I purchased moto g3 by thinking about the quality maintained by motorola in recent years but after purchasing the device and saw the after sale service i understood how worst service is being provided by motorola. After using the device for 4 months i faced first problem with earpiece and headset so submitted the device for a service. The service centre people took 1 and half month to do the service and changed the motherboard but failed to do the service properly. They rectified the problem but they created another problem in the device with battery and flashlight. So i submitted the device 2nd time for the service and this time also they changed the motherboard and they took 1 month to do the service but they didnt do the service correctly. They created problem with calls. So i resubmitted the device for service 3rd time. They took 1 month to do the service and this time also they changed the pcb but also i am still facing problems with the device. This is the worst service being provided by motorola. Now its the 4th time i submitted the device in the service centre and the workorder number is hdb/mg/16/01356. It has already been 15 days and there is no update about the service from motorola. I have escalated the above 3 cases to motorola and incident number is[protected]. There are 3 pcb changes in the device but also there are problems in the device. I have attached all the 4 boards imei numbers in the attachment. I request indian government to keeo strict rules about the after sale service. All the foreign govt. S are giving a device replacement even if there is a single error. Indian government also should keep the ame rules then we ll be getting good quality products and services. I order motorola to do the service properly. If there is a problem in device motorola is going to provide a new handset to me without any charges.

    I have purchased motorola's MOTO G(3rd Generation) on 14/11/2015 from Flipkart.com, AFTER 4-5 months it is giving the problem of heating the mobile & it does not detecting the sim which is inserted on sim slots, then i sended that mobile to service center in aurangabad with my friend & they take that mobile for reapairing on jul 2016 and after so many conversations happened they given that mobile on september 2016 by saying that it does not going to repaired by them.for the warranty purposes they kept that mobile so long with them b'cauz they does'nt want to replace that handset.
    it is giving that problems consitently going on, i want my money back or exchange my mobile.

      Hello,

      Myself *VasimKhan Munshi*, a proud owner of Motorola Cell with model no. _MOTO G3_ and _IMEI [protected]._

      Hereby I request you to look into my issue and kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

      I bought my Moto handset on date 30th October 2015.
      Out of blue it suddenly got affected in its Sim slot. For which I went to the service center viz. - _Ensure Services, Jetalpur Road, Vadodara, Gujarat._
      I submitted my phone on 5th September 2016 and received it back on 19th September 2016.

      But surprisingly instead of fixing the problem they gifted me new problems. I received my phone having problem with the display on the screen, Camera resolution and the sound from the receiver i.e. I couldn't hear the voice from the receiver.

      Is this the way to treat customer?? After submitting my phone I waited for about 15 days. But instead of solving they generate new issues.

      Do revert to my mail and plz resolve the issue on the priority basis.

      Now its high time. You people are getting on my nerves now. What the hell you all think over there?? I dont have any work other than just visiting your service centre and facing lethargic and irresponsible attitude. Be bold n clear, are you going to resolve this matter or not?? Or still you want to harass me? Say it by now itself.
      Coz, you people are playing a lot with me.
      Else, I need to get you all legally.

I Bought this handset as i got to know several best features are there in this phone.But, Now I'm totally feeling down for buying this set.I've been facing a Problem of Screen Overlay detection for several times as I install Needed apps for me it will show the same. The problem was started from finishing a month from my Purchase.Several Times I made a Factory Reset in My phone but it's Repeating the same.What should I do for this.I Need a Reply from the Team side of Moto and I want the same to get solved as like this won't get repeated further

          HI,

          I purchased Motorola Nexus 6 phone with IMEI No-[protected] in Feb 2016. After two months o[censored]sage, there were multiple issues with phone as phone was not powering on and even if it was powered on, it was getting switched off automatically in 2-3 minutes and hence, I have submitted the phone to Satyam Communications, Noida Service Center for repair on 20th May 2016. Work Order number was OIA/MG/16/00936.

