This is Sai Prasad from Hyderabad, India,
I do have couple of motorola devices, One of my motorola phone touch screen was not working properly so i have visited your authorized service center located at dlishuknagar (Satyam electronics) on[protected],
I have faced worst experiences as mentioned below
They have asked me to wait for 10 days to get the device repaired
After 7 days i have tried to contact service center but they not responded
Then contacted motorola customer care and tried to know the status, They had told me device is pending for analysis and asked to wait for few days
Then after 2 days again called and asked status, Status was same and they have taken a compliant and escalated to concern department
Have received call from service center and they have informed that, There is a part related issue and we have raised order for part as the same is not available at service center
Mr. Amenjeeth Singh called me from escalation department and assured me that part indent has been placed and part is in transit.
After 3 days received a call from service center and they are saying, Your device is water damaged and it will not cover under warranty,
MY QUESTION IS, WHEN PLACING PART INDENT THERE IS NO WATER DAMAGE HOW CAN THEY FIND WATER AFTER THEY GET PART????? THIS IS REALLY BAD.
Mr. Amenjeeth Singh called me again and i have informed this conversation to him and he assured me that he will be escalating this to higher authorities and get the phone repaired ASAP.
Mr. Amenjeeth singh called me again after 3 days and requested more time as the issue has been escalated.
On[protected] called customer care and they said your device has been repaired and ready to collect
On[protected] I HAVE VISITED YOUR SERVICE CENTER AND THE SADDEST PART IS THIS, DEVICE NOT YET REPAIRED, AND THEY ARE BLAMING MOTOROLA CUSTOMER CARE " SIR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE DONT KNOW CORRECT STATUS, IT WILL TAKE MORE 3 DAYS TO REPAIR.
AGAIN CALLED MOTOROLA CUSTOMER CARE AND INFORMED THEM, THEY ARE REFUSING TO TAKE COMPLAINT
ARE YOU PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS?? ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW AND MY DEVICE NOT BEING REPAIRED.
WHAT IS CORRECT STATUS, IS MY COMPLAINT WRONGLY CLOSED BY AGENCY AS IT WAS AGED???
BELIEVE ME SERVICE CENTER RESPONSE IT VERY POOR.
REQUESTING, SOME ONE PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS,
AND PLEASE AVOID FRANCHISES, PLEASE MAKE SERVICE DIRECT
PLEASE PLACE DIRECT SERVICE CENTERS.
I AM WORKING IN A REPUTED DTH COMPANY IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPARTMENT AND WE DONT TREAT CUSTOMER LIKE THIS
