I purchased Moto G3 initially which automatically started facing screen problems, for which i went to motorola service centre to find a rectification.
They charged me for my screen replacement which was followed by a number of problems (Example: Network going blind in the middle of a call frequently, screen acting strange for which you had to restart the device, etc).
I finally purchased the 4th generation handset: Moto G4. It has been 5 months and I have already visited the service center twice. The screen has a problem of screen burns and my charger stopped working yesterday. I don't want my new mobile phone serviced again and want a replacement ASAP.

    I purchased this Mobil through Amesan. Mobile is not supporting debit card (icici & Sbi) to do purchase on line. It blocked at authorization stage. When I am using my my debit cards icici or Sbi to load my cash through Uber app to Paytm it stops at authorizing stage and also doing payment for Ola money stops are stage.not allowing to enter in to the bank site. I approached the they confirmed that there no problem with debit card only problem with the new phone Moto g4. To confirm I used my cards in ATMs also other merchant sites. I am able to do payment through my card.
    2. Not supporting other to use USB storage devices. Even after meny attempts no results.
    Please do the need ful to resolve the problems

      I gave my moto G 4plus phone on 3rd Jan 2017 ... since soo many days i am waiting they are saying that they cannot get the parts... if its more late i am going to consumer court ...either replace my phone or give my phone as soon as possible...Soo you better give my phone... because i am a doctor and i need my phone all the time and its very important ... dont make me go to consumer court and file a complain against you... i lost my patience waiting for my phone and there was no positive response from your side... i want my phone till this week ends...

        I pratush srivastava wants say that, with great regret, that it was most unfortunate of me to brought your phone moto g4+. The reason is that neither I am satisfied with your product nor your service and with great discontent I would like say that I am fed up of your service. I purchased a fault phone with hanging problem and audio jack not working. I have given my phone to service center for repair they told me to pick it up the next day but when I called they told me it would take about 2 week for repair. I asked them give my phone back or provide a replacement handset they were not ready for that also. It's my last resort to contact you before going to consumer forum.           I have purchased the Moto E3 power before 2 months. And after 2 months immediately his Volume button got break automatically.

          It got separated from phone automatically I went to service center but they are asking to pay 4000 RS .

          How the button got separated automatically in just 2 months and this is manufactured defect then why should I pay amount for your problem.

          I mailed mant timesto Mihir one of the service center officer but he is not answering to my emails.

          Is this kind of service you are providing?

            2. When switching mobile data from 1 sim to 2nd sim mobile automatically switched off

            5.Screen saver option can improve better when compare to other mobile
            6.It too difficult to set a ring tone in the Moto mobile
            7.If Tamil key board is available in all Moto mobile it's useful because we forced to download some application to use Tamil messages

              I bought Moto g4 plus on Amazon and I received Mobile on 29 December. After 2 days mobile start hang display start blinking. When I visited moto g service station they give only 110 token per day on that day I didn't got token. Next day again I went the service station which is on F. C. Rd. early in the morning at 10.30, but their service was very slow. I think Motorola co. must have more service station.

                I have purchased MOTO G4 Plus on 25th December 2016, submitted to your Authorized service center on 27th December 2016 for connectivity ( WiFi, hotspot, Bluetooth) inoperative. It has been a month crossed i have not received any response from your service station. I have called your helpline also from there also not received any reply.
                Now i have loose the faith on Moto product at all.

                    I own a moto g3 which is under warranty. I had some little issue with my charging jack and speaker net so i submitted my phone at an authorized service center at noida. It has been 17 days and they have no definite response. All they are saying is that they are waiting for the part. On asking about any specific time period, they are saying they can't say anything. I also went to the service center, they said it will come in 2 days but again it did not. The service is quite poor and i am in urgent need of my phone. Also, 17 days is a long time for such a small issue.

                    I submitted my device on 31st december'16 at satyam communications, sec 18 noida.

                      I have submitted the complain on 9 of this month this month that my phone is not repaired from 3 month by motolorola service center . i had submitted moto x force 64 gb on 19 th oct 16 its 3 months and you people are not able to repair my phone in which the second sim slot/ memory card slot was not working and the front camera of my phone was not working .. if you people cant repair the phone then why the hell you people sell such kinds of products. i am not understanding what to do in this kind of problem . you people are just doing nothing with my phone simply saying that it was an high end phone so parts are not coming they why you sell a phone of 55 k i dont get these things .

