Hi sir,
I am using moto g5s, only 45 days old have got a touch complaint, so i move to motorola authorized service center in coimbatore. So i got disappointing very poor customer service not even got responce properly, working employes are rude and harsh behaviors (06.11.2017) on tat time i give service but till now not even get my phone. But he promise me to give a phone on (09.11.2017) till now not even responce me. Very very very very poor customer service, and definitely am not going buy a new moto phones and not even recoment my friends also very poor and worst service.     The service center said that the data cable tho my device is not working that is why i was having charging issues.
    That said it is replaceable because my device and its parts were under warranty.
    I said them to give me the new the data cable. They said we dont have it. Come later from 7-10 days from today.
    They also did not provided me spare data cable for the time being my cable is replaced. Data cable is such a small part why didn't the service center had it with themselves. Its been five days that i haven't got my data cable and i know what problems i am facing to charge my device.
    This same thing also happened with my friend also in the same service center.
    That's the way moto gives after sales service to its customer.
    I would have recommended people to buy moto because of good phones but would not recommend them due to the bad after sales service.

      Moto e3 power (Black, 16 gb) - product under warranty

      I bought moto e3 power on[protected], suddenly in may 2017 it started the charging problem that : gets only charging symbol and light but charging was not done.

      I went to service center of lenovo/motorola with same may 2017, as it was in warranty they repaired it & given back.

      Today on[protected] same problem arises again so i went to service center of lenovo/motorola with same, now facing lots of problem to get it repaired as there was only 15 days of warranty remain.

      When i asked them why the same problem is occurring again, they replied :
      Its electronic and don't give any warranty of the same, next time you have to pay for the it, though the same problem arises as your warranty end on[protected].

      I am not happy with the service and the response that i got, also im worried that if same problem occurred again i will have to pay for the same reason and service is being offers with filmy reasons. Please give some valid solution for same. Else i will have no option but to go to consumer forum.

        I have purchased a motorola e4+ phone in july from flipkart.
        In the begening it working nicely not properly with hanging but due to cumbersomeness i ignored that one.
        But not it's difficult to handle with it.
        Whenever i want to charge this, i have to face problem with it as that this is 2 year old device., because it's not start charging.
        My whole day fight is to charge my phone.
        And even it's charger is not universally perfect i. E. Not fit in the switches, looses in the switches but that does not means that my phone not charging due to charger problem. I have charged my phone with other motorola phone earlier when it charge perfectly then it charge easily with otgers but not with mine. So totally my experience is worst with motorola. Btw

        Dear Motorola
        I have purchased in july from flipkart. From the starting it having some problem, it hang time to time but I think that issue issue resolve as time has been passed but now a days there is a new problem, it's not take charging and if, then just show the indication of charging, actual percentage is remains constant and more over the charger is also not the universally perfect, it's pins are loose.
        Si please resolve these issues as soon as possible because i'm not able to buy a new phone.

          Motorola g4 mobile set purchased from usa is needed service to rectify it's sim slot as it is not responding even after insertion of sim, i mean after insertion of sim it showing "no sim"the service cell in kolkata is saying it is out of their perview as it bought from usa and we do not have any access to provide service of mobiles bought from other countries

            I bought a MOTO Z2 PLAY MOBILE fone on 02/10/2017 and now I facing a display light problems, auto off. I have submitted my fone in Moto service center ( SS Electronics CCI) in Hyderabad. They repaired my fone three times but problems not solved. I have bought many Moto phones and all-time Moto frustrated me with his poor class servicing. So now replace the mobile bye new one or solve the problems. Otherwise I will take strictly action against Motorola company like consumer Court or etc.

              I got my brand new moto g5 plus from flipkart and it had issue with it's ringer and video calling then i replaced the product. Again problem was same, replaced product also had same problem. So i repaired my phone from authorised motorola service centre, prime mall, mumbai. But in just one day o[censored]se i have same problem. What kind of repairing is this!! And whats the issue with moto g5 plus. I am totally dissatisfied with the service.