          They promised to repair and return my phone in 15 days since i have to travel abroad on June 1st week but they haven't returned.

          After multiple phone calls, follow ups and escalations, my phone was repaired in last week of June '16. Since, I was abroad (South Africa), one of my friend travelling here brought phone with him in Aug 1st week.

          Now, after two months o[censored]sage, I am having same issues with this phone. It is not powering on and if it gets powered on, it gets switched off automatically in 2-3 minutes. This was the same issue that they promised to have it repaired but am having same issue again.

          I am out of country now and will be back by end of November or first week of December. I am without phone now again and having lots of issues in connecting with family or attending official calls since phone is not working at all.

          Its quite evident that they have not repaired the phone properly and just befooled me and cheated me.

          i have sent multiple emails to them but they seem to just ignore the emails and no-one wants to own the issue. No help at all from anyone there.

          Hence, requesting your help to sort out this issue.

          Let me know what additional information do you require.
          I have shared the IMEI number and the previous Work Order number as well that was logged previously when I have submitted phone to Satyam Communication, Noida. I also want you to take action against the service centre as that is also not helpful at all.

          I have sent multiple emails (multiple times) to Motorola Customer Care and Director Services Motorola but seems that no-one wants to help at all, my emails are not being acknowledged even.

          Also, no reply from Satyam communication and I am feeling that Motorola has cheated me with 25000 INR. This is not first time, I have lots of issues with my old motorola phone as well.

          Trust me, I am never going to recommend Motorola to anyone and will ask people to refrain from using Motorola as this is the worst customer service.

          Anyways, I am sending the email to you, though have no hope for any help from your end as well.

          I am still awaiting response from Motorola. You guys promised me to come back to me with the response and getting this resolved. I even sent over the detailed response to you stating my query and other details.

          I just want the issue to be resolved please without any hassle to me, I am feeling like being cheated with such worse kind of customer service from Motorola.

          My 25000 INR is almost wasted now, I want either my money back and return the phone or another phone to be given to me. Cant handle more this junk piece of phone now.

          Let me know how are you going to handle this.
          Motorola has only 3 service centers in Hyderabad, india that too with total poor service the people working there have no manners to talk with customers and no good technicality please improve the service by doing inspection every month like samsung does to their service centers

            I have been an esteemed customer of Motorola for years, and have been very pleased with its service as a result of which I have brought 3 moto phones in last two years in my family.

            But my recent experience with your customer care have shaken my strong belief on your company, I was facing some issues with the newly brought MOTO G4 plus, so I contacted the customer care, not satisfied with his reply, I requested him to forward call to one of his senior, my call was forwarded after a waiting of 40 min, and then the conversation with your manager have been a nightmare of my life, he was rude through out the conversation and moreover misbehaved with me, and he was least interested in listening to my issue, talking to him was like talking to a goon during a fist fight, the way he behaved was highly unprofessional and not what expected from an employ of Motorola .
            So, sir I request you to take necessary action against the emplyes who play a great role in defaming the name of your company.
            And there is no service center in Hisar[protected]haryana)
            Please solve this problm.

              My moto x play had a charging problem.. So went to repair it at b2x authorized service center at narayan peth pune.. They took one month to fix my phone.. As soon as i had reached home.. My phone was not charging.. Went back there.. Complained.. They told me that they have stopped accepting motorola phones.. Directed me to b2x service centre paduka chowk fc road shivagi nagar pune.. Went there.. Waited for an hour.. They told me that the tokens have finished for that day.. Told me to go their new b2x centre at nalstop which started operating from last week.. Went early morning on monday (26.9.2016).. They checked my phone and told me that someone has hampered with my phone so they wouldn't accept it.. They are accusing me that i have shown the phone to a 3rd party outside.. Where as i have never shown my phone to anyone else (Its in warranty.. Expires in oct end).. Worst service centre and customer care ever.. Have been moving like a dog and a beggar to your service centre for the last 1 week with no results.. Please ask them to repair my phone within their estimated time or else i will file a complaint and make sure that serious action is taken against the concerned people of motorola

