I bought a moto z play phone on 28th of november 2016. Unfortunately the phone screen got broken from inside due to excessive heat up of the phone .I went to moto service centre for replacement of screen despite of the fact that the screen is broken from inside i am ready to pay for the screen and till now no actions have been taken regarding my phone, I went three times to service centre to check whether the screen has been replaced or not but they all say again and again that they have still not received the spare parts .I am very much dissappointed from your services .Again and again you all are just consoling me that on this day that day my phone will be repaired but you all are doing just nothing.These are the horrible services that you all are providing .I bought a new phone and used for only one month and again these consequences i am seeing . I[censored] all are unable to repair my phone within this week i would never recommend anyone moto for buying any sort of phone .

    I have given my Motorola, XT1506, IN, BLK, RETAIL(8GB) for repair. The problem is 'Poor outgoing voice & slow, phone hanging'. I submitted my phone on 8th Jan 2017 at the service center in Lucknow. They said it will take 10-15 days. On 3rd Feb the people at service center said my phone is ready and I will receive it on 6th Feb but now they are saying that they do not have the part and it has not yet been repaired and they said that I can take defected set if I want. It is 20 days since I have given my mobile. Please look into this matter.

    It has been few days since I have complained about my phone and I have not received any contact from Motorola.
    I bought a new mobile moto m from Flipkart on 5th of January it's only 26 day's and I am facing too many problems like my phone is not charging every time it has been hanging... It is disgusting Lot's of promise n results Zero... even the battery backup is nothing plz help how can I return this nonsenses mobile

      I deposited my Nexus 6 at Chennai repair centre in Saturday, 28 Jan 2017. It had liquid damage, but everything was working fine other than camera and USB. They had notified that I will receive my phone on Tuesday, 7th Feb with camera replaced. But they called be a day ahead yelling that the phone cannot be repaired. When I received my mobile, the battery was discharged, so I stayed at the centre for some time only to find that it wasn't getting charged. I reported that and the front desk person put the phone on charge for 30 min followed by some tweak by the engineer. The phone switched on but I didn't had enough time to have a thorough check. After travelling 2 hours to my home, I found that the volume down button wasn't working and the battery was not getting charged above 5%.

      The phone was usable earlier buy now it's lying like a brick. I stay 60 km from the main city and can't travel daily taking unnecessary leaves from work. I need Moto to provide me assistance regarding the same.

          I'm appalled at the extremely horrific service being rendered by Motorola.

          I gave my Moto G3 phone for sim slot replacement 3 weeks back, when a lead time of 1weeks was committed to me.
          It has been 3 weeks and there has been absolutely no information or updates from the Motorola service centre. Their contact number is perennially busy and there is no way to reach them apart from going to their store location.

          Today I somehow managed to connect to their number upon which I was told that the spare part has not yet been received and there will be a further delay. They are not sure when the phone will be repaired and i cannot wait without a phone for so many days.

          It is extremely frustrating to be harassed as a customer by Motorola. I'm shocked at their incompetent service centres.

          I have requested them to give me an update, but i'm pretty sure there would be none

            I bought Moto g 4 Plus in may 2016, but the camera glass is low quality which makes you impossible to take clear pictures.
            i had visited mysore service centre and asked about the replacement of the camera glass for which they asked me Rs 2650/- but its actully companys manufacturing defect i need it replacement for free of cost.

            i regret buying Moto G4 Plus,

            I gave my phone to authorized service center in tiruneveli, Tamilnadu. they said i could take 10-15 days to get mobile back now its gone more than a month. They are not calling me back. If I asked anything they simply say tomorrow next week, next morning so and so. i never seen a WORST service center ever

              It has been creating problems since I bought. Camera is not working fine, it has been working in safe mode(I think) . I didn't get the chance to inform moto because I gifted someone dearest and she never know how an android works she taking this for calling and receiving calls. She had to purchase other mobile.

              Request you to please refund my money or replace with correct (which does not have issues).

              Kindly take it seriously, I may knock the higher authority.

                On Dec 30, 2016 12:03 pm wrote as below to Mr. Boni' PA- Lubna but no one responded so far.Because head office is like this so customer service agents are following the same.

                I apoke to Yogender on 31st Dec 2016, he did not register a complaint and said that he can not do it and can not even get a supervisor to listen to me.

                1.. This phone is fitted with a low grade back camera glass so many people are getting severe scratches that results into blury images. ( Internet is full with bad reviews on this matter related to this device.)

