Then after contacting them they asked me to send the Bank Statement copy as proof of payment & send the Copy . Then the Status changed to PAYMENT received . Phone was bought on 2nd jan since then it has frozen for number of times. phone was submitted to service centre for same issue and DOA was to be issued as per service centre technician. However after continuous call for 6 days motorola has today given update stating DOA cannot be given to this phone. No service provided. last week i bought DEFY priced around 13k, today i've opened it... got a basket of gift full of FRAUD.
