I have purchased moto g4 plus in june 2016.
But within 1 month... I encountered a serious problem of main touch screen buttons...
I have submitted my moto g4 plus to the service center at jabalpur - arnika enterprise.
Till date i have not got my handset back...
Again & again they service center are delaying the delivery of my handset.

1 week ago my phn gets over heated when it was on charging then i take it off from charging and switched it OFF and put it besides but then after it was still nortstarting .

    I have purchased moto g4 plus on 18/5/2016 and it got spoiled on 7/7/2016 and i submitted my phone b2x service center in pune on 8/7/2016 and the job sheet no. Amspue007729 and the concerned person said i would get my phone in a week and when i escalated about the issue with my phone they said the ic is gone and display and were waiting for parts and yet its been a month the status shows pending for parts and when i contact the motorola customer care they just push me back saying sir we are looking into your case and will you get a solution asap and yet they didn't give back my phone and when asked to provide me with new device i don't get any response from them.

      I was purchased a mobile phone of motorola (3 generation) on date 25/05/2016.now a days the display of phone has blackish colour.and touch is fine.and i think company should have not problemm to solve my problem in the garrante period ..there have not any problem regarding to touch ..so sir pls noticed ..the complaint and please send me the feedback wuth this complaint..

        Brought Moto g 2nd gen in Novermber 2015 and its still under the warranty. Since my screen touch was not functioning, so I had to give my phone to Motorola Outlet in Panaji, Goa. Self handed over the mobile on 29th June 2016, and was told that mobile will be back in a month time. Now it being more than a month and still after tracking my mobile update religiously, i haven't received any positive feedback about my mobile. I really dont know whether my mobile will come back or not?

          With due respect I would like to state that I purchased Moto g4 plus about 45 days ago and my phone got dead within 16 days o[censored]se. I have given my phone for repair under warranty on 04th of July, 2016 but there is no progress still. It has been about 31 days and I have also escalated this issue at motorola care support but I am not getting a proper action. The are providing vague dates, with no proper updates. Their escalation team is not responding properly.

          Even though Motorola had dropped the price of Motorola x style 32 gb by a price of Rs6000 Flipkart is selling the phone at Rs29000 instead it should be of Rs23000. I hope the phone price will drop very soon

              Dear Sir,

              I have bought the motorola 3rd generation mobile few months back (It is still in warranty period ) . After sometime one day, mobile was not getting charge so i thought it may charging jack problem so i went to motorola service center i.e B2X, shop No. 56, 57, Aggarwal City Mall, Pitampura, North Delhi ([protected]) . Then they said it will take hardly 3 days to get repair. Then after 3 days, i kept trying to contact service center but they never respond to my call after this i tried to contact motorola customer service but they were also not cooperative they also kept delaying by saying every time that call us after 48 hrs (we will tell you status after 72 hrs ) and so on So instead of just taking 3 days, they took 25 days for repair (its motherboard was changed) but motorola company policy is that their service center cannot keep mobile with them for more than 7-10 days.
              So It was worst customer service i have ever experienced.

              Now the real picture start - after the 4-5 days of this thing, my Mobile start doing unpredictable behavior
              - Anytime it get switch off,
              - Its battery get drained to 0% battery.
              - If i hit lightly, it get switch off or i run with my mobile phone in my pocket it get switch off
              -So after every switch off, i need to start it by bootloader.

              But today it become worse as usual it get switch off in between then i tried to switch on by bootloader but it is not getting On . Every time it get switch on for 3-4 sec then switch off

              I am so frustrated with this Mototola 3rd generation mobile . So I appeal to motorola company to give me new handset

              My moto g4 plus got in trouble i goto motorola center in nagpur i gave them mobile they say we will solve this problem.

              nOW on 2nd day i'm calling to there service center they are not picking my call and if they pick call they say hello and disconnecting.

