My self is A.V.Srinivas Rao from Hyderabad.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I had purchased Moto E3 Power from flipkart on[protected], and it was working fine since 3 months. Suddenly since 1 month, it was not charging fully even if I keep it in Charging for 5 hrs also. I took to your authorised service centre and explained the problem, they said, it’s a Charger - cable problem and replaced it. But still problem is still not solved.
So I took the phone again and shown, they said, it’s the charger pin problem and it will be replaced within 10 days. So had handed over the phone on 10th Feb, and till date the problem is not solved. I had reminded them several times, but they respond that, they had requested the moto company for pin, and they didn’t received the stock.
If this the situation, we are losing hope on the product. Being phone is in warranty, I would like to request you that, pl contact the Service centre, and check the problem, if it is not going to solve at the earliest, pl arrange a new phone for me.
