Mobile Data Not working

Im updated to my MOTO G 1st Gen from 4.4.4 to 5.0.2 after that my mobile data is not working, but feedback 5.0.2 lots of issue is there, please resolve my complaints ASAP.

    I had to put United States as a country because The Bahamas was not listed.

    One time ago I used to feel that Motorola was the best company for electronics in the world. When I was a boy, we had a Motorola b/w television. We used Motorola walkie talkies in our police department and I remember the first cellular phones were also pretty good. I had not personally encountered a Motorola product for years, but I was still singing praises about the ones that I had used. Then I bought a Motorola 93121xybsa cell phone and was totally blindsided. I saw my Mom with a RAZR that she had to put down because it kept on dropping calls. I too began to lose calls and I will say this much, based on the performance of this phone I will more than likely never purchase a Motorola product ever again. You are indeed a far step away from the quality company that I grew up relying on.

      Sir,
      I have purchased Motorolla phone of model W200.Suddenly my phone got repaired and restarting automatically
      when i walked into the service center named UCOM TECHNOLOGIES in HIMAYATH NAGAR,HYDERABAD
      the person said that there is a problem in motherboard and he will be sending to chennai so it will be taking 10-12 days.
      He gave the receipt no:4536. When i went to him after 12 days he said that the phone was missing and he gave the other
      phone of diffrent model i.e F3. I neglected to take that phone and he asked me to come after two days, and i went to him
      after 2 days, he was giving me the old mobile of W200 which was used by some other person and said that the panel is
      old but the motherboard is new and i found a lot of scratches in display and moreover the speaker is not working, only
      vibration is working.The phone which he gave in that i can find other contact no: and banner name of some other person.
      And at the same time he gave the other receipt no:1049 dated 5/12/2007 and asked me to come after 2 days and
      mentioned in complaint that there is ringtone problem.And that service person changed my IME no.and entered the
      replaced phone IME no. in my phone bill as well as in the new receipt no:1049.
      I am the cust of MOTOROLA and i have other two mobiles which was also motorolla L7 and L6.

      action against him and do the needfull.

      would like to appeal to the concerned authorities that I bought a motorola razr v8 phone with imi no.[protected] on 30-08-07 at Sangeetha, Greenlands Bill no. 2400.On July 1st I gave my phone to Redding service centre Somajiguda with a request to repair the camera, back door and vibration problem.They said it will take 10 days to get it repaired.I got my phone on July 9th but the problem was not rectified.Again I gave my phone on July 10th --- Work order no.10198 and again I was told it will take 10 days. But till date my phone is in the same condition.The service centre had the phone with them for nearly a month and returned the same without repairing .I then went to an other service center 'sri vinayaka electronics' on 29-08-08 as my problem was not rectified.they took the phone asking me to wait for another 10days.and till date theres no responce from them.
      my phone had 1year warrenty and half of the year it was with them.i hardly used it for 6mnths

      I bought a new Motorola ZN5 model on 1st jan2009. On march 22nd my mobile had a problem with its software and battery. So, I gave my mobile for a service at “REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, 16A & B, Wellington Estate, New no 58 Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, Chennai-600 105. Tel:[protected]/28207498.

      I gave my mobile on 23rdMar2009. But still I didn’t received my mobile from the service centre and the response is very poor. Whenever I called up their number it says busy and to my surprise the receivers are kept down when I went to the service centre last week. Nearly for 20 days I am without my mobile. Everytime they use to tell that, we do not have stock and we need to check with the logistics. I don’t understand why they are testing the customer patience. This is the case for every customer in that particular service centre.

      So, kindly look on to this issue and take necessary action immediately.

      I had given my Motorola set ( IMIE No: 35644/02/045343/7) for repair on 28 Apr 09 at the authorised Service Center : Redington(India) Limited, Hyderabad. Work order No : 00208

      The set had developed a mic problem within 6 months of purchase. The person told me that, the repair cannot be done here locally and hadf to be sent to Chennai. I agreed as I had no option .

      Their have been several follow ups by me with the service center and as on date they are even not awre when i would get my mobile repaired. They say it has to come from Chennai and no action has been taken.

      Ridiculous service by Mototola and its asociates.

