I bought a new moto G 4 plus from Amazon. I was happy to see such a good product at reasonable price but to my surprise the headphone jack is not working. I ve tried with all the available earphones but nothing seems to wrok. I contacted moto solutions and had a chat but they have no solutions for my query and they disconnected.
I hate motorola for such sick service and substandard phone.

    Hi - My phone had on/off problem and texture lines in display. I was advised by the service center that the mother board needs replacement (phone is still in warranty). This is lying with the service center for more than a month now. Everytime I call up, they say that the parts are not available and it will take another 3-4 days. It's the same story for the last one month.

    Please help.

      Hello Moto,

      I had purchased a MOTO-G4 plus on 25th May 2016 from Amazon (IMEI No: [protected] / [protected]). Bill No: [protected]. By September my mobile started having charging issue. I called Motorola support for assistance and they asked me to check my phone with nearest Authorised Service Center. So on 9th September I visited New Tech Solution, Vashi. Navi Mumbai. India (+[protected]. They checked my phone and charger and asked me to submit my phone. They gave me an internal work order number 2423. Since then I was not getting any response from this service center and hence I had to log a complaint with Motorola on 29th September 2016 with reference number :[protected]. Motorola called me and said they will update me in 2 days. Later they updated me that the motherboard needs to be changed. Later when I checked with them they said that part had come but their CRM has changed and hence they had to send the part back to Chennai. On 10th Oct, I again called up to check the status and they said they got the motherboard and are working on it, will take time for testing. New CRM number received is SRINE[protected].

      I patiently waited till today 17th Oct 2016 and when I called Motorola, I was updated that the phone is ready. When I went to pick my phone at the service center, I was informed that my motherboard and LCD display was replaced. I could also find that my camera was fully scratched. Also my screen guard robbed. My phone was with this service center from 9th Sept till 17th Oct (38 days) and seems they have changed every part. When I asked them about the camera, they are saying it’s not covered under warranty. But my phone had no problem with the camera or LCD when I had submitted the phone. Now they have messed with my phone and I found that the new IMEI no which is on my phone is [protected] / [protected]. I have submitted the phone back to New Tech Solutions and asked them to open the same ticket. They were not ready to do the same. They are saying that camera is not under warranty and mobile is getting charged now, so issue is resolved. They wanted me to close this case.

      I want to know from you, why your customer have to suffer for the mishandling done by the unexperienced, inefficient service center guys. I don’t understand why a brand like Motorola have to give their services to a third party vendor like New Tech Solution / Ensure Services who doesn’t have the decency to call up their customer to update them about the status or atleast not rob the customer of the good parts and replace it with second hand parts. I fear this service center is swapping customers genuine parts with others. I urge Motorola to investigate this case and let me know when I can get my phone is good condition?

        I purchased your handset model Moto X-Play on 16/11/2015 from Amazon. From past 1-2 months the charger is not working properly. Either the adapter or the cable wire is loose because whenever I connect it with my phone it doesn't charge the phone and when connected with laptop it doesn't read the phone. Since my phone is under warranty period I would like you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

        My handset Motorola G4 plus hangs alot. I try to open an app & something else get started. Don't know what's wrong with this. When I put ma phone on charging it heats and start misbehaving. Notification bar triggers up and down. I am facing this inconvenience since day one

          Am really upset and suffering with decision I made to buy Motorola phone.

          I bought new phone on: 21/09/2016.
          Started facing mic problem: 26/092016
          Reported on: 05/10/2016
          Visited service centre: 06/10/2016
          Software reinstalled and sent back.
          Problem re-observed within few hours. Revisited service centre: 08/10/2016
          Mobile retained by service centre and assured fastest delivery (Needs part replacement)
          Today is 17/10/2016.
          Update from service centre is – Wait for 5/6 more days as part is not available.

          How come
          a) a mobile, procured on day of launch, can have manufacturing defect, passed to the customer?
          b) any company can launch a product without spares' readiness??

          Am really suffering.
          I wish to get it replaced.

          I bought Moto e3 power 3 weeks back and today suddenly it's mic stopped functioning...It was automatically out of no where..Is this a hardware issue for which I should go to service centre or it is a software issue.

            Please be informed that i had purchased the subjected mobile phone bearing imei nos. [protected] & [protected] last year. Suddenly last week it had some problem. I approached to authorized motorola service centre (Instant solutions) located at shop no. 5-6, devi place gurgaon. They informed that the ringer of the mobile is faulty and it may be replace with new one on a cost of rs. 1650/-. The mobile was deposited to the service centre on 13.10.2016 and the delivery was taken on 14.10.2016. After delivery there seems another problem of display in my mobile. I approached the same service centre again but they refused to repair the same. I would like to inform you that the problem occurs only after replacement of ringer. Kindly direct to service centre for recitifying the problem of my mobile.

