Hi,
I have buyed moto g4 plus mobile in amazon. And i used that mobile for 20 days, then after the display gone blank automatically. I complain to amazon but they said to contact manufacturer, i contacted to motorola service call center. They refuse to replace mobile and they said that it is in warranty. I accepted for repair that mobile and i given that mobile to b2x service center of motorola. They said they will give in 10 days. Now its up to 17 days but till now it is not resolved, i called many times to motorola service center but they are saying wait for two days our executive will call you. No one is called, again i called to them and again they are saying the same thing. Am facing a lot of problem with this. I cant use to check my mails, whattsapp or any social services in proper time. I hope this this mail will help me.

    I recently gave my moto x style(your flagship phone last year) to your authorized service centre Sai Communication, Bazariya, Ghaziabad. It had a weird speaker issue where it would just reduce volume drastically if I play anything after 5 seconds. They returned it after 22 days with a non responsive screen. First the bottom part was a little unresponsive, then it grew to half the display's touch functionality not working (the display was fine- just the touch not working). I returned it back again on 8th october as the device was still under warranty, as always they said, "check back after a week". Now it has been 26 days, sometimes they don't pick up the phone, when they do they always say, "the part isn't here yet, it's being shipped from bangalore". Today when they picked up the phone they just said, "call back after a week again!". Every week it seems like the same story, they always say call after a week! How long does it take for a display panel to ship from bangalore? Even if the guy was on a bicycle he would've been here by now! This is just pathetic customer service. I have been a motorola user ever since the original moto x. I still use a nexus 6 as my backup phone and I love the screen. I was planning to buy a moto g4 plus for my sister but now the recent turn of events had shook up my faith in the company. Now my phone's warranty just expired yesterday, If they screw something up this time around it's gonna cost me a lot of money to repair it, Even the touch screen digitizer is 6500 bucks! Motorola please look into this matter and either extend my warranty or provide me with a replacement unit if possible so that I can have peace of mind and enjoy my device. Just give me my Moto X Style back asap.

    Is this the default reply that you guys just copy and paste to every complaint. I tweeted on twitter and got the same reply word to word. Then I thought maybe it'll help if I just mail them as they said. I mailed them a detailed email regarding the issue and not surprisingly, I got no reply!

    Regarding the status of the phone, I've been calling sai communication, gzb. Since 40 days now. Yes, it has been 40 days and I haven't got my phone back. Everytime they say the part isn't here yet and it's not in stock even in their headquarter! I mean how sloppy motorola, You don't have a display in stock of the most premium phone you made last year! I'm feeling stuck here having bought a motorola phone, is this how you treat your customers after making a sale?

    Okay, Officially 46 days later after taking my phone in for repair, the guys over at sai communication tells me that my phone can't be repaired as there's no display in stock and will never be. You need to talk to the guys over at motorola support who just are of no help, they just tell refer you to people and never get anything done! They just told me to collect the phone back from there after wasting 45 days of precious under warranty time!! Now my phone is out of warranty and the damn display costs 6500 bucks which they don't have in stock!!! This is just awful Motorola! This was not expect from a world class phone manufacturer like you!

      I had given my moto g3 to air voice company (authorised service center of motorola) address :374, bellilious road, howrah - 711101 on dated 16.09.2016 with a minor charging problems. it is almost 1.5 months, i did not get my device back. i had contacted both air voice and motorola with a request to repairing my device. but after uncountable communications, all i had get is nothing but bluff. now i want to share my job sheet of repairing job for a necessary help from competent authority.

      Since last 2 months you and your service center are bluffing me. Moto has no professional ethics and it was entirely my fault that i bought a Moto Set. Tell me how a minor charging problem take more than 2 months to repair. I dont need your escalation, it was made 3 times but no result was made.

        Date of visit to motorola service center : 31st october 2016
        Description :
        My moto g turbo mobile purchased online via amazon.com on 8th may 2016 (in warranty) suddenly got heated up on 30th october 2016 and automatically got switched off.
        I earlier also visited same service center on 17th october 2016 as sim 1 pin got detached while removing sim card but service center representative refused to repair it free of cost stating that its a physical damage.
        This time my same handset got automatically switched off so i decided to visit motorola authorized service center at vashi i. e. newtech but instead of checking my mobile having root cause of overheating, service center member started asking for a service charge of rs. 300 for checking defect. i refused to pay as it is duty of service center to check problem with device.
        The staff at newtech is extremely non cooperative and i want to lodge complaint against motorola and newtech (service center) for not performing their duties and asking for service charges to check defect of mobile.

