I have purchased motorola xt910

This is a phone please don't buy no customer support from Motorola.

I have been following them like any thing i bought this phone on 1st april and this phone became a dead pie on 14 of april

I used this only for 15 days in which it kept on hanging

I gave this back to the service center on 16th april till date no update

i want this thing to be cleared out This handset cost me 30,000 INR and i have used this only for 14 days

Motorola guyz have a very bad reputation in india wrt to customer support THey haven't given any substitute also

i want to resolve from now onward i will never buy motorola ever in my life

I have to go to consumer court if the issue is not resolved

      Hi, I've purchased Motorola EX119 Mobile on 9th October, 2011 at Sangeetha Mobiles, Bangalore .But within a span of 3 months, my mobile started giving trouble. EX119 is a touch as well as a Qwerty Mobile. Towards the ending of January, the touch was not working. The first half of the screen's touch was not working due to which I was unable to unlock my phone, Each time i receive a New Message or get a Missed call, I have to shut down my Mobile, restart it and check the New Message or the Missed call. Even if i need to make a New Call, i have to do it before the screen gets locked. Once it gets locked, I'm unable to unlock it as the Touch is not working. I've given it to repair on the 7th of February, 2012 to Fine One Solutions to Mr. Kailash ([protected]) regarding the same issue. They have informed us that it's a 2 days work and that they'll repair and give us back the mobile within 2 days. But the 2 days have prolonged to weeks.Upon getting vexed, we informed that we didn't wanted that mobile and that we'll take a New Mobile in place of it from the same shop.Then immediately within 2 days, they've got the mobile claiming that it's been repaired and is perfectly fine. The mobile was given back to us on the 23rd of February, 2012. But within 2 days the same problem has started all over again.On 26th February, 2012, I've called up to that person who has repaired my phone and informed him about the same. He said, he'll call the next day. But, till date, i.e., 11th March, 2012, I've not received any call from him. Now i don't want this mobile but instead want a replacement.

          I ordered a Motorola Xoom against Order ID LSB-853873 on 16 Feb 2012. The company reps call me up today on 26th Feb 2012 saying Motorola has discontinued the product. I don't find any such announcement from Motorola. LetsBuy is surely lying. I need to take legal action in this case as their delay has disallowed me to try and purchase the product from other web sites where it was available till upto 3-4 days back. Please help me in this regard.They dont believe in upholding their commitments. Bad shopping experience. Strongly not recommended for any one. [protected]@hotmail.com

          Motorola — xoom

          I've had cell data problems with my Motorola XOOM since last year. Four times I sent out my XOOM for repair and Motorola promised to fix the problem or replace the XOOM. They sent me my exact device back to me four times and I still have a device that will not work properly and on top of that I have a contract with verizon. I followed there every instructions and I'm still left with this XOOM that won't work as promised and advertised

            from letsbuy,tht ORDER NO. is 857755.it ws ordred on dated 18/02/2012
            and invoice date is 20/02/2012..and i recieve it on today 23rd
            feb.when i opend the box of mobile and fix sim and battery,then i saw
            that there is missing of BATTERY DOOR! i ws surprised,because the
            brand like motorola never put esscilation like this.a battery door is
            missing.i trusts LETSBUY as a leading and high quality products
            provider online shopping center.but i jst lost my trust from
            it.because i and my office mates shopping from letsbuy so many time
            but there is no esscilation or missing part.last time my boss did not
            got his mobile pouch..bt after some time he had got tht from
            letsbuy.so i want to say that please help me in this case of Customer esscilation and help to give me BATTERY DOOR as soon as
            possible.

                  I have bought a Motorola Defy from Reliance digital in october 2011. The handset is defective piece(also admitted by service center) as the contacts are getting merged, blue tooth is extremely slow and it hangs more than an often. I have submitted the handset in pune motorola service centre near JM road. I have also lodged a request at the customer care office but not getting any response.

                  It has been almost a month sine i have raised the request of handset replacement but still not getting any response.

                  Being a manager and working in Accenture in Pune, I am facing lots of problem without the phone as i am unable to check my mails on mobile.

                  Please get this issue resolved as soon as possible or I have to take legal action against the company.

