I am so angered about that, it irritated and harassed me lot..

I have bought moto g4 plus few months before, one day asked to update new version of system software.

My problems started from this

No motion, no access in my mobile, automatically opens files and apps it continued still

Totally it is irritating and harassing me still

I am very worried about that

I think motorola products have no intention to give quality service. If it have, dont allow like this activities.

Be assured, it will not happen in future

    I have purchased moto e4 plus on 13.07.2017 through flipcart. Product details are handsets/wi45792/motorola hsn: 85171290. This set is not functioning properly since last 7 days. It's touch screen is not functioning properly. While i am searching any content like bharat it is displaying only one name starting from letter "f; some time no name is displaying. After so many effort the content which are displaying are not taking order for call. Kindly suggest.

      I am using the MOTO E mobile phone which is purchased on flipkart.
      Somehow its IMEI no has been erased that leads to unable to detect network and I am not able to use this phone. I have shown on motorola service center Sector 10 Noida. I have been told that motherboard is not working it will take Rs. 4000/- . I am surprised that due to loss of IMEI no it cost to that much.
      Kindly provide me IMEI no and activate my device since I am the owner and genuine legal customer of mobile phone.

      Sir i have given my phone (moto g4 plus) to service center in baxipur, gorakhpur on date 17/01/2018.
      Still i didn't get my phone back they are always giving me further dates and when ever i reach to pick up my phone they give nxt date.
      Sir please help me regarding this.

      I m using this mobile from aug 2017, 3 times i have visited motorola service centre and now its 4th time i m facing issue with charger

          Moto g5splus. My complaint is that there is hidden led notification lite of white colour present but it is hidden if we have to use it we have to root our devices in this way phone get brick. So, please provide led notification lite on next update so we can use it without root and your phone rating will also increase and may be it will increase you brand value.

            I have approached your authorised service centre tdm 205 at kollam, kerala, india for replacing the damaged display of my moto xt1650 mobile phone. But it has been returned with the reason, spares not available.

            They have returned it after contacting your south india office after 9 days.

            Please guide me what to do to get it replaced. It is 15 month old handset.

              There was a problem in socket of mobile (Moto g4+) which was faced for 2nd time, we went at service center to repair the piece after repairing was done the issue was solved they charged 1250rs then after i noticed few other issues like can't here the voice if i call any person and there was disturbance if i take any video so it occurred after it was been repaired from the moto service center we again complaint about same very next day they said they will charge extra for this, it's not just a matter of money but if you there to solve the issue of costumer please make sure the phone is working properly or not. Secondly it's been just a year, i started facing many problems in phone.

                I bought moto e4 plus mobile two days before, i am facing intermittent mic issue, battery quick drain issue, battery is not charging via usb/power bank. But service centre just upgraded the software and fought with us by not replacing the mobile. If you not invlove and replace the mobile, i will go to consumer court, expecting quick response.

                Service center guy told that if any issue happen in first 7 days they replace it. I reported the mobile issue on second day. So I am expecting replacement or my money back
                I have purchase Moto M recently and I am having few problems such as heating and low battery backup and no such features as other Motorola phones I have used G4 Plus also and compared to that this phone is far worse

                  I a user of moto g5 plus would like to bring it to your notice that my phone is still running android 7.0 where as other motorola devices have got a latest version of android nougat. I am even not getting the monthly security updates on time.
                  When is motorola planning to release android oreo to moto g5 plus series?..
                  I hope my problem is resolved soon and i will be getting updates soon.

                  The Oreo update was released on Feb 7 but I think it was only for Australia and New Zealand. I would assume it will spread out over the next few weeks. I'm on G5+ also really looking forward to the Oreo update specifically announced for the G5+ also. I wish Motorola would be a bit more open about these things.

                    Purchased moto g5s plus not even a month back in india. The battery life was good but it's not even been a month and the battery is draining tops fast.
                    I don't play games and watch movies. Even when my phone is idle then also the battery is draining within 3 hours of charging.
                    I am really depressed with this kind of problem in motorola phones as i am using it for the first time. Provide me with support asap.

                        Hi,
                        I brought moto e4 plus in august 17 with very high expectations but i was highly disappointed with the same. The phone suddenly switches off every few days. Also, the camera quality has degraded as compared to moto g2. I am facing a number of issues with the phone even after keeping the phone updated. Major issue of all is the sudden power off. Kindly provide me a solution so i can improve the performance of my phone.

