Dear Team,
I have purchase MOTO g4 plus in the month of Nov.2016.When we put handsety of plain surface scratches has been made on camera.Due to scratches photo quality of Rare camera is very poor ( Compare to Front camera).When i compare it has been observed that its a production or manufacturing fault.
As per company request i visited service center in Ahmednagar ( M.S) but service center for MOTOROLA is all ready closed and company also not resolved my problem.

    I bought moto z style mod from amazon india on 26 Feb 2017, soon after 15 days it started giving problem, as wifi stops working and then device start switching on off regularly. And now after giving device for service to service station on 16th March, they said PCB will be changed, but till today i.e. on Ist April 2017 they said it will take minimum 20days more for the arrangement of the parts.

    I request them to tell me why should i suffer, they said they can not help me in this.

    I never expect such thing from MOTOROLA

    I had gotten a jio sim. my moto g3 never supported it. Now i upgraded my Airtel sim to 4g and it doesn't support it either.

      I have bought moto g (3rd generation) 09.08.2015. On 1.10.2016, it got blank so i have try to switch off & start it but this haven’t worked. I went to the motorola service station at dehradun, uttarakhand. Service center executive has done something to it and mobile start working. After few days, the same problem happened and went to service center and service center executive kept the mobile phone and said that will check and revert. He return me the mobile after formatting and said that this mobile phone has some software error and again 3rd time in a month same situation occurred and the same way after putting new software by service center executive it started working. I am keep on paying for this software change service every time.

      On 23.03.2017, the same problem occurred so i went to motorola service center and they asked me to check & revert after 2 days. Yesterday when i went to them so they have said that now the mother board of mobile is not working (Dead) so could not help me. Even if i will change the mother board this will cost me around rs. 6000 without any warranty.
      I have observed in my last 4-5 visits to motorola service center that the same problem is faced by many people who purchased moto g. All the people moto g mobile phone stopped working suddenly after 1 year of purchase.
      Is it a co-incident or mobile hardware is made in such a way that it stopped working after the period of one year or mobile phones by moto g is made of such cheap quality that could not work more than one year???
      A person put rs. 11000 to buy a mobile phone & this is only to use the mobile phone for a period of one year. This is really a cheat to consumer by cheap technology. A buyer pays high price for mobile phone for the features and for the qualities. If a mobile phone stop working with in 14 months of buying so this really a cheat to consumer by the mobile company.
      I think there has to be proper investigation for technical aspects of motorola mobiles by government technical team to identify the real cause of it. And i am sure that this could be proved that quality components used in the mobile is of cheap quality which could not have life more than a year. This product have assembled by such cheap components that one or another will stop working after a year and consumer is misguided by service center till the time the mobile phone not become 100% dead so consumer could not make any further complains.

      I want a reply from motorola for this and even lenovo who has bought motorola. I will go to court if i will not be satisfied.

        I bought Moto e3 power from flipkart in the month of october with six month warrenty. MObile is not working and deposited the mobile in authorised service centre at Salem on 32/03/2017. unwanted delay in the service and due to this we face lot of difficulty. now service centre guys told that spares are not available and it may take another two weeks to solve the problem. we are affect lot both mentally and financially- I need compensation from Motorola and flipkart for promoting such a product

          It's media storage issue .When the media storage enabled time the SD card auto ejecting in a few days .Then we put media storage disabled there is no problem on sdcard . All Moto g turbo marshmallow phone have this issue .People talk in facebook what can we do . So we want to fix it . This is a more money phone . Now we are disappointed .So please give the bug fix update soon.

            I have bought moto X2 mobile for 33000 in February 2015 and used approximately for one year. Last year my phone suddenly got blank and not displaying anything, so I took my mobile to jalandhar service center. He said mobile mother board has to be changed and asked for 10 days time since it is under warranty. But after 10 days when I called customer service center they kept on postponing the date and after few days they don't even respond properly so I threatened them that I will proceed legally but this didn't effect them. After 3 months of my submission they said another week. So I finally decided to file a case against them and went to one lawyer named Vikas Bharadwaj since I am student I didn't file case personally and approached a lawyer. It has been almost 14 months now and still the lawyer says it takes time.what should I do?? Is my lawyer lying about the time or is he genuinely saying the truth because I heard that these cases usually get solved in maximum 4 months

                A brand new phone which got dead in 12 day which got repaired 3 times then to problem is not resolved.After waiting for 60 + days and calling Motorola continuously for last 20 days there is no response from them

                I was told over the phone that it is escalated to the highest level but every time i call they have no idea of the case and i have to tell them from beginning.

                  I am writing this email in pertaining to a concern which needs to be addressed ASAP. I bought a brand new Moto G4+ which got delivered on 19/03/2017.

                  Post receiving it when I switched it ON for the first time it took a while to get started.

                  It heats up frequently and reboots back to back till the time the battery gets down.

                  It doesn’t turn on for a while & then when I finally turn it ON by 30minutes it shows a very lousy response.

