I bought x play from flipkart on[protected]. Now the sides of my mobile have inflated/swollen and getting cracked. Since past 2 days the power button side part has swelled/inflated. Power button as a result seems to be levelled with the swallon side and not in my control. Phone is rebooting now and then. Getting heated up. Service centre at salt lake near 3no water tank, kolkata said not repairable since the defect is in 'housing section'. They refused to give the words in writing. I am urging you to get my phone replaced.

With reference to my complain about my mobile set Moto X Play 32 gb edition to Motorola dated 7/9/2016 through this site, I'm reminding you about my complain . The side walls of my set have inflated/swollen creating gaps. I have already sent a number of pictures supporting my complain. I also urged to replace my mobile set since it is still under warranty period. I have also sent you the paper relating to my buying of set. Your company had last sent me an email on 9/9/2016 stating and I quote :
"Thank-you for sharing more information, we have escalated it to the appropriate team for assistance, you will hear from us very soon."
Till date a considerable time has past and I am yet to get a positive reply to my urging of replacing my defective mobile set. This delay is uncalled for. Still waiting for your reply and action thereof. This delay on your side is leaving a bad impression on the future possible buyers of your different products.

With references to my complains through this forum on 7/9/16 and 15/9/16, and your subsequent reply to me on 9/9/16, this is a reminder. Nine days have passed since your last reply. Nine days time, I am sure, like me, your Multinational Company of repute would also agree is a considerable time to come to any decision regarding my complain. Silence on your part is really unfortunate and uncalled for. It has reached a state of mental harassment to me.

    I have purchased new moto G 4 plus handset in Jun month of 2016. I felt battery related issue in handset.after some time it starts hang.thereafter I called to Motorola's customercare, but they didn't give me positive response.i told them to change my handset because with in 15 day lot of problems occur.now if I am switching on my handset, it take only 30 minutes battery backup in 100% charged battery without using Internet or else. So i[censored] can something then please change my handset.i had lot of faith in moto phones as well as your customer support team ..but it left a bad impression over us and customer become how u can break our faith and company loyalty.please replace my handset...

      Dear sir/madam,

      In the second week of august, 2016, i bought motorola g4 plus 16gb 2gb model from amazon.in. The phone has been malfunctioning since then. Problems being that the bluetooth suddenly starts, wifi stops working, has issues to connecting to wifi networks, overheating and also restarts suddenly once in a while. I initially ignored these problems being minor issues and also because i was too busy with my work.
      Then 2 days back, i was relaxing on a chair and the phone which was in a protective shock proof case slipped from my pocket and fell down for the 1st time since i bought the phone resulting into the screen (Gorilla glass) getting cracked. The phone apart from the issues stated above is working but its really surprising that the phone's displlay/gorilla glass got all damaged upon suffering a minor fall (Height of 2.5 feet to be precise) on the 1st such instance itself.
      Normally, any phone is expected to endure/withstand few minor falls before getting damaged. It is not assured by the makers but that is ideally how the phones should be. If the phones are getting damaged upon suffering a minor fall that too once and are not able to withstand it, they are not at all suitable for normal use. Also the gorilla glass whether its 2nd, 3rd or 4th generation, does not serve any purpose if its not even able to withstand a single minor fall and the protect the phone from damage.
      Since then i have been calling the service centers in vashi, navi mumbai and vile parle, mumbai for assistance but not even once my phone was answered till date by either of the service centers. I even filled the online grievance form available on the motorola's official website. They said that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Later, i even called your toll free no.[protected] for assistance from my mobile no. [protected] today afternoon at around 01.24 pm where the customer representative could not address my grievances and just gave me the same contact numbers of the service centers in vile parle and vashi on which i have been contacting them since the last 2 days. She assured me that this time, the service centers would definitely answer my call but alas the nos. Turned out to be the same. I had also asked for the company's email id to the customer representative and she gave me this id : [protected]@mailwc. Custhelp.com. I tried sending email on this id but got a an error report. Here, i really need to thank you guys for the blessed encounter with your customer service.
      The terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty clearly say that physical damage is not covered under the warranty but this seems to be an exception as the phone got damaged on the minor 1st fall itself. If such incidences are not covered by the warranty then clearly it amounts to supplying customers with faulty products thereby cheating them. Moreover, there is not a single service center within 20 kms of radius of where i live i. E in town area. On top of that, its a huge pain to reach out to the support staff to resolve your grievances and then your service centers do not respond.
      This whole thing has taken a toll on me and my work. My only request is that my problem should be resolved at the earliest. I have done everything from my end and it is also to be noted that i have been supplied with a faulty product and fortunately for you and unfortunately for me, it is not getting covered in the warranty. This is a clear age old ploy of supplying defective products to the customers and cleverly taking defense under the company's legal provisions and thereby cheating your naive customers who then do not have a choice but to give in your crooked policies. I would be constrained to escalate this issue if it does not get resolved from your end. I want my phone to be fixed from your end at the earliest and that the damage caused to it be covered in the warranty itself. Please do not make me regret my decision of buying a motorola product. I have enclosed the bill of the product herewith for your reference.

