Dear motorolla,
I have purchased on moto g3 (Third gen.) mobile from flipcart on dated[protected]. The order id of flipcart is od[protected] with mobile imie serial number [protected]. On 1st dec 2015 i found that my phone heatup while charging and the phone gone dead. I called the toll free number of mtorolla and done every procedure as per their guidance. Then the motorolla toll free team suggested me to visit the nearest motrolla care center and on 2nd dec 2015 i went to the address as defined by the motorolla people “ opp. Abhishek hotel, goddod road, surat.” the servie center told me that they have discontinued the motorolla sevice and they gave me the new motorolla service center address which was “ug-69, 70, wing-c, shreeji arcade, anand mahal road, adajan, behind bulkabhawan school surat gujarat 395009 communication merchants “ i gone there and the service center told us that we have not yet started the motorolla support and we are only having lenovo support here and there is no certainty that when it will get started. I communicated all this things to toll free number and the answer i got was unbelievable. They say “ you have to wait till any service center onpen in surat.”
I just don’t know where to go with this problem as there is no one to answer and the only possibility left with me is to file a police complain against motorolla and flipcart.

After a long chase of 15 days finally one of the service center "ensure support service india limited." has accepted my moto g3 (Third gen.) mobile today with work order no.: sur/mg/15/01829 wo date : 14 dec. 2015. Please get the handset replace at the earliest as it is almost 15 days as of now i am without any mobile phone.

My phone is dead since 1st december 2015.
After 15 days of long chase now my phone is accepted by one of the care on dated 14th dec. 2015. My work order number is sur/mg/15/01829 work order date 14th dec. 2015. - after my strong follow up the call center told me that you will receive your device before 15th january 2016 as there is issue in parts
Availability.
- today (19/01/2016) when i inquired the call center i got a response that still the part is not available and he gave me another commitment to get it repaired by 1st week of feb 2016. I may get a third commitment on feb 2016 regarding the which is not surprising for me as i am chasing since two month for my mobile.

My humble question to you is "am i done mistake by purchasing the motorola device?"
If not then why i am suffering this much for getting my phone get repaired.

Dear team,

It is almost 2 months and 22 days my handset is dead and informed to motorola. Till today i have not received any call from the service center to collect the handset. It is my last mistake to buy any motorola product. There is no curtsy from motorola people to let me know the status of my mobile. Today in the morning i got a call from one person of motorola and he was asking that whether you collected your mobile from the care or not?

When i asked the care they told me that the handset is not ready and we will intimate you as soon it is repaired. This clearly indicates that the toll free number of motorolla is also misguiding me on this regards.

This is to inform with deep regret that after 2 months and 23 days of my phone given to the service center for repair i got a call from your call center to collect the device from the care. I have gone there to collect the device and found that the speaker part was damaged on upper and lower part of the front screen and your care people told that this normally happens when we open the front glass but this will not give you any problem in your functionality and you can submit the device again for this problem in the care. They were assisting me to take the damaged device but after calling your toll free number they told not to accept the device if it is found damaged. We have return the device to the care instantly and took
Back the old job sheet. The care people were frightening us by saying that there is no motorola care with us and if you do not take the device the device will stay here only and you will never get the device back.
I just cant understand is it with me only or is it the common scenario for all the motorola handset repair.
Please assist what should i do.

Initially when i talked to the customer care people i have been told no to except the handset and when i was following up rigorously on toll free they keep on saying that i will get a call from motorola as they have escalated this issue to higher authority. Unfortunately i never get a call from them and i almost communicated with them through email more than 30 times but with no revert.
At last i collected the mobile from the care with the same condition on dated 24/03.2016. After getting the device with me i have see that the camera of the handset is not working. I gone back to the care and told them the condition bu they denied to take the mobile as they were no more motorolla care. I called to the customer care and they told that there is no motorola care in surat and i need to submit in near by town (Ahmedabad) which is 350 km from my place. Other option they told me to wait for the other center which will open shortly. I waited for the motorola care to get open and on the very first day i visited the care and given my device.


As per your suggestion we have visited the care and they have taken the
Device on thursday only. The job sheet number of the device is *srt/mg/16/00010

The care people told me that they will intimate me whenever the mobile handset is ready. I waited for a week and i called the toll free number and they told it will be ready at the care so go and collect the device. When we went there the care people told us that there is a problem in camera so we have requested parts. When again i called the told free number they told the part is delivered by the care on 3rd june and they also told that i will get a call from the care within two to three days. But when i have not got the call i again visited the care today (17/06/2016). The care people is saying that the mobile is still not working with the new camera and now we are going to request for new motherboard to rectify the issue. I don’t know what is happening, since december 2nd my mobile is not working and in spite of giving lot of mails and lot of calls and lot of visit to the care my mobile is still with motorola care.
Its more than six months i am facing problem with my device and there is no service provided by motorola for my device.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    Yesterday, I received two calls regarding my mobile from Karnal service center. They told me that my mobile is fully repaired. Today[protected], I have visited Karnal service center to take my mobile.