                    I purchased a Motorola Defy plus mobile from timtara,com on 26th Dec 2011 . After my payment was done the status of order was shown as AWAITING FULFILLMENT . Then after contacting them they asked me to send the Bank Statement copy as proof of payment & send the Copy . Then the Status changed to PAYMENT received . After two days i contacted them & then the status shown after that is " WAITING FOR SHIPMENT " , which is shown for the last 10 days with no updates . On there site the are telling the shipping time is 8-10 days but even after 18 days my item has not been delivered .
                    So Plz either help me to get the item delivered or Help me to get refund

                      Phone was bought on 2nd jan since then it has frozen for number of times. phone was submitted to service centre for same issue and DOA was to be issued as per service centre technician. However after continuous call for 6 days motorola has today given update stating DOA cannot be given to this phone. No service provided. I bought this phone for 34k and without even using it fully had to repair it so many times.. WOW... brilliant service!! Should really kick such companies out of India... Service centre staff are not even trained to answer properly. They give you numbers to contact their staff.. how sad... Sadly 2nd razr and such a big failure

                        Never buy Mororola.

                        I brought a new Motorola EX-119 hand set in SEP 2011. The handset display started getting a problem in November 2011. I gave it to a Motorola service station on 19 December 2011. I was assured that i will get my handset within one week. After one week they said they have put the order of a part and awaiting a part. Meanwhile i called the customer care number, they said they have no update and asked me to call after 2-3 days.

                        Till now i have called the customer care 3 times still they don't have any update, customer care is telling that service department not responding. It's such a pathetic state of affair with this MNC, no body is aware what is happening. They cant stay on there committed words, no body seems bothered.

                        No wonder why Motorola is doing poor in India. Its now 3 weeks i am without any handset awaiting for some response from Motorola.

                            Hi, I bought a motorola defy around 7 months ago. I gave my mobile to service center for auto-restart, hanging and one line on display corner problem. not its almost 7 weeks, but they are not able to rectify the display issue(line on display corner, its not clearly visible, but its there). now what they have told is new mobile also has the same line. but i have checked, its not there. i have also spoke with region head of motorola(bangalore), he said that he will solve the issue ASAP, but now he is also not picking the call... what should i do?

                            should i take my mobile back with the defect ?? please suggest..

                            one more thing I had given this mobile for second time for the hanging and auto-restart issue. so in 7 months, more than 2 months my mobile with the service center only..

                              I (Ranjeet Gupta) working in Motorola Bangalore made an agreement with owner of a flat Mr.Varun kumar reddy for a 2bhk flat for rent with 90 thousand security deposit on 4th march 2010.Flat is located in S.R LAYOUT wind tunnel road old airport road.He received an advance deposit of 30 thousand cash from me and as per agreement 60 thousand will be paid on occupancy of the same property.When i asked him for the keys of a flat he said he has given the flat to another guy so i can not shift there.When i asked him to refund my deposit he is making me fool.Its almost more than one and half year he has not given my deposit.I have a hard copy of agreement with signature.Please give me a suggestion how i can get my money back.

                                I registered a complaint with Motorola Service center ,Calicut with the reference number zc/mo/11/00038 on 9th nov 2011. Its being about two months that i have registered the complaint and waiting for the replacement to receive.                                   PURCHASED ONE MOTOROLA FIRE XT311 MOBILE FROM infibeam.com THROUGH ONLINE PURCHASE CASH ON DELIVERY MODE AND RECEIVED ON 28.11.2011.

                                  ON 17.12.2011 (19 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE) THE MOBILE BECAME DEFUNCT WITH TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING AND CAN NOT MAKE/RECEIVE CALLS.

                                  CONTACTED INFIBEAM CUSTOMER CARE WHO SAID THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING AND ADVISED TO SEE MOTOROLA REPAIR SERVICE AT BHUBANESWAR 'SMART SERVICES' FOR WARRANTY REPAIR.

                                  SMART SERVICE SAID THEY HAVE NOTED THE COMPLAIN AND ASKED FOR SPARES WHICH WILL TAKE 7 DAYS.THEY ADVISED ME TO CALL THEM ON PHONE BEFORE COMING FOR REPAIR.

                                  NOW I AM WITH A DEFUNCT EXPENSIVE MOBILE(RS.8649/-) JUST 19 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WAITING FOR REPAIR.
                                  yes motorola needs a big comback if they want some competition wtih samsung. Recently i bought XT311 though it is very attractive in its configuration you will surely know the worst battery backup the slowest processor. sometimes it blink and become blank. when i complaint to the dealer they told to go to the motorola service centre but in vain. if motorola needs competition they should change something or else they will definitely erase itself from this mobile world.