                2. My charger was not working but he did not register the complaint not even now.

                I regret to buy a Moto/Lenovo phone that I will not repeat is future

                  My Moto G4 Plus got some issue with its screen while charging. It was working good but all of a sudden, while it was plugged in, my screen went black. The phone was still working as I was getting calls, the flash was turning on while shaking the phone, it was making sound while switching off and on but the screen was dead black. I took it to Moto Service Centre here in Chandigarh yesterday as it was under warranty. They took my phone and asked me to come back in about an hour to know the problem with it. I did so. Well when I got back to them after an hour or so, they said its gonna cost me Rs. 8, 500 and when I asked them about the warranty and what exactly is the problem with my phone, their so called engineer said there are a few parts missing from the phone. I could not digest this statement of his as the phone was never repaired before, more so the parts he was talking about were all from the motherboard of the phone. I argued with him about this that how come this is even possible. The phone was working untill a few days back and never had any issues before. It stopped giving me any display while it was on charging and now you telling me there are more than 5-6 nano parts missing from the motherboard of the phone ? I certainly do not understand what parts he was talking about as I am not too aware about all the parts used in a smartphone but definitely not that dumb to agree to his point that it is even possible that the parts could just get lost in air by only plugging in the phone on charge.
                  He simply denied to even listen to what I had to say and asked me if I want to pay to get it repaired or what.I denied so he wrote on that form that my phone's warranty is void. I asked him that I want a copy of the report you are making so he mentioned on his note - " As per the customer the phone was opened outside and had some parts missing. " and asked me to just sign that form. I read all that and denied to sign as it was not my statement but his. He threatened me that if I want a copy of that report I will need to sign this else he wont give me a copy of that report. I understood that there is definitelty something really wrong and just because I denied to pay them for the service which, as per their warranty policy, must be free.I want some action to be taken against that Engineer and further Moto for scamming customers. I paid Rs, 15000 for that phone and now they want to pay more than half the amount again because of something which is absolutely not my fault.If there are parts missing then Moto sent me a phone without those parts (which is a dumb claim), or that guy is lying or doing some sort of scam with customers here.

                    I had submitted my phone 3 month back on 19 oct 16. in bhubaneswar smart services . my phone had not been repaired from more than 3 months .I am not getting faith in your service .So i i have complain for this issues in consumer affair - complain no. 146713 . I want a new phone of same price range .

                    I had suffering a lot from starting when i bought this phone the service center were not giving me service because i had bought it from a shop near my home town Patna Bihar . Currently i my doing my b tech from bhubaneswar so i had submitted my phone in bhubaneswar service center .



                    So, I want you people to give me a new phone of same price range, I had bought moto x force 64 gb on 31 March 16 .

                    I am sending you people Bill and the job sheet please help me out i had already complain this issues to you people many a times but nothing had happened

                      Hi,

                      I am very annoyed with behavior of your service center people.
                      Firstly I want to inform you that I purchased a MOTO G4 PLUS phone through Amazon of Rs 15000 (No discount Applied) on 25th June 2016 .
                      But before completing its 6 months, it was having a charging problem .
                      It could not support its own charger (company's charger), and the major issue was its charger was working with some other phone and the G4 plus phone could be charged through Samsung's charger .
                      Basically, either the charger was having issue or the mobile jack.
                      The other issue with same phone was the display screen problem .
                      The shadow of recently closed app could be visible on screen clearly.
                      LCD wasn't working.

                      I was having my exams so I decided to take it to service centre after November .

                      1stly, I was denied by service centre people that they could not prepare my Job sheet because they were facing some technical issue.
                      10 days were taken by them to resolve there issue.

                      Finally, the day came when i submitted my phone to them i.e on 16th dec 2016.
                      and i was assured that they will get it done as soon as possible and they will call me by themselves.

                      I didn't received any call.So, I called them on 26th dec 2016.
                      I heared from them that they have sent the issue to above authorities as soon as they receive the parts they will give me my phone .

                      Then only i requested them that I need it my 5-6 January as I have my interview in another state.

                      They said don't worry by 5th jan at max u will get your phone.

                      On 28th dec they said the parts are dispatched they will getting it soon and will give me before 5th Jan, 17 or upto 5th Jan, 17

                      Again I called them on 3rd and 4th they said they didn't have received the parts yet.
                      As soon as they get the parts, I will be given my phone.

                      But no I called them on 5 th jan and 7th jan even on 9th jan and i received the same answer they didn't have received the parts yet.
                      As soon as they get the parts, I will be given my phone.

                      Finally, I was given my given my Phone Back on 16th jan 2017.
                      But I am still facing the issue of shadow reflecting over the screen.
                      Please now tell me what should I do?
                      I am seriously annoyed by your service and I really want you people to refund my amount .
                      Take your phone away from me and just refund my 15, 000 rs which I paid for my phone.

                      I want the consumer Forum people to take action against this issue as now its a big issue .
                      After 1 month you are giving me my phone.
                      Again the issue isn't resolved yet.

                      Please take your phone back and just provide me my amount.

                      I want to tell you that you can't understand the problem i am facing from last 2-3 months .
                      And if I understood your issue, you should consider mine too.

                      If anyone purchase any product from you, that should be of better quality . Before 6 months only it got 4-5 issue.