      Please look into and help me get my set repaired as soon as possible as it is hampering my work .
      I bought motorazr v8 2 months ago and from then only its charging jack is loose.i came to delhi and gave my phone to service centre of khurana brothers in janak puri which is authorised service centre of motorola.they kept my phone for 1 month and then returned it to me by jst changing the battery and problem of charging jack remained.when i complained again then they again kept my phone for 20 days and said that they will send it for repair again..yesterday i went to take my cell back, they said its ok bt still the problem is there.i dont knew what to do so i m complaining here.thank you
      I had auto restart problem in Moto E. I submitted my mobile in B2X service centre, Koramangala, Bangalore on May 7th. Still I did not receive my mobile. I contacted customer care service centre more than 10 times from May 13th. They are telling you will get a call within 24-48 hours, but still now I did not receive any call. Also I asked them to connect to head, He disconnected my call suddenly. They do not have manners also. They are selling new mobile, but they are not getting new part. Is it?         On[protected] i gave my mobile phone to service center for service. they checked my mobile phone and told its circuit board problem and it comes under the warranty. After 1 week i called in my mobile they told that they gave my mobile phone to the moto care. they told me to call them on[protected]. On that day also they didn't replied me well. on[protected] they called me and told my mobile have water locked and its not come under warranty. they are asking cost for that

          i took this phone motorola milestone on 8th of october and have not even used it for two hours and the phone started 15-17 times in those two hours . so i immediately took the phone to the mobile store from where i purchased it. they gave the handset to the service centre in mira road { mumbai } and told me that there is a software issue and hence the service centre guy said it is working fine after putting the new software after removing the older one. i got the phone after two days and i started using it and the problem was even worse it used to start and stop on it's own.
          so i got frustrated and again took it to ur service centre in andheri { mumbai }.
          the person there again updated the software and gave the phone back but i started using the phone then and there so that there would be no problem this time and still the phone started and completely went off . the service centre guy called his area manager and did let me speak to him. the manager was pathetic and i am soon going to launch a complaint in the consumer court and file case against the manager as well.
          he's words were " PLEASE GO WHAT EVER U WANT TO DO I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP U " . If he would have been in front of me i would have royally taken his case .
          my kind request is to get the DOA letter to replace the handset which your service centre is denying to do . just keep in mind how would you feel if you take a handset worth 25 grands and did not even get to use it for even a day and it gets damaged not because of your fault.
          please please please help me out . nor the manager was helpful nor your service.

          phone started hanging
          This happened to me as well in Bangalore. I got the motherboard of my phone replaced. Within a day the phone started giving me the same trouble. I found out that the service center (Redington) does not work with Motorola anymore.

          Now my phone heats up for no reason during usage. I shall never buy a motorola phone again.

          motorola milestone — replacement of phone

          With a lot a dissappointment I am writing in to complain about my Milestone.I purchased this phone in AUG 2010.Phone has been serviced for 3 times already but still the problem exists.First time the phone was repaired for touch screen problem and screen was replaced.After this the series of problems started.The servicing guys damaged the panel and some of the buttons was not working.After some time again the phone was serviced for this and the panel was changed.Now the phone has problem of vibrator not working,camera is not taking pics in night low light and two buttons on the key pad not working properly.Thsi time I do not want the phone serviced but I need a my money back as I have had enough.thr is no proper response from motorola guys,kindly help me .

            Iam a very unsatisfied customer of Redington Motorola services.
            Iam having a Motorola A810 mobile handset which is very troublesome.
            After purchasing the handset i had a dozens of complaints which I eventually got ride with. I had complaints with its touch screen, board and software. Even after my friends adviced me to buy another handset, I used the same as I bought this mobile after a long struggle. The one and only service centre available or me near to my hometown is the Redington Service centre, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram which is 25km away from my home. When I approached them with my phone complaint, they replied me that the Engineer is leave for that day and they cant do anything without him, even cant identify the complaint. Its not the first time Iam getting some replies like this, also i am sure that any customer who went to Redington services Vazhuthacaud, should had bitter experiences like I had. I feel very sorry to say that if this is the general approach of the whole Redington services then I could say without any doubt that redigton Services is the poorer in their service and customer satisfation! Ihave decided that I will never go for any Motorola products even it is a one rupee product. I[censored] are a concerned person please dont take this as a silly mail. I feel very sorry to say that I hate Motorola and Redington!!!