                I hav given my motog4+ mobile in a service centre in bapuji bahar bhubaneswar.. Only my power button was broken and they promised to give it back by 5 days and now its been more than 10 days and whenever i call them they say that part has not come.. Does it really take so many days for a mere power button. Service here is too bad and when i asked them atleast tell me the exact date.. The one over phone asked me to take back my phone without even repairing it. Who will compensate my loss of not having a phone for more than 10 days.. Please help me out here

                Hi team,
                I am facing lot of issues while checking time in notification window. It is not getting updated while using other applications.

                  I bought moto m mobile 4 months back. While going on the way to home from office i had kept phone in my pocket as usual. It was raining that day & the jeans pocket became wet & the mobile display was not working.

                  When i took the mobile to motorola service center they told it will not cover under warranty & all. Such a delicate mobile why are they telling water resistant & all they are simply bluffing the people.

                  Jayanagar motorola service center is the worst service enter i have ever seen they are such irresponsible person not even cared for this issue.

                  I recommend not to buy motorola mobiles.

                    I am sachin nandanwal from indore... I have bought a moto g5 plus before 2 months but i found a major problem in my device which is "my phone stops vibrating several times". I already submit a compliant in service center in indore "gayatri incorporation" but they are not doing any thing.

                    I submitted my mobile phone three times for same problem and every time they said that they repaired the phone but actually they are not doing any thing they just kept my phone and return it after 4 days. Not working on my device problem. So please give me the proper solution of this.

                    When I submitted my device to the service centre it has no scratches but when I receive my phone it has three dents on the metal part of phone and I requested them that they replaced the metal part but they refuse my request .

                    I have some jobs its regarding this when I submitted my device they didn't mentioned on my job sheet copy that the phone is damaged but when I am collecting my phone and I found some dents on my phone.

                    They mentioned the detail on the service centre copy that the phone is damaged by the delivery time and blaming me that I already submitted the damage phone I have a proof against it that I submitted a new phone and they damaged my phone

                    Just look at the pink sheet they mentioned the phone detail by the pain but it was a carbon copy .

                    Sir they damaged metal part of my device and are not taking the responsibility of it . And saying this kind of damage is not covered in our warranty.

                    they are blaming me that i my self damage my phone and they said we will not repair this kind of damage.

                    I also complaint in consumer court for this behaviour of serivice senter this is the refference no. Of my consumer complaint 516071.

                    I am expecting that you will change my device parh or replace my device.

                        I have submitted my moto g4 plus for repair to your rewa mp service centre. The cell is in warranty and they asked me for 4000 rs for pcb replacement. They said the invoice will not be given for the above. I raised the issue and emailed to motorola but no action is taken so far and no response was given. It's been a month neither my mobile was repaired and not i heard anything from the email.
                        This is highly disappointing. Please look into the matter and resolve.

                          I am vinayak malavade, from kolhapur.. My motorola g2 handset m buying before 2yrs ago... Such good product but... Service very bad... My handset my mobile i had given 3times, but now i have taken the lock key and volume key in the service center.. Please tell me.. Now how do i reduce the voice and how to lock the cell... Otherwise we will go to the consumer court.. So please you can co-operate.. You will boycott your product.. My all frinds trust to my first handset moto to all frinds use moto handset... So please... Very bad experiance...

                            I bought moto x-play mobile online 15 june/17
                            It had some camera problem and regular hanging problem, hence i approached cust service september 2017 they filed compliant on warranty, they keep on saying time and delay on returning my mobile phone and now they were saying the phone will not cover warranty demanding me to pay cost or me wait for still two more month, please suggest me wt i want to do?

                              I have battry display & auto switch off issue & flash light
                              6-7 times i have visited the service centre i haven't got the solution
                              Once my device mother board was also been changed then too the same perblem is been repeating

                                I got my moto g5s plus on 6th of october 2017 from amazon and recently while i was looking at the phones physical appearance and admiring it's beauty, i came to know that there is bunch of dust inside my phone's rear camera lens and it quickly mad me unhappy. I would kindly like to know the solution. And i don't want my phone to get opened up. Please solve my issue.

