I am using moto x play phone. After 1 year o[censored]se the display of phone starts damage. I visited lenovo customer care center then i received first bad experience and then they refuses to build my phone after saying that my phone is damaged by throwing. I felt very bad because my phone is damaged not by throwing but by just kept in my pocket may be some pressure is applied. Then if small pressure this is damaged that why they say its of gorilla glass. Such a bad experience i had. My phone screen is not damaged then why display got damaged.

Please check the details as required-
I am using moto x play phone. My phone was in warranty that time then I visited nearest service center in order to get repair for my phone which had display issue. I got very bad support and even they refuses to repair my phone by saying that it was damaged by throwing but the fact that it was not the case they just assumed so. I was not in position to spend 7000 to get my phone repaired so start continue with damaged phone now that dispaly is much more infected and very difficult to use my phone. My issue is if they do not want to give support they why these centres are opened. If my screen is in good condition and display is damaged then why they said me false statement by assuming that this is happend by throwing phone . I want solution to this issue . I am very much annoyed to use such a branded phone a d received no customer support a d bad behaviour as well from that team .I visited gurgaon customer care center .
Such a poor customer support. Please don't waste your hard earned money on buying phones without customer support

    I entered motorolo authorised service centre arundelpet guntur. The great mr. Arif service boy who is very dumb candidate ordered me rudely go n take token wait, ok i waited for 10 min, my turn came n he asked me wats d problem in disgusting manner i told moto g 2 display is not functioning, he immediately started charging n keep on pressing d on n off button finally did nothing n told come after few days n d worst thing is in between he started talking to other customers n checking thier cell phone who just walked in without token, when i questioned him he started screaming shut ur mouth n wait. After tat big mess happened n then d entered d girl who more dumb den him n started speaking something, waste thing she dont know how to operate d cell n where r sensors n all she spoke some rubbish. Totally understood is these two people dont know anything who are unfit for there useless jobs. Plz don't visit dis branch all r brainless people

      Lot of time is being waste in motorola service center
      At park road, lucknow, uttar pradesh, 226001.
      Only one counter is operational for receiving the complaints, it takes 3 to 4 hours to make a complaint for motorola handset, no management of the service center is bothered to manage the situation.
      It is very unfortunate that the motorola being the leading company and having such a useless services provider for handsets.
      One should not purchase motorola gadgets for such a poor service.

        I have purchased moto g plus 4th gen sr no.[protected] from amazon on date 14th aug, 2016. This mobile is not working properly since purchasing as applications automatically opens and closes (With chattering sound) during battery charging also battery got discharge within short period.
        Mobile has been sent to authorized service center m/s satyam mobile & computers, bhopal on following dates.
        1. On date 27/5/17 but problem not resolved.
        2. On date 29/7/17 but problem not resolved.
        It is requested that either arrange to change the set or instruct to authorized service center to repair it properly.

            Mobile phone had a issue with the speakerphone (Person on the other side could not hear). Submitted the phone on 11th may 17. After 81 days now it is repaired and no one is taking responsibility for extention of warranty. (Phone should have been repaired in 7-10 days and its been with motorolls centre for extra 70 days at least). Service centre is asking me to talk to customer care team. Customer care team asking me to take it in writing from service centre team. Fed up with this. Total waste of time...

              There was a request for replacing the data cable of moto m mobile which stopped working some time ago. The phone was under warranty period. The complaint was registered with service centre of ranchi, jharkhand dated 21st june 2017. Original data cable was submitted in the service centre. After passage of more than one month, there is no sign of data cable receipt and the staff members have no idea of the time required whereas there should be no such big issue in exchanging the data cable when the phone is under warranty. Requesting to look into the matter and replace the data cable as soon as possible. The requisite details are as follows:

                More than one apps opened automatically

                If more than one notifications generated phone will get hanged.

                  Changing port not working.
                  I m very upset with moto m performence.
                  I have bought this phone 4 months ago in thiese 4 months phone started getting hang sometime and charging port is not working since last 1 month. I want to be repaired my phone charging port or replace my phone. My phone get hangged and get ok in 15 to 20 minutes. I want to get my phone to be repaired or replace it.
                  When i bpught moto m it worked very good till 15 days then it started get hanged very badly. It got up heated so tjat we cant even take this phone in our hand.

                    I bought moto g 4 play mobile and enjoying with its features. But one day i faced a problem suddenly. If i used earphones during conversations, i am unable to listen my phone calls after removal of earphones i. E. If earphones are connected, mobile is staying in that mode only even after removal of earphones. I have gone through all settings and i could not find solution. After so much struggle, i switched off and switched on, then only it started working normally. But the same problem persists whenever i used earphones.

