Updated by Sunny Dhruva I emailed all the details regarding the case to [protected]@motorola.com and you told me to visit service center. I have 2 service center in my city as per your website and I went to both the service center and here it is what happened -
(1) HCL Touch - Lenovo Esc - Rajkot
Pramukh Swamy Arcade, Shop no 9/10, Upper Level,

They told me that their center only cover warranty of Moto M and Moto E series. So I said to myself ok let's
go to another service center.
(2) Ashutosh Mobile-Rajkot
1/2 Upasana Complex, NEAR Aamrapali Railway crossing,
Opp Old Cancer Hospital, Kishanpara,
Rajkot - Gujarat
I went there and told them about the dust issue I am facing on my phone. The engineer looked through the
phone and told me it has to be opened up and it will charge me Rupees 550. I asked them why will they
charge me if my phone is in warranty and they said that camera dust does not fall under warranty.
Sir, i am seriously losing my patience here. I purchased the Moto G5s plus device by going through intense online research. And now i am regretting that i made a terrible mistake. I belong to middle class sir and could not afford buying another phone and so sadly i have to use this phone with dust for few years. congats.