        I have purchased moto x play online through flipkart with invoice no. #blr_wfld [protected] dated 29.01.2016. Imei of my device is [protected]. I wish to submit that my some of the functions of my device all of a sudden stopped working. I took my device to motorola service centre, karnal (Haryana) on 01.09.2016. The executive at the service centre told us that this is a software problem and will be repair till evening, you can collect your phone in the evening. When i went to service centre in the evening they told me that it has not been repaired yet will be delivered tomorrow. The next day i was told to collect the phone at 12:00noon. When i went at 12:00noon i was asked to come again at 2:00pm and the process continued and their executive kept giving two hours time again and again. My moto phone set is still lying at service centre, mughal canal, karnal and i have been given 2 hrs time nth time in the last few days. This is what i am facing. I do not expect this kind of services from a brand like motorola. Kindly do the needful. I shall be grateful to you.

          Same problem I am facing. I have surrender my device on 17th august at your service centre. Till date I have no updates when I will get my device back & there is no use of doing e-mail communications with your helpdesk as I never received satisfactory reply from your helpdesk. Sorry to say, From Brand like Motorola this kind of service is not at all expected.

            This is to inform you that I Rishul Gulati purchased Moto G3 in November 2015 through flipkart. After two months the phone started to have problems. When I complaint to the service center they kept the phone for more than 15 days then changed the hardware and gave m back. Not even the month passed the phone again started creating problems. Again the phone was taken at the service center with no job sheet number generated for a week when I called them thrice they created the work order number and after 15 to 20 days the hardware was again changed and provided to me. A month passed again there was a problem they kept the phone with them for more than a month and changed the software. after that three times the software has been changed now when I got the phone back the next day only there were lines on the screen which kept on increasing I submitted my phone on 13- August-2016. They had not generated the job sheet number so that I could not make my complaint further. When I talked to the higher authorities many times and told them to change my handset or either refund my money they just have repaired my phone and now telling me to take that phone again. I have not worked properly with that phone for six months. Most of the time it was kept at the service center. It has not even an year passed Ihave faced so many problems with the phone. Now when I asked for the replacement they are making excuses.
            Kindly look into the matter and help me out. Since I have faced so many problems within a year I demand for either the amount to be refund or replacement of the handset with proper check so that I don't face these problems again with the new one in the future. I purchased it so that it would be helpful to me not to keep it at the service center most of the time. I would be thankful to you if you please look into the matter as soon as possible. The two job sheets number provided to me were EIL/MG/16/00078 and EIL/MG/16/00254.

              Hello Sir/Mam,
              I am Dharmik Savaliya, I have given my cell phone for service in Motorola service center at Balaji Communication, Arihant Complex, Udhana Navsari Road, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat-India on 27th july 2016. They told me they will solved problem in 25 days so, my aspect-ed delivery date is 25 Aug 2016. I have visited service center 3 times after 25th august 2016. Every time they told me part are not ready and they will call after two or three days but i can't got positive response about my cell phone.
              On every times they were told me about parts are not available and it will be available after some days. They are not giving me exact date for solved my problem.

