I am B.Harikrishna purchased motog 3rd generation mobile in may 2016. On 18th feb 2017 got low ringtone volume and other side whom I call is hearing in low voice, I approached MOTO service station with address KR & MS reddy complex, Hanamkonda, warangal, Telangana, India. My mobile Identification was MotoG3 9044. they accepted with warranty, On 20th feb 2017 they delivered the repaired mobile, ********Now WHY the mobile identification is showing MotoG3 3031, my INTERNAL MEMORY was 16GB, now WHY it is showing 11.8GB kindly resolve my problem, I am attaching the invoice please view.     I happened to go to the motorola service centre located in kotla mubarakpur, defence colony, Delhi in the name of Service & Communication Solutions. I use moto 4th gen G4 device which had some issues related to software upgradation and frequent switching off. The device is covered under warranty. On visiting the service centre, i was informed by Ms. Pooja Rawat and Ms. Priyanka that since there is a small scratch on the metallic sides/corner, any defect in the phone incl. software etc. is not covered in warranty. As per them customer is void of any free repairs if there is a scratch on the body of the device. I would like to draw your attention towards motorola warranty terms and conditions as per which all repairs are under warranty except physical damage.
    I have never heard of such a stupid and silly reason for not carrying out repairs. Licences of such authorized service centres should be cancelled as they harrass the customer.

      I have moto g4 plus phone.32gbxoooj25y6R with IMEI:[protected] no.purchased on 1july 2016.Till starting there a problem of heat up and ghost touch during charging.But now a days the problem increase day by day some time I am unable to call from this mobile.As I m a doctor and some time v have emergency but I m unable to pick up the phone or sometime unable to call due to ghost touch., , , same while typing the msg or opening any application..As I am from Himachal Pradesh District Mandi .I m unable to show this set from last July as it's service center is in shimla and Chandigarh which is far from my place.L last month my friend took it to patiala service center Punjab.They said there is a calibration problem in moto g4 sets they calibrate it but the problem is same as it is .I m not satisfied with Motorola service and in future I never purchase or recommend the Motorola sets to any one.I m the old user of moto g3 ...that set is good but that also show the problem now unable to swipe the notification bar.Plz do the favour .as in emergency it create problems...with thanks

        I purchased moto g4 plus on 17 November 2016 after two months dust particles present in front camera and clean from the service centre and then again dust enter in camera then i go to service centre and they tells that it is a manufacture problem of motorola company and now it gives screen problem from boundary and shows previous app open shows from sides

            As I am suffering a lot for last 4 months for my Motorola x force 64 GB which camera problem was not repaired yet so I want complete justification of this thing as your team has told me that tomorrow I will get back my phone but I want to say that I am visiting your service center again and again which cost me loss of money and time .
            So I kindly say u to replace my phone as soon as possible . I will go consumer court for all these issues if you will not help me out

              In the kanpur there are the motorola service center not any good service giving to customer .
              Talking language is not good & also behaviour is not good of the service center really very disappointing to this service center.
              All time gossips with each other no listning the customer busy in own group.
              i am gone service center before 5 month regarding to the power button issue they said there are the your order of power off button when it comes from head branch of Motorola then we can replace it i am gone approx 6 times in the service center in 5 month there are not any order coming of my power button.
              Last friday i gone to service center then they submit the phone and said take it from evening i will go to evening then there are not repair again next day saturday gone they sitting me approx 90 minuet at 11.30AM they said engineer not come and after some time i see engineer is there & i say that it will not repair then they said i am ordering your power button & blaa bla blaa
              & said to me submit your phone for 25 days i said that when my order is come then call me i will submit my phone and you replace it.
              So very disappointed to service center & they think its a my father service center i am the owner of this service center which i want i will do no one argue on here.

              So i requested to discard the frenchise of motorola service center from kanpur.
              90% customer unsatisfied i seen many cases in that service center when i am waiting .

                I have purchased a Motorola Moto g4 plus before some days..
                After some usage, I found that my phone heats up a lot..It's like a hot oven...It heats up to 56-60 ° C.Everytime I use my mobile, after a minute o[censored]sing heats up abnormally and doesn't cool down.
                And battery drains within few moments..
                And if I put a memory card...It too heats up the phone and drains battery completely..
                I am very disappointed.
                I was a user of Moto g3 phone...It was awesome..But the new Moto g4 plus is a waste of money I feel like..
                Please find me a solution to this problem..

                  I bought moto g4 plus 32 gb one month ago but from last two when i try to connect a headset with the phone its not working i have tried so many headsets and headphones but its not working idon't know what i did wrong but i am not happy with services of this phone and i heard that motorola is good brand and known for his good product qaulity but this they are fail to prove thier words and there mobile phone is also getting hot from the back side so many and i can not hold the phone in my hand so this is also a issue so i please make it worth every peeny we spent on the phone so i need your assistance to fix this issue

                    I purchased moto G 4 on 8 july 2016 IMEI no [protected] .my moto G4 plus have been given trouble(pls note my mobile is in warranty period): auto switch off, dot on display, battery swell problem, charger not working in this regard I have approached the service centre in noida (stayam communication ) on 23.01.17 for solution. The authorised service dealer kept my mobile for repairing on same date by giving a job no. SRINE[protected] & told me that it will take 10 to 15 days for repairing .since then every week i am receiving sms ( Dear Customer, Good Day.Motorola mobile status for SRINE[protected] is waiting for part.We will revert you on progress asap.Thanks for understanding.) From service centre .the problem is yet to be resolved.i called motorola customer care five times but unfortunately nobody giving me any date or time when my mobile will repair .today i have completed 27 days but still mobile is not repaired . look into the matter and be resolved the issue at the earliest...

