Dear sir,
I have purchased mobile moto x style (Imei no.:- [protected]) on[protected]. When i was using the mobile, i saw some fault on the screen. Screen was divided in two parts. One of the part is clear (No problem), but other part is not fairly visible (There were some disturbances on the screen). Even i was facing overheating as well as quick battery drainage problem from last 4-5 months.
I tried to solve the overheating and battery drainage problem by formatting the mobile (Uninstalling the applications), but problems were still there. As soon as i come to know about the display issue, i went to moto service center named new mass communication (Address: shop no. 152, first flkwc, mughal canal market, karnal-132001) on june 07, 2016.
I told them the problems which i was facing. They told me to wait for 2-3 hours because they don't have any equipment to open the mobile to check. After 3 hours wait, they told me that there is a need to change the display and provide me a job card /work order no. Kwc/mg/16/00233. As i saw the print out of job card, i was surprised that there was mention about the minor scratches on body of mobile. I complain the receptionist about this. She told me that they had to do this because while entering in the system, there is no option to enter "no scratch on body".
I have got two messages on 09-06-16 from moto service care displaying that your service complaint has been resolved now, so you can collect the mobile from service centre as soon as possible. I have visited the service centre today (From my place kurukshetra to service center karnal). As i have reached there, i found that service center made a mistake. They willful closed the complaint without resolving the same. I spent rs. 500 to reach service center as per their message intimation, but i found issue unsolved.
I talked to customer care on # [protected] on[protected]Ref. No.[protected] and told the issue to them. I also have requested executive to talk to service center receptionist/ engineer. Executive also talked to service center receptionist/ engineer. Executive told me to take new job/work order no. From service center. But, service center did not provide me new job/work order no. This time, handset lies with service center itself.
I fed up with moto service center's service and this type of harassment. Please provide me replacement of the mobile as soon as possible.
I hope you ll understand my problem and take suitable action to provide me replacement for this defective handset.

Yesterday, I received two calls regarding my mobile from Karnal service center. They told me that my mobile is fully repaired. Today[protected], I have visited Karnal service center to take my mobile.
When I gave my mobile to service center to repair on June 07, 2016, there was a reusable screen guard on screen. I told executive that screen guard is costly (Rs. 600) and it is reusable, so please give it to me back if display is changed. And they promised me to give it back to me.
Today, as they gave my repaired mobile back to me, I found my reusable screen guard was missing. I complained to them about this. They told me that they can provide a low cost screen guard costing Rs. 80 to me, but I denied to take that one. I demand from them to provide me exactly the same screen guard which I had applied to my mobile.
One more serious thing...when I was demanding my mobile's screen guard, then 3 persons of your service center came to me and tried to physically attack on me (Please check CCTV cameras recording for proof). I was surprised. It is my right to claim my accessories attached with mobile, but instead of providing, they tried to hit me.
Problems are still remained in my mobile, are given below:
1. Back body cover is not fully closed by service center after repairing, it is inflated on back corners. There is too much possibilities that dust particles can enter into my mobile from back which can be the cause for any serious display issue (I can send a video for you to verify the same, if you need).
2. Overheating issue still exist (in very light usage).
3. Battery still gets drainage very fast.
4. Adaptive display brightness is not working properly.
5. Call voice clarity issue.
6. Mic issue during call, voice is not fully audible to other person who is listening the call (I have checked the same with 2-3 different networks).
and much more...(still under observation).
I have really surprised with this kind of cheap service by Motorola as well as service center. Problems get increased instead of decreasing. I have already visited to your Karnal service center three times, I just fed up with it. this is the case of customer harassment.
You are requested to arrange a replacement for my mobile as other mobile companies (like Apple, Sony, Samsung) do with un-repairable mobiles. I hope that you ll understand my problems and take necessary actions in reasonable time period.