                It has been long time to see my phone, i have submitted my moto g4 plus at okhla pahse 2, near adjoing yamaha motorola service center on 6 th August 2016, due to internal problem, they already have missed their TAT but still has excuse part didn't come and keeping my phone.
                May i know is this motorola service to their customer, it is just two month old phone and i feel like i never had this phone.
                Please do something if you wants customer more the dissatisfaction of services will decrease customer of you.

                  Worst about cheap cmpny thougj which i have deal with about one year my phone has spend 3 months n service statin in decmber to feb due to some problem in main bord and now d same .d poor service at service stations makes one irritate not giving d fon on time not doing their work properly giving excuse of product nt being delieverd by cmpny .such a bad experiance wid it that noe m forced to register at conumer court.

                    My new moto g4 plus screen became black on 3rd august.When i went to the moto help centre. They were taking too much time to solve the problem even today i don't get my phone and today is 27th august.                         I bought Motorola turbo edition in march, with in 10 days I faced problem of automatic restart customer care person suggest me to format it but it din't work.
                        after that blinking of red frame problem occur.I called to support no solution were provided.After that heat problem came, heat was so much that it even burn my finger regarding to it service center person told me that it's mother board has been fail.
                        He promised me to return it with in 10 days but he took 26 days and told me that part is not available.after that when i got my mobile with in single day same problem of mother board and heat came now service center person told me to repair it with in another 10 days and i know which will take another 26 days .

                        It is faulted device from beginning I am facing so many problem.

                        I buy MOTO G3 in dec 2015. It starting showing problem frm march 2016 that time mother board of this phone is already changed and now this phone is not charging now i already visited to the service center and still the problem is same. Plz help i dont know i m really fed up frm this service quality.

                          I have given my MOTO G2 mobile for servicing, as there was some issue with TOUCH RESPONSE. Physically device was perfect before giving for servicing & there was no physical damage. But, When i received the device after servicing, i found volume button, power button damaged severely & they became very loose. When i notified this to service centre representative on spot, they are telling that it happened by mistake & not accepting to fix this issue as my phone is not under warranty. Also telling that if they try to fix this it may affect entire device functionality.

                          Issues with handset:
                          Touch problem and
                          Sd card auto unmounting

                          As I faced the above mentioned problems with my handset, I visited Moto service center (B2x service center) at kormangla, Bangalore. They asked me to leave my handset for half a day and asked me to collect it by end of the day concluding that there is no issue with sd card and it's slot and there is touch problem which need to change my mobile display which may costs till 8k.
                          As I didn't accept for changing my mobile's display, they did normal servicing and charged ₹ 150/-. As soon as I received my handset, I found that handset's power button and volume buttons got loose which were fit at the time I left my handset at service center. I asked the executive about that buttons and he is rejecting to fix it by saying that it is common with Moto g2 handset.
                          The next day I visited Moto service center at Jaynagar, 4th block, Bangalore. I explained about the issue and they accepted to service the buttons. After few minutes one of the executives returned with mobile saying that can't be fixed as the damage is done by other executive at koramangla service center and also the mobile is not in warranty to undergo servicing.
                          As of now I have the handset which got damaged by Moto service center executive with no fix to the damage done.
                          Please consider it with higher priority as I am not left with an option to service my handset.

                            Karnal customer care centre have no solution about my moto set from last 2 month.. Too much long time they take but very bad talking with customers and their is no solution too. I visite store 5 to 7 time but every time they said stock overed. Is that kind of services moto given?? Next month my mobile one year validity also expire who is responsible for that. Really disgusting

                              I have purchase lyf - flame 6 handset from reliance jio. I also have a motorola handset moto g4 plus. I have a trial connection of reliance jio with the lyf handset. When i use this handset as a hotspot and try to wifi tether with the motorola handset, the connections is drops quite often. I tried tethering other phones and laptops to the lyf phone, they all work fine. Other motorola and lenovo phones do not work. If i tether to any other lyf phones, i don't have a problem with my motorola phone. Moreover the motorola phone connects very well toall hotspots and wifi access points.