          I got Moto G 3rd generation on Apr 16 2016, It worked fine for first 5 months but after that it is not able to detect sim slot and so we gave the phone to service center in tirupathi(Sri valli Communications), They return the phone in 20 days but issue still exists. This time we again gave the phone to them on september 12th but even after 45 days there is no update on the phone, They always say they are looking into ths issue but not sure what they are seeing, Can you please help us in getting our phone repaired (or) provide us new phone as the phone is within warranty period.

            Dear sir
            I have submitted my motorola mobile model moto x play in the 1st week of august 2016 at bhubaneswar authorised service centre namely"cci smart services" bearing job id bhv/mg/16/010488 because of its slim slot problem. I have got collected from them on 06/09/2016, after few days i found it's front camera not working and again i have submitted for repairing on 12/09/2016 which they have marked as bounce case. After two days i got a sms in my registered mobile “job id is created bearing bhv/mg/16/02012” which till date pending with them. I again got an sms on dt. 01/10/2016 mentioning your device is ready for pickup but when i reached at the authorized service centre they told me by mistakenly the message has gone to you because crm updation. They service centre told me that, wait for some days we will inform as soon as your mobile will be ready. After that i have called the customer care centre ([protected]) and narrate the incident, registered my complain. After few days i got a call from motorola escalation team told me your device will be ready by 14th of october, after that again i call customer care, again motorola escalation team executive told me it will be ready by 17th of october and the same processing is going on till date. I have also informed the motorola office through email which is below mention having customer reference no[protected]. Out of my one year warranty service they are kept my mobile for last three months and not resolved my issue and giving me false commitment of delivery for which i am suffering a lot. I request you kindly issue a new mobile phone to me so that i will be oblige to you.

            I have given my mobile for repairing in your authorized service center in bhubaneswar. It was with them for last two months. The quality of service of bhubaneswar center is very poor as well as pathetic. My job id are

            In the first phase they have changed my mother board which take more than one month and when i check my mobile, my front camera found faulty which before repairing working perfectly. Again they told me it will take few days for repairing. On 01/10/2016,
            I have received message from your authorized bhubaneswar service center (Smart service) that your device is ready for pick up. On 03.10.2016 when i enquired about status of my job sheet at your authorized centre, they are told me it was not ready,
            It will take another 15 days time. As company like motorola which is market leader in handset manufacturing and providing customer service, so i will request you instead of so many repairing kindly provide a new handset or kindly keep it with you as 12 months of warranty period it was with the service center for more than 02 month.               मैंने एक मोटोरोला का फोन लिया था। जनवरी 2016 में।। उसकी चार्जिंग में समस्या आ रही है। मैं सर्विस सेंटर गया था वो कह रहे है कि मुझे मेरा फोन एक माह(30 दिन) के लिए जमा करना होगा। मैंने कहा मुझे backup फोन दो या जल्दी से रिपेयर कर के मेरा फोन दो क्योकि मेरे पास कोई और फोन नहीं है। इस पर वो कहने लगे की जब तक मुझे कंफर्मेशन नहीं दोगे हम इसपे काम नहीं करेंगे मैंने कहा मेरा फोन तो चल रहा है आप डिवाइस मंगवा लो और मुझे फोन कर देना मैं आ जाऊंगा और लगवा लूंगा वो कह रहे ऐसे नहीं होगा आपको जमा करना ही होगा। मैंने कहा लिखित में दो की आप ऐसे करोगे आपको 30 दिन चाहिए उन्होंने कहा मैंने बाहर स्टिकर लगा दिया है इसके लिए मैंने स्टिकर चेक किया तो some days लिखा था जिसका ये मतलब कोई भी नहीं निकाल सकता कि वो 30 दिन फोन अपने पास रखेंगे। मैंने कहा मुझे लिखित में दो तो पहले तो वो मना करने लगे फिर आधी अधूरी जानकारी लिख दिया मैंने कहा मैं इस नोटिस की फोटो कॉपी लेके दुबारा लगा दुँगा और फिर शुभम नाम के स्टोर मैनेजर मेरे साथ धक्का मुक्की करने लगा। अब् आप मोटोरोला वाले या तो उस स्टोर मैनेजर और अपने मैनेजर क्लाइ फ सख्त कार्यवाही करिये या फिर मुझे बताइये की आप लोग उसके खिलाफ कार्यवाही नहीं कर सकते ।

                I have purchased Moto G3 in October 2015. In 1 year of time span 3 months my mobile at service center only due to Mother board failure and some other technical issues. Now again touch is not working.

