I Dr. Anurag from wardha sewagram, i am having motorola G4 plus ordered from amazon on 30th may,
On 25th of august phone suddenly stopped working, I tried switch on the phone trying different charger but not able to switch on the phone.
I contacted Motorola service center they asked me to submit the phone to service center in Nagpur & they had given me the address of service center in Nagpur.
I visited service center (Comwen, 118A, Empress Mall, DR.BEZONJI MEHTA ROAD, 118A, Empress Mall, Dr. Bezonji Mehta Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra) on 27th of august to submit the phone, they called me next day & told me that there is some motherboard issue & it needs to replace that and takes almost 15 days. Work id is WCN/MG/16/01964.
I contacted service center on 13th September but they didn’t respond even on calling almost 70 times then contacted your Motorola toll free service & asked them to tell me about the status of phone. They told me that phone is ready & you can visit service center directly if they are not picking the phone to collect my mobile. Today on 14th September I left for Nagpur which is almost 100 kms from my place. From my way I tried contacted service center via phone they told me that” your phone is not repaired & what Motorola toll free number representative told is their issue they are not responsible of what they told you”. They told me that it takes more 10-15 days to repair phone.
Now here come the issue of reliability on Motorola, what should be the expectation from such big multinational company which is having such big name & fame having worst post sale services, how can you expect from me to recommend Motorola device to anyone.
I need phone to contact my fellow colleagues & seniors & to consult online regarding my profession, but due to inconvenience caused by you it is very much difficult for me to cope up with all my work. I want you to interfere in issue & resolve it as soon as possible or replace the device in day or two as I don’t want to suffer anymore because of you people.
Lastly, a very worst experience with Motorola, very bad post sale services, very bad intra-communication within your department, & my loss of just because of your mistakes.

costomer care service is worst...
I went the service centre 15/09/2016.the phone has two problems. One is sim slot issue and second one is camera issue. They said that this is out of warranty. The phone already have one year

    Dear sir/madam,
    I have purchased about mobile on 17th june though amazon.
    I have got automatic switch off and heating issue new purchase the mobile. This complaint registered on though your service center sact communication, madurai on 22/08/2016
    Now the service people saying that the complaint got from mother board.
    The mother board replaced with in 10 days. But the service has been taken more than 15 days.
    Kindly give me the proper replay. Otherwise the mobile should be handed due to you only.

    I don't need this mobile. Kindly refund the amount.

    Awaiting for your replay.

    The bills are enclosed kind your knowledge.

    I am using motorola g3 .now i cant recieve any calls.its tell that i am busy.my notification bar is not working.i cant reset my phone.now i hate this product.minimise bar is not working.because of these problem.i was force to buy anther mobile.

      I had purchased a Motorola g3 phone 6 months back[protected], after using it for a month it started giving problems with flashlight and i noticed it switching off when connected to power bank. I gave my cell to service center(Located at: S1, 2nd Floor, D'Costa Chambers, Near Nanutel Hotel, Pajifond, Margao, Goa 403601) and they took around 20 days and gave it back with repair. But when i got it back i could barely hear the person on other side and the screen was blanking off very often i took it to service center again and they took some more days to repair it. But when i got it back from them there was still problem with the hearing, sound was not at all audible and also the power bank problem re occurred. Then i contacted the Motorola care and they asked me to submit device i submitted device on 19th of July and i have had called the for at least 20-25 times for status every time they said they are in progress but the service center guys told me there had been no mails from motorola to us so we are not repairing the device at all. They asked me, contact them and ask what to do for the cell. My issue has been escaled more than 5 times i think but there is no co ordination at all to motorola people and service center people!!. motorola said they are working on cell and said that they have informed servce center but the service center people said they are doing nothing to the phone! and then these motorola people tel me few days back that my cell is repaired and i could collect it back so i asked service center and they said there has been no repair done to it and it's been lying since the time i have given!. and when i said this to motorola people and told them that i will escalate this to consumer forum the executive said go ahead and complaint its your right!!! Such a pathetic service!. I mailed to director of services saying i am going to file a complaint in consumer court then they finally reached the service center and assured me i will get back cell in two days. but now the service center people say it will take lot of time and wont get it back soon! I am very much fed up with the faulty cell phone and service of Motorola. I bought phone for my use and almost 4 and half months it was with service center!!!.
      I asked the service center to give all job sheet ids(i.e 3 times i had submitted my phone), they said only latest job sheet is available and cannot give previous job sheets. The service center people were very rude all the time.
      The Motorola executive also said to me that they will be extending the warranty time by 3 months but they just seem to promise things and do nothing about it. I am very disappointed with this and want to give a notice to Motorola for all the grievances I faced because of faulty phone.

