I had submitted my faulty usb cable of moto m in motorola service center, c-10, sector-10, noida on 4 march 2017 and i'm writing this complaint on 24 march 2017. I haven't received usb yet. Atleast i have visited the service center 4-5 times in just a span of 20 days. Everytime they make illogical excuses. This is really disgusting. Sir / mam please assist me. I can't visit service center every week. They don't act like professionals. It looks like they just don't care about customers. They are degrading your company's name. Why service centers are built? To help customers or harass customers?

    I bought a moto g4 plus phone from amazon on 8/7/16. But recently, its sound automatically started going off during calls and while playing media. When i went to the customer service center at Okhla, New Delhi, they asked me to get a hard copy of the invoice, as i had only soft copy in my phone. They were not ready accept the complaint even though i gave the IMEI number and all other details. (This is the first time i am facing this issue, as my previous phone, Samsung service center never demanded the hard copy). They only suggested a nearby photocopy place in a tea shop nearby to take a hard copy of invoice. So i got that. Finally after 2 hours of inspecting the phone, they told that its due to liquid damage and does not fall under damage. I am 100% sure that it never had encountered any such spill. The funniest part is that they told it will cost me Rs. 6800 if i get it done within 7 days. So what if i went there after 7 days? Pathetic service.

        For first month after purchasing that is upto half of march my phone was working smoothly and eficiently battery aslo worker well but after some days that is from the last 10-12 days it has started hanging along with very fast Drainage of battery even though i compared same phone with my friends handset with same settings who is also having same MOto G4 Play

          Dear team,
          As I know your company doing very good job by making devices but your service center executives are making your company fall down.
          My name is sunil bamniya I have a device Moto g 3 today my mobile suddenly lights of and I tried many time to start but it was not working, then I went to your service center available in yashwant plaza in indore I saw him my device, first he told me to change changing port and its cost is 650 rs after that I asking him that what is the problem actually then he went to the service room and came back to me and told me that it's mother board not working you I have to pay 9000 rs . Tell me when mobile have actual prize 12000 than how can it's possible that one part is for 9000 .
          Any way after that I took my phone and come to home than I again star4the device it was working so what I do for those.

              Its been 12 to 13 days back i submitted my Moto G4 plus for an issue of display, battery and heating in a service center.The service center told me that they will contact me once they will be done. And finally i got a message today stating dear customer you mobile is ready and you can collect it . Then i called that service center they denied me to give today and the reason is its not ready. At least this is not really expected from a reputed company like Motorola and the service center which don't know the time management. Really upset with it.

                I want to tell u that i just bought this phone about 6 months ago and now im facing lots of problems in my phone. First major problem is my battery draining i mean it will drain automatically from 40 to 0 % in about an hour without any uses and mobile data is still off. Other one is about hanging. I meam i have never faced this kind of hanging problem in my old phone which are samsung and gionee. Other are like forces stop of application, heating etc... I have a big list of problems in my phone and ya i also reset my phone about 1 month ago but still have same kind of problems before... So now please suggest what to do now. And also tried to contact customer service center but the phone number they provided are always not available... So please tell me what to do now... Thank u and hope u will solve my problem as fast as possible. U can contact me on [protected].

                  This is one of the most pathetic mobile I have ever used. The kind of heat it generates I feel that it's coming out of oven.. not only charging, it gets heated if I use Facebook​, I use my 4g.. for every reason. Then I have to switch off the cell and wait for it to cool down.. 100 battery drains out within 4 hrs.. I purchased this cell in Oct last uear I guess l, since then I am facing the issue. I have done all possible action but in vain. I don't even play games.
                  It's just waste of money.. I will make sure that I don't recommend anyone for Moto.. I am not going to service center. It's of no use.. I will be writing and forwarding this complain to consumer Court.

                    I bought this handset from amazon, and there was a strange issue which was showing the charging sign even when it was not on charging mode, took the handset to moto service center at new sanganer road near sodala jaipur, they told me it would be done by tommorow if there is any software issue and if it is hardware issue then it would be done by monday (as i came on friday).Now its been more than a week still i did not got my cell phne back .they are saying that it is motherboard problem and will take 7 to 10 days more .I do have recording of the call and i will take this to consumer court .you people charge a huge amount for the device which is damaged and not even provide good services .

                      I've submitted my Moto G4 Plus for Ghost Touch issue (automatically screen sensors gets activated without touching the screen) under warranty to the below service center on 13-Feb-2017. To this day, it has not been repaired.

                      Service Center: Kyathi Communications (Lenovo & Motorola Service Center)
                      No. 264, 1st Floor, 10th Cross, Rajajinagar,
                      1st block, Bangalore - 560010

                      They had said they are waiting for a part from Chennai and should take about a week's time. It is now over a month and still they said last week when I called that they are waiting for the part from Chennai.

