Hello There,

I am moto g3 mobile user. I was using the mobile since 8 months without any issue but now It has showing an hidden LED light under above speaker. It is under warranty so I went to service center but they told me that It's motherboard has drop of water so we can't fix the issue although I knew that my mobile never wet and even they didn't open mobile in front of me. Please help me to solve the issue.

        I have submitted my moto g4 plus 20 days ago due to battery drainage problem, but from service center they give excuses and didn't attempt/resolve my problem, i am very much upset & unhappy about the service center in bhavnagar.there are so many people like me who are different same problem as me.

        Kindly take a strong action against them.

          I used motrola since 1year 3 tyms my mobile got problem .every tym we are paying money ..2nd tym I got mobile after 27 days ...This tym also mobile has problem I given to repair they don't agreed my warranty as though they only repaired mobile for 3800 rupees then also they give reason that you are repaired outside.I didn't repaired anyware .. but they said we can't claim warranty.They arrgued with me ..I'm given my mobile on 21feb. But now also I didn't got my mobile it's 6th march they are not giving handset as soon we give mobile to them please understand my feeling I dint explained properly in hear mater is more

            Hello,

            I purchased a Moto g3 handset last year at 12/02/2016 and this was under warranty till 12/02/2017. I was having an issue of over heating so i went to service center (B2X Yashwant plaza near railway station indore M.P.) at 4/02/2017 and they told me to change the mother board, so i submitted my phone for 21 days, that crossed the warranty limit. After getting the phone back, i found that phone has been damaged and no resolution of issue. Now this is not switching on, so i went to service center again and this time they are not resolving issue and asking money for the resolution due to the warranty issue. Now, I want my phone to be repaired into the warranty because over heating issue was already occurred before ending the warranty period.

            Please note my complaint, i think this company looted my 10000 rs.

              Hello moto i am having trouble with the phone moto g4 plus . I have recently bought in the last October . From about 2 to3 months th battery of the phone is draining very fast as compared to the features u you have given it is becoming very hot sometimes and even the set is hanging . Iam tired with this phone so please take an action on this complaint.Hope u may look into this issue

                I had purchased moto g4 plus from amazon.in on 31st january 2017 which got delivered on 6th february 2017. EVER SINCE I AM FACING THE PROBLEM of lagginess and device getting switched off suddenly. the device starts displaying green lines on the display and hangs completely for few minutes. there after the device restarts. this has caused a lot of inconvinience to me. i took it the service center also last week those people kept the phone and said the touch and display will have to be replaced for a week. after one week i recieved the handset yesterday and the problem is still not resolved. i want a replacement now.this device has been a headache for just please replace it.

                  I bought Moto g4 plus in September 2016. The problem with the phone is that firstly it took a lot of time to charge the phone by the turbo charger but gradually it stopped charging. The phone is not being charged by the turbo charger. There is one more issue that the phone gets heated up really fast.
                  I hope you look up to my complaint and help me in resolving out the issue as soon as possible.

                    I face very unethical behaviour at motorola (Lenovo) service center at hazaribagh jharkhand address-first floor, s. P complex banshi lal chowk, hazaribagh, jharkhand 825301, i have issue of battery charging in my handset & i submited my handset on 11 feb 2017 for repairing, i visited 5 times at service center but they have not repair my handset, & they not providing me appropriate date of repairing. Request you to please help me to give back my repaired handset.

                    It's not working properly ever since I bought . It's produce heat and gone to 45 to 48 degree centigrade

                      I gave my mobile for the problem of on and off they got it solved infront of me and also said that you should change the software and igave it to them they took three days time to update software after updating the software everything is fine but only wifi is not functioning and the battery percentage is showing as 7, 209.2% after they updated the software then wt is the wrong the next day i went to ask them that wifi is not working they are saying there is an motherboard problem we cannot do it we dont do anything i paid them 450 rs for the software i want my money back seriously they are talking irresponsinble

                        Dear sir,
                        I, sai sriramamurthy from guntur andhra pradesh. I have motorola mobile (Imei-1: [protected], imei-2: [protected]) which was bought in 2013. From january-2017 i suffered battery discharge problem.
                        I gave my moto-g in vasavi associates (Motorola service authority center), arundelpet, guntur for repairing on 14/02/2017 and job no: 4030. They said that the battery was the problem and changed battery as well as os also and returned back to me on 15/02/2017 by charging rs.1700/-.
                        But, the problem was not solved. Again battery was drained immediately after full charging. I observed up to one week and again submitted in service center on 22/02/2017. They said the problem was a ic problem (I don't know exactly) in mother board and time would be 3 days to solve. When i asked them, they postponed the time by saying 2 days every time and they can't fix the bug up to now. Today also said like that.
                        So, i requested you to solve the situation by communicate with them and will solve the battery/os/mother board problem.
                        Here i attached the documents related to mobile which i submitted.

                        Note: in case problem can't be fixed. I'll take the action in consumer forum against motorola nad service authority.

