phone bought on 9 september... Order no. Is OD [protected]...Back panel slightly open from upper side side... Before i thought that it might be happen in all phone. But my friends phone is alright.this might be happen in my phone. If possible please help me out from this

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to complain about the mobile phone I bought from an online store on the 7th June'2014. I have been a satisfied customer only for a short period of time. Unfortunately since the beginning of this of this month it stopped working properly.The mobile phone I ordered is a Moto-E. I chose to buy this phone because of its good features and the reasonable price, that was Rs. 6999/- and for which I still have a valid warranty. Sadly it's not working properly anymore. The first problem occurred on 12th Sep'2014 when out of a sudden the screen disappeared, but after restarting the phone it came back to it's normal status. Then, on the 22nd Sept'2014, after having a phone conversation, it began overheating causing damage to the screen. I went to a few local service centers in New Delhi regarding this issue and the response I was given was that the screen is damaged and it needs to be replaced with a new one. I would have accepted to pay for a new screen unless it's price wouldn't have been higher than the price of phone itself (they charged Rs. 7300/- for a new screen). When I questioned about this awkward situation the service-center employees were trying to explain me how Motorola Company sells phones in lower price only to charge great amounts on services. Needless to say that this is the last thing that i was hoping to hear.Even so, I have 2 more Moto-E phone if same problem occurred in those phones than who is going to pay for that and i recommend Moto-E to my friends also they bought that Moto-E phone because of recommendation the same problem happened to those phones then who is going to bother the expenses and they all are blaming me because i recommend Moto-E.For these reasons, I would ask you to either change the display of my phone
    or replace it with a new one as right now I even fear that at any time it can explode in my hand.As per telephonic conversation Mr. Suresh Kumar(Customer Care Call Center [protected]) demanded to mail the snapshot of Moto-E & Moto-E bill. So, Please find the attached file...I look forward to your immediate response.

    They are lieng to resolve the problem till date my phone is in service center...

    Till Date my Moto-E is not repaired by Motorola Service Center due to Parts is not received by Motorola this statement is giving by Motorola Service Center...

      I bought moto G (16 GB)mobile four months back from sarf trading and its now showing default in the working of bluetooth and wifi.The bluetooth dosent even gets on and the wifi dosent even shows the nearer wifi networks some time. As the mobile is in the warrenty of 1 year(software & hardware) and its only 4 monts now so i wanted to know what should i do to get my mobile repaired.plz give me a feedback so that i get the solution to my problem

        I had bought a Motorola Moto E for myself on 19th July 2014 AS I was very happy with the performance of the product, hence I had recommended it to a lot of my friends. I had again bought 2 more MotoE for my Relatives. So it is needless to say that I was quite impressed with Motorola. But last Saturday( 20 Sep 2014 ) when on my way back home when I was exiting from the car, my phone just slipped out of my pocket and when I took it ‘I found the screen to be broken’. Now this brings me a lot of Question in my mind regarding the specs of the phone I used Promoted, as the phone didn’t fall from more than knee height. I have a lot of my friends today who use Indian Brands such as Micromax, Lava etc. and say that they are far better when it comes to the build quality. It survives fall from greater heights . Before making my decision to buy Motorola MotoE, I had seen the specs & what impressed me was the fact that Motorola MotoE came with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 . I had seen the below video of how efficient Corning Gorilla Glass 3. http://www.corninggorillaglass.com/gorilla-channel/Corning®-Gorilla®-Glass-3-L... Was Motorola Faking while it said, it has Gorilla Glass 3? Was it just a mere hype that Motorola wanted to create to make my way back in to the Indian Market? When I checked online I found that Motorola was replacing broken glasses in countries other than India. So was a sub standard product offered to the Indian market? I had contacted Mototrola website and it was mentioned that my query would be addresed in 24 hrs.(Incident:[protected] 1 week has gone by. So I decided to post it here.           I purchased this product on 25th july 2014 through flipkart i.e one and half month back only.Last sunday i.e 14th sept it got switched off suddenly, no display nothing totally in dead mode.I called motorola customer care also, they asked me to try it in safe mode but nothing happened.I visited authorised service center in chennai i.e trident technologies, they told there is problem with motherboard its faulty.They changed it, Yesterday i got my mobile from them.For some time it worked properly but again went on dead mode. I called motorola customer care again, they again told me to visit service centre.I didnt purchase the product for going to service centre.But if they would have to repair they would have done it properly. They cheated me i m feeling insecure as service centre people didnt change motherboard and it was faulty.Because after changing motherboard data was there in mobile.motorola company persons are not accepting their mistake.             No one taking care of it. I have been continuously grilled by poor service from motorola and its customer service centers in chandigarh vignesh serice center Gone there to check my battery problem which used to drain with in 2 hours from complete charged even without using i.e. "Stand BY" But after having life changing experience from there my phone got fully scratched by those vignesh guys and they told battery now changed after 3 days and let us know if problem persist Like they guys dont have any responsibility to check and confirm Is customer totally free to roam around such employees who making people fool in daylight Now again after battery change battery life didnt working well Also the smart guy on reception told checked motherboard etc god knows what's the problem But this something really frustrating only in 2-3 months this can happen to a device cannot imagine never happened to 500 rs phone

