i purchace moto em30 in[protected] n after 6 months it has a problem of charging n i give handset to service center n i cant find my handset after 5 months.next month hendset went to out of warrenty....

My Mobile Model Z6 Generic, was given for repair at Vikas Marg, New Delhi Motorola service centre for some display related problem (work order number VK/MO/09/02464 dated 22/08/2009).

The stafff there is totally inefficient and I fail to understand how they work. I would request company personnel to visit the service centre and see the situtation with their own eyes. A five minute job takes at least one hour to finish.

i gt a motorazr v8 last year, bt it started showing problems in the display.i gave d cell to khurana brothers at janakpuri, they kept that for more than a month, charged me rs.800, n told its repaired now.bt d cell started giving d same problems from d very same day.i guess these people are totally incompetent n NOT AT ALL TRAINED BUT ARE QUACKS.action should b takes against them....

I Have purchased above model of mobile phone for Rs.5900/from Ms Neelkhant Electronics, Durgakund, Varanasi on 31 March, 2009Invoice No CM/16094/08-09. The performance of phone is highly unsatisfactory and giving regular problems-some times it hangs, some times charging problem its cover flap is out.
It is therefore requested my phone may kindly be considered for replacement.

I have bought Motorola L9 10 months ago, and now around 1 month ago, in keypad i lost the Round navigation button of the keypad.

Then i contacted a Motorola Service Centre in ahmedabad named New Waves, Maninagar and they cherged me 350 Rs to replace the whole keypad.

Is it really cost that much and its form motorola company itself or not? They told its phydical damage not comes under warranty.br...

I have purchased a new Motorola L9 on June 2 from Sangeetha on CMH Road, Indiranagar, Banagalore. The next day I took it back to them as the keypad was hanging. I was told that this is a regular fault of Motorola phones and the salesperson reset the phone.
