I have bought Moto g4 plus on the month of July 2016, in the month of December I found that my phone's photo quality have gone blur.due to which I am not unable to take photos. So I contacted service centre on 16 December and they told me that there are scratches on the camera glass due to which camera quality has gone blur. So I have to replace camera glass to fix this issue and I was also told that I have to get it replaced by paying. This is the 10th handset I am using but I never faced such problem with any other handset. The problem is due to poor quality camera glass used by company without any scratch proof coating on camera glass.
Further to this I agreed to replace the glass on posts basis and ordered the glass on December 16, 2017 by providing my phone IMEI number. I was told that camera glass will come by 3rd January 2017 and I will be called by service centre people on this regard to visit the service centre for replacement. But I didn't received any call back from them till 6th January 2017. So I contacted them on 6th January they told me that part is still not available and it will come by 10th January and I will be informed on arrival. As earlier I still not received any call back till 12th. So I visited service centre again on 12th January, they again have me the same response that part is still not available and it will come by 16th January. But still I don't come so I visited again on 20th January. Now service centre people didn't have anything reply in the matter and told I will be informed about the availability. Till today I didnt received any call back from there side. When I am trying to contact on there given mobile number they switched off there mobile number. In the last one month I have also contacted company's customer care number but there agents don't know how to speak to customer and simply refused to help on the subject matter and said you have to contact service centre in this regard. I will not recommend any of my ground relative or collige to buy Moto phones.

    I had given my device to authorized Motorola service centre on 12/01/2017 in Mumbai (India) for Display problem. Its brand new phone I have not used for 7 days also and since then it’s getting a problem.

    They told me within 10 Working Day will get beck the device to me, It’s more than and near to 15 Days still they are saying the part is not with them, I hope if you’re sending by courier will get it 2 to 3 days with in India even from US. I hope the parts is coming from Galaxy ?
    Should I or (You as a customer) will accept this kind of reason
    I’m just simply asking 1 or 2 question if don't mind

    1. If you are not having spare parts why your manufacturing this kind of devices
    2. without parts why your releasing the product in to the market ?

    Even I did not receive my phone for two months due to display unavailability. The display itself cost around 90% of the actual value of phone and is not covered under warranty. Still they cannot fix.
    Same problem with me submitted my phone to vashi service centre on 22.12.2016 but getting the same status part is with asp hub.

    My phone is moto x force and i had given motorola India a legal notice on 23.01.2017 to refund full amount of phone with 50000 compensation i[censored] also want to file a complaint contact me

    Did you get the compensation or reimbursement. Even I am considering approaching this consumer court for the same.
    no on 04.02.2016 i received a mail stating that your phone has been repaired and collect it from the service centre but when i asked the service centre they again told me that your phone is not repaired and part is still in asp hub. Now I am filing a case in consumer court.

    same case happened with me. when i inquired online about my job sheet number, i came to know that the device is ready. so when i contacted the service centre, they said that they cannot keep the job ticket open for more than 10 days & hence had to close it.

    But my question is, how can u change the status of the job to Successful without repairing the phone. If the part is not available, then raise the priority of the job so that the company will consider this & manufacture the spare parts.

    But if u close the job, then this won't be considered as a serious matter & hence delay in getting the spare parts.

      I have lost my Moto G 4plus device IMEI1 - [protected] & IMEI2 - [protected], Model - AP3733AE7K8 (OWNERS NAME - GAURAV VIJAY SURVE) .I have the personal information and m important passwords in that device.
      I want to block my device completely so that no one can misuse the same.

        Hi, Rajan from Pondy my new mobile moto x play (18, 500/-)only used 25 days mobile battery issue give to service center. still problem not rectified they said that they will replace the swap mobile moto 4g plus(14, 000/-)against my x play mobile... The difference amount 4500 how will they pay to me I'm not accept for this... So kindly clarify in this regard and make arrangement for the same model moto x play 32 gb replacement at the earliest

              I have a moto g4 plus mobile with latest version Android 7.0(build number NPJ 25.93-14). After update of this version, if I switch ON the phone(power ON) from shutdown it couldn't power on with displays a comment ie:(No Comment). And also phone automatically powered off and restart 3-5times then phone will work normal condition how to rectify that problem?

