I have bought Moto x play, and from the first Day itself rear camera stopped working. After contacting customer service, they have suggested to reboot the phone which didn't help. Then I submitted it to customer service center Marathahalli Bangalore on Nov 8th, they told motherboard is defective and it needs to be replaced. It's been more than a month I haven't got my phone repaired. Every time I call, they tell that part is not received....

Over the last 3 weeks, my motorola g4 plus handset is in service center and i am not getting any positive response either from service center or from any motorola executive. Every week i am getting a call from motorola executive and every time they ask me to wait for 1 more week, which is negatively affecting motorola customer trust.

I don't understand the problem regarding my case its been 3 weeks...

I have submitted my MOTO G3 with the Friends Collection service Centre in varanasi since 1st October 2016 bt till date I have not got any updates from their side. When contacted they say that part will be imported from hong kong and the I will get my device. Week after week has passed but till date no information is available. Company says one more week everytime and service centre is not ready to listen. Myonline complaint no is SRIN[protected]....

I had bought Moto G 4 plus (got it on 30th May 2016), because Mototorola is a very renowned company. I was very happy with the mobile for few months; but I started having issues with the mobile. It was automatically getting switched off. It used get switched off 8-10 times after starting it and then used to function for sometime and then again used to switch off . I can't download or update any app from play store. My net is working fine and can use chrome etc but play store is what creating a lot of trouble.
I can't use some of the app as it says first update "google play services" but its not getting updated.
It doesn't give an error message but shows downloading... and then finally stops!

Service centre staff misbehaving and also use abusive language with me..
Owner of Motorola service centre called me fraud, ' Me tumhe dek lunaga', and many other bad things...
There are other customers and my friend also which can become eye witness of this matter or it can be proof by CCTV camera.

I bought mobile on 17/10/2016. It stops working after few days and I gave the mobile at service center on 18/11/2016. Almost 20 days completed and there is no response from customer service center and also from moto support india.
I do not know when they will deliver my mobile. Please look into this.

I have purchase my motorola phone 9moto x stle) the day it has launched.
After purchasing this phone i am not satisfied after 3 months because the touch problem came in it.
I have submitted it to b2x motorola service centre rani bagh and they change the display and return it in 20 days of submission.

I have a moto e3 power black 16bg only one old but the device had defect.
When i connect the device with my home theater using with aux the device can't play the video song & also mp3 song.

Three times i am complaining about this problem in moto customer care

I want to complaint for Motorola service. I bought Moto X Style through flipkart. But only after 4 months the touchscreen was acting weirdly, sometimes it was unresponsive and sometimes it works on its own.

I had given my mobile(Moto X Force) charger for replacement on 22/10/2016. Customer service representative assured the replacement in 3-4 days. Till date, (i.e. 26/11/2016) I have not received my replacement charger.