                              I complained to lyf but they are not entertaining my complaint. I complained to motorola but they have not responded to my complaint either.

                              I don't know whom to approach.

                                Greetings,

                                I bought a motorola x-play on 10th of july, 2016. At first the phone worked fine but when i updated it to android marshmallow, it stopped functioning and kept on restarting by itself. This happened on 9th of aug, 2016.

                                It took me 8 days to get my phone submitted to the service center as there is already too much crowd having problems with moto phones. My phone was finally submitted on 17th of aug, 2016. It has been a week and neither the service center nor the mototrola is doing anything to repair my phone. I have been emailing them ever since no action is being taken.

                                Everytime i get the same reply that it going to take some time.

                                Its not even been a month that i have used the phone. I demand a replacement from the company but they wont do it. My work is getting hampered because of this, because the nature of my job is such that 70% of my work is done from my phone only. No other company is giving such lathargic service. If they cant repair it atleast offer me a replacement, its under warranty, dont make me and my work suffer like this..

                                well, before putting my complaint i was coordinating with the director of service of Moto or the [erson who was coordinating in his behalf. Others can find the email eaddress on their website. After my complaint here went online, 1 hour after that i got a call that my phone has been repaired which was kind of odd as yesterday they told me it will take them a week just to get the parts, as usual they were lying about it.. I have got my phone back and its working but the physical condition of the phone is not the same. it has gor some scratches and 1 hairline crack as well. so people please check your phone before receiving it and do make the service center people acknowledge the damage caused by them to your phone.

                                  I have purchased this mobile on[protected] and my mobile was restarting again and again, so i have called customer care they thought me how to hard reset the phone, when i did my phone just got restarting again and again all over.. When i called customer care again then the asked me to show it to service center, when i reached the customer service center, just wasted my 2 hours waiting no one looking into my phone when they opened my phone they just told me the motherboard is bend, i told them its never been opened before which they agreed on, then how the metal on mother board got bend.. They just told me you have to buy another motherboard which cost around the price of the phone currently.. So a middle class family guy who earns just 10000 how he will afford to buy the motherboard.. So i called customer care and registered a complaint number[protected]...
                                  No one have the answer to my simple question that motherboard which is in between of screen and back cover & 1 hard hover back got damage while the screen and back cover was intact, how the something which is so important got damage? No one have this answer they are just saying this is physical damage now my warranty have expired.. I want justice

                                    Please don't buy moto g any generation mobile because they are having inserted very low quality motherboard and after few days usage of your mobile, you start getting hanging phone more frequently and one day it will cost 80% of your mobile due to mother board issue and need to replacement completely which would be too much costlier better if you purchase new one.

                                      Hello,
                                      I was using motorola g3 (Mobile handset) whose warranty deadline was 11th august 2016, suddenly some part of the touch screen stopped working.
                                      When i went to motorola service center located in borivili - mumbai, the service executive claimed that the phone has water damage and totally denied to take it in warranty.

                                      I told him the handset is water resistant. He replies back telling me that some handsets are not water resistant and i even showed him the line written on the box about the water resistant thing. Still he denies and tells it is just written for name sake and only few got water resistant properties.

                                      Now i am placed nowhere, as what shall i do regarding my handset after getting unprofessional response from motorola service center.

                                      Are you serious, again wasting my time writing the whole thing again. If English is not the simplest language for your organisation then which language are you all comfortable in??
                                      I mean haven't I mentioned it in detail. Or shall I start from my birth.. "the day i was born i had a dream of ordering Moto G3 and but after 27 yrs I got to know about the unprofessional service of Motorola.

                                        In warranty moto g3 model xt1550 imei [protected] is not charging at all. Charging possible after switching off phone. It also take 12 hrs minimum. Whilw charging phn gets on and off continusly. I had get it done frm ur sc at pune b2x. My job no amspue008255. I give on 19 july 16 and received phone on 6 aug 16 in same condition as before. I have also attached herewith my service center details.