                Dear Sir,

                On 4th Jan, 2017, I have given my Moto z play phone for broken screen repair at your lenovo service center at Okhla, they have given me token ID 3830 with task completion date 14 Jan, 2017.
                On 14th Jan, 2017 while calling they told me that there is some problem with my phone's mother board also and needs to be replaced which will take another 10 days as required part is not available and has to be brought from Moto
                While calling 24th Jan, 2017 again they are helpless because yet they did not get the require part from Moto. Firstly nobody picks the phone over there, if, picks, the customer executives are talking in harsh language.
                They says, " You can take your phone back if you want, we can help you any more, the time is taken by Moto so you have to give us the same as long as it would".

                I am not finding any service desk of moto phones where I can express my pain, after many internet searches i found this site to write all about. I used to be big fan of moto phones but due its poor service network this is the last time I bought moto phone.

                  Sir I have purchased MOTO X play on[protected]. After some days the mobile has got problem of mick/speaker phone not working. I have given the mobile in your service center on[protected] in Pune (SRB2X[protected]. But till date my mobile is not repaired, your service center says that company has not provided the part so we are not able to repair the same. What deed you think that your customer shall wait for how many days/months for the same. Now I am going to consumer court for lodge the complaint against you and you have to replace the mobile and/or refund me money I have paid to you while purchasing the mobile.

                    Bought a new moto m phone last month, it went completely dead within 1 month and now your service center person is asking for rs.9500 for repairs.

                    Please look into the matter since the phone was working fine before getting dead.no water or physical damage has been happened through us. Also we have lost the receipt they have given during submission of phone due to shifting of flat.now they arw asking for affidavit, original bills and id proof have no value???

                        I bought a moto x play 1 year back and with in the guarantee period my phone got stopped getting charge in with in 30%. It was not charging up more than 39%. I was from palakkad district, kerala. Hence there was no near service centre, i dropped this phones to my brother and he took to the i service centre"b2x kanthanchandvadi chennai no 4/210, old mahabalipuram road (Omr), 1st floor, kanthanchavdi, chennai - 600096
                        Kanthanchavdi, chennai - tn,[protected]. So they took for the service and service done under warranty and they have informed me that replaced with new battery. But after 1 months the same issue has been started. Again i send to the same service station for service and they told that yesterday night warranty got over so it will be chargable of rs 6000/- the board is also having some problem. So i refused it and taken it back. After that my display glass was jumping and it is projected up. So i couldn't sale it also. Due to such a worst service centre my phone got problem. I bought it for rs 20000/-. It was not yet worked perfectly for 1 yr. So please taken action against this service centre and need to repair this phone free of cost as soon as possible

                          4th january 2017, i was gave moto x play for display and memory card problem at motorola service centre at rna services address: office no. 2, ramsha tower, above vijay dairy, adajan patia, adajan, surat. I was go their for two time for same problem they cannot gave me solution for that and today 23 january 2017 they tell you cannot change display because of your outer rim is scratch and talk without any respect and say go out side of center and call on customer care and tell them. I was call in motorola customer care and they tell new type of story and make foolish to me.

                            I had submitted my device on 19 oct moto x force 64 gb and not get back till now I already complain about this on 9 jan 2017 and again on 17 jan but no one is helping me out from this problem, they are simply saying parts are not provided by the company .
                            Its more than 3 months, Service Center people are saying that I had bought a 55k phone thats why i am noting getting the parts of that phone because that phone is not sold much in market .
                            THEN WHY THE HELL YOU PEOPLE ARE SELLING SUCH PHONE
                            please provide me my phone as soon as possible :(

                            Motorola Moto X Play stopped detecting SD card.
                            Bought the phone on 30 August 2016. The SD card was installed as internal storage but now it is not detecting anymore. I have lost all data.

                            Motorola kindly get this problem rectified asap because it is very nagging and we are starting to hate Motorola company.

                              Hello Sir,

                              I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that i have purchased Moto G4 Plus 32GB handset (Model : X000L6SB1V) Sold by Green Mobiles Tamilnadu. Order Date: 4th Nov 2016 against order ID :[protected] through Amazon TAX Invoice Number - TN-MAA[protected].