    When I gave my mobile to service center to repair on June 07, 2016, there was a reusable screen guard on screen. I told executive that screen guard is costly (Rs. 600) and it is reusable, so please give it to me back if display is changed. And they promised me to give it back to me.

    Today, as they gave my repaired mobile back to me, I found my reusable screen guard was missing. I complained to them about this. They told me that they can provide a low cost screen guard costing Rs. 80 to me, but I denied to take that one. I demand from them to provide me exactly the same screen guard which I had applied to my mobile.

    One more serious thing...when I was demanding my mobile's screen guard, then 3 persons of your service center came to me and tried to physically attack on me (Please check CCTV cameras recording for proof). I was surprised. It is my right to claim my accessories attached with mobile, but instead of providing, they tried to hit me.

    Problems are still remained in my mobile, are given below:

    1. Back body cover is not fully closed by service center after repairing, it is inflated on back corners. There is too much possibilities that dust particles can enter into my mobile from back which can be the cause for any serious display issue (I can send a video for you to verify the same, if you need).

    2. Overheating issue still exist (in very light usage).

    3. Battery still gets drainage very fast.

    4. Adaptive display brightness is not working properly.

    5. Call voice clarity issue.

    6. Mic issue during call, voice is not fully audible to other person who is listening the call (I have checked the same with 2-3 different networks).

    and much more...(still under observation).

    I have really surprised with this kind of cheap service by Motorola as well as service center. Problems get increased instead of decreasing. I have already visited to your Karnal service center three times, I just fed up with it. This is the case of customer harassment.

    You are requested to arrange a replacement for my mobile as other mobile companies (like Apple, Sony, Samsung) do with un-repairable mobiles. I hope that you ll understand my problems and take necessary actions in reasonable time period.

      Dear sir,

      I have purchased mobile moto x style (Imei no.:- [protected]) on[protected]. When i was using the mobile, i saw some fault on the screen. Screen was divided in two parts. One of the part is clear (No problem), but other part is not fairly visible (There were some disturbances on the screen). Even i was facing overheating as well as quick battery drainage problem from last 4-5 months.

      I tried to solve the overheating and battery drainage problem by formatting the mobile (Uninstalling the applications), but problems were still there. As soon as i come to know about the display issue, i went to moto service center named new mass communication (Address: shop no. 152, first flkwc, mughal canal market, karnal-132001) on june 07, 2016.

      I told them the problems which i was facing. They told me to wait for 2-3 hours because they don't have any equipment to open the mobile to check. After 3 hours wait, they told me that there is a need to change the display and provide me a job card /work order no. Kwc/mg/16/00233. As i saw the print out of job card, i was surprised that there was mention about the minor scratches on body of mobile. I complain the receptionist about this. She told me that they had to do this because while entering in the system, there is no option to enter "no scratch on body".

      I have got two messages on 09-06-16 from moto service care displaying that your service complaint has been resolved now, so you can collect the mobile from service centre as soon as possible. I have visited the service centre today (From my place kurukshetra to service center karnal). As i have reached there, i found that service center made a mistake. They willful closed the complaint without resolving the same. I spent rs. 500 to reach service center as per their message intimation, but i found issue unsolved.

      I talked to customer care on # [protected] on[protected]Ref. No.[protected] and told the issue to them. I also have requested executive to talk to service center receptionist/ engineer. Executive also talked to service center receptionist/ engineer. Executive told me to take new job/work order no. From service center. But, service center did not provide me new job/work order no. This time, handset lies with service center itself.

      I fed up with moto service center's service and this type of harassment. Please provide me replacement of the mobile as soon as possible.

      I hope you ll understand my problem and take suitable action to provide me replacement for this defective handset.

        due to charging problem of my device, i approached to your service centre of mahendru telecom off.2, 2nd floor, monika tower near milap chowk, jalandhar, punjab

        they didnt gave us good service, they replace the orignal charging point of the phone with the duplicate one, so i want that to plz take action against this unless i will go to consumer court.