                      A life of a mobile model in today's age is about 1 year. It is going to be one year next month since this model Moto G4 Plus was release. Moto G5 has been released now. So the model is going to be outdated even if the service center gives back my mobile.

                      The delay in reparing is causing me big constraint as I don't a 4G mobile now for which I had bought this model in the first place. This is also causing me financial constraint since I'm not able to access my bank updates (SMS, etc).
                      They haven't provided a stand by phone nor replacing the phone.

                      Now the service center has stopped answering calls when I try to call them at [protected].

                      Please help me get back my Moto G4 Plus repaired; or a replacement with a good working brand new phone (same model or higher).

                      History:
                      13-Feb-2017: Moto G4 Plus given for repair for Ghost Touch issue.
                      16-Feb-2017: Received SMS that the mobile is under repair.
                      15-Mar-2017: Call anwsered by Yogi. Said, part expected on Saturday - maybe Monday should be ready.
                      18-Mar-2017: Received SMS that they are still waiting for the part. Tried calling the service centre but no response. Sent email to [protected]@motorola.in which I found on motorola website. The email bounced back.
                      21-Mar-2017: No one is answering at [protected]

                      25-Mar-2017: Received SMS that the phone is ready to collect. I wanted to be sure so tried calling the service center. But no answer at [protected].
                      27-Mar-2017: Went to Kyathi Communications (Lenovo & Motorola Service Center). I was told the phone is not ready (despite the SMS received) as the part is still not available! Asked why the SMS was sent if the phone was not ready. Their answer was that maybe the part is dispatched. It looks like the parts are being received but what is happening ? Why delay is the repair. There were many customers like me who were frustrated and waiting. In another month or so, the warranty will be over. Asked to to wait till Saturday again.

                      2-Nov-2017: Providing an update just in case anyone is having a similar issue still after all these months.
                      So far no ghost touch issues after all these months - expect that the initially after receiving the mobile from service, the phone never got charged completely unless I switched it off while charging. But later once I performed a factory reset and reinstalled all my usual Apps (in April 2017), the mobile has been performing as expected till this date!

                        I bought moto g4+ from amazon on 5th nov 2016.
                        Few days back i found issues on the audio jack as i used is on the daily basis, so i went to their authorize service center. Motorola authorize service station denied to repair the same under the warranty. They give me the estimate repairing cost of inr 4800. Motorola clams that this smart phone is water restate and this is the main reason i bought this product. This phone never dropped into water neither came direct contact with rain. I myself found this very weird that how only the audio jack stop working, if the devise came in the contact of water then devise must stop working why only 1 part???

                          I went to moto service centre in agra.doing job in banda, my phone is moto x play purchase on 3/10/2016, is nt working properly, heat up fast, and nt charging properly bcoz charger is defective, today i went to nehru nagar, agra they deny to give me new charger due to stock problem, they behave so rudely, nw tell me wat to do, how cn i relie on motorola.pls let me knw

                          Charger of my moto g4 was not working which I got with handset which I purchased from Amazon. I submitted the charger for replacement on 30/11/2017 at motorola service centre located at empress mall, Nagpur. Charger has not yet replaced till date and the reason the are giving is that the charger is not issued from the company.

                            This is regarding to a complain for a damaged product and service by motorola. Here below is the detail story that happened to me after buying a motorola phone(moto e) :

                            I have ordered a "moto e" mobile handset having model name "XT1506" from flipkart on 27th of february 2017 and i received this product after two days i.e. 1st of March 2017. After using this phone only for 7-8 day(s), this phone got dead. On 11th of March, i went to one of the motorola service center in kolkata with below location :

                            On this day(11th of March 2017), the service representative did not accepted my complain due to some official reason excuses even after my several requests. The service center was closed for next three days upto 14th of March for which i have to revisit on 15th of March. After waiting for 4-5 hour(s), thay received my complaint with complain no. "1761" and did not agreed to replace the phone even thougn the phone was damaged(got dead) within 10th o[censored]se. They have taken all the warrenty related documents(flipkart bill and ionvoice). In that time, they assured me that, this will take around 1-2 day(s) to resolve this issue so that i can get the phone on or before 18th of March maximum which actually didn't happen. They are not receiving my calls. On 19th of March, i recived a call from one representative and she told that this phone was purchased out of India for which they can not do anything on this even if i had submitted the flipkart invoice on 15th March. Immediately, i have informed about the order and invoice that i had submitted before to her. Then she replied that, "Ok...sorry... they will look into this". Till now, i have not received anything from them and I HAVE STILL NO IDEA WHEN I WILL GET MY HANDSET.

