    Motorola — lost of my mobile along with sim card

    While i was travelling in bus frm HAL to shivajinagar in the middle of MG road wen i want to check my mobile from pocket it was not there in my pocket it got disappeared so i tryed to call to my number from one of the passenger who was standing next to me, they picked up the call an did't talk after few trys it was went not reachable... So i wanted to give complaint to block my sim so i may not get misused by the person. i want with the same number...

      In the scheme we should have get the phone motorola Q8 but we have recieved the motorola E8
      we have brought a labtop(compaq presario)and there was a scheme that we have to pay Rs.3999 and we will recieve a motorola smart phone Q8 and after 4months we have recieve a other phone that is motorola E8. so kindly change our phone from Motorola E8 to Q8

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I lossed my mobile yesterday (02/03/2009, Monday). The model no of my mobile is C200, MSN No DIOTDS07NJ and IMEI NO is[protected]. Kindly block the mobile so that it may not be utilised by unauthorised person. I have already blocked the SIM card used in this mobile and get issued same mobile phone number from IDEA after lodging complaint with police.

        i beg to inform you that i am the student of m.m.m engg college gorakhpur doing b-tech from there and i live in lucknow,purchased the mobile on 5/12/2008 and it is not working properly inspite of many reminders they are not repairing it and giving escuses,even my mobile is in warranty period also.Because of some financial problem i am not able to purchase a new mobile.
        So plz sir its a kind request to take a serious action against them.so that i can get a new mobile or my money back.

          Respected Sir,

          I purchased a Compaq Laptop (model no CQ 40) IN JUNE.There is a scheme in purchasing of Compaq laptop ,I can also get a Motorola mobile Q8 ,but I have to made a demand draft of rupees 3999 to get this mobile. I purchased Compaq laptop in june and I also made and sent a demand draft of rupees 3999 for the Motorola mobile Q8. Mobile is deleviered on my home address in august. But after 3 days Motorola moto Q8 have some problems.Its not charging at all and does not store anything in memory.My motorola moto Q8 EMI NO- [protected], MSN- E10KIL246M .

          I go to the gurgaon Motorola authorized office, address : M-47,ground floor, old DLF colony, sector-14,gurgaon ,pin -122002. .and I tell all the problems I m facing using in this Motorola moto Q8 mobile. They assured me that with in 3-4 days they repair it.When after 2 week I got my mobile back its still not working propery,it has same problem of not charging and memory. Second time also I face same problem. Third time when I go there ,they show me many same motorola moto Q8 scheme mobile ,all has same problems.all are defected piece mobile are there ,all are related of that Compaq laptop scheme.Four times I gave my mobile in repairing in Motorola authourised center. The engeeneir named SERVGUR , personal mobile no of servgur [protected],E-Mail id [protected]@redington.co.in,)give me assurance that they will change the chip of my mobile and it will not give u any complaints further.
          But When Today they give my mobile to me and said its working propery now. But when I came back to my room and checked my mobile I found the same problem.

          SIR , all I want is that they have to give me full money of motorola moto Q8 back to me or otherwise change my Motorola Q8 mobile with a new model.

          Please take some actions soon.

            I have purchased Motorola E6, from last month it is having problems in vibrator and speaker. The phone is still in warrenty period. When I approched nearest service center, they denied to repair it and allegated me, that I tampered with the phone. There is no evidence of phone tampering found in the mobile phone by the service center and they denied to write this thing in the letter issued by them to me.
            There are other customers of motorola along with me in the service center. The owner of the center has denied at least 3 cases in front of me and refused to provide service to them as well.

            The phone warrenty will be over next month. Need the solution at the earliest.

              I have bought a Motorola EM30 on 26-June-09 from S.H.Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd (Kolkata).
              Withinn 1 month it was not working and the set was completely dead.
              I spoke to the shop manager as I bought the product on their recomendation( I wanted to buy
              a Nokia phone, but somehow a salesman in that shop convinced me for the mentioned product,
              basically it was a misselling by the shop), but they refused me of proving any kind of help.