            Motorola A810 — Replacement

            Dear Sir

            i have purchased motorola A810 model mobile in wavetel stores rajakilpakkam, on last 20.11.2008. But due to major technical problem it doesn't work properly. so i have asked the seller to replace the mobile phone. but they directed me to communicate mobile phone manufacturer's authorised service center.

            so i have checked with them also, thay also confirmed the same and given the certifcate to replace the mobile

            i have handovered mobile phone and service centre certificate at mobile phone shop where it has been purchased. they also commited to replace the mobile with in 2 days, but today 4th day gone sofar they are not resposing my call.
            now what i have to do.
            If the after sales service is redington, please... don't expect for a good service, plese take up the issue directly with motorola delhi office.

            I have deposited my Motorola A-810 handset at Lali’s Mobile Care Amrik Singh Road , Bathinda , Punjab. Handset is having charging problem.

            Handset deposited on 1-Sep-2009 but till now I have not received my handset.
            When I chased local service centre owner Mr.Ashwani his comments were if I want I can do legal actions against Motorola, but he cant help me.

            After hundreds of calls and regular visits he is not giving me proper reply and TAT when will be I getting my repaired handset back every time reply is after 2 days , next weak, handset sent to Delhi, handset sent from Delhi.

            Handset sent about 5 to 6 times to delhi from repair and came back without repairing. I don’t know what is the process of Motorola.
            This is the great example of customer harassment by Motorola.

            Moreover when I deposited my handset there was only charging issue but now my handset is fully dead and body of my handset is damaged because of bad care of my handset by Motorola.

            Local service center gave me number of Mr.Kuldeep of delhi ([protected]) and one month ago he committed me of delivering my handset and situation is this NO one is answering my call neither Lali service centre nor Kuldeep from Delhi.

            My job sheet no: is LM/MO/09/00170

            Pls reply with in 7 working days with TAT when I will be getting my handset,
            Otherwise I don’t have any other option to take legal action against Mr.Ashwani from Lali Mobile Care and Motorola.

              my handset moto Q9h was deposited on 21.07.10 at HOTSPOT MOBICARE kalkaji delhi which was committed to deliver on 28.07.10, but despite of several visits, calls n mails,they everytime failed there commitment and now m so disturb, as i live in faridabad which is far away from there office,it takes a lot of time n money to visit them. i have talk to all there officers but all in vain , kindly take hard action as they r not serios about there duty

                I, Ritesh Kumar, had given my Motorola motorokr Z6 mobile handset at Redington India Limited situated at E-48/4. First Floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110020 on the 5th of June, 2010. Besides several other things, this company also serves as the official service centre of Motorola. My handset was under warranty and it had several problems related to the keypad, battery and software-related problems. After examining my handset, I was informed that it will take around one week to get the thing repaired.

                So I went there after one week but the set was not repaired. They asked me to come after one week and also told me to give a call before coming so that they could ensure that the set has been repaired. Next time I kept on calling but no one picked up the phone. So I went like that and as expected they again asked for 10 more days' time. The excuse was that they could not do anything as my set has been sent to Bangalore and it depends on the company how long it takes. From then on I kept on calling them; most of the times they did not pick up the phone; and whenever they picked up, the same old answer that the phone is not yet repaired.

                Finally one day, 24th of July (i month and 20 days later), I was lucky. I was told that my phone is repaired and I could go and collect it. Immediately I went. After a long wait of more than an hour, I was finally handed over my set. But to my extreme agony, the set was still not repaired. Only the battery was changed (and I am not sure if they were really apeaking the truth). The software-related problem was not solved. The keypad was not made; only its cover was changed. Moreover when I pointed this to them that my keypad is not repaired properly, they said that since new parts are being given, it will take some time for it to work properly. This was really stupid. And I was not convinced. So I insisted. After a lot of persuasion, they again checked my phone and finally it was found that my keypad is still broken. So ultimately they took more than one and a half months just to change the battery, which could be done in less than a minute.

                They asked for 2-3 more days to repair. They took my phone number and said that they would inform when it is done. It is almost 10 days and no news from them. I have tried calling them but again no response. I have become very tired of all this. And to this the hassle and inconvenience that I have to face everyday because of non-availability of my mobile with me.

                I am a PhD student at Jawaharlal Nehru Univerity, New Delhi and also working in a research project. So i do not have time on weekdays to pay a visit to the service centre. Moreover it is quite far away from the place of my residence (around 15 kms). So it takes lot of money and effort to reach the shop.