                I had purchased motorola g4 plus on 19th june 2016, after connecting sim card in the mobile phone, i had recived network problem which after showing in the service centre in guwahati, the service centre people told me that the mobile phone is having manufacturing defect, the mother board needs to be replaced. But the company is not giving me replacement of the mobile phone even after the mobile phone is having manufacturing defect. Even though they are not giving replacement they should do the repairing at the earliest. But i have given the mobile on 15th july, till now the company has not despatched the part which needs to be replaced. They cant even tell me when the product will be despatched. Please help me as i am facing so much problem due to motorola's manufacturing fault. If they cant get my mobile repaired they should give me replacement as the mobile phone is having manufacturing defect.. My work order no-gwi/mg/16/00390 dated-15july 2016.

                Can you please tell me one thing? I have filed the complaint on 3rd of august 2016 and response is coming on today.why is such a poor service by such a well known company motorola.how much information you need from me.till now I dont have my mobile its still in service centre.its about to be 30days now.due to your manufacturing defect I am facing harrasment.I need my mobile phone replaced by tomorrow.I cant tollerate this fault in your service any more.and give someones contact number where I can directly get response.I cant use a manufacturing defect mobile.for service if I have to wait for 1month.I dont need my mobile.you either give me replacement or return the money.I need response from you today itself.I have already lodged one complaint against motorola in indian consumer helpline and consumer forum as well.if you dont want me to go any further then give me replacement or return the money.reply me today.

                  Submit my phone moto g3 regarding "charging port not working" issue to authorized motorola service centre... They took 1 week to get is repaired... Got my phone back on 30 july.. And a new problem is generated of voice echo.. This was simply due to their unskilled servicing person they are using... I submitted my phone today i. E. 01 aug., they said it will take 2-3 days to resolve this problem.
                  And the phone is in warranty period, nw it will be 10-11 days since i submit my phone.
                  This is simply very poor service and use o[censored]nskilled workforce, simply wasting time and money of customers.

                    I bought a motorola moto g3 mobile phone in aug. 2015 (which is still under warranty). the company claimed that the phone is water-resistant for upto 3 feet of depth and for 30 minutes. i accidentally dropped my phone in a bucket of water (upto knee length) immediately took it out, removed the cover and dried it. it worked fine for a day but then it stopped working. i went to the authorized service centre and there i was told that it will cost me rs. 5200 to repair my phone. they said that they do not account for any physical damage to the device, but it is clearly mentioned in the warranty book that if this particular device suffers water damage, it is covered under warranty.

                      My motog4 plus stopped working within one month of purchase. Motorola asked me to send it to repair center where i was informed that motherboard was defective and has stopped working. Needs replacement.
                      Bought phone on 25th may from amazon
                      Received package on 1st june
                      Stopped working on around 2nd july
                      After calls to amazon (Refused to help) and motorola finally gave for repair
                      On 7th july 2016.
                      No updates till now about the phone. All they say is parts not received by repair center

                      So without a phone for more than one month now. And motorola pays no heed.

                        I was facing an issue with Moto X (issue: touch screen not working and sim2 not working) and had given my phone to repair to New Tech Solution service centre at Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 29 June 2016. Today, after 27 days, there is no update in the status of repair. All that they tell us is that the parts are not available and they cannot help us. When we call up the service centre, the executive (Abhijit Patil) talks rudely saying, "main bana ke bheju ka phone!"

                            Greeting!!!

                            Hope you are doing well.

                            I purchased the premium phone of the moto thinking that it will be a wonderful smartphone in terms of performance and roi.

                            But the decision proved to be fatal for me, the phone turned into a disaster after 5 months of normal use, it's started showing all kind of software and hardware glitches some of them being navigation keys not working, charging works sometimes and sometimes not, camera automatically opens and closes, screen resolution error, automatically opens apps and sends texts, keyboard error, corrupted my sd card and much more troubles.

                            After spending rs 25, 000 for a moto phone, yes glitches are acceptable to some extent. But i decided that no-one buys moto again in my family, because of the service at the repairing center, faridabad, haryana, india.

