Myself jayesh marathe, i have purchased moto m and that phone is not working properly the phone is dead in three weeks
In service center they told me that they will charge 1250/- and they will try to get it back in proper condition. They used word we will try and not gave me guarrenty that my phone will work. They will only try and after that if phone doesn't works then they said you have to change the motherboard and it will cost 8000 to 9000. But my phone is in warranty and they mentioned in receipt the warranty status of my phone is out of warranty.
And as per advertisement and specifications the phone is waterproof but it's not this so poor from motorola
So, it is kindly request to get my phone repair in free of cost because it is in warranty period and i used it only for 21 days and it is giving me such problems. And the service from service center is very poor they are not even talking properly.
So, i want my phone back in proper condition or as per your warranty terms please refund my purchase amount. My imei number is mention below

    I gave my phone to the service centre due to speaker issue on 16/01/2017 -- gave me a weeks time, but its been about 50 days I haven't received my phone yet ..
    I have also been calling the person from the moto service centre name lokhnath [protected] -- have been giving false hope day by day --- and also I have till date never received a call from moto service centre
    I don't know what is happening but my next step is to go to consumer court which will take me a long process ...

    Triotonic systems, jamnagar, gujarat, authorised service centre not providing service and harrasing the customer, when they are giving chargeble service they will get parts within 5 days but for warranty period they are not getting parts even after 22 days .and for chargeble service also they are using duplicate parts.

      Dear Motorola Team,

      I purchased a Motorola Mobile phone, Model no :-(Moto G 3rd Generation, , Black-16GB) on dated 13May 2016
      From authorized store AMAZON Online
      I am facing issue of (Speaker Phone Issue & only Showing one Sim In Phone ) The handset for which I approached the service centre at Janak Puri(Delhi) and receive my phone after 18 days.
      But I facing the same issue and phone is not working properly and this not the first time, due to such issues earlier also I visited service centre for repair of phone.

      Being a renown brand I expect to have a satisfactory reply to my mail.

      I am going to wait for a satisfactory resolution by Monday otherwise I am bound to knock consumers court.

      Awaiting your quick response.

      Attached is the copy of purchase & service bill for reference.

        also find attached copy of manual job sheet mobile given on 6th February 2017 but computerized job sheet for demanding parts on 24th February 2017 with job sheet no. SRINE[protected] means 17 days no action taken from service center. these shows how lethargic they are doing.
        still today there is no response from the service center and also not responding & not talking properly with the customer.
        please find the solution for new piece replacement from the company.

          In the above matter we write to inform you I have purchased/Order Motorola M Handsets/WD30747 through Flipkart on 21.01.2017 same delivery to me on 24.01.2017. after 4-5 days the ringing tone to come. I try to contact flipkart toll free. As per their request or suggestion I visit your service centre “ Lenovao Service Order” at your tejaji Margo pp. Metro pillar No. 120 New sanganer Road Near sodala jaipur on 24.02.2017.
          Your Service centre found that Ringer speaker not working/ Camera Phto Not clear problem/Data can not be save/Liquid to be check without SIM/MMC As per their opinion this is manufacturing defect they suggest to me once I try to change the handset. I again contacted Flipkart toll free, they clearly denied to replace the same and visit to service centre to rectify the issue.
          After that I handover the same to your service centre mentioned in the mail. Service centre person told me it will take some days may be 7 Days. On dated 27.02.2017 I Received a call from your service centre to receive the handset. Now the SIM slot is not working also camera is not proper Zoom. Now your service centre told the SIM slot is not under warranty and it will be resolve on chargeable basis.
          Sir, I want to inform you I have purchased on my son birthday celebration, Now My son is very serious and in tension. We humble request you to replace the same on priority.
          If you replace the same on priority it will be very appreciable.

            Whenever i connect my MOTO G4 PLUS with my laptop using USB cables, it doesn't show my storage in my laptop. In other words it is not connecting for transferring my files to laptop. Although for transferring only images in my laptop it is working. I have purchased my handset last month only and after upgrading it to nougat this problem started occurring. So i want some suggestions to what to do about this problem.

              Hello friend.
              I bought moto g4 plus mobile 4 months ago. Initially i see that there is a ghost touch problem but not frequently. The problem was only while charging. After some time the problem start happening all the time while charging. I went to the service center in jaipur. They took my phone for 2 days and give it to me back saying that software of phone is updated problem is resolved now. After that I found that the problem is present there.
              And after taking it from service center the problem occur some time while my phone is not even charging.
              Also my phone hangs some time.
              I did not expect so poor performance by this phone.
              Please tell me solution ASAP.

                On feb 6th 2017.I have ordered Moto 4Gplus (4thGen) on Ebay site and we have got the product delivered on 10th feb 2017.i have raised a claim(claim id269455) to Ebay regarding the issues with the delivered product like the phone we have been delivered looks like old and used mobile with the colour at the back of the panel sheeding its colour and the accessories like the charger not at all working. Ebay says it is under manufacture warranty and they are no way responsible for the delivered product.AND MOTOROLA says contact Ebay for replacemnt or refund procedure.one is blaming the other one and we customers are suffering for ordering on Ebay site.Kindly help us in replacing the product.I have contacted even the seller through the mail given by Ebay at last by pursuing many times with it but there is no reply from him

                  I purchased Moto G4 Plus mobile in September. Within a 1 month of time I see rear camera glass gets so many scratches and I'm no longer able to click clear pictures.

                  I went to moto service center and they are not even ready to listen to the problem and saying spare part not available. You can submit phone if spare comes we will repair no guarantee when will then can return. I have searched online also its not available there.

                    Its been more than 3 months now and I have not received any status of the smart watch submitted to the service Center of Motorola. This is mere harassment, i have been calling Motorola call center and service center and neither of them have any clue of what the status is.