              I spoke to the Motorola customercare, that the phone was dead within 1 month of purchase,
              they asked me to submit the phone in a service centre in C.R. Avenue, Kolkata. I submitted
              the set in the service centre on 8-Aug-09, they told they would take 2 weeks as they need
              to send the set to Chennai for RF Boad replacement. Atlast they returened the set after
              1.5 moths on 19-Sep-09 thats too after lodging a complain with Motorola Service Centre. In
              the meanwhile i had to visit thet service centre altest 5 times to check whether my phone
              has come from Chennai or not, half of the time they don't even bother to receive the call.

              Finally after I got the delivery of the phone on 19-Sep-09, just after 1 week ie, from
              24-Sep-09 the phone is again not working, its showing some error message.
              Again I spoke to the customer care for money refund or replacement of the model. They
              said I have to again go to the service centre.

              Within 3 moths of purchasing the set I hardly could use the set for 1 moths. Please advise.

              Motorola — Faulty Mobile

              I am getting very poor service on Motorolla V3i model phone. I bought this phone on dec 2007 with Bill and Warranty from Croma Belaput outlet but withing 3 months o[censored]se it went faulty for twice.

              It is really sad on the mobile manufacturer where we pay good amount of money and get bad mobile phones.

              I would be going to the consumer court for this issue.

              Motorola — Faulty mobile set sold by Motorola

              1)As mentioned in my erlier complain within 1 month of purchasing the phone I has a RF board replacement, I bought the phone on 26-June-09 and from 16-July-09 the phone was dead, and it was with service centre from 08-Aug-09 to 19-Sep-09.
              2)While taking the delivery of the phone the person in the service centre in C.R. Avenue Kolkata misguided me by saying if I return my Job Sheet which was the only proof of that I had a problem with the set, then only he can give the delivery of the phone, but later on I came to know that was a false statement made by that customer service executive of Motorola, even they didn't provide me any papers for the RF board replacement and changed IMEI No.If now by any chance my phone is lost I cant lodge a FIR as I dont have any IEMI no for my phone.
              3)After taking the delivery from the service centre again the phone was not working from 24-Sep-09. Again I had to take it to the sevise centre in Salt Lake, they did some repairing to the phone and delivered me on 30-Sep-09.
              4) After taking the delivery on 01-Oct-09 again the phone was not working from 2-Oct-09. Again I had to take it to the servise centre and got the delivery on 05-Oct-09.
              5) Now the final conclusion, after lodging a complain to www.ccccore.co.in I got a call on 01-Oct-09 from two person who are in some position in Motorola Customer care dept, one some Mr Souvik and another was Mr. Ajay Chobey (I have their mobile no. with me). I told them the entier story from the beginning. The promised me that my mobile will be replaced with another model called E8 with an enhanced warranty of three months as within three moths this is third time when the phone is again not working. They asked me for some time to get the neccessary documentation from the head office. From 01-Oct-09 till 24-Oct-09 this Mr Souvik misguided me with all false promises, also gave me the option of replacing the phone with three models E8 or E6 or U9 (one of the model E8 is already an obsolate model, later on I came to know), and finaly on 24-Oct-09 he said that the PHONE CAN'T BE REPLACED.
              My question is from a responsible position of a renowned company how a person can play like this with the customer. He could have told me before, he just wanted to waste time and what he did is customer harrassement not customer servise.
              Also how can Motorola realese a faulty set like EM30 in the market and who has given the right to the company to play like this with the common people's hard earned money.
              Please advise.

                this is to inform u that i have buied motoQ8 from banglore on 13 aug 2009 whose imei no is[protected] ,from the day of my purchase after 2-3 days mobile starts hanging and i was unable to connect and it is not showing any type of incoming and outgoing calls so i took my mobile to motorola service centre where it was identified as motherboard problem and mobile should be send to delhi for 20 days so please suggeest me what should i do b/c i can not work without mobile for 20 days so please provide me a new handset.

                    I Bought 1 mobile last year on dated 11/11/10. motorola EX128. aftere purchacing this mobile i know what are the problem came regarding the mobile phone... every type problem i faced after purching this mobile... today onwards also my moble submited in service center... from 9 th of Sup. till today i din get my mobile back... its realy a irriteting service i never found any ware... i called customer care i went to service center ... i do my best for getting my mobile back but same result...