                So am requesting to refund my amount back or replace the handset.

                  As my cell not operating well. I have purchase it 3 months back in which my cell was in the services center for more than 1 month... Problems are mention below

                  1. Auto operate problem without any instructions.
                  2. Heat too much while working and charging.
                  3. Audio jack not working properly.
                  4. Rude behaviour from the service center and call service center. There is no professionalism in this company.

                  See i have purchase this cell for rs 15000 and what experience i am facing with you..

                  Now i will approach with consumer forums to complain for both motorola and amazon.

                  When i can purchase a moto e mobile at 3 months before, but i have some problem in mobile, then i go to moto service centre they said this mobile does not have any warrenty because this mobile IMEI number is not registered in flipkart..thn i contact flipkart service centre they cant respond...soo dont buy any products in online...

                    I have Bought my MotoG Turbo from Amazon and after some months i got some issues with my phone, They directly asked me to wait at the service center for 1-2 hrs and it will get repaired and i called the company after 5 hrs and they asked me to wait for a day after more then a day i called the company asking them about the phone and they simply said it will take a week to order a new mother board and as soon as the mother board arrive we will get it repaired in 10 min after more then a week i called them and they said tommorrow mother board will arrive and after the mother board has been arrived they asked for two more days to get it repaired and when i took my phone back from them i got speaker isssue and again same story happened at their first place they promised me that as soon as speaker will arrive it will take just 30 min to get it changed and now asking me to submit it for 3 more days, Please help me dealing with such fraud service centers in India and ban these companies if they can't resolve the problems

                    Heat during charging, negligible battry back up, screen vibration during charging, hanging problem..over all i can say that mobile is not in the condition for use. So i request you to replace it as soon as possible.

                        I've baught Moto 3 2nd generation this year on March 31st through Flipkart!
                        And from past few months i have a problem, I keep observing it!
                        Whenever I keep my phone in my pocket after locking it, Automatically song starts playing, and most of the time it goes to guest user, or automatically the bluetooth, hotspot, and location gets on! And while using online apps/games, automatically the notification bar moves up and down, and suddenly the recent app button gets pressed! I don't know what is happeneing! I feel, my phone got hacked or is it just a touch sensitivity problem! I Reseted the phone before once when it was happening! After resetting it stopped for sometime, but again it started! Please help! Thanks in advance! And now i've resetted it again!

                          Hi,
                          I am purchased Mot0 E3 power black on Ocatober 4th 2016 and received on
                          Octobre 10th 2016 5 pm. Then onwards it's giving some problems.

                          1) Automatically dialing from dial pad. (PFA video clip)
                          2) Caller is complaining about call quality.
                          3) Phone has been heating while Data has been enabled and calling to others.
                          4) Phone charging is taking long time.
                          5) It's not at all finding the network. Every time need to checking network
                          operator.

                          Please do the needful. I am trying to call to customer care number but it's
                          not at all reaching.

                            I purchased a Moto Xplay mobile through flipkart for my Sister, After 10 days when she started using the mobile she came to know that speaker was not working in the mobile. I tried to return back the mobile but since it was more than 10 days from purchase date they refused to get return. So i gave my mobile at Motorola service center (Cell Charm137, NSV TOWERS, PERUNDURAI ROAD, (NEAR ERODE COLLECTOR OFFICE, & NEAR SUDHA HOSPITAL)ERODE – 638011, Erode, TAMIL NADU)

                              I had submitted my moto g4 plus mobile for repairing in warranty on[protected] to moto g service centre in janakpuri. They said to repair in one week then after that i visited there after week and they said product has recieved u can take ur mobile after 2-3 days after 3 days i visited again they lied and said product has not received and said come after a week and not solving my problem so i took my phone back without repaired and they r fooling with me so please take action against them and do something about it.

