I purchased Moto G4 plus mobile phone from Amazon on 12th October. The phone had overheating issue. I raised complaint within 7days policy. They asked me to check through one software. However, the software showed no issue. So, I again raised concern. They said they cannot replace phone and asked me to visit service center. Even they cannot arrange for home coming. I went to service center almost 15-20 times in this 2 months gap. from one service center to another to another. Sometimes, it is closed, somethings big queue, sometimes they do not pick up phone which is under warranty and many other vague explanations. This time, today, it crossed all limit. I went to service center twice, once they assigned me token. Then again I visited, they said there is link failure. They cannot take phone for repair. I am a working person, and everytime I am being expected to be free for this. Till now even I have not started using that phone. Its been 3 months now.I dont know where to go now. I have made complained in Amazon, motorolla through email, facebook everything. But got no resolution. Whom should I blame if I start using the phone and it blasts from overheating. A waste of my money. Please please provide me a resolution to it.'
