I submitted my mobile in service center on 17.10.2016, still there is no response from Moto service center.Simply they telling that we are not received material from Motorola company.what the hell all people doing there, in one year warranty its with u around 1.5 months, what is the befit for customer who purchasing your product.So look in to this matter, other wise you can loose your product sales. others company providing good service with in 7 to 10days only.

    Hi Motorola I'm using motog 3 turbo eddition from past 7 months it's warranty is 1 year ... I liked very much moto because of its camera it's actually awesome . Therefore I suggested some of my frnds to take moto and said about its features and benefits few frnds took same handset and 1 took moto 4 . .in 5th month my display glass was broken when I went to the service center to claim warranty they said no warranty claimable for broken glass for service it would 4000 rs I don't had that much so I repaired with other shops they took 1500 for display afterword it's actually good but now my handsets Brightness is not brighting up .. I showed to service center when also they said can't give warranty because u gave handset to others to repair ...they said its motherboard problem of the mobile it would be 3000 rupees for service I don't have that much ..now my frnds also making fun of me because my mobile is curuupted ...I can't give them proper answer ..why can't you give the warranty for my handset please give permission in Motorola service center Mangalore please

      I bought my new motorola (Moto G4 plus) on last month 20th, exactly in 10 days it stopped working and the phone is not swithcing on... I had given it to service center on 8-nov and being said it will ready in 5-7 working days.. its been 15+ days and all they are saying is that it will be ready in 2 days... i had gone to service center two times but no good response... Worst service center Moto.

          Motorola : You please improve your service or shut your shop. I visited your centre at Kukatpally, Hyderabad centre yesterday. The Manager and the staffs are so worthless. They even do not know how to behave with customer. The manager's name is Suresh. There was only one counter and the staffs are Unskilled and Untrained. They could not address any issues of customer, and almost 100 people were in the queue. I waited for 3 hours and came back. I even didnt get chance to check my phone.
          If you can not give service, please please stop cheating people and stop opening such a centre where all worthless people like Mr.Suresh is there. Hope you will clarify my complaint and do the needful. Thank you. I am reachable at - [protected] for further input.

            I bought this phone around 2 months before and now I am getting this heating problem the get restarts in every 15 minutes!! DO NIT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! When I connect this to charger the warning message I am getting - Battery temperature is too HIGH shutting off the phone. it is such a waste of money!!! I totally unsatisfied with the product! DON'T BUY.

            This is to remind you i have mailed you yesterday about the same error i am getting in SAFE MODE (attached image) BUT there was no response from you guys!!. Please, let me know the solution because i have paid you either change my mobile set OR refund my money i gave you my number also to arrange a call for me but i haven't received any call from you. This is very serious problem RESOLVE IT ASAP!!

              I have purchase moto g mobile thorough filpkart. After some time mobile had been dead than i had submit mobile your register service centre date 03/10/16 (Upper graound floor f-11 janak palace, district center new delhi-110058), they inform me that this mobile mother board has been damage. But they not return my mobile till now. They tell me that mother board not provide by company. So i request you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I have orderd for a repair with voice plus. Your service center sharing below the work order no.. i havnt got ma phne serviced yet that work order is found closed. Followed by a call to customer carr exicutive today was behaving rudely with customers. I have regested complaint for the same with customer care.

                    I purchased a phone on 5th sept. With in a month i start facing problem of overheat and touch screen problem. As i contact to moto customer care to discuss my problem, they suggest me to visit to service center. They also told me if there is any hardware problem, you will get it repair with in 07-10 days. I submitted my device to service center on 14th oct 2016, and with in next 30 days i didn't get any response from service center/moto company. I visited 5-6 times to service center and contacted to [protected], 08-10 times, also wrote many mails to moto, but didn't get any satisfactory response from them. Now i just want my money back, and they are now saying to collect my device from service center. I don't want to face such problem again in future, so that i don't want to use any moto device. Just refund my money asap.

                      Due to some software issue i contacted service centre and they told mother board pblm and they changed it by warranty after that i am facing the ringer problem again i gave my phone to service centre before 10 days till now they are saying the problem was not cleared i am suffering without mobile so tell me the solution and at service center they are telling they cant identify the problem till

                          I ve been waiting for the past 1year for this phone motoG2 to get repaired (my wife having used it for barely an year!!), calling and mailing for the past 8 months atleast (i can send the email conversations if you want!!) . and been constantly calling for the past 6months atleast... the phone is lying at the most recent service centre now for the past 3months !!!..(its already been at another service centre for 3 months but nothing was done there so i was told to resubmit the phone)

                          ---[kindly find both repair sheets as attachment in this email]

                          I've not yet received any update from either the Motorola care or the service centre voice plus in kaloor, ernakulam..
                          The service centre say that it is the Motorola care which has not yet replied to their numerous mails!!!..
                          And when I call moto customer care number after endless waiting time- they say only the designated senior executive will talk to merit this issue only at their convenience.. I am yet to receive a proper call from the senior executive!!

                          its a mental harrasment for me and my wife!!
                          constant calls and call waiting at the motocare tollfree number without any proper guidance or assistance
                          its a night mare

                          Does the Motorola care really care about us??..
                          Kindly find a solution for this issue(maybe small for Motorola but very big for us!!)...

                          Please don't bother to reply with just an automated response staring with 'sorry for the inconvenience' (ive got numerous mails like that in the past)!!..

                          but i am still hopeful that something will be done at the earliest...

                          i hope big company like motorola with such a big customer base would
                          help and resolve issues for their valuable customers.

                            I have purchased moto g4 plus on 21st sept 2016 and from the very first few days it is showing some defects. The screen go black when i call and wont wake up till the call ends no matter what i press. I submitted this phone at moto cuatomer care 3 times and every time the executive assured me that he have changed the faulty parts and the problem is solved but the problem still persists. Please replace my Phone or refund my money. Or i will file a case in consumer court which is my only option if problem dont get solved.

                                After 24 days i received my moto e mobile from service center (Ensure-073-ap technologies chennai). But they inserted incorrect mother board (3g placed instead of 4g).                                   I bought the phone in end of july of this year only and i am starting facing problems. Its now more than a month i am facing problem with this phone. The phone gets off automatically even it is full charged. Even i went to service centre but the result is not satisfactory. The problem is still there. And again i went to service centre but they denied to collect the phone. Take the appropriate steps.

                                    Had purchase moto g plus 4th generation on 7 the july 2016, imei: [protected], with in 5months mobile facing problem of software or getting switch off on every function. for that i took to official service centre at thane b2x motorola service centre on 12/11/2016, but after collecting mobile today 14/11/2016 it is showing problem of login in gmail account, & there was no such such software service has been don't for my mobile, nor i got any job sheet related, what work they did on my mobile.

                                        I gave my phone to Motorola Service Center situated at Connaught place, Delhi.
                                        They have not returned my phone since 22 days. I called them three to five times and every time they replied that some hardware parts are not available. How come the hardware parts are not available since 22days. This is disgusting and I am facing a lot of problem because of this. I am a student and I have to study with the help of my phone.

                                        My moto g4 plus works smoothly on unplugged state, but when it is put in charge the touche behaves unnaturally, it does things its own, o otherwise on removal of charger no complaints, ..