                    I think MOTOROLA company behaving like a dulllll day by day... i purchase this mobile bcoz of the time to time service of the company... and i think motorola know only bcoz of the customer satisfactin only...

                    but its realy a poor performance... bcoz after purching this mobile this is the 7 or 8 th time i waw submited my mobile in a service center...

                      Sub: Replacement of NEW INSIDE PANEL/PROPER SERVICE.

                      I have bought MOTOTOLA MOBILE MODEL OF MOTOROKR.E6GSM , V.TIN.[protected]V CSTIN [protected]C ON 04/04/08 BILL NO B/164.
                      FROM DEALER OF ALFA 5/6 DADI HOUSE IRLA MUMBAI). Sent to vishakapatnam, ANDHRAPRADESH. Since it was using memory reader not properly installed,and after 3 months audio function had got broblem. . We have complained about the same to the dealer and my person had visited your customer service centre 2 times on 31/02/09 and 31/03/09. at VISHAKHAPATNAM Customer service centre at SHREE SAI TECHNOLIGIES KUPPILI APPATRMENTS OPP ANUPAMA HOTEL, SAGAM/SARATH CINEMAS,
                      DWARAKA NAGAR, VISHAKHA PATNAM PHONE NO of 0891 326377and
                      they have confirmed to replace the new panel. And with in warranty time they had demanded more than Rs 1000/-.
                      Its not important for money, but I wanted to notify and enquire you for exact incident what happened at your customer service centre.
                      If the company /management is aware of delay at lower higherchy, its okay,
                      If not, I may request the concern authorities/management to take action against those who are causing significant damage to the benefits of the company.

                      I am very over-enthusiastic to motorola products, and in my home more than 50% home products belongs to motorola.

                      After such wonder ful experience I had determined , i will not buy any motorola product, it was the first experience, I have been mentally harassed by and customer care.

                      I would request you to kindly replace new panel/ proper service or else I have to go Consumer Court for complaning about the same.

                      Motorola Mobile — service concerns

                      I have Submitted my phone to the customer care center at Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad on complaint of a faulty keypad on 24th July. I have the phone warranty till 4th September. I got the phone back on 23rd August after service, which is precisely 1 month. Even after the service, I have found that the keypad is not working. I am sorry to say that out of 12 warranty months my phone has been in the service center for almost 1/3rd of the period. Please kindly advise me in the situation.

                      2) The touch screen of the cell got defective in the month of 07/08. I approached the service centre & deposited it for repair. After my vigorous pursuance they repaired it & returned to me after few days. WO no Du/MO/08/01544 dated 28/07/08 . Control No 1050056.

                      3) Again its touch screen got defective in the month of august 08. Again I submitted for repair on11/08/08 at your Dehradun service centre vide work order no DU/MO/08/01741. After a great pursuance I got the set from repairing centre, after your intervention, duly repaired on 02/09/08 (after 20 days) but of no use.

                      4) It again got defective. I am unable to dial any number from it.



                      The matter is narrated to you on Phone no [protected], today on 10/09/08 . I am a retired senior citizen & unable run again & again to your service centre. As such you are requested to kindly get this defective set replaced immediately failing which I shall be bound to take the shelter of court of law.

                      You shall also be responsible for emergency to me, if any, arises because it is always out o[censored]se since I purchased it

