Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Yesterday, I received two calls regarding my mobile from Karnal service center. They told me that my mobile is fully repaired. Today[protected], I have visited Karnal service center to take my mobile.
When I gave my mobile to service center to repair on June 07, 2016, there was a reusable screen guard on screen. I told executive that screen guard is costly (Rs. 600) and it is reusable, so please give it to me back if display is changed. And they promised me to give it back to me.
Today, as they gave my repaired mobile back to me, I found my reusable screen guard was missing. I complained to them about this. They told me that they can provide a low cost screen guard costing Rs. 80 to me, but I denied to take that one. I demand from them to provide me exactly the same screen guard which I had applied to my mobile.
One more serious thing...when I was demanding my mobile's screen guard, then 3 persons of your service center came to me and tried to physically attack on me (Please check CCTV cameras recording for proof). I was surprised. It is my right to claim my accessories attached with mobile, but instead of providing, they tried to hit me.
Problems are still remained in my mobile, are given below:
1. Back body cover is not fully closed by service center after repairing, it is inflated on back corners. There is too much possibilities that dust particles can enter into my mobile from back which can be the cause for any serious display issue (I can send a video for you to verify the same, if you need).
2. Overheating issue still exist (in very light usage).
3. Battery still gets drainage very fast.
4. Adaptive display brightness is not working properly.
5. Call voice clarity issue.
6. Mic issue during call, voice is not fully audible to other person who is listening the call (I have checked the same with 2-3 different networks).
and much more...(still under observation).
I have really surprised with this kind of cheap service by Motorola as well as service center. Problems get increased instead of decreasing. I have already visited to your Karnal service center three times, I just fed up with it. This is the case of customer harassment.
You are requested to arrange a replacement for my mobile as other mobile companies (like Apple, Sony, Samsung) do with un-repairable mobiles. I hope that you ll understand my problems and take necessary actions in reasonable time period.