      On top of all this i had to take off specially from office to check with service center people for my phone status which is very far from my place. And i have been to service center about 10 times or may be more!

      I have attached the purchase invoice and latest job sheet with this post.

      I want a Replacement new phone or full refund of amount along with the compensation for all the costs that i have faced while all this time getting it repaired as soon as possible from motorola. Could you please help me with this?

      It's no use, I have contacted motorola like 50 times.They said they will extend warranty period coz me cell was with service center for more than 4 months. But they did not respond anything about it later. I am taking this to consumer court.

      And get more info ? I have emailed whole story to you guys like 2 time, plus several mails regarding this issue. And you are asking me to tell more ? cant you do anything with this whole story mentioned above ? You guys just print automated replies to customer problems. Pathetic service.
      I have bought a motog turbo edition mobile recently from flipkart. Within three months the phone screen touch is not working and the keypad is creating pblm.

        Phone is switching off automatically again and again while net surfing.

        Camera quality decreases after the update of software .

        Notification volume is down..

        And now its being switching off at the time of net surfing and wHile talkinh long time..

        Motorola cheated me with the dumb phone.

        I need to exchange my phone instead of this dumb phone.

          Hi, I bought MOTO G3 2nd gen on 24 th april 2016, unfortunately motog3 on august 23 2016 stopped working mobile standoff, touchpad and homebutton stopped working after repeated visit to nearest service centre in Kolkata,
          they were incapable to resolve the isssue.
          this is joke that within 5 months of purchase MOto g3 is creating such hectic problem also it's service centre worthy of nothing providing bad repair service with no resolution and still fault pertinent

          i went to service centre on 25 th august order number was fetched . mobile was returned on 8 th august stating a simple software issue.
          however after 1 hr, same problem started again.
          i further contacted service service centre same service center on 9 th august
          still they were unable to resolve told if problem remains then will ask motorola company to replace the touchscreen.
          however i don't know what they did.
          but unable to resolve the isssue.

          1.when ever we make a call it automatically cut or deviert call to the other
          number,
          2. sensor is not working properly,
          3.some time sound is not glow & sometime works properly,
          4.sometime we are unble to switch on or switch off the mobile
          5.some dots are shows on the display

            I got moorola G4. It is working in a worst condition in 30 days it self.

            We have called the call center and they suggested few steps which did not work at all. We have installed all the applications and installed it again. In this activity, we lost almost 6 hours.

            I visited the service center, where we need to wait for almost 8 hours and this had happened twice.

            How can a mobile company expect us to stay @their service center by living behind all job, work.

            Please resolve this issue ASAP.

            My phone sound quality is distorted, after repair ppl can't hear my voice nor I am able to hear their. Sound quality is dropped.

              R/sir I have purchased moto g turbo mobile through on line in Jan 2016.it's not charging, regarding same twice visit at service center kotla New Delhi branch.they changed the charger and usb slot after keeping the two weeks.I lost all my official data...after one week same trouble arise mobile not charging now even battery of mobile is leaking.now I'm fed up of those service..I have lost lot of important things n official data .waisted four days to visit service center.please take the necessary action .