              I have purchased Moto E through flipkart 1 Months back.after 156 days its screen got damaged now their service centre is demanding Rs 5000/- for replacement of the screen.PC support is the only authorised service centre in pune for motorola.Motorola is cheating indian people by selling rejected material through flipkart.it is first time i have seen that a mobile screen's cost is almost equal to price of mobile.Motorola wont be able to survive in india.Motorola will have to pack their baggage very soon.

                I am very very disappointed to inform about motorola services. I have bought my mobile approx 2 month back of 14000 Rs, and getting a dark line over the phone can not able to use my phone as screen is not visible . I went to moto service center and ask them to replacement as the mobile under warranty. They are saying that it got Physical damaged. even my mobile never got fell down and not even single scratch on the mobile. later i ready to change my screen, they are asking 4600 Rs for only screen. i have given 500 as advance and they told me it will be ready in 1 week. but approx its been 2 week and they are not giving the screen saying that screen is received from motorala . . earlier i was not ready, but later i ready for replacement of 4600 Rs and given 500 advance by me on 30 august. My work order no is QCI/MG/14/01961. IMEI No. [protected] . my concern is :- 1. They are asking so much money that is approx half of the buying price . 2. even though i have ready for screen replacement, and given 500 advance it approx 2 week and not received the screen.                   I purchased MOTO E form flip card on 26-June-2014. My mobilehead phone/macro phone port is not working. Currently I am in PUNE. I approachedto MOTO E service center at PUNE that mention as MOTO website. I called to Tel: [protected]/[protected] but no one taken mycall. I visited to address: PC SUPPORT, Shop no-8, Shree Sai Tower, 273, Narayan Peth, Pune-411030 But gay on service center told me to come after 10 days. I am suffering due to service center problem.

I have visited service center 5 Times and they are telling it can not repaired, it need to go for full replacement of the product.                       My moto g fallen and its power button got stuck inside. Phone is automatically restarting. I showed this phone to Karnal Service Center (SHOP NO-152, 1ST FLOOR MUGAL CANAL ROAD, KARNAL) and they said it will charge 80% of phone cost (that means 10k of 14k) because they have to change full motherboard. I showed phone to local repair shop and they just took 300 bucks and make that as it was before. Phone is good but service is more then worse. I suggest Motorola to take action against them because they are looting your customers.

                          Dear sir/madam My Mobile Screen is damaged within warranty period. I purchased MOTO E(BLACK) vied Order ID no. OD[protected] dated 15/05/2014 through flipkart. A sudden crack came on the screen automatically. earlier it was small crack which has increased slowly over the time and now screen is totally damaged and I am not able to operate the phone at all. This happened within a period of four months of purchase, which is not expected from motorola's product. And the worse thing is that, when I contacted to Motorola's service center M/S media house sanjay palace agra they said for the replacement of the screen I need to pay a sum of rs 2000/- . As per my understanding, the screen should be replaced/changed without any amount when it is under warranty. The problem was in your product why I need to suffer for this. You are requested to instruct to M/S media house to replace my mobile screen or the complete set if required at the earliest otherwise i'll file a case against you in consumer court.