                                    I purchased 2 nos.Motorola BT 50 battery on 31/01/2011 from TECHNIQUE SERVICES, 84A, Central Avenue, Kolkata-700012.( Phone no:[protected] and Mob. no.:[protected]. Being a new battery, it cannot hold charge for the complete day and both the battery are same. I complained to the service centre and they replaced one no. in March 2011. It is also old and used battery since the shape has already been deformed. I presume that this service centre is not genuin and they are cheating the consumer on behalf of MOTOROLA COMPANY. This Technique Services should be banned immediately by MOTOROLA.

                                      Dear Motorola India Team,

                                      This is under tremendous trauma that i am writing for the problems that i have faced buying a Motorola Phone in India. I honestly never in my dreams though of a nightmare like these would have happened for a mere Mobile Handset. And, that too a premium handset which is worth 28,000/- INR when i bought it.

                                      I purchased a Motorola XT 720 in Jan'11, since then i have been facing some or the other issues. Last night after i ended a call i saw a circled distortion inside the screen of the phone. Today morning i took the same to the service center at I-11 Lower Ground Floor, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar - II, New Delhi -110024, where they rejected saying 'We won't be able to help'. This cannot be covered under warranty. When asked for the reason they sited we do 2nd Level, you will need to go to Gurgaon or Green Park for this.

                                      Now, tell me is this case then why the hell is it mentioned on the website that they are the authorized Service Center. Also, why will it not be covered under warranty. The problem is of the handset and definitely am not accepting the behaviour of the Center Representative. If you cANNOT THEN GUIDE ME THROUGH A PROPER SOLUTION. I am really annoyed and and lost entire trust on the brand.

                                      As per as Motorola is concerned, I don't think they will be able to understand/resolve my concern, see I have several time seen that no one has basic knowledge of hardware in the service centers for MOTOROLA XT 720. I now feel everyone was correct when they mentioned not to buy any Motorola Mobile Phone, specially which comes to India.

                                      Moreover, to seek some better help i called Mr.Praveen Kumar (Regional Head for Customer Care in Delhi), who never responds to any call. I have tried 11(eleven) times to reach him but to my utter dismay, has been humiliated for not getting a response. Hoping for best, if I do not get a call or an email within 24 hrs, i am escalating the issue to TRAI and the senior Management of Motorola.

                                        I have Motorola EX 128 i purchased in January 2011. After two days there was problem in touch as well as no backup. So I went to service center to get it repaired. I given them the handset and they committed for one week. I managed without phone and finally they have given my mobile back after three weeks with replaced mother board. However the problem was the same i came to know after the use of one day. I have contacted toll free number so they again directed me to service center. Again they have kept my phone for more 20 days. I got the set back with additional problem of rebooting after every 5 to 10 minutes. Again I approached service center and found they have shifted to some other agency. I found it again and they again kept it for mother board and touch screen replacement, They again took 20 days to give it back to me with rebooting problem.
                                        Again i walked to service center to get repaired again they told me to replace the mother board third time. They have not taken handset this time and replaced mother board (as they stated) after one month. I got the set with rebooting problems resolved but default features missing with back up of 5 hours on stand by.
                                        Service center again shifted to some other agency and they committed me to replace the equivalent handset model or to replace mother board forth time. They have updated software and replaced battery. Again there was problem in applications and video recording and the same initial problem of touch screen. They kept it again with them and finally surrendered but the problems.
                                        I have called toll free many times and they directed me to service center every time.
                                        I have been suffering since approx 10 months and warranty is going to lapse in next two months. I have only this handset so i am facing problem since the period. I request the company to please replace the handset with better type of other equivalent model.

                                        Motorola Mobile EX128 — Handset Not wORKING

                                        I HAVE PURCHASE MY HANDSET OF MOTOROLA EX128 ON NOV 2010 AND TILL THEN IT NOT WORKING PROPERLY, 80 5 OF TIME TILL PURCHASE MY HAND SET WAS AT THE SERVICE CENTRE, I HAVE MADE VARIOUS COMPLAIN FOR THE CHANGE OF THE MODEL BUT THEY ARE PROVIDING THE SAME MODEL WHICH HAVE THE PROBLEM LIKE SCREEN TOUCH, BATTERY, SIM NOT WORKING ETC ETC.

                                        PLZ SUGGEST WHAT TO DO FURTHER
