I am using moto M for the past 1month, whenever i delete some pictures, they again reappear in the gallery within a span of a week, i haven't switched on the backup option in google photos nor have i synced it and it has happended quite a saveral nom of time, also the phones does not have any gallery option.
How to get rid of the unwanted photos permanently?

    Incident: i purchased motorola g4 plus mobile from amazon and within 3 months my mobile mother board is not working
    Solution: as per service center reply of chinubhai tower ahmedabad. They would replace my mobile mother board. I would request to give a new mobile phone instead of replacing mother board of my mobile phone. As motherboard can cause problem in future

      I am owner of Moto G4 plus from last 3 months...I have been using Jio 4G sim and Vodaphone sim in my phone...Suddenly from last 4 days Jio sim is not working (showing no serivice, emergency calls only) although vodaphone is working fine.The Jio is working fine in other phones and not in my phone.No setting has been changed in my phone the problem has occured suddenly.Plz help me solve dis ASAP!

        Dear sir/mam whosoever is reading this mail i want to tell you all that moto services are the most worst services i have ever seen. I have submitted my phone (moto e3 power) on 22/02/2017 for the screen damage that has been from company side from the day of purchase. Since the day i submitted my phone they are no signs that they are going to give back my phone. Its been more than 20 days since i have submitted my phone but they are giving me any solution nor they are returning my phone. The services are so bad that they don't even know how to handle a customer or how to communicate with customer. I'm so upset with motolora services that in future i'm not going to buy any of your products.

          Dear sir, I purchased Moto E3 power Mobile in November 2016. My phone touch screen got damaged recently and display is good I.e. no damage for display. I approached to a authorised Motorola service centre to change my device touch screen only but they are refusing to change the screen alone. They are telling that to change both touch glass and inner display it costs ₹4500. But I want to change only my touch screen glass, is it possible or not?             I was purchased moto m two months before about 16000. Just mobile fall down simply the whole glass broken. It was poor quality gorilla glass when i was take to moto service center they said need to change total display as well include gorilla glass and display charges 9000/-. Very worst i have one warranty but moto said no physical warranty. Then how we believe moto.

              I had purchased motoz on 07/01/2017 n suddenly after two months its wifi n bluetooth stopped responding. Wen contacted service center dey said motherboard problem. Entire phone should b replaced coz same problem can occur again. If renowned company motorola things not working properly den hw cn v trust ne other company. Even micromax replaced the phone after two months wen it had same problem

                I bought moto g4 plus in july 2016 from flipkart. Now, i m facing some issues regarding charging and some others. It gets shut down suddenly even if it has 50 percent charging. And it charges very slow. I had given my phone to service center but it is as it is. Kindly take action in this matter. Either repair my phone totally or replace it. I m highly obliged to u.

                  It has been Two months since I have given my phone for repair and still haven;t received it back ...
                  I am not even getting a proper response from any of the company's representatives regarding the matter ...

                  When calling on your customer care number ([protected]) all I ever get is that my complain has been escalated or forwarded or the senior is going to give you a call back ... But I have yet not received a single call back from them ...

                  I have submitted my phone on 13-January ... And you can't imagine how difficult it is for a person to manage for two months without a phone ... I have been using a damaged phone right now to keep my SIM card active ... I have been through so many troubles ...

                  I have lost enough phone balance while calling your service centre or care centre ... So many petrol expenses while travelling to your service centre everyday to know about the status of my phone ...
                  And not even counting all the time that gets wasted all day ...

                    My moto g3 has no sound at all. Can not hear rings, messege tones alarms or anything. I've been having this issue since i received this product in march 2016. I have been complaining about it since then still no customer help has been given. When called to customer care they asked us to go to service centre which was useless. Even though the phone was in warranty period they said it's not and any kind of help was denied. Kindly look into the matter.

                      I have given my mobile in Authorized Motorola Service centre as cellphone was switching off automatically but they replaced my mobile motherboard with a damaged motherboard which does not supported charging. Its been more than 1 month and Motorola Service Centre says it will take more time. I bought Motorola phone so that I can use it for long time but I can't even use it in warranty period as my mobile is with service centre for more than 1 month and still they are making excuses.                           My cell phone is missing behaving and getting operated automatically it opens applications at its own and even calls to recent callers as well I have reset my phone as well but not yet responding.i want replacement of my phone immediately because earlier there were issues like while playing anything on YouTube app it was getting switched off automatically and while charging also it was misbehaving after updating software it worked fine for lets say 10 mins then again it has started misbehaving now it has become problematic for me to handle this and cell like moto g4 with new features and updation will operate like this would mean no value in market pls look into it and response at the earliest.

