m akash my moto g4 plus mobile in 6 month warranty its volume down button is not working but Servicenter call it's paid but my phone is in warranty so why I am paid for repair they ask for five Rs.550 for repair
my volume down button i'm from Hisar they told me hardware is not in warranty but all mobile company's hardware is in warranty please help me for repairing my phone.

    II have purchased moto g turbo edition from poojara telecom, jamnagar. ones phone screen damaged due to slip from pocket and given to triotonic systems authorised service centre at jamnagar, gujarat, india and they have repaired within 5 days by charging Rs 5500/ ( rupees five thousand five hundred ) with job sheet no 5344 in the month of dec.2016. but within 15 days phone start hanging & i gave for repairing on 6 feb 2017.till today it is not repaired.and giving different answer on every alternate day. some times ans, waiting for parts, some times received screen but not ok, some times parts are dispatched but not received .pls help for good service or else change service provider.       My moto g4 plus is showing a lot of problems in the function of touch.. whenever I'm typing or touching something it automatically gets touched. My phone is under warranty period and through the care I managed to get a new display for ny phone . Still it is showing the same problem as it was before.. what shall i do now ?? Please help me soon.. I'm helpless!!!

        I purchased Moto G4 Plus on August 9, 2016 online and I have been facing issues with the phone since Day 1.

        The power button was loose due to manufacturing defect which came off itself. On contacting multiple service centres near my place, I was clearly said no to the replacement of the same and they told me to contact the other service centres since the part was not available. I contacted the customer care multiple times but even they failed to resolve the issue and ultimately I had to go to another city specially for that power button.

        Apart from the above, I faced the issue of automatically working of the phone which was due to bad touch of the phone as communicated to me by the personnel at the service centre. After taking it twice to the service centre, the problem did not get resolved and then they finally kept the phone for 4-5 days and gave back the phone.

        After the above issue, I encountered a new issue. The phone was unable to detect the sim card. Again I had to visit the service centre twice and gave my phone to them again.

        During these 6 months, I have just been to the service centre and have never been so irritated with any other phone. I have already got a new phone and have vowed not to buy any Motorola phone again.

        I request you to look into this matter and replace the defected product or provide me with the refund.

          Dear sir

          My mobile Motorola G 4th generation ( IMEI[protected]) model number AP 3734AE7K8 has issue with main display background, we have given for repair to your authorised service centre at Rajajinagar with the name Kyathi communications in Bangalore. It's already one month and there is no update, as phone is under warranty which I purchased in August2016. The response of the service centre is pathetic and they are unable to fix the problem since one month.
          I had spoken to customer care of Amazon and yours but no response so far. I am losing confidence in your company as such the way we been treated so far as you guys work in virtual way.

          Hoping a better response.

            Battery not working properly / gets heated / discharges quickly ! May be hazardous endangering mishap and may lead to threat of explosion ! Please attend quickly ! In Brand like Moto g it was not expected to occur this problem ! I have purchased the Moto g mobile phone online hardly one year ago and the battery is not working properly ! Company should live up to its reputation n care to give lasting solutions for battery for 1 year as promised from date of purchase !

              I am purchased Moto G4 before 6 months. Automatic my contact number copy to another contact name.
              2-3 time I am visited to service centre but they were also unable to solve this problem.They can't doing any job.Now I thought dat why should I purchase such a mobile. Please guide me, solve my problem.Nowadays mobile is also switch off automatically.

                After purchase of moto g4 plus, in just 3 month rear camera glass get so much scratches on glass.so that rear camera photos get completely blurred image.camera quality is just worst.i had back cover installed to protect glass but still get scratches.my four friends have moto g4 plus, they all having same issues.rear camera glass quality is not up to standard.
                I went to moto service centre and they are not even ready to listen to the problem.they said this is customer mishandling and it doesn't come under warranty.It is to be considered that mishandling can be done by one or two not by all but this phone has same kind of problem with most no of people possessing.kindly resolve my problem and replaced it as soon as as possible.

                Once the glass of rear camera is changed in service centre now again it's having scratch on glass but the service centre does not change it in guarantee period they say only once it's change, its Ur handset mistake u have to change it its Ur handset mistake and my phone is in guarantee this is fraud u done with customers in warranty if it not breaks then u have to change it without questioning...