                  Note: I have been getting a negligent response from the Customer Service Support as they have been doing work around with me despite I have elaborated the issue in the most precise manner.

                  I am completely dissatisfied with all the services that has been rendered to me till now, may it be the Handset Or your Customer Support.

                  I look forward for an appropriate response and my concern is taken with utmost priority.

                    Hello Moto,
                    I was a big fan of Moto since myt childhood but according to me, Lenovo is ruining its value.
                    The Case:-
                    I have got the issue in October that my phone Moto X Play was getting switched off at the battery levels of 95% - 91%, which resembles that the product was working only on charger plugged almost. I showed it to the authorized Moto Service Center in Janakpuri. Without querying they changed the motherboard and gave it to me. Within a week it again started to show the same symptoms. I got fed up of it and borrowed a phone from my friend. But now I need a 4G phone and already have this dead phone with me worth Rs. 20, 000. To get it fixed I took it to the nearest service center that is in Kotla Delhi. And what next is they denied to accept the phone as its motherboard is changed and they had no other way to verify that it has been done by Moto Service center itself. Thy asked me for the letter which I havent got from the Janakpuri Service center to confirm that I have got the motherboard changed,
                    Turbo Charger- Dead, Flashlight- Dead, Charging Slot- Loose, Battery- Dead
                    So Ultimately phone = DEAD.

                    EDIT: After an escalation of long 2 months I got a call that I can submit my device to the service center but still Service Center didnt accept it when I reached there. My Incident number is Incident:[protected]. Please respond.

                    Please look into this ASAP so that I can get my faith into you.

                      Unfortunately I had encountered problems with my speaker and have to approach the nearest service center to get it replaced soon. The moment I entered the service center, KPHB Hyderabad, I realized that things are gonna get worst. Below are some of my observations during the brief period of my interaction at service center.
                      1. Complete disregard to the customer's valuable time.
                      2. Utter mismanagement with the token and prioritization system
                      3. Front facing agents does not know how to even clearly talk to the customers.
                      and many more...

                      But, devoid of other options, I had to submit my mobile only after the assurance that the speaker would be replaced in two days time and my mobile would be available in couple of days as I have to travel out of station post that. When i inquired about the status of same after the stipulated time, the other person on the phone does not even know how to speak to the customer and said it will take time and cannot promise the same.
                      This is a very miserable situation and next time, I would rather dump my phone than to get it serviced from Motorola service center. I will not even choose to buy this brand from next time.

                        I bought the Moto M in february and highly dissatisfied with its battery backup. It is not even lasting 12 hours after 100% charge when I keep the battery saver on and have uninstalled the applications like twitter, Linkedin because of battery problem.I am mostly keeping data off and switch it on only when I have to check watsapp, gmail and Facebook . How do u expect this phone to work as a smart phone with so many applications necessary available today like uber etc when it doesn't even last for 12 hours after full charge

                          I have a strict complain about the accessories supplied late to the customer. Why the customer should wait for its charger for 10 to 15 days? People having their warranty period on going and still they have to wait for 10 to 15 days why so? If some person have a problem with his charger and the service centre tells him to wait for 10 to 15 days then what should the person do for rest of the days without his charger? Atleast a needy thing like charger should be kept in each service centre when ever customer demands for it. Please try to rectify this serious problem as soon as possible. Dont let me to complain the same problem again and again.

                          I had bought moto m through flipkart 2month back.But from last few days I got charging problem.And now from today I can't able to charge it completely.It was disgusting guys.And It is my first experience with new mobile.And I can't except it from company like Motorola.nw I want to company replace my phone.

                            Sir,
                            I have a MOTO G TURBO handset which got heated on 7/3/17 and mob get off automatically when i went to service center on 8/3/17, Syscomp Infosol at-79 sec- 1, saltlake city kolkata-700064, they received the handset and told me they will check that and 2nd slot of sim was damaged and they told me that they will change the 2nd slot with a charge of Rs 1975/- and also added that after sim slot repair my heat problem will cover in warranty period than I agreed to pay them the amount and got the service job sheet.
                            when i went on 9/3/17 they gave me the handset with new sim slot but when i told them to solve my issue regarding phone heating they took the set and after near about half an hour one of the staff told me that your handset can not repaired and they removed the sim slot without my information.
                            when i called the customer care executive and state the entire matter they assist me the problem will be solved but i could not get the solution.
                            I have also attached my handset Bill and Service Job sheet

                              This is regarding my motorola moto z play phone which was purchased on 19th October 2016. Within a month of its usage I had issues with earpiece.

                              Being a new phone I wanted a new replacement. But Motorola flatly refused stating that I had to submit my new phone to the service centre. So I accepted and submitted the device to b2x lenovo flagship, Bangalore service centre on 17th November 2016.

                              The job number was AMSFLA026357

                              After waiting for two weeks I still hadn't received the phone. So I sent a mail stating I wanted a new phone.
                              Motorola replied immediately stating that the phone would be repaired by 10/12/2016.
                              Attaching the reply for your reference.