                      I have been using Moto g3 for the past 8 months and I don't use any sorts of screen guards as the company assures gorilla glass that is crack proof to a limit BT yesterday my phone was dropped from just 20 inch from the ground and the screen was completely broken.                         I have bought moto m phone via flipkart having order id od[protected] on 19/12/2016. Its usb c type cable was not working properly, it disconnects on its own so i went to 2 service centres mentioned on ur website in karnal Sco 21 and 152, mughal canal, karnal-132001, they denied to check the phone saying moto m is not under their service, i went to lenovo service centre who said they will keep my C type cable for atleast 15 days so they can order new one, i said how will i charge my phone for 15 days i[censored] keep my cable as type C cable is not easily found, they said its your headache, i am very disappointed with the services of service centres in karnal of both lenovo and karnal if i have to purchase the accessory on my own then what is the benefit of warranty of 6 months . you are requested to look into matter asap.                           I am purchase Motorala g Plus 4th Gen set on 19.05.2016 vide EMI No.[protected] was not working properly. Network & Battery backup problem. I will to service center 3 or more times but i could not find solution of my mobile. (Graphline Care, Shop No.206, Kaushalya Estate, Patna) vide Job No.AMSPAT00615 Dt.18.10.2016 & AMSPAT007056 Dt.16.11.2016 again board replace on 29.11.2016 vide EMI No.[protected] but till the date i will face same problem. please look in to the matter and find solution for this. Service Centre also says Company will not supply Spare Parts for the same.

                            I have submitted my handset moto e 1st gen to bm gadget services pvt ltd, pune for repairing.
                            I had issues with my handset which wasnt working in nov 2016, so i went to service center. They gave service not on 25th nov 2016 and asked to call after 15 days.
                            Now its more than 80 day since that day
                            Yet i have not received any confirm date of mobile delivery.
                            Please look into this matter if you really got this mail.

                              To whomever it may concern

                              Pls note I am facing difficulty in using my Moto G4 plus handset received. I have purchased it from Anazon.in. The phone hangs up frequently and warms up like anything.Ghost Touch. Also the phone is not responsive to the inputs. It itself acts without clicking and opens up multiple applications by itself. It misbehaves. Also battery dies within 5hrs of normal usage. I need a refund of my product or an exchange with the new product as there is some technical fault in this smartphone.

                                I have given my mobile to the care centre as to show up my battery problem of Moto G4 +, and also the mobile is under the warrenty till the date but later on receiving my phone with no resolve of my battery issue but with a problem of breaking the vibrator, so the complain is that the breaking of the vibrator is only due to the improper handling of the moto care centre worker, but the motorola care centre people are refusing to accept the fault.

                                  My moto g4 + mobile not working properly since the date of purchase. It's touch auto working while charging, when I plug charger it's three battens i. e back batten, main Manu batten and third one automatically do work because of this I can't open any app or work anything. Now a days auto touch also working. I visited your service center at B2X Pritampura near M2K MULTIPLEX four time but your executive not received my phone with pali of online receiving is closed. they told me it's motherboard would be change. After that I brought this at your other service center i.e Kushi communication Tilak Nagar. I request them to change motherboard of this phone but they changed display. After one week this problem is still coming.
                                  Please help me out to resolve this problem or change my phone because it's your prestige issues.

                                  My moto G4 plus doesn't work properly while charging. When phone is connected with charging cable, then whatever shows on the screen it starts vibrating and touch screen becomes unresponsive.

                                    My moto G 4 plus have been given trouble : auto switch off & rear camera picture is not good, in this regard I have approached the IT service of Raipur on 01.02.17 for solution. The authorised service dealer kept my mobile for repairing on same date by giving a job no. 3422 & told me that it will take 10 to 15 days for repairing but even after lapses of 15 days the problem is yet to be resolved.. further the time have not been confirmed...pls look into the matter and may kindly be resolved the issue at the earliest...

                                      I have given mobile on 10 Feb to Nagpur service Centre & got call from centre employee, saying you have software issue which will take one day. From 13 feb am trying to call at centre but nobody is picking call to update the status and even am getting Centre number on waiting. It won't possible to go to Centre just to check coz am living 150 km away. I am having always bad experience (3-4 times visited) with Nagpur Moto Service Station.

                                        I have submit my mobile (Moto G3) dt 14.01.2017 of Janak Communication, Faridabad . My Job Sheet No 4010 dt 14.01.2017 till date we have not received any reply form service center & not support to me . I called her but he said Please give me some we will give your mobile to next week . Tell me how many days i wait .

                                        This is a motorala mobile service. Motorala a very big brand in mobile company .Plz resolve my problem
