Hi team,

I have recently purchased a moto m model through flipkart from india on december 2016. I had selected the brand of motorola after a lot of anticipation for the new m series that you had launched. This was a gift from a family for my birthday, hence this phone was quick a special selection from my end.

Within 6 months of operation, my moto m had encountered with a slight issue (July 2017). I was unable to charge my mobile phone at all. Hence for this reason, i had taken my mobile phone to your authorized service center in chennai - digitel communication (T nagar).

Just to provide my mobile phone for service, i had to wait an excruciating period of five hours in the service center. This was the first service center which had made me wait for such a long time just to provide a complaint.

The service center folks accepted my mobile phone and promised to provide a solution. They called me back after a couple of days of investigation stating that my mobile phone has been physically damaged and hence i had to repair a specific usb part. I do not remember dropping my phone with such a serious impact but still i went ahead with the solution provided by the team. I was even willing to get my phone fixed with payment even though it was under warranty.

Again after a few days later they called me saying that the battery needs to be changed as well and this will be covered under warranty. Clearly the service center folks very little confused with what exactly is the issue with my phone.

After several postponements, i finally got my phone on 8th august 2017 from the motorola authorized service center, unfortunately just to collect my phone they again made me wait for two whole hours. While receiving the mobile phone from the service center, they were not even aware that the old part has to be surrendered to the owners, a big explanation was in session for this. Such was the torture provided by this particular service center.

To my utter disappointment, i come home to face the same issue persisting with my phone. After waiting for 20 days, several flip flops and embarrassments from the service center, i have taken it upon to write to you. Request you to provide me a solution, i cannot simply go through another torture session with the service center in chennai.

I am part time journalist with satyavijayi.com and i really do not want to take this issue to the media house, until i get some solid response from the motorola india team.

Please let me know what should i do to ensure that my mobile phone issue can we corrected? Is motorola such a substandard brand that it fails within 6 months of functioning? Are people working with motorola guide us to such substandard service centers that they can’t even correct a simple issue like this?

    I purchased a motorola handset on june 29th. The phone fell from less than a height of 4ft, on an even surface. The screen is completely cracked and broken, but the touch is completely fine. The calls, camera also working fine. What is the matter? How should i get it repaired? Since its within the warranty period, do i get the screen repaired for free? How much will it cost otherwise?

    My phoe is not working properly. after system update speaker doesn't working.& phone doesn't start after swotticng off. working slow .so to something in my favour.how poor the perfomance of the brand company.4months r being passed for this handset n these problems occues so what to do now

        I am using moto g4 right now and it has defects. I purchased the phone on 19th october, 2016. It worked fine for about two months, but later the display started flickering. I thought it was a software issue and you guys soon rolled out android nougat. The problem didn't resolve. I visited the service centre a number of times but each time they said that the store is full. After six months, i finally get to meet the staff.

        But they reject to repair my phone under warranty. I was facing two main issues - screen flicker and rear camera lens scratches. But the reason they chose to not repair the phone was very lame. They said only manufacturing defects are repaired under warranty. Okay, i accept it. But display problem and poor quality of a camera lens is a manufacturing defect right? I spent half an hour explaining that how it came under manufacturing defect.

        But, to my dismay they rejected my phone and also said that i have given my phone somewhere else for repair and so it can be be repaired under warranty. This is a second excuse. Again i spent few minutes convincing them that i had not given the phone to anyone for repair.

        So they pull out the silver coil before the micro usb port behind the case to explain that this is a damaged the piece. Now no service center accepts the phone because the silver coli is pulled off.

        This is a kind of joke or what? I would never even consider buying a lenovo product again if this going to be your attitude! I have not given my phone to anyone and never did i damage my phone myself. Display and lens problems happened automatically. This your fault for not providing me with a quality piece. I sincerely request you to repair my phone under warranty. Its been months of toil and in high frustration i am writing this to you guys! The service centres here are crap and they work lifeless here. This is going to be my last attempt to try for my phone repair. You lose a customer if i get no response whatsoever.

          Dear sir/mam

          I have bought moto g5 plus 2 months back but the microphone is not working properly. I have went to motorola authorised service centre also for 4 times but the personnel is not resolving the problem. Neither they are replacing the microphone. I am really fed up and dissatisfied with the services now. They keep my phone and say that they are testing it but hand that over to me as it is.

          This product and service centre has created a lot of problems for me as i have to go again and again there and my issue doesn't get resolved. Also it is creating a hindrance in my office work now.

          Kindly help me in sorting out this matter as soon as possible.

            I am using motog4+, i have tested services my phone and i found that there is one bug in your service i. E. After turn on flight mode and when i turn it off then bluetooth will get automatically turn on which is not valid. This mobile also have screen overlapping issue so i request u to please this problem as soon as possible and let me know once it is done.

