Hi,
            I bought a motorola product namely moto-g 3rd gen cellphone on 3rd march 2016. By dec 2016 i started facing issues in it's display. It was showing image retention. I went to the service center of motorola-lenovo located at the address 108, dda towers, upper ground floor, janakpuri district center, janakpuri, delhi 110058 on 1st feb 2017. They told me it'll take them 7 days to fix the problem. I went to the service center again on the 11th of feb and they said that they still haven't got the part required to fix my phone. The guy at the counter said he'll get my phone fixed by monday. On monday yet again i received the message that my phone is still waiting for the part. I tried calling them at the given number however, in 42 attempts their phone rang only 4 times to which no one answered, rest of the times it was busy. As i am working in a 12-9 shift, i can't go back and forth every other week to check the status of my phone. My cellphone is necessary for me as my temporary cellphone doesn't have whatsapp, gmail etc. It's causing me great inconvenience.
            My phone has been given the ticket number srine[protected] for repair.

            Wednesday :- Went to the service center today and they have yet again asked me to come back later on Saturday (18th Feb 2017).

            Saturday :- Went to the service center in the morning, they asked me to come by evening 7 PM since last time i took a written proof from them that they will return my phone by this Saturday. However, in the evening they called up and said that they'll return my phone on Monday. 5 trips to the service center so far.

              Hello Sir/Madam,
              I have given my Motorola g4 plus phone for repair on[protected] as there were many problems in the phone. This is the second time i have given it for repair. I have purchased the phone on[protected]. The authorised service centre said me that they will be returning it back to me on Monday i.e[protected]. They did not do it. Then after a week i asked them again for my phone. they asked me to wait for further 3 days. i waited. Then after 4 days again i asked for my phone. they asked me again to wait for more 3 days, till date I haven’t received my phone.
              This behaviour of service centre authorities is not acceptable. i request you to take a strict action against them. They have kept my phone for 23 days upto today and don't know when they will return it. This leads to my phone value decreasing even without me using it. I request you that i want a claim of Rs.12000 as from the day i have purchased the phone after one month I have been facing problems with the phone.

                After a 2week of repairing.I am going to resubmit my mobile moto g4plus at motorola service center nal stop Pune. For the same issue for which last time i submitted mobile. but this time they I'll not accept my mobile due to water damage (white powder spot on fiber cover not near to battery ) issue. and they'll not clear about last time status and working. Last time I submitted for 15 days for speaker issue which have detected to service center. After 15 days they'll call me and Request to collect my mobile from service center and also say speaker is changed. At the time of delivery also they say the part is changed(speaker). But now they say that last time speaker order is cancelled because of water damage. At the time of delivery there is no issue of water damage. Now I just want to know just for checking of water damage they'll submitted my mobile for 15 days ? and whenever I call they'll say order is placed part is coming soon.They I'll never say that my mobile is water damage and under warranty that part is not change.
                Now u repair my mobile in warranty and give the details of last 15 days when i submitted my phone for last time.. speaker was not changed... this is my problem please look to it. That's why the same issues are created.

                  I'm Moto g4plus customer. I brought this product just a week ago almost.
                  I already locked the complain about the cheap and poor quality earphones on their legal website.
                  I almost spent 15K on moto g4 handset but the quality of earphones are worst n cheap in the range of 15K as compared to any cheap or standard brand.
                  They promised to call me back within a 24 hours regarding this issue. But no response from their side. When I asked to another support person that support person literally said "I don't know about this."
                  If their support persons are saying "I don't know" then where will complain about the same.
                  I hope you will look into this matter as soon as possible.

                  When I feel the complaint twice they promised me to call back in next 24_48 hours but didn't respond.
                  But each time they didn't call back.
                  How cheap level customer services they are providing.
                  Still I have not got any response from Motorola company...

                      My IMEI/SN No is [protected] .Moto g . Purchased on 20/09/2016 . It is automatically switching on and eroff on its own from day one .Given to service centre .Now too given since 6/1/17 then again e centreon 30/1/17.Service centre is not giving computer generated receipts and charging 5500/- for it even under warranty period.It has became a life to run after service ever week where they give lame excuses and turn down and not call u once even .Now my guts tee period is going to be over soon on Sep -2017 .What will happen after that ?

                      I Tapaswin Padhy purchased Moto g plus 4th gen white 32 GB whose serial no is [protected] but from the day 1 itself it showed display problems. Company took it rectified it and sent it to through courier as I had bought it online.
                      Then again it showed same display bouncing back problem .I deposited it at its service centre Techno care soln pvt ltd District Center Janakpuri Delhi 110058 on dtd 21/12/2016. After running and waiting tidiously the scenter gave it on Jan-2017 .
                      After 15 days on it showed the same bouncing of display problem .When I went to same service center on dtd 30/01/2017 to my surprise they said it was out of warranty then said it was due to your fault of say pressed so you have to pay Rs 5500/- and gave no computerised job card rather photostate of my application.
                      Till now I have been running there waiting hours and they are giving false pleas as the spare part has not come & we are not finding your mobile .After writing to u they have lowered the amount from Rs 5500/- to Rs 4000/- but still harassing and not giving .This is the case when it is in guarantee period.

                      Insisted to pay Rs 4000/- .
                      I told him that same was the fault at beginning then same was the fault for which given to your service center last month and for same problem I am giving it now .I showed him the original receipt in the beginning as without it they don't listen where dt of purchase was written and it was dt 20/09/2016 .Still they said Rs 5500/- is to be given and they gave a photocopy of my application instead of computerised job card

                      I state that as it is in guarantee period they shouldn't charge . So they should send back my money Rs 4000/- taken. Service center was not willing to give receipt to it .
                      So please let me know weather company/your service center is sending me my Rs 4000/- or not ?