                                I emailed all the details regarding the case to [protected]@motorola.com and you told me to visit service center. I have 2 service center in my city as per your website and I went to both the service center and here it is what happened -

                                (1) HCL Touch - Lenovo Esc - Rajkot

                                They told me that their center only cover warranty of Moto M and Moto E series. So I said to myself ok let's
                                go to another service center.

                                (2) Ashutosh Mobile-Rajkot
                                1/2 Upasana Complex, NEAR Aamrapali Railway crossing,
                                Opp Old Cancer Hospital, Kishanpara,
                                Rajkot - Gujarat

                                I went there and told them about the dust issue I am facing on my phone. The engineer looked through the
                                phone and told me it has to be opened up and it will charge me Rupees 550. I asked them why will they
                                charge me if my phone is in warranty and they said that camera dust does not fall under warranty.

                                Sir, i am seriously losing my patience here. I purchased the Moto G5s plus device by going through intense online research. And now i am regretting that i made a terrible mistake. I belong to middle class sir and could not afford buying another phone and so sadly i have to use this phone with dust for few years. congats.
                                My name is pravin gadekar. My moto g4 plus mobile is strongly heated. Any time he can blast. My mobile now in warranty. But your care says this problem can not solve here

                                hi, friends I also faced the same issue of dust in backside camera lens. I went to the service centre and ask for help they helped me and they didn't ask for any charges... thanx for good service but even after cleaning of dust from back camera lens after 2 days I again realised some dust at same place... yr really i m loosing my temper that why I purchased this phone... it is a manufacturing issue

                                if you motorola can do some this to solve this issue permanently please let me know

                                  I bought a motog4 plus handset on 3rd november 2016 with the imei no [protected]. On 29th october the display of my motog4plus went all black an white jittery with rainbow dots. So, i went to the nearest service center (Anand international) on 1/11/2017 located at 233, diamond harbour road, kol-34 with the hope of getting my phone fixed. I didn't expect i will be asked to pay any amount as the warranty of my phone was still valid. At the center they told me i will have to pay 6.4k for getting the display fixed which is almost 50% of the phone's original price and they declared the warranty as void because of few dents and scratches on the outer rim of the phone. I am very saddened by this. With this i am attaching the bill the service center provided me with and the invoice of my phone. Please help me out.

                                    My complaint was originally lodged with motorola customer care on 12/10/2017. Customer reference no[protected].

                                    My motorola mobile set, moto z, was originally given to lenevo servicing centre at ghatkopar (W) on 9/9/2017 for battery draining problem. The set was under warranty which expired on 27/10/2017.

                                    It was first handed over to me after repair within 8-9 days (On about 19/9/2017) which immediately failed and within minutes it was handed over back to the servicing centre.

                                    The same was again inappropriately repaired and given back to me on 26/9/2017. It, as usual, failed and became worst because they had done all experimentation on the set. Within 2 days the set started getting shutdown on its own frequently and battery getting drained immediately.

                                    It was again given to servicing centre again on 2/10/2017.

                                    Subsequently numerous call to service centre, writing to you has not helped. After hundreds of call, if i am fortunate to contact servicing centre, their pet reply is "material (Battery etc.) is about to reach from store and set will be delivered within 2-3 days".

                                    Though customer care assured me to escalate the matter but it has no effect so far. Even there is no further response from customer care also. It seem customer care has no control over the "servicing centre".

                                    I am attaching soft copy of (I) servicing record-1 dated 9/9/2017 (Ii) servicing record-2 dated 20/9/2017 (False record) (Iii) screen shots showing the battery problem.

                                    My apprehension is that the set will be never be made ok and even if it is repaired, i may be charged for that since warranty has already expired.

                                    Please see and look into the matter afresh.

                                      I have given my phone to the service centre for repair regarding my charging problem. My phone was having charging problem, they keep the phone for 2 days and then returned it but then the turbo charging was not working. When i went to them regarding the same they told me that this problem was initially and they told me to pay 12000rs even though i have given them 650rs initially for changing the charging jack and told me they don't have any fault in this. Now my first sim slot is also not working. The behaviour of the staff is irresponsible and now i'll file complaint against them in consumer forum.