                Overall it is a very bad and harassing experience for me. So please look into the matter and ensure that I get my completely repaired set or a replacement set at the earliest without any further problems.

                Hai, This is Janakiraman from Kolatur, Chennai. I recently purchase my Mobile phone Model: Moto L9, The phone is working for only 3 months fine, and again and again the phone gets restart and white screen while talking, i purchase this phone in Univercell in chrompet branch, then i given for service in Chrompet Univercell. He send it to Redington and it takes to repair nearly 15 days and work for again 20 days then again the phone gets the same problem again and again.

                Now recently i given the same phone for service in Univercell in Peravallur on 28/07/10 first of all he told the service is not done here then one guy told when he given service it takes nearly 1 month he told and then finally i given the phone and given for service.

                Then yesterday 6/8/10, i collect the phone and check it then again the same problem come and i ask that service guy he told that's not my problem in the log sheet he write the phone is working fine otherwise you ask directly he told.

                He told i send it to Redington T.Nagar Branch i[censored] have any query please ask to Redington directly.

                Then i will speak with Mr.Mahendran ([protected]) he not responding properly, and he told i check that phone it is working fine that's your mistake i can't help, otherwise please bring the phone directly to our service centre.

                The Redington Service centre is very very bad service and Motorola Mobile is very very bad Mobile.

                He take no response.

                Now still my phone is not working

                  This complaint is in regards to the services i received from Motorola service centre called as Redington Services Pvt ltd in Okhla. My two months old Motorola mobile phone which i bought for Rs. 26,500 started turning off automatically,when i answer the call or listening to songs and also sometimes i m not able to answer the phone due to some phone issues, i went there on 23 July'10 and i got the resolution as upgrading the build no. of my mobile phone saying that i will not face any issues again however i again started facing the issue the second day wherein my mobile phone started turning off again, I spoke to the concerned person and also the north india manager Dhirender and i was promised callbacks and i was promised a replacement mobile phone whithin 3 days on 24th July '10 however after three days i got to know that dhirender spoke to these service centre people and confirmed that issue was resolved which wasn't the case ,again i spoke to him and he started making stories and lies . again i got disappointed and went there for the third time this time again they said that they may need my mobile phone for observation for a day or so and then i will receive the callback from the manager in redington services name Rohit now its been three days no callback and instead the phone they gave me for stand by also isn't working properly because the callers are not able to hear me , Now i dont have a Job, also i m medically unfit since i am suffering from venous sinus thrombosis(FITS) and they want me to come again and again to there service centre and thats too with no resolution, Please do something about this because these are the people who are not living up to their promises and also treting the customers like animals . Please help me because i m already a pateint of depression and these people are hampering my health as well ....Please help

                    Hi, I received a text message (I rarely text or receive them!), from Motorola.[protected]@live.com
                    Nu:[protected] stating I had one GBP950,000. I was advised on messge to call [protected].

                    I have sent an email to this address motorola.[protected]@live.com advising them to stop sending fradulent emails to people on their mobile phones telling them they have won money, when in fact its a bloody hoax. Who ever is doing this needs to be terminated from any employment they have and never allowed to be reinstated with any IT or Communications company period!!!

                    I trust who handles this website can fwd such complaints to the complaints tribunal in Australia and other countries of various receipents.

                      We are purchase Motorola ZN200 Mobile hendset on 29 july 2009. After aug 2009 this hendset taking problem by hanging. We submit this hendset in service center (Chanakaya tech.) after oct month I received my hendset but the problem is not solveout. then this hendset again submit the service center but the hendset not received till date. the service center provide us one used simple hendset Motorola w375. this hend set display was not clear on the received time but the service center told that that this hendset damaged by u and they are not return my mobile hendset.

                        I send my Phone to Authorised Service Center. M/S Ganpati Communications Near 3ch-1 Tara Singh Apartment Manu Marg, Alwar Rajasthan Telephone[protected], [protected], [protected] on 21 April 2010 receipt no. 062.
                        The problem was dust particles were present on left side inside the LCD Glass. It causes problem in taking photographs during sunlight. The service center manager break the LCD Glass while opening the phone. And assured me to take the phone after 3 days.
                        I asked for stand by phone but he refused and said this type of facility is not available in Alwar.