                              Now I did patiently wait till 10/12/2016 and on that day I called up the service centre to know my phone was not even worked on.

                              I sent a mail stating I wanted a refund since I waited a month for my new phone to get fixed.

                              Now stared Motorola's stalling game by their so called advanced escalations team.

                              The new incident number assigned was Incident:[protected]

                              I clearly told them I wanted a refund since a brand new phone was at the service centre for a month. I get a blunt reply stating i had to wait a couple more days.
                              This continued and it was more than two months, the phone was at the service centre.
                              Then I was told that I would be getting a new replacement since the phone was at the service centre close to two months. I have proof of it via recording on the phone.
                              I was again made to wait 5 days just to get a confirmation about the replacement.
                              Meanwhile Motorola told me that the phone was repaired on 24/01/2017 and I told me to collect my old repaired phone. Motorola basically stalled me so that they didnt have to send me a new phone. I was really angry at this. At that point of time I consulted a lawyer and I wanted to move this to the consumer court.

                              However I did give Motorola a chance and ended up collecting the phone from the service centre on February 11th 2017.

                              To my horror, after months of waiting, the phone was still not fixed. I immediately sent the mail that same day of receiving the phone stating the phone was not fixed.

                              I did not get any reply from Motorola's end.
                              Meanwhile I did try to contact b2x lenovo flagship, Bangalore multiple times but their phone would either be busy or if the phone rings nobody would pick it up.
                              I also contacted motorola chat service and they asked me to submit the phone again!

                              I mean its preposterous to ask me to submit the phone to the service centre again.

                              I am sorry I will not submit the phone to the service centre again. Motorola had enough of time to fix my phone, more than 2 months and yet the phone was not fixed.

                              Now I demand a refund!

                              Please note that I have close to 50+ mails which were exchanged and also 20+ audio recordings between me, Motorola India and b2x lenovo service centre. This will be produced at court as evidence.

                              Motorola basically committed fraud for making me stall for the phone and making false promises during the period.

                              Motorola also told me that they dont do refunds or replacements when their policy clearly states it.
                              Not adhering to their policy is illegal.

                              So in brief.
                              1)I purchased a phone on purchased on October 2016.
                              2)Phone had issues and I had submitted the phone to b2x lenovo flagship, Bangalore service centre on 17th November 2016
                              3)Motorola promised that the phone would be fixed by 10/12/2016.
                              4)Motorola told me that Im entitled for a replacement since the phone was taking too long to get serviced. But made me wait till my submitted phone was serviced.
                              5)Got a confirmation that the phone was phone was repaired on 24/01/2017 i.e after 2+ months. And collected the phone.
                              6)Found that the issue was not fixed at all!
                              7)I demand a refund

                                I bought Moto E3 power 4 months and accidentally a glass of water falls on the dice. However, When i visited the service centre they diagnosed and said The pcb and display is damaged and the overall cost is 7300/-. I mean what ?? are they dumb ? The phone actual cost is 7999/- and they want to me to pay 7300 Bucks ? Does they actually diagnose the problem ?

I have called many times to motorola customer care, they told me you can contact moto / lenovo service centre, when i am going to moto service center they told me that glass is not available.                                     I have bought motorola nexus 6 and it is still under warranty. Batter does not last for more than 3 hours... when i pressed the volume up button it has gone in.. and unable to lift it up. When gone to the service centre, they are asking for 3200 rs to repair. Really i do not know why the hell i have pay when the mobile is under warranty. Then what is the meaning of warranty. Really having bad time with motorola again. No more motorola.. guys dont buy motorola.. no.1 cheating company

                                      I had charging issue in my MOTO E3 Power and I visited your Authorized Service

                                      Center(Charm Care) in Erode on (25-Feb-2017) given to service and No is SOIN[protected]

                                      and I enquirer service center they had given estimation for 10 days initially, now its already 16 days

                                      gone they said issue with board and asking to wait for another one week to receive new board.

                                      I am really disappointed with the service the amount of inconvenience

                                      caused was immense because of the delay.

                                      Very worst service center in Erode. spoiling the Moto & Lenovo brand name. not satisfying the customer needs. issues are repeating after servicing. Service persons are technically weak. money making minded persons. front office girls unaware about the mobile phones & giving false commitments to customers. Mr.Rajesh please change the team. Already posted a complaint to Lenovo complaint Desk about your service center. I request Moto & Lenovo mobile users to be alert before visiting charm care., they are caring our money not customer satisfactions.

                                        My device is heating too much for normal usage itself and I'm not able to hold in hand or near my ears due to hear I complained many times to Moto but without any feeling they are giving silly replies like restart your device, switch off WiFi and NFC and also requesting me not to worry it's normal...no one is taking responsibility I complained regarding this on 3rd day after my purchase but till now no solution...I called technical support many times I sent many mail and also messaged through Facebook but same reply.

                                        The phone will get warm when you use it for features that require a good deal of power.
                                        The phone has built-in safety factors to keep it from getting dangerously hot. It will shut down if that is in any danger of happening.