              My moto x play had a charging problem..so I handed my phone to b2x authorized service center in narayan peth pune..they took 1 month..told me my phone is fixed ..as soon as I reached home..it had stopped charging..went back there who told me that they have stopped seeing motorola phones..directed me to b2x fc road shivagi nagar pune..they told me that the tokens given were finished for that day..told me to go to nalstop pune..where they have a new b2x centre..went there..they told me that someone has hampered with my phone and they wouldn't accept it..I have moving like a dog for the last 1 month to fix my phone with no hope..I have other things to do then waste my time in repairing the phone..please take action against the defaulters and get my phone fixed..

              The display had a problem, it was getting transparent whenever i open an app with a dark shade as its background and the charging jack wasn't working at all

                  Hi Team,

                  My MotoG4 Plus device was having issues with touchscreen so i had given device for repair which was under warranty. Now the device is with them for 28 days with no update as to what the issue is and on asking every time they are just replying "the device needs more service and we will update in some days".

                  They have replaced touch screen which was fine as that was the issue i had raised, but once on call they updated that we are replacing battery as well giving me no reason as to why they are replacing instead the hanged the phone.

                  I don't understand as to what they are trying to do for past 28 days with the device and on top of that they have already replaced two main components of the device
                  1. Touchscreen
                  2. Battery

                  The device was just launched in May and withing 4 months these issues are happening with the device so i feel this is cheating by the company and i doubt that the device will sustain for the remaining period.

                  I demand to have my device immediately and with assurance in written that the device will be working fine post repair or a new device as i no longer have faith in the company.

                    I bought a new MotoG4 Plus phone, I found camera problem and mobile heating problem in the phone within one month period so i submitted my phone to service centre they took 20 days to repair the device

                    but the shocking news is that they did not repaired my mobile properly instead they created ear phone jack problem and network problem then i called to customer care and i complained they told me to submit mobile once again so i re submitted the phone after one week service centre person told that sir we replaced the mother board now you would not get any problem like this he given assurance

                    my problem not resolved yet and i am completely sad about it and i never saw this type of worst service centre in my life if i tell these things to customer care they simply tell submit the phone once again to service centre

                    i think they are not good technicians they don t know how to repair
                    so please help me what should i do to replace my mobile

                      I bought MOTO E model: XT1022 in late march 2015.
                      FCC ID:IHDT56PJ1
                      I hardly used the phone, even for calling. This year, since May only, I started using it for watsapp, that too on a rare basis. I am mentioning the above facts to bring into notice that it was used in a seldom manner. Also it was taken care of properly and never charged in the socket, when it showed full charged signal.
                      But on 10th September 2016 the phone automatically shut down. Then it booted just to show the 'M' Symbol. I took it to various shops and was just given the confirmation, that motherboard has malfunctioned, so it needs to be replaced, whose cost is almost that of the mobile itself.
                      It had been just 5 months after the warranty period. And that too, if the phone had been used in a rigorous manner, then such kind of manufacturing defects could have been justified to some extent. But 1st time I had experience with a phone, which I barely used, and it went into a to be scrapped condition, so early. I had first time bought a motorola set.
                      The phones which I use regularly for calling, surfing or downloading, even they run smoothly without problem for atleast 3-4 years, but it was the 1st time I felt with a brand, that it was designed to expire in a little period after warranty.