                  My self is A.V.Srinivas Rao from Hyderabad.

                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I had purchased Moto E3 Power from flipkart on[protected], and it was working fine since 3 months. Suddenly since 1 month, it was not charging fully even if I keep it in Charging for 5 hrs also. I took to your authorised service centre and explained the problem, they said, it’s a Charger - cable problem and replaced it. But still problem is still not solved.

                  So I took the phone again and shown, they said, it’s the charger pin problem and it will be replaced within 10 days. So had handed over the phone on 10th Feb, and till date the problem is not solved. I had reminded them several times, but they respond that, they had requested the moto company for pin, and they didn’t received the stock.

                  If this the situation, we are losing hope on the product. Being phone is in warranty, I would like to request you that, pl contact the Service centre, and check the problem, if it is not going to solve at the earliest, pl arrange a new phone for me.

                    If the above mentioned product is under Warrantee means they are not having right to ask the additional amount. they have to replace the defective part / product with free of cost under warrantee. If it continuous means put a mail to Customer card dept of Moto. If not resolving after mail means just file a case against company in consumer court.

                    My motorola e3 is not working suddenly but it is only 6 months old and your local service centre is not granting its warranty and saying that its motherboard should be changed and it will cost 82oo but the mobile itself costs 7999 less than the amount of its motherboard .my imei1 is 358224o7181255o
                    I hope this the issue with most Moto e3 power mobiles. Even my phone (Moto e3 power) has the same issue where it stopped working suddenly and when I showed it in nearest service center they are asking to change mother board. I have 1 more month left for my warranty too... I don't know why there is this kind of issues even after having a proper warranty.

                      I had bought moto m and its charging anymore. Time period less than 2 months and service center is not repairing it saying its a physical damage(water droplets found)thus not covered under warranty. They are claiming wrongly and i have used my phone with all care as it's still new not even 2 months have been completed.
                      I have also launched a complaint on consumer forum.
                      Disgusted with Moto service.

                        I have purchased a moto x force from flipkart in the middle of january 2017 after 20 days the display became white and heated while on charging a am staying in kolkata 10 to 15 authorised service center in kolkata not responding my phone now i want to say if you replace my product with another one with same model i will be thank full to you i think i have done a wrong desion to purscased a motorola mobile phone

                          I given my mobile"moto g4 plus" in motorola service centre for some touch problem. Customet complain code no.:-bv c0029-touchscreen. Service center told me that you problem will be solved in 15 days. My complaint is for that does motorola service poor that those gave me 15 days for resolving my problem. I want my phone hurry. If not then i'll complain in consumer forum.

                            I have Moto G4 Plus mobile. After 4 months the display has problem. When i go to service centre the person just taken a phone in his hand and said that display was damage due to mobile was put down so it is not covered in warranty. And not even give me the job sheet for further action. and when i call to costumer care the representative said let me tall with the service centre person, He said i do not have authority to tall with them. and he said if customer care centre give me the mail to repair then only i do it and i make the job sheet.
                            Service centre detail is : RNA Service, Adajan, Surat.

                            And there is also one another service centre in surat said Balaji communication, Udhna, Surat. He said that we only repair the mobile on chargeable basis even the mobile covered under warranty. So there is many other service centre which they do that, So why this service centre is authorised for Moto service centre.

                              Sir/mam,

                              i ordered a motog4 mobile phone from amazon.com before 6 months, but till date this phone has made me visit your service centre 3-4 times due to the following issues:- display problem, voice audibilty, total screen blankness, motherboard issue etc . Its a matter of great reputational concern of lenevo that it delivers this type of defective handsets to it's customers. Now i can't even trust service centre that this phone can be repaired. So its my request to u to either refund my money or provide me with a brand new handset at the earliest. Hope to get a positive response from you.