                                I have bought a mobile phone (moto g4 plus) from amazon.in
                                In the first week itself the phone started heating while using apps and charging.
                                As this is a new phone it has a turbocharger feature which charges phone in very less time, but with my phone it use to get charge in 5-7 hours, so to solve this issue i spoke to amazon, they suggested me to visit motorola service center.
                                I went to the service center as it is a motorola service center i was already prepared for a pathetic customer service, i told them the whole issue. after listening to my problem they asked me to leave the phone in the service center, which was not possible for me as i had only phone that time, i asked them if there is a issue how much time will it take to rectify the issue, and it was 20-25 days as per the service center representative. i requested him to please have a look once in front of me and he refused again.
                                So i came back with that issue only.
                                Today (19.10.2016) it's been like three months and my phone has several issues now.
                                1) phone vibrator is not working.
                                2) phone gets heat while using apps (even when using the preloaded camera app) and charging.
                                3) phone is now slightly bent from bottom, must be because of overheating.
                                4) phone automatically gets off anytime.

                                I went to the service center today and told them the entire issue, as obvious they refused to even examine the phone, then i spoke to motorola helpline:i told the issue to him the customer service representative said he cant do anything if the service center has refused to do service.
                                I asked him what should i do now, he said talk to seller (amazon.in) from where you bought this phone.
                                After that i called amazon.in helpline, after listening to my issue amazon customer representative told me to talk to the motorola only.
                                Now amazon has also refused to help, motorola has straight away said a no.
                                This is a last option for me to write here.
                                I hope this will help me.
                                I have attached picture of my phone for consideration, as you can see there is evidence of damage or scratch.
                                I have always kept mobile phone safe.

                                  Main board of my mobile is not functioning properly. so i gave it to service center in Ludhiana to Cell Tech India on 21 September. Customer care executive is saying that they have escalated my issue to higher authorities and they will call me on 26 September, 1 October, 4 October, 12 October and every 4th day I receive a mail that your device will be repaired by 12 October, 25 October, 28 October. I ask he address of their head office they said that they dont have any head office. Since 26 September I am waiting for their call.
                                  Its in Motorola Warranty Terms that if there is serious issue customer can demand for -
                                  1. repair the device,
                                  2. claim for new device,
                                  3. refund their money
                                  They were saying that they dont have such policy. Same things are written in their warranty terms which is in their website Motorola.in.
                                  They were bluffing and simply extending the date.

                                    This is regarding my Motorola Xplay Mobile.

                                    I was send this phone to you service center on 30th July,
                                    2016. Still i have not received my phone. Your helpdesk
                                    every time reply me that contact to your service center and
                                    service center is not picking up my phone and if i visit
                                    personally they reply that part is not received and 2 times
                                    parts received is faulty from motorola. For me it is not
                                    possible to visit personally every time to your service
                                    center because it is 150 KM away from my hometown. So, reply
                                    me about the status of my phone and reason why it was
                                    pending from last 2 month otherwise i need to take some
                                    legal action on you.

                                    Yesterday i called moto service center( shree balaji communication ), he said that part dispatched last 8 days Motorola side, but not received till date, i call back moto help desk, he said that sir your call escalated upper level, he called you 24 -10-16 date, pls dont call help desk. i request my phone is last 3 month submitted service center. and my phone warranty expire service center.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I had purchased moto g4 play from amazon.in vide order number #[protected] by paying an amount of Rs.8999/- .The invoice does not have vat amount in it which otherwise is mandatory. I have found the product is defective one since it has got two sims which i have acativated with different telephone operators i.e.BSNL AND AIRTEL . If i make a call from BSNL sim call goes from AIRTEL and vice versa. When i contacted the seller i.e AMAZON.IN they say the return should be within 10 days only after purchase . I found the problem from 12th day onward of the purchase. I contacted the authorised service centre of Motorola mobility centre at Rajaji Nagar Bangalore who after inspecting the handset told me that the mobile should be reformatted. I formatted as told by the service centre still my problem could not get resolved. This amounts to gross negligence on the part of the seller as well as deficiency in customer service and care.

                                      Therefore I would like to lodge a complaint against amazon and motorola mobility and request you to pursue the matter with the above seller and manufacturer..Kindly do the needful and help me out from the present problem. In case if you need the invoice copy and the chat made with amazon people for doing further in the matter at your end.