                          As per subject mentioned I am suffering from the mobile heating & battery lasting issue.I have purchased Moto Xplay in the month of October 2016 considering the need of smart phone.But there is a big issue of handset heating & battery also last for 5 to 6 hours only.Even I took all precautions by keeping brightness at very low level.+avoiding unnecessary download of video audio etc.Even after this I am suffering a lot from the heating & battery issue.Heating intensity of the handset is very high & I always feel myself in danger. If something bad happen due to this company will be responsible for the same.Please resolve my issue at earliest else I will have to make complain in consumer forum. Regards-Yogesh Karale.

                            Denial for service in warranty period by service centre in Aurangabad.i buyers my phone from Snapdeal unboxed phone having 6 months warranty period.when I told Snapdeal that Motorola service centre is denying for service saying has manufacturers warranty nor brand warranty.then Snapdeal told me to get in written from Motorola service centre for there denial reason .So when I went service centre the lady told y u get me first proof from Snapdeal that they have sold unboxed phone.but I had invoice confirm ing that.So please provide me denial letter in written for my mobile phone.

                                  I gave my phone for software re-installation because of some issue like
                                  1)camera hanging while capturing and sometime shows camera error and
                                  2)unfortunately so and so app is stopped,
                                  3)phone hangs on some specific apps like fb messenger, Facebook app, etc., ...
                                  Seriously am not at all satisfied with Ur service.. Launching phones with good features isn't a well thing, serving also have to be good... Plz ask Ur service center employees to pay attention clearly... Am feeling very sad, because I bought my phone with such a affection...

                                    I know these r just fraud . Many people had this problem in india . Some of them change there display but after 1-2 month same problem come back .

                                    There is no permanent solution because the problem is of the hardware . You should change everything like display, pcb etc then it may get right. But as of now people are getting the same issue again .

                                    And i know that motorola knows everything about this but they are not recalling the phone for replacement

                                    This is specifically only in model that were manufactured in june 2016 because my friends phone is manufactured in may 2016 and he is not facing any problem at all.

                                    In gujarat i am in vadodara and yestarday i visited a local store where i saw original display + dizitizer of moto g4 plus selling at a price of rs 4000. I[censored] want photo i will send you the photos also .

                                    service centers are very pathetic they just buy a display and dizitizer from a local store at a cost of rs 2100 only and sell the original one to other market ata cost of rs 2500 because original price is of rs 7500 (i have contacted chennai moyorola service center )

                                    Also i[censored] give them your phone they will take out all the original parts like camera, speaker, vibrator, battety etc and fit local one for the sake of money. Fortunately i also saw a big pallet full of parts that they ordered from AMAZON INDIA

                                    So how can u take guarantee that they will make my phone perfect .

                                    I want that you do any one of the following which suits u
                                    1)
                                    replace with a new device which is manifactured in December or January or February.
                                    2)
                                    I want that you send the moto display with digitizer at the service center and when it arrive on the same day i went to the service center and replace it hand to hand .as i dont want to held my phone for 10 odd days so that they replace all original parts with the duplicate one.

                                      I have Moto g4 mobile...It takes too much time for charging...Almost about 3.30 hrs... Despite having turbocharger it takes too much time... There's no problem in charger bcoz my friends mobile gets charged quickly using same turbocharger...Also the mobile gets heated up frequently..Please help to solve the matter or is there replacement policy...Bcoz I had taken it 4 months before only...I tried calling on toll free no. But it is not available

                                        I Sri Agniv Debnath residing at 22/24F. F.D. Road, Serampore, Dist: Hooghly, West Bengal and I purchase this phone, MOTO X PLAY, XT1562, 16GB WHITE, IMEI 1:[protected] & IMEI 2:[protected], MODEL: AP3534AD1KB, From FLIPKART on 14.09.2016. After two and half months this phone started problem, suddenly back camera is not working, I go to my nearest service center named AIR VOICE at 374 Belilious Road Near Howrah Maidan, Pin-711101, contact no:[protected], [protected], after inspection my phone they said that your mother board is gone but they change the board and it will take 7 to 10 deys but after 21 deys they return my phone and said that your mother board is ok but we change your back camera and now its ok. That time I saw that my phone IMEI sticker is changed and every screw of my phone is completely scarched. I take it to my home and unfortunately same day at night 9:00pm my phone is totally dead. Next day I take it to the service centre, after that they said it’s a software problem and they can fix it with in a minute but after four hours they said that this is not a software issue and again they said mother board is gone. They take my phone on 06/02/2017 and on 20th feb they give me a call and said that the phone is OK. I reached the service center and take my phone and insert a sim but no signal is found, I told them and they further inspected my phone and again they said it’s a mother board problem. Then I said them what is actually going on? You people are joking with me? Is it a game? I never understand that. After that they said it will take another 15 days for repair. Again I surprised, when they said we don’t repair here, other party is repair for us. Is this your policy? You people cheated the customer with selling this type of worst quality product. Shame on you. They actually kept my phone since Dec-2016. My brand new phone getting older and older such as it’s a 5 year old phone. My heard earned money is gone. I already know that the MOTOROLA goodwill is nothing.
                                        So, I request to you that please return my phone with a good condition if you don’t fix the problem then replace it with a new one. Why should I received that old phone?

                                        Motorola Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I had bought moto M last month. I read online product description that moto M has android 6.0.1 but it's 6.0.0 in my device. And I don't get any new update for the os.