                                I am using and I was having a touch problem in my when gave my phone to the service the problem was never fixed and the service which from cell tech India Surya tower Ludhiana it is the worst service I have ever experienced and now when they fixed the touch after 3 4 attempt the screwed my phone speaker.                                   I purchased a moto z play on the day it was released in india and i got the handset from the flipkart on 24 oct 2016. Within 18 days, on 4th nov 2016 my screen went black while charging, and motorola service desk claimed it as physically damaged and replaced the display unit after 60 days charging me 10, 500/-. Still the handset is not working. It was claimed as pcb issue and was asked to open another ticket which may take some more weeks. Even with the new display unit which was replaced, the fingerprint sensor was not working and touch screen is not fixed properly and i can view a visible gap between the display unit and the touch screen. I had my handset only for 18 days and at service center for almost 105 days.
                                  Finally they returned my handset saying, they don't have fingersensor part and will call me back once they get that part.

                                  Motorola: what kind of handset is moto z play? Luckily i noticed the issue with the handset and immediately removed it from the charge else we could have witnessed one more dangerous incident with this handset model. Also the kind of service we get here from this brand is ridiculous and pretty slow? Sometimes no response? May be they cant provide service to the new launched models, if so, should clearly mention in the warranty terms saying service will be provided after an year or so. I spent almost 15-30 mins every day talking with multiple service agents explaining the issue?

                                  Flipkart: i got worst response from the flipkart, i was just routed to the motorola page with out any further discussion saying they cant help?

                                    Moto g4 plus's back camera glass is not of compatible quality, within 6 months it got damaged and it is not covered in warranty. How such a thing cant covered in warranty. even its company's fault beacuse i m not the one who is facing this problem. Search result on google shows that maximum people are facing same problem., So how can u say that its customer fault and you cant cover it in warranty. So many people are facing this problem so please change your terms for warranty and please provide solution because we "costumer" made motos value high now its something like you have trapped us in this problem and now you are demanding us to pay for this fault which is acutaully not our fault. We didnt mishandles phon but the quality used in making that glass is not so appropriat whic can be seen in every customer's review about this problem.
                                    So please its my humble request please include it in warranty terms and make consumets to trust you for futur relationship.

                                    Why only for one case. I too facing the same problem. I took the mobile to your customer care store, that idiot asking 2500 rupees. And he is saying that it's not company fault. I am using a microsoft 640 xl for last two years. But I never faced any type similar problem in it. I purchased this moto g4 plus due to my son's compellation. My bad luck that I chose it. Hey Motorola support, do you have any solution for this. If so then please mail me.

                                      Am working with icici merchant service pvt ltd and was given new hand set by my corporate 2 - 3 months back. moto g - imei num - [protected] (moto x 1557) and found sim slot - 1 not recognising the sim properly on and off. i has approached twice to your service centre in egmore and nungambakkam, but they refused to service without warranty card for replacement of damaged slot. today i have approached your service centre in pondy bazar (ensure - ecs - digitel), 6 1st flr, raja badher stree, pondy bazar, chennai 600017.

                                      They have reported that sim slot is user damaged and have provided job sheet : srctg[protected] and have offered to service out of warranty inspite of informing them that handset had such reported issue from the purchase date.

                                      We are having corporate bulk order placed and this was one among the purchase. delay from my end for reporting this after so long usage id that my corporate team kept me informed that new hand set would replaced with spare and they will take this up with the original source vendor through whom they had bought this, but unfortunately they have been kept of delaying for 2 months and finally on my escalation they issued copy of bill (bulk purchase) so that i can use the same here to be serviced under warranty, since they ran out of stock to replace my mobile.

                                      Hope we this taken seriously and considered to be serviced under warranty without any charges, for no fault o[censored]ser why should the user bear the cost of replacement.

                                        I am B.Harikrishna purchased motog 3rd generation mobile in may 2016. On 18th feb 2017 got low ringtone volume and other side whom I call is hearing in low voice, I approached MOTO service station with address KR & MS reddy complex, Hanamkonda, warangal, Telangana, India. My mobile Identification was MotoG3 9044. they accepted with warranty, On 20th feb 2017 they delivered the repaired mobile, ********Now WHY the mobile identification is showing MotoG3 3031, my INTERNAL MEMORY was 16GB, now WHY it is showing 11.8GB kindly resolve my problem, I am attaching the invoice please view.                                         I purchase new Moto g4 plus mobile 19 th December 2016 so I am using from one and half month and am not satisfied with the battery performance so I want to exchange it so please tell me the process to exchange it thank you so much in advance.
