I have purchased Moto G4 Plus on 19th Dec 2016, when i have revived the phone its wifi, bluetooth, Hotspot functions are inoperative. when i have submitted my phone to your authorized service center located in pune, maharashtra on 28th Dec 2016. Since that day I haven't received exact date when i get my phone repaired. Buying a phone worth INR 15000 and still i am facing such issue immediately after receiving issue. This is the worst case i ever experienced. Frankly speaking i want my maoney back dont wont to continue with Motorola.

    I got my Motorola Moto G4 plus 5 months back and got few issues in the cell in recent days, i contacted motrola care and they said me to give the headset to service center. I went to Kyathi Communication, Rajaji nagar, bangalore and gave my phone for service.
    They provided me with a contact number for any queries, i called them up to know the status but the phone number they gave was not get connected (the number never gets connected), it was just a fake number i guess. I got back my phone after service but the issues still occur as the service center didnt repair my cell. Also the agents in the service center were very arrogant and unprofessional and were acting impatient when i was telling my issues.

      Motorola authorised service centre hace ILLEGALLY exchanged my motherboard not once twice and gave me both time the faulty one and i asked mine then they said it yours and i proved it but they denied for my service abusing me and not doing my work as my phone is in warranty still they didnt doing the work and its been 2 months

          I have purchased this phone on 16/2/2016 and after few months i have faced many problems in this phone than i went to Motorola repair center than they give me back after 1 months. after few months again i faced problem than again i give this to repair and they give me back after one month. i had gave my phone 3 times. now again i am facing my problems.
          thats problems are touch screen problem, display problem, speaker problem, ringer problem, network problem, headfone jack problem, hanging problem, battery issue problem.
          now i want to replace my phone or i want my money refound.
          because for repair my phone i have to go 200-500 km away. here is not near any Motorola repair center.

          I bought this phone 6 months earlier but in the past few days the phone hangs all the time like while taking calls, browsing net or in many other cases.

            I bought moto g4 plus off amazon in six months back. I have been experiencing rapid battery drain since couple of days. Even though my battery is fully charged, it shows remaining time of 2 hours It drains faster than usual. Seems like Motorola has programmed it's devices in such a manner that after a certain period of time, the battery life is significantly reduced in order to make further money through repairs. Motorola has still not fix the heating issues of this device. Absolutely irresponsible behavior. Despite all the negative reviews on it's heating problem, i purchased it because of Motorola's credibility but guess I was wrong. Highly Disappointed. I want my refund.

                I had a problem with Moto G2 mobile for which I consulted the service centre and they told it's a battery problem and made me pay 1200 RS. After that the phone was not charging so I again went and they said it's a pin problem and now they are saying that it's a port problem and asking me to pay 1300 RS more. They are just fooling around and making me pay more and more.

                  I have a moto 360 2nd gen and because of a battery fault, I had to claim warranty for the same. I have submitted my watch to the service center on 25th November. Initially was told that i will receive it under a week, then 3 weeks now its been 5 weeks and nothing has happened.

                  Customer service doesn't respond and the service center doesn't receive my calls. I have repeatedly sent emails and have also called the customer care but to no avail.

                  I even warned them that if I dont receive an update by 27th, I will go to the consumer courts and inspite of that, I haven't received a call from them.

                  I want a full refund of the cost of the watch, nothing less with damages.

                    Complaint regarding Motorola after sale service, phone bought from flipkart, My touch screen is heating alot like it's burning, my little cousin had was burned due to this I can't use it for more than 3 minutes it will burn my fingers, so I had visited service centre they because my phone has only no sound problem within 20 days of buying phone and I had used it for only 10 days so I visited there they repaired my phone but after that they replaced my original display touch speaker and battery with old or fake one so I told them to change they refused me once but my sikh friend shouted om him then they take again my phone they put scratch om my phone's body and he was laughing and ignoring what I was saying and they trolled me for 2 months I was calling them not they, I had spent over 800 rupees conveyance charges to visit service centre I had visited 7 to 9 times there at least problem was only no sound because of defective accessory given my motorola.

                      This is with respect to the conversation held between me and motorola Executive. from 21th.Nov, 2016 i am taking frequent follow ups from your site and still received only FAKE PROMISES.
                      I got a mail of matter escalation on 24th.Nov, 2016 and follow up via voice calls and after that i received mail from motorola head branch wait for one week to get mobile in hand.
                      Also i received mail from service center representative (Sagar Yadav ) regarding my device on 5 dec, 2016
                      ''REPLACEMENT IS APPROVED FOR YOUR HANDSET".
                      After that i received thrice of times calls from motorola head office Authorities and said me wait for one week to get mobile in hand and this is so frustrating for me.
                      As discussed(online chat) with your customer representative( BHAVYA) that time they told me like "As per the work order no device is repaired so please check with the service centre for exact status".
                      then i contacted with local service center (b2x) by call. and i am surprised to listened that still my device is not yet dispatched from warehouse and no idea about same.
                      As co-ordinated with you in last mail you suggest me to collect my device from local service centre or else receive new job sheet. But they have no information relating my device like dispach and replacement..they also check my device in CP&P system in which system shows only approved device from motorola but not dispatch.
                      As i had series of discussion with sagar yadav he said me he tried best for his level only pending from motorola side. I request u please look seriously in same
                      Immediate action is expected.