          On 17/1/2016 i had bought a motorola-xt1550 imei no - [protected] mobile phone from flipkart @11900/-. Hardly after 10-12 days discovered that the phone started giving touch issue. When approached service center they said front panel will be replaced which doesn't cover under warranty since it was a online purchase & was charged 6000/- even after the mobile was under warranty - hardly used for 10 days.
          Its been almost 5 months mobile being in service center and i have ben following up with motorola over calls mails and personal visit to service center.
          The company is not replying for my mails and only makes verbal communication and dosn't replies on the mails even when i am asking for written update and are simply asking me to accept the repaired mobile that too is not working and now its almost 5 months over and i used it for hardly 0nly 10-15 days.
          I have already asked them for a legal action too but all in vain
          Motorola service center partners misbehave and are making motorola responsible for all the case.
          Now please help me to get my reimbursement for all mobile cost/repairing charges and inconvenience and torture don by motorola for 5 months.
          I have been asking for reimbursement for all my charges but they are denying as company policies.

          As of now i have attached mobile bill, slip for 6000 rupees charged when it was not even a month purchase. I do have all the mails am sending to the director services motorola regarding the case

            Dear Sir,
            When I went to motorola service center for my phone which has some screen issues. They take the phone inside office for check the issues but during checking they broke the screen of mobile. when I said that it is broken they did not accept it. When I ask for cctv footage for clear cut they ignore it.
            Dear sir please do the needful. It is very poor service given by motorola
            service center. Now they are asking for service charge to replace screen
            while they have broken it. My phone is already in service period.

              I bought moto x play from online in oct 2015, then i had some issue with phone so i visit the nearest service center in mid march and I hand over the phone to the authorized service center (Incident No:[protected] and they made me wait for 2 months for mother board replacement and delivered the phone on May 21, 2016, within one week the touch is not responding and again i visited the nearest serive center (Job sheet No: AMSCHE007639), for this issue i dont know how many months they will made me to wait. So kindly help me to make them provide replacement or refund my amount.

                This is to brought to u r notice that i have purchased moto g3 dated 15th oct 2015. After a month it discovered few problems like ok google talk, heating problem, display problem, scratch problem blink problem. So i visited the service centre of karnal but their reply was unsatisfactory and i deposited it for four times. I brought this matter to your customer support but all my requests have fallen on the deaf years. Again it has started misbehaving it is my humble request to kindly look into the matter and either change the product or refund my money otherwise i will be constrained to fill a case in consumer court

                  Hi i am rakesh kumar i am from jammu, and my complaint is regarding the service provided by the authorised service centre of moto rola india.
                  Details as follows
                  I have bought moto x play from flipkart and after updating its software it got automatic reboot or restart problem. On 04/04/2016 i submit the same to its authorised service centre named as swastik computers their official email id is jmu1. [protected]@b2x.com, gandhi nagar. Jammu. First they said it's bord has to be demanded from the company after one month when i visited the service centre when they said your phone is ok. I tried to start the phone but the phone has the same problem then thy said we have demanded battery first now we have to demand mother board for the phone. Today is 28/5/2016 and my phone is still with them. I am so frustrated with their service centre i have to take leave from my office which is about 60 kms from their service centre. I want you to punish such kind of services provided them by extending my warranty period and also monetary fine to them by providing new handset. My details as follows

                    My brother purchased moto-g3 on 23rd oct., 2015 and gifted me.
                    But from starting i was facing heating problem so submitted my set on 21st nov., 2015 and got back on 23rd but the problem still persist. So i again submitted it on 5th dec., 2015 and got back on 12th jan, 2016 and just after one month my set was dead i. E. On 20th feb, 2016.
                    But when i visited the service centre the service centre people refused to accept my set as imei number is faded on my set.
                    Then i complaint to motorola and flipkart both but the problem is not resolved till now.
                    And my set is still dead.

                      I bought motorola x style phone worth 25, 000 inr through flipkart website. But phone display got into repair on 28th april 2016. The phone was handed over to motoroa authorised service centre in chennai. The job sheet for
                      Ervice request was made on 9th may 2016 night for my phone which was handed over to service station on 30th april 2016. It has taken 9 days to raise the job sheet for the service of phone and they it it ll take another 15-20 working
                      Days for replacing the hardware. There had been issues with phone in the
                      Initial month o[censored]sage itself. I had requested for repalcement with
                      Flipkart (Who sold the product to me) for which flipkart suggested some trouble
                      Hooting steps and i too followed it. Now after 3 months i am facing the
                      Another issue with the phone. Now the turbo charger too is not charging at
                      The faster rate as it should. The service station member said they cannot
                      Raise request for 2 hardwares at the same time and so i will have to wait
                      For charger replacement after the phone is service and given back to me.
                      This on a whole takes 1 month where i am supposed to be without the
                      Phone. Should i pay 25, 000 inr and have to be without phone for a month and
                      To take a phone service within 4 months of purchase. Kindly look into the issue to get my handset replaced aalong with the accessories at the earliest. Because after returning the handset i can't be waiting for the turbo charger to be replaced after a month.
                      I am in need of replacement of th e product brought through flipkart.