                        After 3rd day i.e on 24 April 2010 I tried to contact by phone but it was no-reply and I personally visited service center but it remained closed for another 3 days. After that I again went on 28th April 2010 the service person again demanded maximum 15 days time and said the spare parts are not available all over India and said he will contact me as soon as he get the phone repaired. After waiting for 15 days again there is no phone call received from service center I visited service center on 13th may 2010. The service person handed me the Phone with poorly laminated and completely full of dust. I said please remove the lamination I don’t need it. But that person said no sir again the dust will go in the cell phone so its better use it as laminated. Since my phone was looking very ugly I myself removed the lamination and found some very cheap plastic glass kept over my phone and lamination was don’t to hide it.
                        I asked that person is this the work done by authorised service center. And is this was the condition of my phone when I send it for service. That man said sir the parts are not available anywhere and again demanded for 7 days time. Again waiting for 7 days I still have no information and whenevey I try to contact the cell phone are no reply. But when I try their phone from someone else phone they says, ‘sir Please bear with us now we cant tell you how much time it will take to get the phone repaired’. I mailed several time to Mororola ([protected]@custhelp.com) but always get some reply with link which again targets to [protected]@custhelp.com. After that I contacted Redington Service(Handles service of Motorola Phone) about my problem but there was no response. Againg after I send email to Redington Services and threat them to complain in consumer court and solve this matter legally. On 25 may 2010 receive call from M/S Sushila from Redington Services that Face Plate or LCD glass of Motorola Zn5 has been arranged and courier will take sone time from Chennai to Alwar. So cell phone will be delivered in one week. Now its almost 7 days overdue and I am still waiting.

                          I had purchased one handset EM 30 Cherry in January 2009 from The Mobile Store, Udaipur, later the instrument had charging problem. The instrument was taken to the local authorised service center (RISHABH TELECOM, Udaipur) where it was informed that the instrument would be sent to the company for repair. It was them submitted to the service center on 22/12/2009. After giving the handset to the center it took almost three months to get it repaired & that too after so many regular follow-ups. I was not getting any satisfactory response from the center. After that when my handset was given to me in March 2010 it again started new problem, there was no sound from ear piece. Again it was given to the same service center on 5th April 2009, till date I haven't got any response. So now its almost six months I am not using my handset . Kindly do the needful in this regard, the details are appended below:

                            I purchased a motorola yuva ( W 388) handset in the month of september in the year 2009. It got some message error after few months . We informed it to the retailer and finally handset was submitted at motorola service center at Bhopal. It is still with them and they are extending the date whenever we are asking for it . This has been going on from past two months. We had some error in our nokia handset but they replaced it in a very few days. nokia is a much better company then Motorola in customer service. We are fed up with the extension of date and poor customer service . Motorola is a Internationally renowed company and this kind of service wasn't expected . It is very dissatisfying for its customers

                              motorola rokr E6 — company is unable to repair the phone

                              I had given my motorola E6 mobile for repair (in waranty period) at 'Smart mart stores' Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi from where i purchased it on 01.03.08.
                              Motherboard of the phone was corrupt and so was to be replaced, as told by the store.

                              Now, even after two months since i gave it for repair, i havnt got it back.

                              By paying reasonable repairing charges everything should gets repaired componies are bound to provide such services to the customers rather than only earning/making profit by selling their products.componies are manufacturing products due to any reason sometimes they stop to produce the same thing, now the problem to the customers who has already purchased product are not getting proper services intime, because of non availability fo spares, or technician to customer care or whatso ever the reason may be.But its sure customers finds difficulties in solving their problems.To get it solved it is not even economical viable to approach to even consumer forum as it takes lot of time.

                              motorola rokr E6 — Delay in Service

                              I had a non working touch screen on the Motorokr E6. I was told that it has to be replaced. It is within a warranty period and was purchased on 2/4/08. On repeated reminders it is being told that the parts are unavailable. What do I do now? Whom to contact?

                              MOTOROLA MOBILES — MOTOROKR E6-Not a Good Deal at all

                              have been facing the issue with the motorokr E6 with snooper and its been just 5 months. even in warranty, I have to spend money on the PCB replacement which costed be around 6k rupees, also now another 500 for an autolock knob. Since the purchase I have been facing hell lot of issues with this model. This would be my first and the last Motorola model. I would go for either Sony Ericsson or nokia but not motorola anymore. My data was removed without intimating me on my first visit to the showroom. Then there has been a nightmare with the service and the product. Instead replacing my complete set with so many issues, I have to pay them for the repair.Also, u cannot take a backup of the SMS from the phone memory and the software is not at all user friendly as PC suite for Nokia... I am writing this for all my Fellow Techno lovers to never try the Motrola Phones as the Main Foundation-which is the Customer Service and the committment to the customer is a big issue with Motorola...For me, rest is a history now...