                      My new set is malfunctioning since last two months. The set gets switched off at frequent intervals. No pattern could be noticed. Progressively it is deteriorating. I had once approached the company's service centre at salt lake, kolkata. They had most probably reloaded the system/ programme. But it has not solved the problem.
                      Presently i am unable to use it since it is getting switched off within moments.
                      A useless set. Future customers should strictly avoid their product.

                        I have given my moto x style for c/o low battery and inability of receiver to hear my sound at universal service centre vadodara. They replied on 3rd day that its mother board defect & you ll have to pay 25000 for the same. I denied for the same & went to recollect my handset. When i receive it back the lcd was defective which was not there previously. Another is how the hell mic is related to mother board or its a company gimmik to make more money. The customer care executive mr. Hiren had given assurance of giving it back on 29/7/2017. But now today he is telling that it has not come from chennai and it ll take time. First of all if your staff cant repair the phone than why did he open it and damage it. And after damaging why are you giving false commitment.

                          I purchased new moto m, order id od[protected] dt 24.1.2017. Phone gave problem after 3 month. Charging cord was not working. Went to service centre on gariahat road, kolkata 700029. For last two months, i visited ten times but they are not replacing the cord and not resolving my issue. The moto m is useless to me now.                             They are saying that they are not getting the part from motorola. Please confirm.

                              I own your moto g4 plus and i recently updated it to nougat update which was beeping up for me from certain days. After the update took place my smartphone was switched off and now there is no method to boot it up. Only the led notification is working while charging and nothing else!! Kindly help as the customer care centre of meerut is not been providing the proper facilities!

                                I purchased moto e3 power phone through flipkart (Invoice no. F0yqk[protected], order no. Od[protected] dated 05.05.2017). Charger of my mobile is not working from 2 -3 days. So, i visited to nearest motorola service center, first floor, ashiana galaxy, exhibition rd, patna on 27.07.2017 about 4.30 pm. Only my charger is not working, my phone is working fine and getting charge with other charger. But they told me to submit phone alongwith charger and also saying your data will get loss even though there is no any problem in phone (As per cco counter no. 3 & service centre, manager).
                                They also told that you have to submit my phone other wise you will not be able to complain again. I have much data in my phone and i can't submit it on demand. Please help me in getting a new charger.
                                They behaved with me very rudely and bad manner. They told that you are free to go anywhere and anyone to complaint about this.
                                This is not manner way for any business compony. So please help in this matter and arrange to provide me new charger.

                                  I had submitted my phone on 11th of july 2017 and was told that i shall be informed about the progress in a week. I came on 22nd (Just because i could not contact them on phone) and was told to come back on 26th.. I came on 26th and was again told to come a week later, to which i reacted and asked them what are they upto. And the one of the employee told me to come on 27th..
                                  On 27th i came at 2.. And told to come at 2:30.. But i came at 5.. Which obviously gave them a lot of time to finish their work..
                                  At 5 when i have received my phone its display was not fit properly...
                                  Now this is heights.. Of irresponsibility..
                                  First of all it takes hell lot of patience to keep running for your device.. And to add to the suffering these people think that we customers have all the time in the world.
                                  Being a student even 24 hrs aren't enough for me and these people have eaten up 3-4 days of time in total..
                                  Now they have asked me to wait for another hour or two..
                                  This is just ridiculous..
                                  You please either improve ur service or just bluntly deny it..
                                  Atleast stop wasting our time..
                                  We naive customers put our trust in u to be satisfied with your services.. And not to face this level of disappointment..
                                  Highly regretting on buying motorola brand phone.. Because within ten days its display ditched..
                                  And limits to all disappointment have crossed after seeing your services..
                                  Extremely disappointed customer..
                                  I would never in my wildest dreams recommend your brand to anyone..

                                    Hi, this is mukul verma, user of motorola g4 plus, i bought this product on 19 january 2017 from amazon, after few months i encountered a problem with my phone i. E. Battery not getting charge, i dont know exactly what happens, whenever i connect the charger it doesn't appear to be working, i reached there service center in pitam pura, max care solutions (B2x) on 10 june 2017. They assured me that it'll get repaired by monday 12 june 2017, and yes they did what they said but did extremely extra to that phone, when i picked my phone from center and whether it is working or not, its getting charged so my battery issue is solved but a few seconds later i found out that there's issue that we all know by the name of ghost touches. I showed them the issue the very next second and they asked me to resubmit my device and wait for 10-15 days, i agreed upon and submitted my mobile again. Later on by the end of june they shut down their services permanently and forwarded my device to tilak nagar, khushi communications, on 2nd july 2017 i got an call from tilak nagar, khushi communications stating that we'he received your device and we'll get it repaired withing a week. I got relief that finally i can get my device back within a week but they started a new excuse every start of the week that "we have mailed company for multiple parts and still waiting for approval" and till now on 27 july 2017, i'm still getting this non-sense excuse from the service center.