                I bought moto x play in December 2015 it is great experience to use it since I faced first problem in July 2016 & the problem is my sd card is not shown in phone I contact nexon technology ahemdabad gujarat an authorized service center of Motorola they solve that problem in 13 days and is actually solved.I am quit happy for that service but when I checked my phone it has new problem and that was my phone get restarted automatically and once it restarted it takes 4-5 restart to start the phone than I again contact nexon technology they said it is battery problem & gave me mobile on second day but the problem was not solved I again contact them and this time they said it might have software problem we have to upgrade software but this time also the problem was not solved.I again contact them and said my situation and importance of phone for me and also that mentally stress of this issue this time they said we have to observe your phone so u have to put your phone here I agree and does that too. Second day they said it has motherboard problem and we have to replace it. I asked him it was sure and final solution and are u sure after that this problem gets solve they said yes and I agreed for that also . after 23 days I got my phone back but the problem is not solved and I am tried of that phone and wasting my time and money to solve this problem. Because they don't have perfect solution and reason for this problem.I visited that service station 8 times and waste my time and money because I am government employee and I waste my 8 cl on this problem. So tel me what should I do because I spend 18000 rs to bought this phone and I bought this phone for me not for put in services station.I chose this phone over other phone because of Motorola's name and its quality .please give me answer and suggestions. This time I am really disappointed

                  I submitted my phone to service center on 21 july 2016 and its been over a month but they didnt respond me back about the status of my phone infact when i went there in motorola service center agra (simran electronics)there response was negative.A poor service indeed.As i purchased my phone from amazon.in on 18 june. its come with a warranty of 3 months but as its service taking too much of time i want you to extend the duration of the warranty of my cellphone.

                    I purchased moto g4 plus on june 17 ( biggest mistake of my life) from amazon.After usage of 12 to 15 days, lots of problems arised .
                    1. Mobile phone used to get switched off by its own.
                    2. battery draining.
                    3. Hanging
                    4. Getting overheated
                    After these issues, i took it to nearby service center. They did some software update and tried to sort out my problem.But after that also my phone was not working properly. I talked to amazon customer care, they said to ask for DOA certificate from motorola. When i asked for the certificate from the service center, they again took my phone and took 25 to 30 days to return it back. When i used to call them, they used to say parts are not available. After 25 -30 days, they gave my phone back but then also im facing lots of issues in my mobile phone. I am really pissed off between these two companies i.e. motorola and amazon. None of the companies are trying to sort out my problems. Plz try to solve my problems and give me a replacement because genuinely the product is defective.

                      Actually yesterday I visit to motorola service center coimbatore tamilnadu regardinfpg TOUCH screen problem, ..
                      Rs 4200 is thd cost for services...

                      5 hrs back ask me to get back...

                      I ve received proper time..

                      But the service is too bad once I get back to home..

                      Moto g 1 st generation..

                      After I reach home I came to know that it was not properly serviced...

                      Really I felt bad..

                      Once I complaint today but no response properly

                        I bought a MOTO G Turbo (Black, 16 GB) Mobile phone on Dated 03.03.2016, from Amazon but after using 5 months, I was not able to charge my phone because of some problem in my device. Then, I went to MOTOROLA customer care office on 03.08.2016, There i was informed that my phone battery charging port is not working or damaged, as suggested by Motorola customer care person, I left my phone in the customer care for repair purpose. Motorola Care person called me on 16.08.2016 informed me that my mobile charging port was restored / repaired. But after few hours, they called again & said that mother board of MOTO G Turbo was not working properly & needed to be changed.
                        Then today I got a call from Motorola Care person, he told me that my phone would be ready on 03.09.2016 & asked me to collect the same.(although it is already delay more than 30 days).

                          I purchased moto g4+ and got a prob with finger scanner.. contacted service center in vijayawada.. they resolved it after 32 days and said that they replaced board... after replacing the board my flash was not working.. the solved it.. now my audio jack was not woking... phone got slow down with over heat..

                          **i used my mobile only for 10days and it was in servicing center for 34days..

                            I have given my Motorola X Style phone at Aryan Technologies - Rajkot (Gujarat) to solve battery and screen problem.