                      Now, I request you to refund me my amount (I will purchase any other phone).

                      Please respond me back after looking into this matter thoroughly.

                        I m using moto g3 turbo purchase on21/12/16 after 2 weeks problem was started internet not working after restarting the phone then internet work, i visit 1st time service centre they update the software, 2nd time they replace the motherboard, same problem repeat again & again still now phone is in service centre, I want replacement.

                          My motorola handset which was purchased on september 2016 got damaged after a month o[censored]se. The phone fell down and the display was broken.
                          I had approached the nearest authroized customer care centre in cochin and submitted my handset for repair on December 6th 2016. They said they will deliver the phone in a couple of weeks. It has been nearly two months and i have not received my phone after repair. I have made multiple visits to the service centre on working days taking my day off from work as never respond to any phone calls. I have also send multiple mails to the customer care of motorola company but in vain. Kindly assist in getting my handset repaired.

                            I have buy a moto g4 plus with turbo boost features but after 5 month it was discontinue and i took my cell phone in moto centre they said to me there is mother board problem, and now it takes 8 hrs to fully charge, , , in some circumstances it is switch off, guys u just tell me what to do, either i throw this phone or i have to buy another phone.it is a big disaster for me because i have buy this phone before 6 month ago by amazon now this kind of problem, it is not expected .8hrs to charge a cell phone is not a too much time .it is not acceptable.

                                Motorola concluding factory defect in the mobile handset as liquid damage after 2 months.

                                Incident numbers registered with Motorola:

                                Motorola confirmed they will repair the device by 21.01.2017 on 07.01.2017 through email. But finally they sent mail stating that the device can not be repaired by citing elusive liquid damage.

                                Hi Team,

                                I had buyed Motog4 plus in the month of July 2016 as i was happy with my first generation of motorolla phone. But the new MotoG4 plus is the worst mobile which i baught from amazon which is frequently getting switchd off so i approached reapir centre. First time they told it was software issue so we have updated software, phone worked fine till one month . Again I started facing the same problem so i gave it for repair again, this time they told they have have changed battery. After 1 month again same problem of frequently getting switched off.

                                I am really frustated with the service and phones bad quality. Kindly suggest what should be done in this case.

                                  When contacted they were telling that their is a mother board issue, while they promised repairing it within 12 working days

                                  Please help me in getting this issue resolved

                                    Dehradun Service centre said to me that in 20 days we will repair your mobile then after 20 days they said again after 1 week and now today they again said it will get repaired in 15 more days. It's the second time I gave my mobile for repairing in 6 months. They didn't repaired it properly so I suffered from many issues. In whole 6 months I only used my mobile for only 1 and half month. At the starting I received a damaged product but because of some issue I couldn't able to replace it. So Dehradun Service Centre making fool of me, hence I am pleasing you to take some actions as soon as possible.

                                      I had bought the moto g4 plus on 28th September 2016 and from that time I am facing this ghost touch problem. Already gave to service centre for repair 2 times but still the same problem is happening. The service centre is delaying the delivery of the phone which is given for repairing more than the said time. Very worst service I had ever seen in my life. You better shut down the damn company and go sell the vegetables but I think that too will be difficult for you.

                                      Same problem with Ghost touch after 4 months. Looking on Moto forum there are 100's of others with the same problem. Factory reset is not the solution for most. Send in for repair and wait or spend $24.99 and get another phone then return the phone with the problem.

                                        I have bought Moto g4 plus on the month of July 2016, in the month of December I found that my phone's photo quality have gone blur.due to which I am not unable to take photos. So I contacted service centre on 16 December and they told me that there are scratches on the camera glass due to which camera quality has gone blur. So I have to replace camera glass to fix this issue and I was also told that I have to get it replaced by paying. This is the 10th handset I am using but I never faced such problem with any other handset. The problem is due to poor quality camera glass used by company without any scratch proof coating on camera glass.
                                        Further to this I agreed to replace the glass on posts basis and ordered the glass on December 16, 2017 by providing my phone IMEI number. I was told that camera glass will come by 3rd January 2017 and I will be called by service centre people on this regard to visit the service centre for replacement. But I didn't received any call back from them till 6th January 2017. So I contacted them on 6th January they told me that part is still not available and it will come by 10th January and I will be informed on arrival. As earlier I still not received any call back till 12th. So I visited service centre again on 12th January, they again have me the same response that part is still not available and it will come by 16th January. But still I don't come so I visited again on 20th January. Now service centre people didn't have anything reply in the matter and told I will be informed about the availability. Till today I didnt received any call back from there side. When I am trying to contact on there given mobile number they switched off there mobile number. In the last one month I have also contacted company's customer care number but there agents don't know how to speak to customer and simply refused to help on the subject matter and said you have to contact service centre in this regard. I will not recommend any of my ground relative or collige to buy Moto phones.