                        I was happy when I bought this Motorola G4 Plus handset online. I was a Motorola fan during year 1997-98 during the time I was using Motorola D60. It gave me utter surprise when the issue with the current instrument is established by your Authorised service center in Bangalore.

                        Issue: The video is not displayed properly when streaming. This is true for any video whether from the default app or otherwise. It shows only green square marks on the screen and the video practically is not seen/understood though the audio is clear. This is an issue from the DAY 1.

                        Now, let me give you the background. I bought this instrument online from Amazon.in with a faith in the brand and the product. Initially I thought that there may be some “settings” issue because I wasn’t sure about it and I have been using Blackberry and Samsung instruments in recent 5-7 years and never experienced Motorola product. It was not resolved for couple of weeks even after I did the ‘factory set’ twice and formatting and re-installing everything, asking friends etc.

                        Please understand that I work for a multinational company at a senior level and do not have such time to spend after researching in your product after paying Rs 15k, nor do I have any inclination to venture into the research.

                        Finally, I had called up your call center[protected] on 25 Nov 2016. I did once again re-set all and formatting and deleting everything whatever they told me to do. Called up once again on 26 Nov 2016 to inform them it’s still not working good and asked for any authorized center. Now, new story begins. I approached your authorized service center “B2X, Marathahalli Bangalore 560037” #[protected]. My personal visit to them has revealed that there is “no settings issue” but the product is faulty. Mr Prakash who is the technician there is quite efficient and gave me the feedback that the PCB (a mother board) is faulty and needs to be replaced. Though they could not provide me the Job order on 29 Nov 2016 with the reason that the CRM is not working. And they would be able to provide me the manual Job order which I wasn’t ok. I once again called up your call center to inform that what has happened and told them that I am not ok with the “HEART” – Mother board being faulty in the product.

                        I visited the service center again on 01 Dec 2016 i.e. yesterday and have submitted the product there with Ms Sushma’s help and Mr Kumar completed the procedure smoothly. Call center has informed me that for swap request / replacement of the product as well I need to submit the current product to the authorized service center. The Jobsheet sheet bearing number SRB2X[protected] is attached herewith. (IMEI number [protected]) I have also attached the invoice copy for your ready reference.

                        Now, coming back to the issue. I would request you to go through my conversation with your call center agents (Ms Haripriya who could not connect me to the supervisor Ms Sony) I am NOT OK WITH ANY KIND OF REPAIR WORK AND I HAD REQUESTED THEM TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT.

                        Please also refer my chat with Ms Sony on 02 Dec 2016 reference number: 161 202 – 01 8060. (Options given Swap the product / Refund money).

                        BUT NOW, I have lost all trust I had for the product before buying and I would not accept such a huge blunder for a company like Motorola to supply the new product from the factory with a FAULTY PCB.

                        Are these instruments do not go through the quality checks? How do I believe you in future? What kind of checks and balances do you have for declaring the product being ready for market supply? On the other side, you can check on the product I have retuned, there isn’t a single scratch either on the from / back cover and have also put a screen guard to save on any damage. In fact, the product hasn’t come out of my Air-conditioned cabin.
                        I am not sure how many more surprises are awaited for me to experience. However, I would now like to make sure that you take your product back, I would not want such a pathetic product experience in future too.

                        PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY I HAVE PAID I WOULD BETTER GO FOR ANY OTHER BRAND WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR LAST COUPLE OF YEARS.
                        Do let me know the process for getting my refund (Invoice copy attached).

                        Respond quickly without wasting my time, I reiterate I do not have such time to spend after your sheer negligence about your products. Refund my money within 7 working days from now. Remember I have not claimed for my time, energy and the mental harassment which I am facing now.

                        Who has to get back to me? I sent my complaint details on 21 Dec 2016 and received your response on 23 Dec 2016. Now it is 10 days and there is no response from anyone.

                        Kindly also let me know that if I need to pay to the consumer redressal forum for any legal charges. I am ready to bear the charges.

                          I have submitted my Nexus 6 and Moto 360 second generation smart watch as both were faulty and both were in warranty to BM gadgets services off karve Nagar Pune. The job code number is AMSBMS001647. It was submitted on the 19th of November 2016. It is over a month now and neither the service center nor Motorola are giving any details regarding the devices. Please note that for the smart watch I was given a manual job sheet.
                          I have been following up with the service centre and Moto care and have not got any info about the repair status of the devices. Also the original charger provided with the phone was faulty and under warranty, but the service centre has told me that the charger is not the correct charger and they will not be able to replace/fix it. Moto care is also not providing any details about the charger

                            Its been 30 DAYS since my issue is not resolved. I have been following up daily on mails and toll free number but all I hear is that my issue is escalated to concerned department. Samanjeet Singh who is handling this issue doesn't seem to be wanting to solve the issue. I have escalated through facebook and twitter as well but I am now running out of options and patience. Its been the most pathetic service I've faced in my life. I have attached multiple attachments as proof of my frustration.