                        I purchased moto G turbo edition on January 22nd 2016 from amazon. The handset started giving minor issues in the very first month. On June 20th, the handset charging stopped working and also the charger. I visited the service centre in Sahara Mall, Gurgaon on June 21st and got my phone back on July 6th wherein they replaced my old charger with new one also change charging Jeck. On the very next day, I faced the same problem again as phone was not charging despite checked with several chargers. I visited the service centre again on July 19th and submitted the phone and got my phone back on July 29th stating that they have changed charging jeck again. The problem doesn't ends here. On the very next day again, the charging was not working and went to the service centre again and got my phone back on August 19th as spoke to Senior engineer at the service centre that they have changed the mother board. After a week, the phone started heating like anything stopped working.When I spoke to Mr. Aasad( engineer) at the service centre to replace the phone, he rejected and ask me to again visit the service centre. I have already spend thousands visiting there service centres again and again and they are not at all bothered that customer is facing the problem again and again and have harassed me in not providing any solution.

                        My motog4+ mobile have some problem form date of purchase i. e it's auto touch working while charging, sometime it's touch auto work, some time heating problem. I brought this set to B2X Pitampura customer care serval time but they not accepted this with reason that our head office denied to accept any set. After that I brought this to other service center i. e Khushi Communication Tilak Nagar. 1st time they change touch of my set but problem was still there, I again visited there on 04/03/2017 and customer care exucative again submit my phone to give assurance to repair that in 10-15 days. Now its 20th March but they didn't do any thing good. Please help me out to save my money and it is also a prestige issue of a grawing company.

                          Sir,
                          Please refer to my first complain regarding my Moto X Play 32 gb, lodged through this platform dated 7/9/16 and subsequent complains. I asked for replacement of my mobile set due to side wall swelling.I received a call from your company on 20/9/16, at 11.27 am from number [protected]. --- The official said that seeing the pics of my mobile the company agreed that the problem is on the housing part and Motherboard. Changing both these would cost the company the price almost same as the cost of a new phone. So the company will not be able to keep my request. --- This is the gist of the conversation taken place on that day. Surely you have the record of the conversation and the same can be retrieved by Competent Authority when and if required over the server.

                          BUT THE CASE IS NOT CLOSED HERE.
                          Being a dignified and law-abiding consumer of India, it is my prevelege to fight for my Consumer Right and protest against Violation of Consumer Protection Law. How can Motorola company shrug off the responsibility off their shoulder to replace the phone when fault is Manufacturing oriented and the product us still within warranty period.

                          Howcome the company concluded that the motherboard is faulty may be of your knowledge. Today I am sending videos to show that my set is otherwise functioning . The damage is housing related only.

                          Thus I request you EITHER to return my money I spent to buy the set. OR get only my housing part repaired/replaced through your Authorise centre in Kolkata at your cost.
                          Rest action will follow in perspective of your steps or action..
                          Such mental harassment on the part of the consumer ought not be undermined by your company. Waiting for your decision.

                            Writing regarding worst experience with motorola, never expected to get such annoying response for such an expensive smart-phone.

                            My friend named mr. akshay gupt has purchased moto g plus, 4th gen (black, 32gb) @ 14, 999 from flipkart 2 weeks ago dtd on 07/09/2016 (serial no-[protected]) on my recommendation, but after 10 days he had experience network fluctuating issue with sim2 while sim1 network is still working fine, we trusted motorola product quality and thought there may be something wrong with the sim-card itself so had tried 2-3 times with another sim-card to identified the issue either with sim-card or phone and suddenly sim2 slot pin is broke from middle, snap also attached herewith. with this i concluded that there was some problem was with the moto g plus phone sim slot itself that’s the reason network was fluctuating. we contacted flipkart for a replacement or refund, they denied saying it was outside of replacement period (which is 10 days). they asked me to reach service center to get it repaired and gave me the address details. we went to went to satyam communications, sector 18 – noida (an authorize service center of motorola) to get repaired, was told that the product has issues with the sim slot, the complete mother board will have to be replaced and it is not covered under warranty.