                            As I had a call on Toll Free No.[protected]. There were no any proper
                            option to know the status of process.

                            Also the service center is not give and proper time to when they will solve
                            the problem. They said that it will take 15 to 30 or more days to solve this problem. I would like to request you to help me know the status of process and when will I get my phone with solving problem.

                              I bought x play from flipkart on[protected]. Now the sides of my mobile have inflated/swollen and getting cracked. Since past 2 days the power button side part has swelled/inflated. Power button as a result seems to be levelled with the swallon side and not in my control. Phone is rebooting now and then. Getting heated up. Service centre at salt lake near 3no water tank, kolkata said not repairable since the defect is in 'housing section'. They refused to give the words in writing. I am urging you to get my phone replaced.

                              With reference to my complain about my mobile set Moto X Play 32 gb edition to Motorola dated 7/9/2016 through this site, I'm reminding you about my complain . The side walls of my set have inflated/swollen creating gaps. I have already sent a number of pictures supporting my complain. I also urged to replace my mobile set since it is still under warranty period. I have also sent you the paper relating to my buying of set. Your company had last sent me an email on 9/9/2016 stating and I quote :
                              "Thank-you for sharing more information, we have escalated it to the appropriate team for assistance, you will hear from us very soon."
                              Till date a considerable time has past and I am yet to get a positive reply to my urging of replacing my defective mobile set. This delay is uncalled for. Still waiting for your reply and action thereof. This delay on your side is leaving a bad impression on the future possible buyers of your different products.

                              With references to my complains through this forum on 7/9/16 and 15/9/16, and your subsequent reply to me on 9/9/16, this is a reminder. Nine days have passed since your last reply. Nine days time, I am sure, like me, your Multinational Company of repute would also agree is a considerable time to come to any decision regarding my complain. Silence on your part is really unfortunate and uncalled for. It has reached a state of mental harassment to me.

                                I have purchased new moto G 4 plus handset in Jun month of 2016. I felt battery related issue in handset.after some time it starts hang.thereafter I called to Motorola's customercare, but they didn't give me positive response.i told them to change my handset because with in 15 day lot of problems occur.now if I am switching on my handset, it take only 30 minutes battery backup in 100% charged battery without using Internet or else. So i[censored] can something then please change my handset.i had lot of faith in moto phones as well as your customer support team ..but it left a bad impression over us and customer become how u can break our faith and company loyalty.please replace my handset...

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  In the second week of august, 2016, i bought motorola g4 plus 16gb 2gb model from amazon.in. The phone has been malfunctioning since then. Problems being that the bluetooth suddenly starts, wifi stops working, has issues to connecting to wifi networks, overheating and also restarts suddenly once in a while. I initially ignored these problems being minor issues and also because i was too busy with my work.
                                  Then 2 days back, i was relaxing on a chair and the phone which was in a protective shock proof case slipped from my pocket and fell down for the 1st time since i bought the phone resulting into the screen (Gorilla glass) getting cracked. The phone apart from the issues stated above is working but its really surprising that the phone's displlay/gorilla glass got all damaged upon suffering a minor fall (Height of 2.5 feet to be precise) on the 1st such instance itself.
                                  Normally, any phone is expected to endure/withstand few minor falls before getting damaged. It is not assured by the makers but that is ideally how the phones should be. If the phones are getting damaged upon suffering a minor fall that too once and are not able to withstand it, they are not at all suitable for normal use. Also the gorilla glass whether its 2nd, 3rd or 4th generation, does not serve any purpose if its not even able to withstand a single minor fall and the protect the phone from damage.
                                  Since then i have been calling the service centers in vashi, navi mumbai and vile parle, mumbai for assistance but not even once my phone was answered till date by either of the service centers. I even filled the online grievance form available on the motorola's official website. They said that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Later, i even called your toll free no.[protected] for assistance from my mobile no. [protected] today afternoon at around 01.24 pm where the customer representative could not address my grievances and just gave me the same contact numbers of the service centers in vile parle and vashi on which i have been contacting them since the last 2 days. She assured me that this time, the service centers would definitely answer my call but alas the nos. Turned out to be the same. I had also asked for the company's email id to the customer representative and she gave me this id : [protected]@mailwc. Custhelp.com. I tried sending email on this id but got a an error report. Here, i really need to thank you guys for the blessed encounter with your customer service.
                                  The terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty clearly say that physical damage is not covered under the warranty but this seems to be an exception as the phone got damaged on the minor 1st fall itself. If such incidences are not covered by the warranty then clearly it amounts to supplying customers with faulty products thereby cheating them. Moreover, there is not a single service center within 20 kms of radius of where i live i. E in town area. On top of that, its a huge pain to reach out to the support staff to resolve your grievances and then your service centers do not respond.
                                  This whole thing has taken a toll on me and my work. My only request is that my problem should be resolved at the earliest. I have done everything from my end and it is also to be noted that i have been supplied with a faulty product and fortunately for you and unfortunately for me, it is not getting covered in the warranty. This is a clear age old ploy of supplying defective products to the customers and cleverly taking defense under the company's legal provisions and thereby cheating your naive customers who then do not have a choice but to give in your crooked policies. I would be constrained to escalate this issue if it does not get resolved from your end. I want my phone to be fixed from your end at the earliest and that the damage caused to it be covered in the warranty itself. Please do not make me regret my decision of buying a motorola product. I have enclosed the bill of the product herewith for your reference.