                        Approached Lenovo service centre located at Dilsukhnagar (Hyderabad) for display problem of my Moto G4 plus which is having warranty period.The service centre person said that they need to change the display & after 4 days they called me & handed over my mobile & said that the problem is resolved. But after 2 days the Same problem persists. Moreover the service centre people are not professionally educated..

                              I am facing problem with Motorola service center as well as costumer care of Motorola ... as i have purchased Motorola G4 play by Amazon in month of September 2016 and they have given me 1 year warranty of Cell phone and 6 month warranty of accessories but since last month i was facing battery issue in my phone as battery got discharged suddenly after full charging so i did visit Motorola Service center in My City ---- Simran Electronics ... Address is Simran Electronics 21- A Nehru Nagar Near radha Krishan Mandir Agra 282002 . The staff of Motorola service center was so rude they were not ready to attend my complaint Issue but after requesting many time they took my complaint registered.. Complaint number is ---SRINE[protected] Complaint Date is[protected] and they have submitted my Phone battery and ensured me that i will get back my new replaced battery within 5-7 working days ...I also discussed with costumer care executive at the same time about this issue and as per customer care executive also ensured me that battery will be change within 5-7 working days. but now when i ask about my battery from Motorola service center they replied me that they have no information about it so wait for next 20 days as well as costumer care executive of Motorola also have no information about this they told me that arranging call back from his senior some Mr. Sushil .but i did not received any call back from this person and when i ask from costumer care executive about this they again give me same resolution that "" we don't have any information about your complaint and again we are arranging call back from our senior with Mr. Sushil .
                              But no-buddy providing any information about my complaint.
                              So please look into this Matter as soon as possible. as i am unable to use my Phone without battery ...

                                I am sanjay kakadiya, my mob no. is [protected], i have given my motorola x play for repair in customer repair center RNA Services, surat as on 22 December 2016, my complain no. in motorola customer care is[protected]. there was issue about not charging of phone so that i give it to repair center,

                                when i give my phone to repair center they told me that i will get my phone after week, but as time goes they are giving me new time at every call, and still i have not getting phone back.

                                when i call customer care they told me you will get response in 24 hours from escalation team, and then after no any one call me. and when after few days escalation team calls me they are again gives me new time,

                                and also they are offering me new phone(moto G4 plus) RS 13999/- in place of moto x play RS 17399/-, but because of less value of it i rejected to take..

                                Because of not getting of my phone and my lots of pending work i have purchased another phone so that now i want my refund in the place of phone.

                                i am requesting you please make something fast process and do my refund process..

                                i have attached below bill of purchase and letter if repair center..

                                Give my full refund..
                                Because of very late in repair(it's 48 days), I purchase new phone,
                                Because of new phone I have no needs of old phone..
                                So just give my full money refund..

                                Today date 16/02/2017 I call repair center, and they again told me part is pending and phone is not repaired...

                                After two month not mobile is repaired or not my refund process is done, no one calls me from Motorola care, no one calls me from repair center, no one calls me from escalation team, no any reply via mail from Motorola and Indian consumer forum..
                                Is any one live..
                                Is Motorola becomes China??
                                Is Indian consumer stop there works??

                                  After 1 month of purchasing a moto g4 plus it getting scratch on back camera glass. That's why I am not able to take photos. I have visited service center and they said it will cost me 2200 to replace this and there are so many users are already there fir the same issue. I have Google it and found so many bad reviews about that low quality back camera glass. So i am requesting the Motorola company to provide one time free replacement of back camera glass.

                                    I have brought MotoG4+ phone a month ago from amazon . As of now its showing a screen shadow effect, it means any app or anything used few minutes back will remain on the screen background due to which it creates shadow like effect and deteriorate the screen. Also it has heating issues.After the latest Android 7 update the issue has worsened which made me to find online solution where i found lots of people facing same issues.I inquired Amazon for replacement as they have given me faulty phone, which it still continues to sell giving special discounts.But it didn't work out in-spite of manufacturing problem they refused to replace the phone . Then yesterday finally i went to Motorola service center in Borivali (Mumbai) and addressed them the problem they refused to take phone for replacement then i asked them if not replacement at-least they can repair for the problem.I was left waited for 1.30 hrs and finally they took the phone with no assurity of problem being resolved .I asked them ambiguity for problem resettlement, then he told that we will change the screen but even after changing people are facing same problem.Still i left my phone at costumer care for 10 days to repair it but very disappointed with Motorola as it is neither helping online to troubleshoot the problem neither it helps in service center for replacement.

                                      I had submitted my handset at the official motorola service centre at the start of december and is now more than 2 months however the only reply i get from them is that the parts are still not available for the display issue.

                                      their fake promises and the pathetic rude staff at the service centre and the people at the call centres giving fake promises is now tiring.

                                      Need a quick solution to it now.

                                        I purchased Moto G Plus, Next Gen. by paying Rs.14999/- through Amazon.com on 7th of july 2016, My phone stopped working in Nov.2016.I talked in the company to replace it as it is in guarentee period but they denied.I went to the service center named B2X -033 BM, Karve Road, in Pune & submitted it for repairing but till today I didn't get my phone back.Whenever I go there they say it is not mending yet & it is companies fault.What can I do now.