                            What is the issue?

                            I submitted my out of warranty Moto G2 phone to the service center in Marathahalli, Bangalore on 19th Nov, 2016 as it had charging issue. After the repair, now my sim reader is destroyed by them and they asking for Rs. 1900 from me to give me back my phone. They have also closed the ticket from their end so that no one blames them. I raised the issue with online team on 28th November, 2016 but there hasn't been a resolution yet even after an almost daily follow up.

                            I ask for immediate action against Samanjeet Singh and Marathahalli service center and I want my phone back. Its been a hell of a mental torture for me now. I had to buy a new Redmi phone because of this delay.

                              I have bought Moto x play, and from the first Day itself rear camera stopped working. After contacting customer service, they have suggested to reboot the phone which didn't help. Then I submitted it to customer service center Marathahalli Bangalore on Nov 8th, they told motherboard is defective and it needs to be replaced. It's been more than a month I haven't got my phone repaired. Every time I call, they tell that part is not received. Even now my phone is at service center. It's really disappointing. Worst service from Motorola.

                                Dear concern,

                                Over the last 3 weeks, my motorola g4 plus handset is in service center and i am not getting any positive response either from service center or from any motorola executive. Every week i am getting a call from motorola executive and every time they ask me to wait for 1 more week, which is negatively affecting motorola customer trust.

                                I don't understand the problem regarding my case its been 3 weeks and today when i called service center they told me that the product part has not been dispatched yet.
                                As you can understand that without phone, i am facing so many problems, i can't pay online.

                                I request you to please take this matter seriously and escalate it to responsible personality.

                                I am complaining about turbo charger of MotoG 4th gen, it is not working..and its been only 5-6 month when i have bought it online.

                                  I have submitted my MOTO G3 with the Friends Collection service Centre in varanasi since 1st October 2016 bt till date I have not got any updates from their side. When contacted they say that part will be imported from hong kong and the I will get my device. Week after week has passed but till date no information is available. Company says one more week everytime and service centre is not ready to listen. Myonline complaint no is SRIN[protected]. I AM SERIOUSLY GETTING IRRITATED WITH THIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF MOTOROLA.

                                  The said product was found damaged while unpacking. Requested to return the said product.

                                    I had bought Moto G 4 plus (got it on 30th May 2016), because Mototorola is a very renowned company. I was very happy with the mobile for few months; but I started having issues with the mobile. It was automatically getting switched off. It used get switched off 8-10 times after starting it and then used to function for sometime and then again used to switch off . The mobile camera also was not working well (the photos were dim).

                                    I have given my moto g 4 plus (in warranty period) for repairing on 5th Nov 2016 to Kavya Service center, Shivajinagar, Pune (Job number AMSPSN002947).

                                    After 2-3 days of submitting phone I was told that the camera glass was damaged and they will get it replaced in sometime. Since then for approximately 3 weeks I didn't get any update on the mobile. I tried calling them repeatedly and with difficulty (after 2 days) I could connect with the service center. They told me that the part hasn't come yet and I will be contacted by them soon.

                                    I then complained about it to motorola customer care (Reference number[protected]. Within 3-4 days I was told by customer care that my mobile was ready and I can collect it. I also got an email to take back my mobile. I hadn't asked to give the mobile back without repairing though. I contacted the service center, but they were clueless about it. I then called back customer care, when I was told that the mobile was not still repaired.

                                    I then again followed up with customer care after 3-4 days, but I was told to follow up with service center only; as motorola is not responsible for it (if I correctly remember about what I was told). I later got a message from service center that I still need to wait.

                                    I am really surprised why company like motorola can't resolve this issue for over one month now? (A customer care person from motorola also told that it shouldn't have taken such a long time) I think it is the company's responsibility to reduce customer's sufferings. I am using some old mobile for last month and managing with it.

                                      A must read.. MOTOROLA phones feedback PATHETIC !!
                                      My Motorola X-Play phone suddenly got spoiled without any specific reasons in just 8months of my purchase . The issue was its speaker stopped working.. you can't hear anything when on call. I gave the phone for repair on 3rd Oct 2016 and I ws told I'll get the phone in 5-6days it's been more than two months now they have not repaired my phone and returned claiming they don't have the part available with them. What kind of Instrument or part of phone it is which is not available for so long...? They refuse to give replacement of the phone too. When asked when would the phone finally be repaired only one reply in 5-6days when that part we receive. And that they are not responsible for it in anyway if it's getting delayed. They can't do anything about it.

                                      Motorola, depending on the device, isn’t able to issue warranty replacements and are leaving people without phones for months at a time. That’s not a good look. It’s 2016 and most o[censored]s can’t go hours without our phones leave off days or weeks or months. "A BIG NO NO TO MOTOROLA" Even if Motorola offers phone for free, you should not buy it.. Not worth it all.

                                        I can't download or update any app from play store. My net is working fine and can use chrome etc but play store is what creating a lot of trouble.
                                        I can't use some of the app as it says first update "google play services" but its not getting updated.
                                        It doesn't give an error message but shows downloading... and then finally stops!
                                        Please help.
