Sir i purchased my moto g4 plus 16gb black colour from amazon on 5 th september 2016...after few weeks it started having touch problem..the touch worked bu self...i submitted my device in the motorola service centre in allahabad on 20th december 2016 but till there is no progress...i also mailed motorola director of services...after 2-3 days a person from motorola called me and said that i will get it on 31st december i.e today but when i went to the service centre today they said that it will take about 10 days from now...please help Sir/Mam...

Volte flag is not appearing on the status bar even it is engaged, so the calling through lte isn't working... I have to use three party app to engage the call through lte..
Other the video given u can see the volte is enabled but it's not working on status bar...

    I have update my phone yesterday, got software update from moto, now i am unable to update and download app on my mobile network in roaming.. When our service provider have made this free on roaming then what is the problem with moto... Many apps have stopped.. Not working.. Now we have been told by executive that we have to reset the phone.. We did so.. Still facing the problem.. No option to downgrade

    Purchased Moto g3 on last weak through Amazon courier service. Yesterday I received but it will not be working and at the time of charging, the set will be over heating.The window of the phone not opened yet.How to handle the issue.If I want to resend to purchase address.     I gave my charger on 19 nov 2015 nd now it's 24 dec 2016 they didnt give me my charger says that company didn't provide us. ... Whats this service ... Take my handset I am no longer interested in moto ... Veryyyyy bad experience .. wrost company ... Ever ...

      Hello Team,

      I have purchased moto G4+ mobile from Amazon. Initially i have raised a case with amazon due to over Heat but I was unable to return it due my unavailablity.

      Recently i went to moto service center which located in vizag beside care hospital to explain my complaints but they are not accepting my complaints.

      Let me know one thing how the mobile will bend if we putting it into the pocket.

      This is what they are saying

      Mobile Complaints:
      1.Over Heating like Iron Box
      2. Mobile bending
      3. Hung
      4. Camera quality

        Job sheet no . -SRINE[protected], submitted the handset moto G4 Plus in okhla service centre dated 26 november 2016 (IMEI NO. - [protected]), speakers need to be repaired but such a bad service that till today it has not been repaired and still lying in service centre..this type of srvice has not been expected from moto people and when called i nservice centre they are providing the contact no. of some factory employee who is also not receiving the call..such an irresponsilble company and employees are there, wont be recommending anyone to go for the moto phones, , now i wan tthe refund for the phone, they can keep the phone with themselves only.

          I bought a nexus 6 from flipkart in may2016 after few months i have issue in my phone there is dot with 2 cross line on the screen when i given in customer service in Delhi okhla phase 2 they given me 1 month time for repairing but after 15 months they called me n said there is a issue i have no parts n it will send to bengluru for few more days, this is not a kind of customer service, if you have any issue then give it to me new phone.If in case you will not give to me my phone in fine condition i will file case against your company.

            I purchased Moto G4 plus mobile phone from Amazon on 12th October. The phone had overheating issue. I raised complaint within 7days policy. They asked me to check through one software. However, the software showed no issue. So, I again raised concern. They said they cannot replace phone and asked me to visit service center. Even they cannot arrange for home coming. I went to service center almost 15-20 times in this 2 months gap. from one service center to another to another. Sometimes, it is closed, somethings big queue, sometimes they do not pick up phone which is under warranty and many other vague explanations. This time, today, it crossed all limit. I went to service center twice, once they assigned me token. Then again I visited, they said there is link failure. They cannot take phone for repair. I am a working person, and everytime I am being expected to be free for this. Till now even I have not started using that phone. Its been 3 months now.I dont know where to go now. I have made complained in Amazon, motorolla through email, facebook everything. But got no resolution. Whom should I blame if I start using the phone and it blasts from overheating. A waste of my money. Please please provide me a resolution to it.'

              Very poor service on Mobile Repair, I bought a moto X play through an online Flipkart, they delivered a product in my home doorstep. now I faced a problem in my mobile charger. there is no service centre in my nearby location(poor option in service, no service centre around 60 km is very pathetic.). I visited one location yesterday, then also they said the product is defective, you need to come after twenty days ( another 60 km) to collect the product. very poor service after the product sales.