                        I have given my phone for service in ahmednagar, maharashtra, in jan 2016 as i was having issue with mobiles sim slot problem and hanging problem. There issue was solved and mobile was given back to me. Job sheet number was-hxu/mg/15/00462.
                        In 1 month time again my phone started hanging and speaker phone was not working properly... So again i gave it the service center in bangalore...In month of march...
                        There i got to know that my mobile imei number is not valid... Shocking...

                        Old imei number is-[protected]... Which is valid...
                        New imei number is-[protected]... Which is invalid...

                        The bangalore service center told they can not generate the online job sheet as imei number in invalid so they have taken my phone with offline job sheet.

                        As im calling and asking the moto customer care about the status of repair they are asking me to connect the call to the service center people and then issue will be resolved...

                        But again disappointing... As 3 time i went to the service center and called moto customer care and they 2 spoke something on issue...


                        Again i called moto... Again they asked to go to service center and called from there...
                        Almost around then times i got reply on toll free number of moto staying that give us 72 hours and they will call back... No call...


                        Now its been 2 month over...

                        Is there any other way...?

                        so then case has been filed ...where i have completely mention everything and then this blog copy also which shows that without solving moto as marking it as resolved compliant...which is not true...

                        now i think ill be getting proper response...

                          This is regarding the Motorola company. I had submitted my handset to them on 20th Oct. 2015 for repair, when it was under warranty. they repaired it with a faulty and damaged part and gave me back in Nov 2015. i talked to them and they were consulting the service centre regarding the repairs and the issue went on for a few days in november. Then they advised me to submit it again so around 4th of Dec 2015 i submitted it again at Udaipur as the Rohtak service centre refused to do it. they refused it to the Motorola people too. Since then my phone is at the Udaipur service centre. they had repaired it again and replaced the screen with a new one which is again a damaged part and as the company is not providing the service centre a new part again the service centre has closed the job-sheet work order number and the phone is still lying. Motorole never informed me that the repairs are not being done. Rather they kept me in dark by lying about the repairs being done. they even sent me official mails that the repairs are being done. When i went to the service centre, they said that as the repair handset is out of warranty they are not repairing it.
                          I don't have my mobile for use since 20th of Oct 2015 and today is 1st of May. I think by now they should either replace it or refund the money if they can't repair. A six months delay says that they are unable or unwilling to repair it for which they should also compensate.

                              This is Sudhir.I bought new phone moto g3 on 20th oct 2015.I raised a complaint due to some heating issue with mobile on with in the week when i purchased the mobile to flipkart.Flipkart customer care people has given a solution but that problem was solved but not resolved exactly.still i used the mobile but after 4months meas last month i got a problem again with phone the mobile rebooted automatically but not recovered totally it stuck inbetween and its not opened due to some technical problem.I went moto service center at marathalli in bangalore name is B2X authorised service centre i showed my mobile technical problem they said its a technical problem but still we are not able to do you have to change mother board like that they said.I asked them but why should i change the mother board its technical problem.Then they dint given any proper answer they said we are not going to cover any thing if you want to change your mother board change otherwise we are not give any responsible for that.
                              Please help on this i am now helpless.I lost 12000 rs for.

                              Sir i got a Motorola e2 phone on April 3 2015 but the power button isn't working since may 16th as this covers under warranty period I am expecting a free service

                              I have loss the money 15k such a short period..so people think before to buy this Motorola/Lenovo product.

                                Hi,
                                I bought a new moto x play phone two months back and one of the top marketed features of x play is that it is water repellent.
                                I was using this phone with a protective case which covers entire body except for headphones jack and usb charger point.

                                Two days back there was a sudden rain in bangalore and while i was travelling in bike, the phone got wet. It was a sudden splash after so many days of scorching mercury. I came back home and when i tried to switch on my phone the screen was flickering. I wiped it and removed the case and put it in rice for two days to suck the moisture out it. But when i tried to turn the phone on after two days the screen is not turning on, but i am able to see vibrations in phone.