                      Motorola — NOT REPLACING MY MOBILE

                      Sir/madam,
                      I had puchased Motorokr EM30 on 24th oct 2008, from MOBILE STORE (GREAT INDIA PLACE, NOIDA). Since then I have encountered some minor problems like phone hanging, slow audio(volume), slow processing etc. but one day i switched it off and and after many attempts it did not get on. I then submit it to the nearby service center (AMBE ELECTRONICS, J-40, SECTOR-18, NOIDA) on 31st march'09. They retuned the handset on 10th april'09. Minutes after receiving the handset I observed a new problem. When the handset was put on charging, within 2-3 minutes it prompted BATTERY FULLY CHARGED, and with the use of mobile for 5-6 minutes, battery got fully dicharged.
                      Then I again visited the same service center on 13th april'09, and these people suggested for battery change. They replace the battery with a new one and delivered it on next day i.e. 14th april'09. With new battery also, the same problem occured(i.e. fully charged battery in 2-3 minutes and then its full discharging with 5-6 minutes o[censored]sing). I then again visited the same service center on 21 april'09, and after an hour of checking they asked to change its MOTHER BOARD. I deposited my handset along with battery. They returned both things on 9th May'09 assuring no problem. And told me that their was some voltage problem in the battery, even with the new one(and mind it not the mother board problem) and replaced the battery again. But the status was same as ever, the problem was not sorted. They have not resolved the charging problem even after 20 days(approx.) Within this period (b/w 21 April-9th May), I contact MOTOROLA SUPPORT CENTER (on 23rd APril)
                      and asked for "PHONE REPLACEMENT" as I haved faced numerous problem within a short tenure of its purchasing. They provided me a complaint number i.e.[protected].
                      Now I donot want to deposit my handset again as I don't think this people have enough technical knowledge about phone repairing neither do I have time.. I now not only want my handset to be replaced but also compensation from them. I was emotionally attached to this phone as it was my birthday gift from my dad.
                      I would also like to mention here that each visit costs me Rs. 60/- and class bunking as they close their center before my normal returning time from college. I am really mentally harrased and frustated.

                      I have purchase motorola E6 mobile. That handset damaged. I have also deposited my cell to the authorised service center of Motorola at Mulund named Bell-nTell services. One thing i found first time in life that the sevice charges are quite high than the cost of mobile purchased wich is Rs.7000/- .I have purchased this handset in Rs.6950/-. Just horrible. They have already took a service charge.
                      Its would be a better if i go for new one & definately will not buy Motorola & and wish suggest to buy motorola henceforth.

                      I Mr Subhash Bhuliram Dhobi have submitted mobile handset in motorola service centre in the month of August 2010 for the problem of display not working after a month i have contact with service centre they told that they are going to replace my handset and giving me a new as they do'nt have parts available, but now it November ending yet i have not recevied my handset , from last 3 month month i am contacting customer care of Motorola they are not having specific detail of my handset i am facing lot of problem whenever i call they give assurance with a week time problem will solve but problem is same as 3 month before.Please Sir help me as mobile is under warranty period.

                      Display Issue

                      Moto E Mobile Phone cost is Rs.6999 only But The display Cost is Rs.7393. The service is very worst.Aug 14th is gave the service centre. But still i didn't get the product. He gave the duration only 15 days.

SINCE THE PHONE HAS NOT BEEN MIS-USED IT MUST BE REPAIRED UNDER THE WARRANTY . IT IS SUCH AN EXPENSIVE SET .                           i got a mobile handset with imei no 355557/01/036380/2. i got a trouble of toch panel of the mobile not working with my hand set from the day i purchased it i got it repaired thrice from motorola care center now it is out of warrenty what should i do now the care center in faridabad says i can not be repaired if we do so this would be under payment basis what should i do.

                            I am Savita Soin of Karnal.I had received message on my mobile number [protected] that i have been won motorola award of 750000 pounds on 13 aug 2009.in message they had given me their mobile number [protected] and email address hello.[protected]@live.com for the claim of money.After that on 14 aug 2009 a person of name Dr.GERY LOPEZ email me in which they send a forum about my personal details like-house address,mobile number,alt mobile number,email address,full name,gender and occupation , annual income and the scan copy of my driving license.On that day i was very much worried.But after one week i send my these personaL details to them.After that i got a mail from them that i am a confirmed winner of the award and i am cleared by british gaming board.After that HE told me for safe delivery of that parcel to my home i have to contact some Elite-fleet courier manager Mr.SPENCER BROWN after that i contact with him.He demand 495 pounds equal Rs39,500.ALSO THEY send me account no of person name Akash kumar whose acc no was [protected] and pan no was b1ypk5135p of syndicate bank .after that they mail me that their diplomats are coming to INDIA with the parcel.On next they they call me that they are stopped at dubai airport because they are not having anti terrorism certificate and it will cost 2850 gbp.and they give me their personnel acc details like acc name of karan motors acc no[protected] of icici bank.DOINBG A TRUST ON THEM I HAD DONE THE PAYMENT OF 1 LAKH RUPEES.After that they message me that your certificate is made and they reached to mumbai airport and after that they demand rs55000.and they send their personnel acc details like acc name-delhi exports garments acc no[protected] pan no aagfd5081q.BUT then i done payment of 25 thousand rupees.After that they DEMANDED RS 5 LAKHS.Then this thing comes to my mind that they are doing any fraud with me and i submit my complaint.