                              I have given my mobile phone MOTOROKR E6 for service to motoassist reddington india ltd the company authorised service centre on 23/06/09 and after a week i was told the software has to be reformatted and some other minor repairs r to be done and the cost would approx be 1200/-.After giving confirmation they have been giving excuses for the last 5 days and i am not been given delivery of my handset .Today they have told me that they have not done the repair yet and nobody gives me an exact status of my handset.Very poor service and we do not get any assistance.My work order no:EG/MO/09/02106.THERIR CONTACT NUMBERS ARE[protected]/28207498.this is the service centre at Egmore, CHENNAI.PLEASE HELP.

                                speaker of my moto ming was not working so I given it to service cetre, they told me after checking that flap has to be changed costing Rs.2400, I haven't done it then. After that I found one day that business card reader of it was also not working, actually they have taken out something so that camera can not be set on micro mode.
                                Again when when I have gone to same service centre and asked for camera and flap,
                                first for camera they told we cant trust customer as it so long and for flap they told it will not work after changing it too due to water have gone inside.
                                I dont know how this can even possible when I m not using the phone. Also I have to pay Rs.115 for the same thing, even though I have last times slip.
                                If they dont trust us how can we?

                                motorokr — unsatisfactory service from service centre

                                we went to authorised service centre of motorola in agra, after seeing the moisture on the screen, 1st the cse on the front desk denied of any problem as such and after repaeated pleas and pressure of other people clients standing there, he filed the job sheet no(13651) on dt-13/12/07.
                                after keeping the phone for 2 days they retured the hand set saying that this is a color pattern presentin all the moto roker h/s still the display has been changed but the mositure is not present. i can see moisture is still present. we are still not satisfied with the service provider.
                                please look into the matter as the service provider always misguide the customer, as i have been befooled by them when we have moto razer, and finally ihad to sell the hand set.

                                  I also had same complaint.but nw itz solved.go to settings press wireless.n network.go for option mobile network n in tht select apn(access. Point name) now click menu button n go for option add new. ...in d name field type bsnlnet n in apn field also type bsnlnet n save d settings n go back thn u 'll be connected to internet.
                                  I have reliance gsm connection. I have got gprs connection, but that doesn't work on apps - facebook, gmail, others. Only browser works

                                      Motorola Q9 — Selling Faulty Phone

                                      I have bought brand new Motorola-Q9 on 14/06/09 from authoridsed centre at Borivli, Mumbai. it got faluty and i have taken it to motorola Service centre at Mira road on 27/06/09 (Siddhivinayak Teleservices
                                      107, D Wing, Shanti Shopping Center, Ground Flr, Nr Railway Station, Opp Shanti Enclave, Mira Road(E), Mumbai - 401107
                                      Tel :[protected] / 9322039). Checking the fault they told me that it will take nearly 8 days to get it repaired. Till date i havent received my phone and it is yet to be repaired. it has being 13 working days.

                                      I am using a standby mobile asked from my friend and have to be obilged for rest of life to him.

                                      Please note: take strcit action against Motorola company for providing me faulty mobile phone.

                                      I have bought a brand new mobile phone Motorola-Q9 which has turn faulty within 13 days. I want brand new mobile from Motorola(of the same amount) and also want my phone repair as soon as possible


                                      I will file a case in High Court if consumer court does not penalised Motorola

                                        I sent my cellphone (i776) to Motorola for repairs to Motorola in El Paso Texas. That was two months ago! My case #[protected]. Motorola is saying they never received my phone however, SOMEBODY from Motorola sent my SIM card via UPS# 1Z1F4R[protected] and didn't send my phone. Motorola (repair dept) is saying they have no knowledge of my phone.

                                        So who had my cellphone! Why did they send the SIM card via UPS w/tracking# using the same El Paso Texas address i sent my cellphone to?

                                        Please call me[protected] and let me know if there is anything that can be done to resolve this on-going headache.