                            I have bought a moto-x in March 2014. After 2-3 months the phone has serious issues like Bluetooth, Wireless not working, Heating issues, Battery discharge and self reboot. I have submitted my phone with their authorized service center Sikha Communication in Gurgaon and my night mare started. The raised a work order for replacement of the device. Till today I have not received my phone. Despite calling and visiting service center multiple times they don't respond properly. I have called motorolla call center and they ensured to arrange a callback with the status. After waiting for 48 hours I called call center again and got a confirmation to pick up the from service center as the status has been updated. I immediately rushed to the service center but all my happiness vanished as soon as i asked my phone. Their motorola portal was not working due to internet issue in their office. I rang call center again and talk to 3 different people. Got the contact of Saranjeet Singh who takes care Haryana region but as soon as i called him he shouted on me. why the call center has given his number as he not taking care of Gurgaon as its come under Delhi/NCR. I called again motorola call center they gave number of delhi/Ncr guy Mr. Javed which was switched off. I called again and talk to some Senior person there which promised to get back to me by Monday at any cost. Now Monday has gone too and up update. I am still paying the EMI but phone is not with me.                               I, bought moto e from flipkart dated 2 nd june 2014, there was a problem with sim slots so gave to near by motorola service center at my place in secunderabad, service center name :-sri sai communication mg road secunderabad, gave my handset to them dated 26th june 2014, till now i dint receive my handest whenever i call them, they say it takes few more days to reapair it and is at chennai or banglore service center

                                Purchased Moto G mobile phone just 1 month back. Suddenly it was showing lack linings on the screen and could not able to read any text on the screen . Phone is still under Warranty period. P.C Support which is the only one service center for Motorola in Pune (India) claimed that the Phone touch screen needs to be replaced. Earlier P.C support claimed the screen will get replaced within 4 days of time. Now 10 days had passed neither they lift the two phone numbers provided on the receipt. I almost tried 15 times in a day and at last around 2 pm they lift the phone and again all arrogant reply saying still they need 2 more days.

                                  Hi, I have given my Moto-e handset for replacement of display at Motorola authorised srvice center Wintech services Belgaum on 22nd July. They have collected Rs 2200/- for the repair to get the mobile serviced. I was informed that it would take 10 days for my mobile to get fixed. I am regularly following up with the vendor but the update is "Part not available", not sure when the issue will be fixed. Motorola is such a reputed company but I am finding the after sales service pathetic. Sir, request to let me know ASAP when will I get my mobile serviced.                                     Have given my phone for repair as i broke my phone screen since 11th june, 2014.It is authroised service centre in bangalore. The service center was provided by motorola customer care itself. Sri Sai cells (Indiranagar). Since 11th till date which is 7th August, 2014 i have not received my phone. Money for repair was 5000 and was given the very day when the phone was given for repair. They promised within 20 days for repair. Since the 20th day, i have been calling and visiting the repair center and they have not repaired the phone. Last week when they said they repaired the phone, i went to collect and they had fused the speaker ic for the phone. They said after 2 days they will make it fine and give the phone . After two days which was a saturday, the dealer called again and told the motherboard is fused by them and they need two more weeks to repair it . Since then i have been calling the costumer care to replace my phone with the a new phone cause of the internal damage they have done . I got the number of the regional head of banaglore as well. Kept calling him for 6 times and he did not care to respond to a single call. Have been calling the customer care as well since a week continuously . But no respond and no interest to solve the issue. I don't have the phone even with me . I don't know what is going on and how the hell they plan to resolve this issue. I bought the phone in April and since June it is in repair center. The complaint reference number provided by the dealer is qci/mg/14/00479. Regional head who never responded is "Sir Mr.Jagdish". IMEI number is "[protected]".

                                      My MOTO- E screen was damaged just after 3 days of purchase, so that I submitted my mobile to Motorola authorized service center " SHIKHA COMMUNICATION A-6 first floor Devi Palace, Opp, Raj Cinema Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001. They told me your mobile will be repaired in 7 days. I called them 2 times in a week up to 28 July 2014. On 28 July 2014 they told me my mobile is repaired and i went to the service center on 05 August 2014. Again they told me your mobile is not repaired and i can take my mobile in morning of 06 August 2014. Again i called them on 06 August 2014. As i expected they again told me your mobile is not repaired. I asked for mobile and deposited money INR 2200 but they refuse to return money. What should i do ? Why international company like Motorola appoint these fraud people for repairing mobiles. You are doing business in India due to mouth publicity. If after purchasing people not satisfied due to worst service, It will harmful for their future in India.

                                        i have purchased moto e phone .its screen was so bad it was broken only after falling from 6 inch hieght.i gave my phone to authorised service center shikha communication gurgaon.it was told to me that screen will be replaced in a week.its now 3 week screen not yet replaced.every time i go to service station they told will be done in 2-3 days .i told to return phone in same state and return my deposit amount .they are even not doing that.this service from shika communication is worst.plzzz suggest me what should i do to get my phone back. my contact no [protected] gaurav malik