                            These fraudsters need a visit from the police.
                            i agree, i was sent a message about the money and how i could claim it. at first i thought how i could have won the money when there was absolutely no news about it. i got the message from "Motorola Awards" i think we should help put a stop to this and anyone who has been fooled, tell anyone you know who has gotten the message and tell them it's a fraud.
                            Ive done exactly the same thing as Geoff, I'm from Australia and I recieved a that same message but didnt remember entering any competition so I googled it. Thanks Savita. What scum these people are, ripping off the unknowing for their own greediness.

                            I also recieved this txt on my Dubai phone, and googled it because I knew it was ridiculous and I hadn't entered anything with Motorola. Same message from no. +[protected] and told to email and call no. [protected].

                              I have recived message from motorola that i have won prize of 750000GBP.My payment no is 374/WG6834.I have got message from person of name Dr.Gery Lopez who is manger at motorola(uk).then i got message from Gery Lopez and in which he was demanding for my personal details and scan copy of my drivers license.I had sent my details to him and then i got one more message that i have been cleared by british gaming board and i AM a true winner.Then i got message from them that for claim of money you have to contact to SPENCER BROWN THE MANAGER OF ELITE FLEET COURIER Elite-fleet courier service.Then i made a contact with them and they told me that your courier charges would be 482gbp equal to RS39500 and you have to do your payment in cash then i had done their full payment then they told to me that our diplomats are coming with parcel to india.After that they told me that their diplomats are stopped in dubai international airport due to some anti terrorism certificate for issue of that certificate charges would be equal to 2380GBP THEN I HAD DONE THEIR HALF PAYMENT OF RUPEES 1 LAKH.after that i recived a call from them that they had reached to mumbai airport but they are not doing clearence of parcel for that they are demanding RUPEES 55000 BUT THEN I HAD MADE THEIR HALF PAYMENT of RS25000 and then he told to me that he is coming to delhi airport AT 6:45pm .AT 6 pm i got a call from him that he is arrested by police because the amount in parcel was so big and for clearence HE REQIRE YELLOW TAG AND THEY ARE DEMANDING RS5LAKH.Then this thing COMES to my mind THAT if they are doing ANY fraud with me.so i am very tensed and sir/mam tell me what i have to do now.

                                  My Mobile Model Z6 Generic, was given for repair at Vikas Marg, New Delhi Motorola service centre for some display related problem (work order number VK/MO/09/02464 dated 22/08/2009).

                                  The stafff there is totally inefficient and I fail to understand how they work. I would request company personnel to visit the service centre and see the situtation with their own eyes. A five minute job takes at least one hour to finish.

                                  Just take my case how poorly they handled our case :

                                  My wife checked with them if above mobile was repaired at least 2-3 times last week also (although they had committed to give it back by maximum 26th August). Today (2nd Sept, 2009), finally she was told that she can come and collect the mobile. But when she reached there after travelling 20 KM, she was told that it is still not repaired and they need to send it once again to HO and they gave a new work order number work order number VK/MO/09/02651.

                                  This type of attitude is totally unprofessional.

The girl on the reception dont even know how to talk. Also i beleive that as the Brand Name " Motoralla" it should not have given to people who are damaging its Brand Name in the Market.

                                    My phone has been blocked by Airtel people, they messaged me on 29th November, 2009 saying to register my phone but because i was out of town was unable to do so.
                                    The very next day my phone stopped working, i talked with them they said it cant get working again.
                                    I will be obliged if problem can be resolved as early as possible n a fair decison to be made..

                                      I Have purchased above model of mobile phone for Rs.5900/from Ms Neelkhant Electronics, Durgakund, Varanasi on 31 March, 2009Invoice No CM/16094/08-09. The performance of phone is highly unsatisfactory and giving regular problems-some times it hangs, some times charging problem its cover flap is out.

                                        I had given my Motorola handset (Model No: ZN200) to Motorola service center (Redington India Ltd, E 48/4, Okhla Phase-2 Delhi, Near Nathu Sweets) on 27th July '09 and its due date was 4th Aug'09.