                      I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS KIND OF SERVICE FORM A BAND NAME OF MOTOROLA .

                        I have purchased MotoE3power mobile through Flipkart. Order was placed on 3rd October 2016. Received the mobile on 15th October 2016. The invoice No. is F0YQI[protected] dated 8th October 2016. The IMEI No. is [protected]/[protected]. The mobile glass on the front made a crack with a very huge sound when the mobile was placed in pant pocket. The sound was very loud. Thank God, It did not damaged me. I contacted the service centre at Unique solutions, 47, CMC complex, Bagalkot cross, Bijapur, Karnataka, regarding this. They said it cannot be repaired under warranty citing the condition that crack is because of normal wear and tear(which is also written in your hand book). But in my case the mobile developed crack without any reason(not fallen) and in my knowledge this is manufacture defect in the glass (air pocket in the glass during manufacture) that is why it cracked with huge sound. Hence, it should be considered as manufacturing defect and hence needs to repaired under warranty.                           Dear Team,

                          I was facing issuing with my phone MOTO G4PLUS regarding charging and battery. Also there was a red spot on the screen. The same is under warranty and given to service centre Technocare solutions Janak Puri which promised that the phone will be repaired within 7 days. Now it has been more than 17 days and still the centre says it will take more time but not committing any time. This is how Motorola service their customers????? They are harassing me on daily basis. I am working in noida and it is not possible for me to go on daily basis to janak puri.
                          Its my humble request to take this matter on urgent basis as Motorola is Great brand, with this service quality it shows a very bad impression to the public. My service request no is SRINE[protected]

                              My moto g4 plus is not working properly as it is getting switched off automatically while receiving calls. From last 4 to 5 days.

                              On an average every 3rd calls out of 10 calls getting disconnected automatically which is very problematic situation for me.

                              Provide the resolution by customer care mobile on safe mode & work 24 hour but problem is still not resolve after second resolution he talk mobile format zero level and i was format my mobile zero level but problem is not solve.

                                Such an ******e service centre of the Motorola company specially in ambala cantt. I had bought a Moto G turbo mobile phone at very first day it had some problems in that when I used memory card in it after some time it automatically ejected from it (as it was not shown in it) i went to the service centre i was demanding to get it replaced for me they totally refused me for getting it replaced. They said you have to use this only nd they updated software in it. What the **** this company is doing since from then today (ie 14th jan) i have been using the same phone nd i got the same problem + my main speakers are not delivering proper sound such a useless handset by MOTOROLA COMPANY from last week nd i got it checked today. Again what they are doing that sir we not replace the handset nd what they are saying me that
                                1. Have u got it opened outside.
                                2. We will see when we will get time then only we will tell they took my mobile and haven't given me any receipt.
                                3. They refused me sir we will see what has to be done (don't ask for time)
                                4. Nd what stupidity they are doing is that sir u have to get a photostat of the bill from outside. All other companies have been doing all formalities from themselves only
                                5. This brand is totally ****.
                                6. I will tell all the buyers not to by this brand device even though CHINESE HANDSET ARE MORE GUD THAN MOTOROLA HANDSETS AND THERE SERVICE TOO POOR NOT EVEN DESERVE RATING IN -1, -2, -3... .

                                Don't go for motorola device as there handsets are not reliable and they are not providing service to there customers. If this company doesn't provide me with best resolution to mentioned complaints i will sue you for this mention this MOTOROLA

                                    I am using Motorola G4PLUS mobile.i brought that mobile in AMAZON on september. starting 3weeks the mobile was in good condition. but after that when I TURN ON the camera the mobile got TURN OFF automatically. this happened two times. but when third time i turn on the camera the mobile got completely turned OFF and its not at all turning on. on january7, I took the mobile to the Motorola service.(Raja Bather St, Parthasarathi Puram, T.Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600017).I thought of claiming the warranty, But they are not responding properly. This has happened three times.I am very disappointed with the service and behaviour they do why we go.i have called the serivce centre but they are not picking up the phone.

                                      service center gives me new job sheet no. without repairing no. is "982"
                                      old job sheet no. 964 gives on 10.1.2017
                                      and new job sheet no. 982 gives on 12.1.2017

                                      I will send some job sheet after few days and it happened 6 time I want to change my phone.
