untraceable cell phone lost in repair dept

I sent my cellphone (i776) to Motorola for repairs to Motorola in El Paso Texas. That was two months ago! My case #[protected]. Motorola is saying they never received my phone however, SOMEBODY from Motorola sent my SIM card via UPS# 1Z1F4R[protected] and didn't send my phone. Motorola (repair dept) is saying they have no knowledge of my phone.

So who had my cellphone! Why did they send the SIM card via UPS...

Poor service and mental Harassment by Motorola Service Center

Dear Sir,
I have gone to Motorola Service Center, Rourkela to register the IMEI of my mobile (Motorola V-8) on 2nd December. At that time my mobile was working properly. There they installed a wrong software in my mobile and it stopped working and they are telling, "We are sorry! it can't be repaired now." Please tell me sir what should I do.

Hi,
I have purchased the motorola ROKR Z6 mobile on FEB 2008 from Hash 10 mobile Shop in Coimbatore,Tamil nadu.
As a branded mobile, i even checked on 29/11/2009 ,the IMEI no. by sending msg to 53232 said by Vodafone Customer Care. And the reply was also as SUCCESS for it.
But, from DEC 1st, the mobile is not working and it is saying as "UNREGISTERED SIM". I am not able to use the phone at all....
