This is regarding to a complain for a damaged product and service by motorola. Here below is the detail story that happened to me after buying a motorola phone(moto e) :
I have ordered a "moto e" mobile handset having model name "XT1506" from flipkart on 27th of february 2017 and i received this product after two days i.e. 1st of March 2017. After using this phone only for 7-8 day(s), this phone got dead. On 11th of March, i went to one of the motorola service center in kolkata with below location :

On this day(11th of March 2017), the service representative did not accepted my complain due to some official reason excuses even after my several requests. The service center was closed for next three days upto 14th of March for which i have to revisit on 15th of March. After waiting for 4-5 hour(s), thay received my complaint with complain no. "1761" and did not agreed to replace the phone even thougn the phone was damaged(got dead) within 10th o[censored]se. They have taken all the warrenty related documents(flipkart bill and ionvoice). In that time, they assured me that, this will take around 1-2 day(s) to resolve this issue so that i can get the phone on or before 18th of March maximum which actually didn't happen. They are not receiving my calls. On 19th of March, i recived a call from one representative and she told that this phone was purchased out of India for which they can not do anything on this even if i had submitted the flipkart invoice on 15th March. Immediately, i have informed about the order and invoice that i had submitted before to her. Then she replied that, "Ok...sorry... they will look into this". Till now, i have not received anything from them and I HAVE STILL NO IDEA WHEN I WILL GET MY HANDSET.
So, From the above, I am not sure if motorola is just playing with the innocent customers by sending them the defective products ? As a innocent customer, i have not used this phone more than 6-7 days. But still thay are not agreed to replace. What kind of service is this by motorola. I am completed frustrated with the service and product of MOTOROLA as i bought this phone with my hard earned money. So, can i request to look into the matter and arrange for a phone replacement asap please.