                            So, From the above, I am not sure if motorola is just playing with the innocent customers by sending them the defective products ? As a innocent customer, i have not used this phone more than 6-7 days. But still thay are not agreed to replace. What kind of service is this by motorola. I am completed frustrated with the service and product of MOTOROLA as i bought this phone with my hard earned money. So, can i request to look into the matter and arrange for a phone replacement asap please.

                            I bought my moto g plus 4th generation phone of android series before few months and it shows a lot of errors and hangs a lot too.
                            Therefore., I want to replace it as it comes under 1year guarantee and I want another same piece...

                                Hello,

                                I would like to state that myself Sandeep Kumar Panda
                                purchased a Moto Z play model on 28-Oct-16 with IMEI number as
                                [protected]*******.

                                However due to some unfortunate incident my display screen was damaged
                                for which I submitted my handset to your authorized service center at
                                Bhubaneswar named as Ensure - 176 - Smart services on 23rd Jan 2017
                                where I was told that they dont have the part handy with them and
                                would check with the company and get back to me in 10 days with an
                                estimation. However I kept following up till date and one day some
                                lady called me and mentioned very rudely that the part is not
                                available with the company and hence come and take back your phone.

                                I dont know what to say more but I am very disappointed and
                                hurted as well given that its a new model and If I get a response from
                                your service center that part is not available, I dont know what to
                                do. My faith on Motorola has shaken to the extent possible.
                                Also If I call customer care they ask me to contact service center and yesterday when I called them they contacted the service centre where they said that I have alreasy taken back my phone and job sheet is closed.
                                My job sheet number is SRINE[protected].

                                I also dropped a mail to director services of motorola but no response so far.

                                Kindly help me in this matter.

                                I am having sound issues on my phone for a year now. I have been complaining ever since have not received any support from your side. Kindly look into this matter on a serious note.

                                  I bought my moto z play couple of months ago. Within 3 months of its usage the screen got a crack.inspit of having a thick back cover, screen guard..
                                  It only fell down from 1 feet.
                                  Stil screen got a crack.
                                  I had been using moto phones since 3 years. Been a loyal customer.
                                  I had moto g, moto g3, moto g4 plus which never got damaged after falling.
                                  I was asked to pay 8500 rs for the screen repairment at motorola service center.
                                  Really really disappointed at this.
                                  I request the company to take my concern ahead and help.

                                    I purchased motorola g4 plus on 12 sep 2016 through amazon.. As soon i realised that the audio jack is not working properly beacause the earphone aux does not connect perfectly to it and earphones sound was not upto,, the product return time which is 10 days got over... From than onwards i visited motorola service center 'i pick solutions' at shaheed bhagat singh road 4 times, u can check the record of it if you want... They just fix it temporarily and the issue arises again.. I have told them several times that do change the earphone hardware but they didn't... Last time when i went on 2nd march for the audio jack issue and it was 4th time... They got my phone submited and told me to come after 7 days.. I went after 7 days.. Got my phone... Very soon i noticed that my camera is blurred and has a lot of scratches on it, the image quality is worse now,, and one more thing the audio jack issue has arised again for the 5th time... I will attach some images of the camera, the image which were taken just before i submitted my phone to them and the images now after i received my cell.

                                    I submitted my phone on 2nd march and got it back on 7th march..
                                    I will be attaching the image of 1st march which was taken by me...
                                    And some other images which i clicked on 8th march... I can further send you the image info... Plzz help me out in getting my camera lens changed and get this unethical practice of service centre out from the system!!

                                      I bought moto g4 plus in Jan 2017 from Amazone. Now, i m facing some issues regarding charging and some others.it gets shut down suddenly even if it has 50 percent charging. Sometime its shut down while call coming, i had given my phone to service center and they update software, They intimated to contact them if still problem remains.

                                      Next day I faced the same problem, I Went to Customer care, They re checked my handset and confirm that there is a problem with battery or Motherboard. They ask me to submit the handset for 8 to 10 days which I really not acceptable,

                                      I really don't understand the reason, If they know the problem, Why don't they replace battery ?Or

                                      Why can't they short this issue within 48 Hours?

                                      If not possible, Why they replace the handset and support client.

                                      After spending so much money, within a 45 days time if i faced the problem and still customer service people ask me to suffer for 8 to 10 days is really disappointed.

                                      As a Business person I Can't put my phone for 8 to 10 days in to service center and specially in warranty I expecting it should be short this kind of issues within 48 hours Max.

                                      I Humble request to help me on this, Either repair my phone within 24 Hours Time Or replace it,

                                        I have given my mobile Moto G4 plus to service centre due to display impression issue, it is still in warranty. At the time they said it will be given before one week. After that when i contact them again they are saying the same. Whenever i go they saying the same in one week.

                                        They are not picking up their landline numbers too.

                                        Too worst service centre.