                          I am a regular costumer of motorola phones. It is my 3rd motorola phone. But this time i am very unsatisfied with the phone because it has too many problems like finger sensor not work, over heating, auto restart, not responding, low speed internet, etc. I also sent the phone to the service center two times, but the issues still persist. Due to this two times i have lost the valuable data from the phone. I am too irritated form the phone. Finally i request to replace the phone with any other model which is defect free otherwise i have to go with the rti as well as police complain.

                            I had purchased motorola e4 plus mobile phone on 02/08/2017 through flipkart.

                            Moto e4 plus (Fine gold, 32gb)

                            After the purchase the touch screen stopped working and submitted to motorola service center

                            Happy mobile services
                            3449, radhakrishana tower, samadevi galli, near vasan eye care, belgaum,

                            Accordingly they took around 8 days and replaced with new screen..

                            After that i am facing many problems which as below,

                            1. Phone restarts automatically
                            2. Apps stop frequently
                            3. Contacts from contact list dis appear.
                            4. Phone hangs quite often.
                            5. Touch screen malfunction.
                            6. Cannot browse some sites...

                            For the above said problem i have submitted my mobile twice to service center but problem did not get rectified... I got my mobile repaired on 5th feb 2018 and from 7th feb 2018 i am facing same above mentioned problems.

                            Please get the service details from the authorized service center as i don't have details.

                            I told the service center to replace with new hand set or refund my money.
                            Since they were not having authority, they denied...

                            Since the purchase of mobile phone i am facing lot of inconveniences which is really affecting my routine. I have lost my valuable data after every format...

                            Hence i want this hand set to be replaced with new one or kindly reimburse my money against this mobile...

                            This is my final followup with the company for replacement or reimbursement...

                            If no reply i will approach the customer court for further claims.

                            My mobile is not opening fast.It takes 30 to 45 sec to open and some time it not open .I am not able to open Contacts, Message, photo and any other apps.many time it show" apps not responding"So please solve this problem immediately or replace mobile immediate.I had bought this mobile 2 MONTHS back only

                              I have purchased the moto e4 plus handset 4 months ago but i was facing issues in touch pad of the hand set. Hence i have submitted my hand set to the authorized service center of moto one week ago but still i did not received my hand set back.

                              The hand set is under warranty period, still service center is not capable to replace the touch pad and revert to me in one week.

                                I have purchased motog5 plus lunar grey 64 gb on 26 jan 2018 through amazon.com and the same was delivered to me on28 jan 2018. The idetails of phone are

                                The phone started giving problem from 3rd feb 2018 just within one week of delivery. The problem is related charging of phone. It charges in reverse gear like from 99% to 1%. For example today i started the charging of phone at 6.33pm the message was battery usage was 53% approx 1 hr 1 min left. I switched. Off phone and start charging at 8 pm the message was 17%. Then i switch on the phone the message came as battery usage 93% 34 secs ago. Kindly look into the matter why there is such a type of variation and why the phone which costs to me 15000 rs. Started giving problem within less than a week. Hope some early resolution.                                   I was buy moto z2 play phone but after 5 moth my was automatically shutting down. Continues heat my display was broken. Then i will repair my phone go to moto service center i will say my complaint then he tell me to software update. Warranty are still my phone i will told update with warranty. But display broken not not allowed any parts of my phone. My bad decision to choose moto

                                    Hi
                                    I bought Moto e4 plus handset. I am facing issue in charging hence I visited to service centre. After my 4th visit they replaced the adopter but issue is not resolved.
                                    When I am visited service centre again service with warranty is denied by your exicutives by specifying there is small scratch in the screen. For the same position of the handset service is provided just before e days then, how can you deny the service within the warranty?
                                    Please provide the solution for this issue. Reciept is attached.

                                    Service centre is Mangaluru. Even after 5 visits of service centre the problem is not resolved. E times handset is repaired in the centre.

                                      I had bought the above handset on 30.12.15. Right from the start, it was not operating at optimum efficiency. Recently however, a blob appeared on the screen, which refused to go away. I therefore took it to the service centre at jayanagar bangalore, where i was told by the manager that the company would update the software, provided i sign a waiver absolving the company of any responsibility in case of damage to the mother-board. Incidentally the cost of the motherboard constitutes 80% of the handset price. Now, i ask you, whether this is fair? Not only do i have to pay for the repairs, but in case the service centre makes a mistake, i have to pay for it. Isn`t the company avoiding taking responsibility for the performance of its product and service?

                                        Hello team,

                                        I am using moto g2 from december 2014 but recently i. E from 1month had an issue with the battery, where it was draining from 100% to 0% suddenly while using the internet, gaming or making a call. Which i thought of due to app updating, so i had updated my phone made factory resetting it but still the issue has not resolved. So kindly respond and help me with resolving it