                                    I would like to complain about this company for these worst customer service support.

                                    Please help me to get my device back! Repaired!! Or refund!!!

                                      I was at noida service centre and from 7th july, i'm trying to get my moto g5 plus repaired for wifi issue. They returned my phone on 10th of july after claiming motherboard replacement but the phone still had wifi issue. They kept my phone until 12th july and could not repair it and on top of that, they put 2 dents on the top and bottom of phone's front panel. First, they didn't accept their mistake then after accepting it, they kept my phone at service centre again for part replacement and they did not issue me a new job sheet even after i repeatedly told them to do so.

                                      On 14th july, i got calls to collect my phone from service centre according to old job sheet. I went to the shop all the way only to hear that my phone wasn't ready and they gave me old complaint's call. Now they're telling me that the part isn't available due to gst problems and it'll take at least 7 more days for my phone to repair. Those 7 days completed on 20th july and i got a call on 21st july that it'll take at least 8-10 more days for a part replacement.

                                      I called up customer care service today to enquire about my phone repair status. They said the part has arrived at the warehouse and upon asking the date of this update, mr manoj mehra said that 'we just get updates, we cannot find out the date of the updates.'

                                      It took them only 2 days to change the motherboard, which is the most important part of the phone but it's taking them more than 15 days to replace the bumper of the phone (Which was spoilt by them only, during servicing). It is a newly launched model and not even a very old model for which spare parts are not available. The entire india is fully functional after implementation of gst except for ambe electronics, noida which is repeatedly giving me an explanation for not being able to repair my phone.

                                      The amount of time they are taking to repair the phone, i doubt what all mishandling they will do with the phone because it has been lying with them since past 14 days.

                                      Now every time i follow up with them they give me new complaint number but they neither don't do anything nor they commit to any reply back.

                                        Hi lenovo & motorola team,

                                        I bought my moto z play as a launch customer on 19th october 2016 relying upon your brand name. On 23rd july 2017, within less than 10 months of me buying it my mobile malfunctioned and wouldn't turn on. I visited your service center with just a software problem as my mobile was not switching on and as you can see in the job sheet, the mobile had no external damage. Now, today when i went to get my mobile back, the screen is split and physically broken. My mobile has been tampered and damaged by your service personnel who are plain denying their culpability in this. I spoke to moto customer executive, mailed your team (Incident # [incident:[protected]]), spoke to highest authority of anand international, behala (Service center) and they all seem to be working together in this scam.

                                        The service center is demanding around rs. 12, 000 for fixing my mobile screen when there was no damage in the first place. The level of treachery involved in this act of breaking a customers product just to make them pay is astounding. I want my mobile back in the same intact condition in which i had delivered it to the service center. It is not only harassment but a crime too to extort money from customers in this manner. I would be bound to seek legal help if this extortion is continued by the service center.

                                        I've provided you the picture of my mobile screen just before i gave it to service center. I am also attaching the job sheet and invoice. I would like to see immediate action taken on this as i need my mobile on priority. Let me know in case you need any other details to sort out this situation.

                                        No further communication from Motorola even now. They are sitting on it even with all proofs against their customer service. When will you take action? I am being harassed by Motorola and Lenovo for a week now. First with a faulty device and then a criminal act by their customer service. When will you own up your responsibility and compensate me? Or have you decided to harass customers who do the mistake of buying the mobile? Kindly reply as soon as possible.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Sandeep from your side called me and I explained him the problem. The service center is doing a criminal offence here by breaking my mobile and then trying to extort money from me. I've explained to him and asked him to take action against the service center for such breach of trust and cheating.

                                        Proofs that I have include a pic of the mobile taken before submitting to the store, the job sheet that clearly mentions that it has no physical damage. You can ask the service center for the current picture of the mobile and can see the huge glaring crack on screen that was made by the technician on purpose to extort money.

                                        Kindly take action as soon as possible. Or kindly confirm if Motorola ( A Lenovo Company) is authorizing it's service centers to cheat customers so that I can take proper legal action and ensure justice as per the Indian Customer Laws. I'll not accept my device broken by your service center.

                                        Sir I have bought Moto e4 plus on 13.07.17 through Flipkart. But in this mobile volume icon is showing on screen randomly. Please solve the problem. Volume icon poping on screen with a beep. It's divert the attentio.