                                      I have purchase moto E4 Plus last month. But the phone display is damage due to small accident. i want change folder to my phone. I visit your service center . He provide me the cost of folder 8950/- rupees but the phone cost is only 9999/- rupees. Can you provide me cheapest price for repair.

                                        Below is the detail of humiliating experience that i am going through:
                                        4th april: submitted the phone for small issue in power jack as it was not charging properly.
                                        7th april: got my phone back, paid inr 3, 000 but got 3 issues (Spot in the display screen, audio jack issue and voice quality at the receiver's end) which were not there earlier, not even slight issue were there.
                                        8th april: service center denied taking the responsibility of the new issues created and in a sense meant that i am a fraud. Motorola customer care asked me to keep my phone with me and to send a written email with all the details mentioned above.
                                        8-28 april: for 20 days, motorola could not decide how to take care of these issues. Took more than 20-30 calls and 30-50 emails to customer care so that i can submit my phone for the repair. Most of the time, there was no update from the customer care and it was always me who has to write several emails to get response.
                                        29th april: submitted the phone to the service center.
                                        30th april - 24th may: no update proactively from motorola. Finally got the call that display has been changed but cannot rectify other issues. Again most of the time, there was no update from the customer care and it was always me who has to write several emails to get response.
                                        1st june: i was told that there are some pcb related issue which are causing the other problems. Somehow i convinced the motorola guys that i am not responsible for all these issues, so please rectify the issues.
                                        7th june (Don't remember exact date): i was told that all the remaining issues are also rectified and can collect my phone.
                                        8th june: i collected the phone, checked the headphone and display related issue and came back. I noticed that the touchpad was too sensitive and some functions are getting activated automatically. I ignored it thinking that it is due to new touchpad and also i did not want to again go through the whole process.
                                        9th june: i found that now there is cracking sound coming from loudspeaker which was never there earlier. I again had to call the customer care who told me to again go to the center.
                                        10th june: i again went to the center where the technician did something to the loudspeaker and it started working properly. I took the phone back.
                                        11th june: i started noticing that the touchpad related issue is getting more serious day by day. Some functions were getting on automatically. Sometimes the navigation keys will work sometimes wont work. But i ignored it to avoid further escalation. But after a week, the navigation keys stopped working completely.
                                        19th june: this new issue started within the same day i got my phone back and became a serious issue within 2 weeks. I was unable to use my phone by then. I sent an email to motorola customer care again.
                                        22nd june: i went to the service center. The manager there took the pics of pcb and told me that liquid has entered into the phone. My phone never got exposed to liquid or anything, but i did not have the proof to counter this. But my phone never got exposed to liquid or anything for past more than a year. Also, the kind and amount of rust that was there in the pcb was like it has been there for several weeks. Upen has already taken the pics of the pcb but he did not share it with the motorola.

                                        29th june: i got an email from motorola to resubmit my device.
                                        July 7th: i could not visit the center earlier as i was outside delhi for official work and i sent an email marking upen as well that i will visit on july 7th. I went to the center but upen was not there. The other technicians there refused to take my phone. I tried calling upen, messaged him several times but he chose not to respond. I came back from the center. I almost gave up and accepted that the phone has been destroyed thoroughly. But motorola guys told me that i can submit my phone after further communication.
                                        July 30th: i got a call from the owner of the center and he told me to submit the phone to the center.
                                        Aug 19th: as i was not in delhi, i could not visit earlier and i informed the owner of the center accordingly. I want to the center on 19th. Upen (The manager of the center) asked me to wait for 30 mins and again gave my phone back.
                                        Sep 21st: finally i submitted the phone to the center after writing several emails to the customer care and getting the go ahead to submit the phone.

                                        Now it has been another more than a month that my phone is still with the service center and they have no update on when will it get repaired finally. I have not seen such a pathetic service anywhere. Kindly help me out.

                                        No action has been taken yet. The customer support of Motoroala never responds to my call/msg/email. It is going out of my patience now. Kindly help. The guy who is looking after the issue is Mohammed Abdullah whose number is [protected].