                              The problem with the handset has been detected within 4 weeks from the date of purchase and i went to the service center on 21st Dec to handover the handset which is located at (Service Center : Ensure-30-MOBI QUEST, No-15-24-1, P.No- 1, MIG-1, 1st Floor, NYR Chamber, KPHB Colony Main Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana.) .

                              They have returned me after one week saying that PCB has been replaced. It is noteworthy to mention that the handset having same issue again and again, i have gone for the same service center again saying the same issue. They have again taken the handset and repaired for 10 days this time and saying the issue has been resolved and also replaced my charger this time.
                              After two days the issue continues... everytime the technician says that the handset is fine no issues. Do i need to run around the service center all the time for purchasing your mobile and submitting it there for nearly 10 days ?
                              Am facing serious problems for not having mobile for a week to 10 days.

                              I, therefore frequently request you to take immediate action so that I can get new phone instead of repairing same phone again and again.

                              My Motorola G3 Screen got broken accidentally.. I submitted the same in the Motorola Smart Services, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.. they told me to collect the set after 8 days and its been 2 months and I am yet to receive my Set.

                                My Motob G3 audio often do not working. Sometimes calls do not ring in my mobile. After few days it starts working and stops on it's own. I visited a Motorola Service centre at Thane. As my mobile warranty was just finished, they charged Rs.200/- for seeing the Mobile.They said it is mother board problem and will cost about 90% of the mobile cost to repair.

                                Such a worst experience is not expected from a brand like Motorola.

                                  SD card slot on my Moto X Play mobile stopped working after 10 months of purchasing the handset. I visited the Gurgaon Authorized Service on 21-Dec and I asked to submit the handset as part was not readily available. It has been more than 1 months, still I am waiting for my mobile phone to get repaired. I logged complaint of the same at Motorola customer care as well. But no response from there as well yet. It is very frustrating in today's age as neither I my Handset is repaired nor replaced.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that I have given the phone for repair on 15th Oct 2016 with the Job sheet number SRINE[protected]. The issue with my Moto X play was it was not charging. When I gave the phone they informed it will take 15 days. Its been around 100 days and I dont have phone with me.

                                    When I contacted the service center which is in Kukatpally, Hyderabad ([protected]) for status no one gives proper response. They dont even bother to take calls. When they promise that they will get back to me with the proper information they will never come back. I have contacted the boss (Suresh [protected]) of that service center and he is also the same.

                                    Since last 2 months I was hearing that mother board is in transit or sometimes they offer moto G4 plus and I am still waiting for any of these. They do the same thing vice versa.

                                    After purchasing the mobile which costs me around 21K and I am not able to use it. As I was not having mobile with me I have to spend another 15K to get a new mobile. This happened because of Motorola and their staffs negligence and irresponsibility. Due to this I have to spent extra amount which is not acceptable in this advanced world.

                                    When I escalated to Director Operations team they gave me the repaired phone. Actual fact is it was not functional. There was a complaint and they gave the phone to stop me. I have given back the phone and got standby phone which is also not functional. Customer care sucks. I am still waiting for my phone.

                                    I am still waiting the device to get repaired. I have an email from Motorola support that I will get the device in hand on 1st February. Still waiting for it. Posted on Twitter, Facebook pages no response from them. I want to sue them. Can you suggest?

                                    Here devarajaurs, im took my mobile in Amazon at may 2016 motorola g4 plus. Now my mobile speaker and mic is not Woking so i went to motorola service center.They are told, we have to change full board its cost around 14000rs but my mobile cost also same only

                                      From Sept. 2016 I have been visiting to service center & all the time they are returning my device unrectified keeping it for some days and ask me to come after some day.Neither they are replacing the part nor they are able enough to correct it.It's useless to go with the company with no response in service.N I don't thing they gonna do anything.Cheater Moto.

                                        I had given my Motorola x play handset for service on 18.11.2016 as mic stopped working. It's 2 months now and the handset is still with the service centre. All it needs is the board it seems and there is no update about the spare part for the past 2 months. Buying it on March'16 using it for only 8 months and have given it to service. Is this supposed to be the life quality of a product? Please repair the handset or replace it ASAP. Atleast I can exchange that no good mobile for a better one.