                                    I have purchased moto x play online through flipkart with invoice no. #blr_wfld [protected] dated 29.01.2016. Imei of my device is [protected]. I wish to submit that my some of the functions of my device all of a sudden stopped working. I took my device to motorola service centre, karnal (Haryana) on 01.09.2016. The executive at the service centre told us that this is a software problem and will be repair till evening, you can collect your phone in the evening. When i went to service centre in the evening they told me that it has not been repaired yet will be delivered tomorrow. The next day i was told to collect the phone at 12:00noon. When i went at 12:00noon i was asked to come again at 2:00pm and the process continued and their executive kept giving two hours time again and again. My moto phone set is still lying at service centre, mughal canal, karnal and i have been given 2 hrs time nth time in the last few days. This is what i am facing. I do not expect this kind of services from a brand like motorola. Kindly do the needful. I shall be grateful to you.

                                      Same problem I am facing. I have surrender my device on 17th august at your service centre. Till date I have no updates when I will get my device back & there is no use of doing e-mail communications with your helpdesk as I never received satisfactory reply from your helpdesk. Sorry to say, From Brand like Motorola this kind of service is not at all expected.

                                        This is to inform you that I Rishul Gulati purchased Moto G3 in November 2015 through flipkart. After two months the phone started to have problems. When I complaint to the service center they kept the phone for more than 15 days then changed the hardware and gave m back. Not even the month passed the phone again started creating problems. Again the phone was taken at the service center with no job sheet number generated for a week when I called them thrice they created the work order number and after 15 to 20 days the hardware was again changed and provided to me. A month passed again there was a problem they kept the phone with them for more than a month and changed the software. after that three times the software has been changed now when I got the phone back the next day only there were lines on the screen which kept on increasing I submitted my phone on 13- August-2016. They had not generated the job sheet number so that I could not make my complaint further. When I talked to the higher authorities many times and told them to change my handset or either refund my money they just have repaired my phone and now telling me to take that phone again. I have not worked properly with that phone for six months. Most of the time it was kept at the service center. It has not even an year passed Ihave faced so many problems with the phone. Now when I asked for the replacement they are making excuses.
                                        Kindly look into the matter and help me out. Since I have faced so many problems within a year I demand for either the amount to be refund or replacement of the handset with proper check so that I don't face these problems again with the new one in the future. I purchased it so that it would be helpful to me not to keep it at the service center most of the time. I would be thankful to you if you please look into the matter as soon as possible. The two job sheets number provided to me were EIL/MG/16/00078 and EIL/MG/16/00254.
