Dear Sir,
On 4th Jan, 2017, I have given my Moto z play phone for broken screen repair at your lenovo service center at Okhla, they have given me token ID 3830 with task completion date 14 Jan, 2017.
On 14th Jan, 2017 while calling they told me that there is some problem with my phone's mother board also and needs to be replaced which will take another 10 days as required part is not available and has to be brought from Moto
While calling 24th Jan, 2017 again they are helpless because yet they did not get the require part from Moto. Firstly nobody picks the phone over there, if, picks, the customer executives are talking in harsh language.
They says, " You can take your phone back if you want, we can help you any more, the time is taken by Moto so you have to give us the same as long as it would".
I am not finding any service desk of moto phones where I can express my pain, after many internet searches i found this site to write all about. I used to be big fan of moto phones but due its poor service network this is the last time I bought moto phone.

when i trun on data my handset is so heated what i do?