                Hello,

                Ir i have moto g4 plus phone. Suddenly my turbo charger not working so i go motorola authorized service center and motorola submitted my charger on 2 december and told me wait for at least 7-10 days. I will wait but when i call service center he's told your charger not a repair. Then i call customer care on 25 december so she's told me i don't know about your product my senior call back you on 27 december but anybody not help me. Then i was call on 28 december so same thing told me again nobody help me. Then again i was call on 29 december again same thing told me and said to me 29 december have call back arrange but after few minutes his told me my senior call on 30 december. I am very irritated with motorola services. Now my phone have many problem by local charger, please help me as soon as possible.

                  I ordered camera lens cover (D Cover) at moto service centre near sodala, Jaipur on 16 Dec 2016 Receipt No. 135 but i didnt received any call for the same to receive. i am facing problem so need solution on urgent. If this kind of service you will provide to your customer than nobody will trust Moto. Customer care executive were also not able to help me. i have visited 4 5 times their but the problem is still same. Please sort this issue and provide the same.

                    I am ashutosh ranjan, i purchased motorola handset MOTO X PLAY in November 2015. In May 2016 my handset motherboard got damage due to bad product and the service center taken almost 50 days for repairing. Now again i faced same problem and again the service center and customer care not assure about the time for delivery and repair my handset. In a year my handset almost 3 months in service center. and they are not care about customer issue. I have a question who will responsible if my handset get again have same problem after Warranty period. Kindly change my mobile or give me compensation for damage and faulty handset.

                      I bought mobile on Dec'14 2016. After 5 days i found hanging problem. I have given the service to Motorola service centre in pandi bazzar chennai. They told me to need to update the software and wait for 3 days. today i get serviced the mobile. After i checked the screen brightness is Automatically increase and decrease. This mobile atleast not completed 1month but many problems. Please advise. The service showroom people not responding properly.

                      Note: Amazon return policy is 10days but they have closed in 8days.

                        I bought Moto G4 on 17/10/2016 from Amazon and the device stopped working after 10 days. Gave the handset to a Motorola Service Center on 28/11/2016 and they told that the mother board of the device needs to be changed and will be done in 15-20 days.

                        Till date there is no response from the service center and when I called them (Today: 27/12/2016) they told it will take 15-20 days more.

                        NOT sure do they really care about the customers or they are just focusing on selling the product even the faulty ones.

                          I have submitted my Motorola x play smartphone at agra service centre on 12 October 2015.The problem in my phone is that my phone is not switching on so I give my phone to Agra service centre.The service centre executive told me that this phone is dead.After then more than two months have been completed but still I have not received my phone yet.Motorola customer care and service centre executive is not giving me proper respone.I m totally frustrated from Motorola service.

                            I have bought moto g4 plus online from amazon 6 months before.
                            But in a few days to back camera lens got scratches on it due to its poor quality & shadow on display. I submitted in service center for 25 days. But again same issue in this display. And also turbo charger is not charging phone. When i went in service center he said my warranty is expired but i can't buy again this charger please do the needful asap.
                            If it is so poor quality service of moto.
                            I never suggest to anyone to purchase moto phone.

                              My problem is that, my moto g4plus rear camera glass was got scraches but there was low camera quality due to the scraches.
                              When we are moving to the authorised service centre there was no proper response from them.

                              O many my friends have the same issue regarding the camera glass

                              But we didn't get the perfect solution for issue

                              Below is the message..They did not even bother to revwrt so I am filing a case in court against Motorola for substandard part in this smart phone..

                              I just spoke to Yogender, he did not register a complaint and said that he can not do it and can not even get a supervisor to listen to me.

                              1.. This phone is fitted with a low grade back camera glass so many people are getting severe scratches that results into blury images. ( Internet is full with bad reviews on this matter related to this device.)

                              2. My charger was not working but he did not register the complaint not even now.

                              I regret to buy a Moto/Lenovo phone that I will not repeat is future.
                              You can also use Micro Mesh 12000 grade to remove the flaky coating. Moisten the corner of the cloth a bit with isopropyl alcohol, then rub. 100 % fix, no mess.