                            Firstly i have to wait 2.5 hours in the queue just to show my phone problems, i mean what kind of crap service is that we take half-days from our offices, loose our salaries and come down to your service center just to sit and wait. Moreover, there is no considerate timing given to us by what time we will be getting our phone back. The authority asked to call us after one week.

                            That's what we did, we called them after a week and the person said we will be only repairing the phone if we received the spare parts from our company in a very rude manner and asked us to wait for one more week.

                            Then i got a call motorola mobility on 14 july that spare parts have been dispatched and you will receive your device in next 10-12 days and said that due to some flood the parts have been delayed (Just look at the quality and kind of service you are providing, do you really think we will ever buy moto or lenovo in our life's), and the lady on the phone said she will keep me posted on any updates.

                            Then, the same lady called me on the next wednesday i. E 20 july and informed me that the parts have not been dispatched (Such a conflicting statement of what she said to me on 14 july) and said to me it will take next 15 days to receive the parts.

                            Sir/mam, i don't have my handset from last 20 days and i am having a lot of trouble, i know you people don't care about us, but at least ensure that the product we purchase from you is serviced from your part in normal period, like what samsung and apple service centres does.

                            This is the service you provide after we pay so much of money to you and the kind of crap service you provide us. I suggest you be more responsible towards servicing your customers else you are gonna soon end up like nokia did.

                              I have submitted my moto x play on 1st july 2016 in service centre as it's display was working automatically. my work order no is wqt/mg/16/00507. now it has been more than 20 days and yet it has not been repaired yet. i had also tried to reach out to the customer care and they are still asking to wait for 1 more week.

                                My phone moto g turbo had severe hardware issue which i had bought 3 months ago from flipkart. I gave my phone in the motorola service center, salt lake sector 1, kolkata on 19th june 2016 with work order no ste/mg/16/00108. Service center said that it will take 5 days to replace the parts, but they kept on delaying it. I sent a mail to motorola customer service regarding the issue and they said they will look into the matter, but they did not. On 8th july i got call that my phone is repaired. When i went there i found out that my phone screen is tampered and ill fitted, it looked like screen will come out, and there were scratches all around the phone. I refused to take back my phone. The service center people said that they need 15 days more and they were troubling me.
                                I again sent a mail to customer service regarding issue. They said that they need 48 hrs.
                                I again called service center and they said screen is fixed but they cannot fix the scratches.
                                After 48 hrs i got call from arvind who was handling my case in customer service, and he asked for 48 hrs more.
                                After every 2 days they kept on doing the same thing.
                                It is more than a month now, i dont have my phone for which i have paid so much money. Neither the customer service nor service center people are taking this matter seriously, they are just delaying.
                                I am helpless as iam a working woman a phone is must for me. And i cant afford to buy a new phone.
                                Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

                                  Moto G 4 mobile is not properly work that means this mobile cant charch after 6 month only say to charging is connect but charging is not down and my handset some time is charg but sometime is conection is done but charching is reduced means charging low

                                    I have bought the handset last year and is still in warranty. Last month i got to notice that the sound of my handset is very low as compared to the handset of same model, so i deposit it at the service centre at jankapuri distt centre, new delhi. They firstly gave my handset back after flashing only and the problem remained. I submitted it again and this time the sound problem is little solved but got back with a new issue of battery. Now my phone is getting shutdown automatically at any time even if the battery is 70% charged or 20 or 50. It looks like this handset is defective form the beginning firstly the sound problem and now the battery problem. So i want my handset to be replaced or refund my money for this fraud that i faced...

                                        I'm fed up with the consumer complaint team of motorola. its been a 3 years since i've been using this handset. i once had to give it for screen repairing that costed me a huge sum of ₹13000. and now it's rear camera is out of service.
                                        My phone had an applications update.. after that my rear camera and flashlight are out of service.. i've been agitated with the service standards. there is no one to attend to my problem.
                                        I've been searching for an adequate and positive reply. the local repairing centres say that it may cost a sum of ₹3000 again to run it again. please help me out. i don't belong to a rich and wealthy family so i will be highly obliged if you feel my issue a concern tu by choosing motorola over other brands..