                          With due respect I, Ashish Roy have purchased Motorola Moto G4 plus on 09 July 2016 with IMEI NO- [protected].After one month o[censored]se I have started to face screen burn in issue in my device. I visited the service centre they changed my software and display. The phone worked fine for at least one month and again same problem started. I again visited the service centre on 02 February 2017 again they changed my software and display and again phone worked fine for month and then same problem started again. I visited third time on 15 March 2017 again they kept my phone for 2 days and then they gave me on 17 March 2017 yet my problem was not solved so I called Motorola Customer Care and I told them the matter they said to deposit my phone again and when I asked the customer care executive how long will it take he replied that it will take around one month and his name was Mr. Shashank. They were not even ready to provide my any replacement set. I have been suffering due to this for at least for 6 months. My current Job Sheet No is- SRINE[protected]. This long process is wasting my warranty period as most of the time my phone is in the Service Centre. So I want my money back or new phone should be provided and also my warranty should be extended as Service Centre is wasting my warranty period. I have registered a complaint regarding this in consumer court with docket no – 195280 and I want to inform you regarding this.

                            I want to inform you that my phone motog 4+ is not working accurately. There are few problems in mother board. I have change 5 times in your customer care(3 times in new mass communication, 2 times in B2X).
                            I have to suffer from many problems i.e. customer care is 25km away from my house which spoils my day and mobile phone has to be deposited to customer care so i could not even call and message in emergency. Even today my phone is deposited to customer care to change mother board.
                            I have 4 copies of data sheet.
                            So I kindly request to change my phone.

                            Sir, Recently bought Moto G4 Plus XT1644 mobile in USA. There is no option of Enhanced 4G LTE Mode in settings. It is hidden. So VoLTE function is not working. How to unhide "Enhanced 4G LTE Mode". Kindly help me for enabling Enhanced 4G LTE Mode.

                                On the[protected], I had submitted my phone to service center at #15-24-1 P.NO1, MIG-1, 1ST FLOOR, NYR CHAMBER, KPHB COLONY MAIN ROAD, KUKATPALLY, HYDERABAD...stating that the camera of my handset is not working properly in warranty.My complaint code is:C0004-Camera Problem.They asked me to come by[protected] as my handset is ready and in the same way i went there.When I took my handset, I found that power button of my handset is missing.I asked them that my power button is missing and in turn they replied me that" sir its already missed from your side".I first said sir its there and it is missed from your side.Then the argument took place between us for half an hour.Later they replaced the power button with some other china handset power button. One more thing, i want to disclose to you, I asked them"who asked you to change my power button ".For this they replied" already we found the power button missed and we took the compllaint".Here I want to know, who gave them right to make a complaint if it is really missed, they might have informed me before making a complaint.So finally I returned my handset to them to replace the power button.Please make sure that my issue should be resolved as soon as possible.

                                    I have Moto g 3 phone .in complaint service centre refused to make the phone repair.they said phone gas kit is damaged.but I have a problem of software.but they can't repair phone.They said first u can pay gas kit repair amount 650, than u r phone in guarantee.than after we make repair.but I don't now how to gas kit had damaged.i bought the phone in Flipkart after than delivery tha phone I have no idea which part is damaged.

                                      Motorola service center janak puri in front of tilak nagar police station . I submitted mobile there in november they gave me back on 5 january 2017 but still i face the issue regarding battery they again kept my mobile for a month and no scope when i will get it back they keep on saying part is not available if not available atleast replace the set but they are not doing so i am hell tired of it .

                                        I am very much disappointed with Motorola my phone not working properly I also submit a complaint on Motorola solutions but they didn't contact me..I want to return my Motorola phone due to legging problem.. Motorola is a cheap company who didn't support there customers... Plzz return my phone motog turbo edition..contact number [protected]..I am unsatisfied with this edition of Motorola.. It something leg for 2 hours which creates much problem to me..and the main reason is that Motorola customer support is worst they didn't do anything.. While I am facing so much problem.. My phone is in warranty period only 2 months old