                                I bought 3rd generation in July 15, I faced so many problems even I have given it to service centre, twice in a warranty period still m facing the same problem regarding the charging jack, camera, display etc problem.I bought Moto 1st time but I have worst experience even I'll suggest that no one should go for Moto.neither they provide batter quality nor services.

                                  It's really sad that such a high esteemed and well known company like Moto has such services being provided.
                                  I'm highly disappointed with the way people associated with Moto and the services are dealing with the customers.Is this how you should provide service to your customers who spend thousands of money just to invest in your phone.
                                  1.I was having mobile issues so I went to the service centre and provided them the phone on initial days of November.They just factory reset the phone and returned back in 5 days.I had the same switching off issue again for which I gave my phone to the service centre again on 23rd Nov 2016 with job sheet number SRINE[protected].
                                  2.Intially service centre folks told they would be returning it back within 3rd -4th Dec 16 rectifying the issues.
                                  When I tried contacting your technical team they told I was having some issues in the motherboard due to which the part was supposedly to be changed and since the part is not available in India so they would have to import from outside and that it would be perfectly fine by 14th Dec'16
                                  3. Till now I haven't received the phone and it's been almost a month.
                                  4.Service centre people dont pick up the phone in the number they have provided and your technical team repeatedly after requests doesnt have the etiquette to call back even after the stipulated time period they have been providing.
                                  5.Have tried mailing Motorola team but no response yet.

                                  I totally disappointed and upset with the services Moto has been providing. If the phone is a defective one then why dont you replace it or refund my money back. I need some immediate actions to be taken for over this issue and would like to know how long would it take more for all this inconvenience to end. Request to refund my phone back because my phone is within the guarantee period and the phone is a defective piece then why do I have to take the load of facing so much issues.

                                  I hope you understand my plea and would take some serious actions on all this.

                                    I hav bought moto g4 plus online from Amazon 3months before .
                                    But in a fewvdays tge back camera lens got scratches on it due to its poor quality now im searching for moto care in our area but nobuddy is responding aurangabad service centre says they are changed the service centre.
                                    What the hell ...

                                    I will not buy never suggest a moto phone here after

                                    I purchased moto-g 4th generation phone in july my phone automaticallly going switch off i had given in service centre B2X-026 M2 MOBICARE VILE PARLE as on 3rd dec 2016 but after passing 20 days no reply from service centre
                                    i think they are giving very bad servece to there customers

                                      Are yoy guys really inventor of six sigma? I am one of the oldest customer of yours who used 4-5 Motorola cells time now over last 15 years.. the service that igot this time was worst of ever. I travelled 30 km almost to your service centre as yoy have only one in pune and the resolution that i fitness handset is physically damaged. I just saw a few scratches on side metal body of my cell.. they just wanted to establish their point and they did it. Mr jadhav also said that they have daily 200+ customer and can't entertain much. Inspite of my cell being in warantee i was forced to move out.

                                      I have 2 major issue : switch off issue fewquent once battery is less than 50% and other one is i see some spot on my screen a yellow colour from last 4 days which is increasing.

                                      I have been raising this issue since a month now and finally you guys asked me to visit your service centre and they gave different answer..

                                      Let me know if you are able to solve my issue or I have to take another step to educate public on social network to avoid using moto because of such services?

                                      My moto g4plus screen burning issue so PLZ give the suggestion for my problem solved maximum all moto g4plus mobiles had faced same problem.

                                        Dear sirs
                                        I had purchased one “moto e 3 power” in india from flipkart vide invoice no. F0yqi[protected] dated 22.10.2016; and facing a problem as follows:
                                        Whenever i create any new contact name with dot (.) in it for example s. Tax office; the dot (.) after alphabet “s” goes missing when i save it and does not show in phone book.
                                        While my earlier phone book i transferred from my old nokia mobile to my new “ moto e 3 power” already has many contact names with dot (.) and shows the same on moto e 3 power also.
                                        As a result my phone book is not in alphabetical order and creates a lot of confusion.
                                        Kindly look into and help me solve the problem.