                                I went to official motorola service center in bangalore koramangala and they inspected the phone and told me that phone has got water damage. They denied my warranty on counts of water damage and they said they need to replace entire motherboard (Almost costing 15k) to fix it [note: phone costs 18k)

                                I checked online and it seems moto x play is resistant to water splash as per many videos and news in internet. I bought the phone considering this and battery backup as primary feature.

                                But when the phone cannot even stand a rain, why is it heavily marketed as water repellent and hence deceiving customers.

                                I had another phone htc one m7 which was water repellent than moto x play, but it never marketed it as a feature inside it. Most of the phones in market has more water blocking property than moto x play.

                                I would say motorola is deceiving customers by a fake feature which never exists in their product to get unfair advantage. The product moto x play is not actually water repellent in real world conditions or my phone has got some serious manufacturing defect.

                                Motorola support is having double standards in this aspect and never respecting customer money.

                                I would like to get my phone fixed under warranty as it is a feature which never worked as advertised.

                                Exactly ! I bought this phone thinking it's water resistant which is obviously an additional feature, else I would have preferred getting a nexus or HTC phone which provides so much better service ... Considering how pathetic the service is, it's the duty of Motorola services to give a complete replacement as I too have the same problem . If it cannot even endure slight water then why the hell call it water resistant ! ... Motorola is a fraud

                                  I have purchase motorola mobile phone purchased through flipkart on 26.04.2015. Before warranty period completion we are identified some problem in our mobile. Then I contacted local service centre X Plus Communications, Trichy-620018 on 20.04.2016 and also I handed over mobile phone to solve the problem.That people are telling to me the hand set was transmitted to Bangalore for rectifying the problem it will take ten days time. Ok we agreed. After one the service centre people call to me. That time I sent my son to service centre to collect the mobile. At the time of mobile the service centre people the mobile was handed to my son switch off mode. My son asking to service centre to check the mobile but that people told no problem you go and charge the mobile. My son after reaching the house the mobile was charged but again we are face the problem with tower not found. Again we are going to contact the local service centre X Plus Communication the peoples are no body responding to but they are telling the warranty period is over. We will charge nearly Rs.4000/- asking to me for solve the problem. The mobile phone I purchased Rs.7000/-. This rediculous answer of the service cenre people. Kindly look in to this matter and You are give necessary steps to solve the problem.

                                    Hi, I am using moto g2, I updated my Android to marshmallow, since then my phone is so laggy, takes minutes to respond, phone has become fully slow..I wiped cache partition too, but it's of no use..I don't want to factory reset, if there is some other solution, please let me know.

                                      Purchased from flipkart on 11th feb 2016 & received on 13th feb 2016.
                                      Product we received was defected (Speaker not working) and the product was replaced (Return id:[protected] and received new on 17th feb 2016.

                                      After using 20 days its shows many problems like hanging, touch not working, auto restart, call disconnect etc etc. We complaint on customer care they ask us to contact on service center.
                                      After getting back from service center in 20 days it is again showing the same problems. We get back to service center again they say it has problem it need to change the motherboard.

                                      I am feed up of all this the product i revived is a total waste.

                                      I want my money back or replacement of the product.

                                        I had purchased a phone motorola moto g3 turbo edition from flipkart on 23rd december 2015. This model provides 1 year warranty on phone and 6 month warranty on accessories. The charger i received in purchase box was defective. This charger was un-detachable single piece charger which was a turbo charger with 2 meter long wire and turbo written on both ends. I submitted defective charger in motorola authorised service center for replacement. After 15 days i received a charger which was a usb charger (Detachable) hardly 1 meter wire and nothing written on usb like first charger. Replaced charger was seemed to be a duplicate and hence i requested authorised service center and motorola customer care for the charger i received first in purchase box and i submitted this detachable charger on 19th march 2016 in authorised servide center. They promised to provide a new charger in 15 days. And after 30 days that too after calling helpline number many times, in last week of april service center gave me the charger which was the same usb charger which i received in first time replacement. (1 meter wire and detachable wire) but this time the adapter was black and cable was white. I did not accepted this charger and complained in motorola customer care but instead of help i am receiving fake promises. Every time i call in customer care they tell me that 'we have escalated your problem to concerned team'. I am not getting desired reply from company. Now its more than 45 days i have not received neither a call from motorola team regarding complaint nor a commitment of providing the charger i must get in replacement. Not even a single call from technical team i have received. The authorized service center is located in borivali west (Mumbai). My motorola helpline complaint number is '[protected]'.