                            Getting it repaired will be a paid service of around 10, 000inr to 12, 000inr approximately. (note: total cost of phone was 14, 999) after several rounds of contacting flipkart and going to service center, when we received no i decided to contact motorola on customer care number[protected] @ 21/09/2016 02:26pm (outgoing 31mins47secs), customer care executive ms apoorva has attend that call & tried to seek customer support but instead of checking correct estimate she suggested to visit some other service center to confirm. i also asked to provide contact details of that area/territory service manager but she said we can’t disclose, you can talk to my senior & putted call on hold for 15-20 min ‘finally mr. amar attended that call and again i’ve explained everything i. e. your authorized service center is giving wrong estimate to us so please support on this matter, in case i’ve to be pay then will pay only for sim slot not for complete pcba cause if sim connector will be replaced then pcba will be recycled in your inventory. but he also said that we don’t have any higher level repairable center so you’ve to bear complete cost of complete pcba not for sim connecter & disconnected my call.

                            I’m very dissatisfied with them due to this behavior. i was not expecting/never this type of customer service support from motorola.

                            I would like to request you to please look into this matter & help.

                              I have given my phone on 26-aug-16 in motorola authorized service center. Initially they told they will take 15 days if there is major problem. Now i am doing follow up with service center, they are saying they are waiting for the parts from motorola. I tried to contact motorola customer care and they are saying they can provide only the status but can escalate the case to the concerned team. They did that also but still no response from motorola. Somehow i was manage to get the numbers of motorola employees who are in service team but they are also not responding after doing tremendous follow up. Need your help to get the phone back and to improve the service so other customers will not face issue in future.

                                I have order[protected] a moto g plus 4th gen (Black 32 gb) from amazon on 26 august 2016 and i received phone with following b01ddp7gzk serial no [protected] on 30 august 2016. As soon as i received phone has started giving problem, whenever i connect the charger in charging slot they didn't connect sometime and if they connect it shown the "charging slowly" on display lock screen and it takes 6-7 hours to complete the charging. When i contact amazon regarding this fault they said exchange policy is finished by 12 september 2016 and they are now directly me to service centre. I am very much shocked that new phone are showing such types of problems. Hence i requested you kindly resolve my problem by replacing my phone as i trust motorola and i don't want to loose it

                                  There is issue of apps not starting like "chrome stopped", "contact stopped" & not getting connected to Laptop etc... when given to Pune service centre, they kept for 1 week, and after that said, "motherboard is required to change and it will cost around 4500 Rs.???" which is now close to buying price..
                                  Is it correct and what about Moto reliability of this device????
                                  it is shaking trust on MOTO brand as whole as already we are using other 2-3 devices of Moto E, Moto G etc...
                                  Please have look on seriously on this issue of repair and confirm as early as possible... I still believe in Moto will help on this of motherboard if it is exist trully.

                                    My name is shashikant kushwaha my mobile no. Is [protected]. I submitted my moto g3 phone to the motorola service center in delhi in the last june month due to phone is not switching on there were a lcd problem on in it.. They took phone and replaced the lcd. After that when i use the phone there were many problems like "camera issue, 3.5mm jack problem, charging problem & network problem".
                                    After that i have submitted my phone to the motorola service center in allahabad on 27 aug. They call me after two days to recive the phone but there is an login issue so they told they will sended the phone to lucknow and give me after 5 to 7 days. After a week i called to service center they said the phone is not repaired the part is not available wait for 2 days more after 2 days they said same thing and take time for 4 days.. Till now i called they said it doesn't repaired.
                                    Sir, my phone is in warranty and i purchased the phone in may 2016. Please take a suitable action to the service center. Here is information about the service center.

                                      Hi i have submitted my phone to service station at borivali mumbai cellular world on 9 sep 2016 i was told that battery and mother borad of my phone will be replced which was purchased in month of may and the major chunk of my phone is getting replaced, i am okay with it but still i haven't received my phone from the service center its like almost 3 weeks without my new phone i want consumer forum to look into this.

                                        Motorola company launch mobile phone moto g turbo company given information this phone is water resistance but water enter in side the phone and then my phone screen tuch not working I go for motorola service centre he said he cant repair my phone in warranty.