They said that your phone is liquid damage and your phone sub board is damage and it only work well if the sub board is changed. I didn't change my sub board and i take my phone back.                   I had bought motorola m in jan 2017. I have already started facing a major issue of charging the battery with the original motorola charger. The charging is very intermittent and mostly the charging does not happen more than 5%.                     I registered a compliant on 14th july 2017 for burning of my moto g4 device.
                    I registered the compliant via email but till now they are doing nothing. Already 20 days have gone and still there is no update.
                    Please check this on priority...
                    The email which i wrote to motorola customer care is given below:

                    I purchased a mobile phone moto g4 from motorola in february 2017.
                    The phone was working normally till date except getting hot while charging.
                    But today at around 7:00 pm, i came from office and kept my phone on
                    Charging and took rest.
                    After half an hour, i heard a blast sound and i got scared. I thought
                    An encounter broke out as i was fallen little asleep. I woke up and
                    Saw my moto g phone exploding and smoke was coming out of it. My
                    Carpet got damaged also. You people made my life on risk. Atleast how
                    Can motorola play with the lives of its customers. Now i don't want
                    You people to drag into court for same as it will consume my time. Now
                    I request you people to send me a new phone as soon as possible and
                    Please check the cause of burst in this model as i hope no one should
                    Experience such an incident in future.

                      Bought xt1706 01/06/2017 due to some technical issues had to take my phone to one of your so-called customer service centre netsurfer situated at lal chowk, srinagar, jammu and kashmir.                         I have moto e3 power mobile phone. Its mic was not working properly, i went to care center and they replaced its subboard and chaged ₹1550 from me. Next day i got the same problem again, i went there and engineers washed and cleaned subboard and mobile's mic was again working properly. Then i cleaned my old subboard and replaced it, and my phone is working properly. They have'nt clened old sub board and replaced with new one. I want to return new subboard to the care center and refund my money back.

                            U was using my mobile and suddenly it stopped working.
                            They said its a display problem, and it cannot be resolved in warranty.
                            Bt i need the answer that running phone which was suddenly dead, and didnot broke from any side and not even temper.

                              I have been in touch with Swaraj from Moto Support Forums/ That guy totally misled me and provided me wrong information about my phone.

                              I feel sorry to inform you about my experience with my handset moto G4 Plus.My phone is still under warranty and I have visited service center many times facing the same issue every time.

                              Its has already been a month visiting services center and it has seriously ruined my work apart from time and money wasted .

                              Left with no other options I have to finally submit my phone at Gurgaon center.
                              But when i collected my phone from gurgaon center, after using it for few hours, I found that problem still persists.
                              I have been in touch with Swaraj from Moto Support Forums/ That guy totally misled me and provided me wrong information about my phone.
                              I request you to replace my phone so that I can get out of this trap.

                                I have my phone moto g4. I gave it to service centre for update and it updated to the lastest android 7.0.
                                For my android 7.0 update, google playstore is not downloading/update any apps from playstore. Google playstore is not downloading/update any apps from playstore on roaming sim network.
                                I am currently using jio sim roaming network.

                                  When my mobile is dead i go to satyam electronic moto mobile service center dilsukhnagar hydrabad. My mobile is actually on warranty period but first they cant identify the problem and i was wait2 hrs. After one week they told me [protected] part is gone you come after 7-8 days. They called me 3 days and told me display is gone you should pay4 thousand. Ok i agreed and 1week later you come we will handover your mobile to you but i shocked because they not repaired my mobile also increases amount 4000 to 6500/-. I told the receptionist your service center called me and 4000/- amount required for repaired the mobile but she gave me answer she (Handle customer mobile complaint) dont no amount. If she no knows anything why she are there actually problem is what the receptionist varies amount of mobile repairing they bluffing the customer. Please take action on them.

                                  They told me mobile screen strip is damaged we need 4000 rupees for repaired your mobile and I agreed to pay 4000 because service center told me screen hardware strip crack this discussion happened on mobile when receiptionist called me. On specific given time I went with 4000she suddenly turn and increase amount 4000 to 6500. Now my mobile is useless on warranty period means I used only six months. Please understand my problem

                                        I just bought moto g5 plus from flipkart on 17th july, but today it's gorilla glass has broken by falling down from only one feet height including it's protective tempered glass.
                                        Really if it is a corning gorilla glass 3 capacitive touchscreen then how it will break from one feet height?
                                        So is it original product or what and i'm not happy with this and completely waste of time to purchase this product and coming back for complaints and all nonsense's now i'm realizing.
                                        Can you please help me on this issue. I have one year warranty so is it work for this or not?