                    There are more than 20 mails that I've shared regarding this from past 3 months this is cheating.

                      I have purchased Moto 360 2nd gen watch in December from Flipkart, lately I faced display issue with the device and taken it to service centre the reply from the service centre was shocking they said they already have 6 watches pending for replacement from the past 6 months and we fear your watch will take the same amount of time, irony is the Motorola support is just waste of time, everytime I call them up I just get the assurance that it's in process kindly give 48/72 hours you'll get a call from our team. And the support.motorolo.in email team is no less. I hope this forum will open the eyes of the big guns of Motorola

                        After 3 months o[censored]sage i observed the issue like "the phone display is coming out from the phone body".
                        If we are using a back cover then that issue will not be visible. Recently i removed back cover that time i saw that issue.
                        I called Amazon for this problem, they advised me to take a DOA letter from Motorola service but after visiting there, they...

                          I have ordered the Moto Z Play mobile from amazon.in and got it on 26th Nov 2016. And not even i have used it for two months, the display got blank and it doesn't show up anything. I have give the phone to the Lenovo service Center in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad branch on 30th Jan 2017, there was no physucal damage or even an single scratch on the phone. its almost one month since the phone is with them. Every time when i call them or go the branch they tell me, they are trying to resolve the problem, they tried to keep new display but its not working, and they are trying again, and they will give me in 2 days. now even when i am calling them on number ([protected]), they are not lifting the phone. When they are not able to repair either they give me my money back or give me a new handset. Its causing me lot of problem without phone, please can you help me sorting out this issue.

                            To whomever this may concern, My 2 months old moto z play stopped working out of nowhere(16th feb-2017) so i submitted it to my nearest customer care centre.
                            I went to the store to pick up my repaired phone(22 feb-2017), but i could easily see that the display was not properly pasted and the sim card slot on top of the phone does not fit like it used to. It remains 2-3 millimeters outside the body and i was told by the representative that this cannot be repaired.
                            the condition of my phone was perfect when i submitted it but now i am being told that i'll have to make do with the faulty sim card slot which cannot be repaired.
                            I used to be a big fan of motorola devices but this kind of service has really let me down.
                            I request you to look into this problem and help me out.

                              Hello Sirs,

                              My name is Shekar Palani from Banglaore. I bought a Motorola G4 on Sep 12, 2016. For few day, about two months time it worked well. After that the performance of the mobile is horrible. Initially, it started malfunctioning once in a day or two. Now the mobile hangs and malfunctions most of the time in a day. Weird part is that the phone operates by itself. Dials someone and opens the app by itself.
                              This is something embarrassing when it connects someone at midnight. It became clumps whenever I want to open an app.. it never allow me to open what I want to open. it opens something by itself. I would like to either return the phone and take some refund or take a replacement phone.

                                motorola Company is using very cheap quality for making Handset MOTO Z PLAY

                                Just from height of 2 (two) Feet my phone felt down and the powerkey has been blocked inside and after giving my handset to service center they said that they motherboard is damaged and have to replaced the motherboard

                                From this we can understand how cheap quality is motorola using in there handset

                                  Myself vinay khurana ([protected]), i bought moto x style on 2nd feb, 2016.
                                  It is more than 3 months in a warranty of 12 months, this mobile is submitted at service centre. Please tell me is this company's policy of passing time??
                                  Now my phone is out of warranty... My phone is still submitted at khushi communication, tilak nagar, west delhi. They r well trained in passing time. The only sentence i heard there since my phone is submitted, is "it will take one more week" what is this???
                                  Please tell me is this company's policy of passing time??
                                  (Time - the only thing given by god to human... Every employee getting salary by giving his life's time to employer.)
                                  All this is happening for only one small problem of my moto x style phone's "power botton" which is not working. Motorola/ lenovo is not able to repair this very small problem of their own product.
                                  Big-big shame for them & officials of this joint venture.
                                  I became handicap without my phone for 2 months. Not easy to stay for 2 months.
                                  We r big fans of moto.in my family, we all r using only moto phones.
                                  This is my humble request to officials of moto/lenovo. Please swap my phone
                                  This my be only solution to my harassment & my time taken.

                                  OMG... TWO MONTHS... Resolution time?
                                  It looks like I am better of buying a phone from another company, which actually respects its customers.

                                  Motorola you were at the brink of closure, until lenovo took over.
                                  I hope you close down and stop messing with someone else's time and money if you can not respect the one thing, that keeps you alive.. YOUR CUSTOMERS

                                    I m useing a moto g4 plus mobile.
                                    purchase date 12/jun/2016 this is in under warranty

                                    This phone was not working good. I was suffering with phone charging, battery over heating and backup, Display problem. I went to service centre and told about all those problems. But when executive seen my phn she told me may be phn hd liquid because a indicator is showing red (my phone never meat with liquid ) but when she open my phone. nothing was like that no liquid found in mah phone and she took my phone in under warranty service. And after some days. When I recive my phone back they told me they changed motherboard in mah phone. And I got mah phone back. But after 2-3 days I seen same problems ( in battery and display, hanging ) again. But when I went again to service centre. Again they told me indicator is red but my phone never meat with any kind of liquids even executive admit that and nothing found on my phone the indicator was already red . Now they making me phool with a bloody red colour they saying this is an indicator.

                                    Now I want to get back my money I don't want to use product of this 3rd class company. They are seriously Cheaters...

                                    I purchase moto g turbo in previous year. the phone was repair 4th times in 6 month in warranty and now this time the phone show same problem. i told all time in service center replace my phone but they do not replace. i request to you please replace my phone and take some strict action for the company.
