Hi,
I am very annoyed with behavior of your service center people.
Firstly I want to inform you that I purchased a MOTO G4 PLUS phone through Amazon of Rs 15000 (No discount Applied) on 25th June 2016 .
But before completing its 6 months, it was having a charging problem .
It could not support its own charger (company's charger), and the major issue was its charger was working with some other phone and the G4 plus phone could be charged through Samsung's charger .
Basically, either the charger was having issue or the mobile jack.
The other issue with same phone was the display screen problem .
The shadow of recently closed app could be visible on screen clearly.
LCD wasn't working.
I was having my exams so I decided to take it to service centre after November .

1stly, I was denied by service centre people that they could not prepare my Job sheet because they were facing some technical issue.
10 days were taken by them to resolve there issue.
Finally, the day came when i submitted my phone to them i.e on 16th dec 2016.
and i was assured that they will get it done as soon as possible and they will call me by themselves.
I didn't received any call.So, I called them on 26th dec 2016.
I heared from them that they have sent the issue to above authorities as soon as they receive the parts they will give me my phone .
Then only i requested them that I need it my 5-6 January as I have my interview in another state.
They said don't worry by 5th jan at max u will get your phone.
On 28th dec they said the parts are dispatched they will getting it soon and will give me before 5th Jan, 17 or upto 5th Jan, 17
Again I called them on 3rd and 4th they said they didn't have received the parts yet.
As soon as they get the parts, I will be given my phone.
But no I called them on 5 th jan and 7th jan even on 9th jan and i received the same answer they didn't have received the parts yet.
As soon as they get the parts, I will be given my phone.
Finally, I was given my given my Phone Back on 16th jan 2017.
But I am still facing the issue of shadow reflecting over the screen.
Please now tell me what should I do?
I am seriously annoyed by your service and I really want you people to refund my amount .
Take your phone away from me and just refund my 15, 000 rs which I paid for my phone.
I want the consumer Forum people to take action against this issue as now its a big issue .
After 1 month you are giving me my phone.
Again the issue isn't resolved yet.
Please take your phone back and just provide me my amount.
I want to tell you that you can't understand the problem i am facing from last 2-3 months .
And if I understood your issue, you should consider mine too.
If anyone purchase any product from you, that should be of better quality . Before 6 months only it got 4-5 issue.
Now, I request you to refund me my amount (I will purchase any other phone).
Please respond me back after looking into this matter thoroughly.

called motorola customer care many a times,
But didn't recieved any solution.