              Dear moto,
              I had purchased moto g3 for my wife in oct. 2015, but the colours whatever i am seeing on display is diffrent from its acual colour for eg.in the snap i wear blue t-shirt (Colour of facebook icon), but it doent displayed actual blue (Showing colour of twitter icon).in starting i was thought it is setting problem or operating system problem (5.1.1 karmel at the time of purchase), but no... Its actual hard ware problem, because yesterday (15.10.2016) i have updated my mobile with 6.0 karmel version, but the same situation i am facing again.

              Pl return/repair / or guide us to resolve the matter. Otherwise i will loose my faith from moto.

              Infact i have again purchase moto item i. E. Moto e3 on 03.10.2016, but that was fine... No issue

              I submitted my mobile in motorola service centre on 1st Oct 2016 for repair under warranty. They told me it will take 7 to 10 days. Now its more than 10 days and person of service center is not picking up my call.

                1. I have been submitted moto G4 plus to your service center on 04/10/2016 ( BM Gadget, pune ). As per his commitment, you have rcd mobile by 4 days, but we have not received. ( Today, he is saying that it would take 15-20 days )
                2. I will need confirm commitment for same or replace my mobile ASAP.

                Hope you have clearly understood my queries and since the mistake is at your end, so clear it.

                  Working atmosphere is very poor. Customer service executives are very rude and not even ready to understand the problem, communication skills are poor too, store phones are never been answered. Without any prior notice they closed the store at 2pm today and refuse to attend 16 customers who were waiting for more then 2 hours.
                  we don't know why motorola not taking up this issue seriously...

                    I recently bought moto e3 from flipkart on october 1. I am facing the problem that the volume symbol is appearing on the screen with a beep sound.. For a day at least 80 - 1000 times it is re appearing. I cannot make snapshot of it because it will present on the screen for 1second. Please take it serious and solve my problem soon. I want my near service centre of motorola care at pincode 518501.

                        I purchased my phone (Moto g third gen) in jan. 2016 from flipkart. Within couple of months neither speaker nor mic were working properly. I submitted the phone to service center of motorola in sector 37 faridabad and after keeping my phone for one week they returned it without any significant improvement in the same.

                        The during july month, i submitted the phone in moto service center in sahara mall gurgaon. They misbehaved with me during submission of phone but somehow i had to submit phone because i had no other option. They changed some part in the phone for mic and speaker to work properly. This problem got corrected.

                        Now, more than one month back, while i was sitting in office, i found that my display and back of phone are having a gap. When checked closely, i found that display is almost separate from its base. I thought of taking the backup in a day or two. But before that could happen. Phone went in a mode where it is only showing moto on display.

                        Now, i went to sector 37 - faridabad service station of motorola. They said that they cannot take the phone as the last complaint is yet not closed. I contacted sahara mall service center many times on that day but nobody responded. Then next day, i called them again for close to two hours and they said that they have never corrected my phone. Height of idiotic nature.

                        I again contacted sector 37 - faridabad service center. They still said it is open. As i have a office life, i did not do anything for couple of days and called again sahara mall - gurgaon service center. This time some girl checked and said yes it is open and will be closed in 5 minutes time. Same was confirmed from sahara mall after 15 minutes. But at that time, i was sitting in service center of sector 37 - faridabad. He check after 30 minutes and said yet not closed.

                        Called the same guy on wednesday (12.10.2016) and he said still not closed.

                        I am furious as what shall i do?
                        I dont want this phone to be repaired and want my money refund. I have already purchased a new phone.
                        Please guide.

                        Till date this problem has not been resolved. People are not even providing me email ID of some higher authority person. They just wrote a email that same has been escalated. But now no response.

                        Very bad of motorola. Now thinking of some legal action.

                          I buy a device Moto g4 Plus from amazon on 01.10.2016 & received on 04.10.2016 but it is not perfectly working so I want the replacement but amazon want the Service denial letter but here service center is not providing me this letter. In Surat this service center name is Ensure-060-Balaji Communication. It's address is 323, 324 Upper Ground, Arihant Complex, Udhana Navsari Road, Udhana, Surat.Their behaviour is also very bad they are not support to customers they only they can't give the service denial letter they can only repair the mobile but why I will repair new device. So from 04.10.2016 to till date I am fighting for replacement. So please do the needful in this because amazon only replace this device when Motorola give me the service denial letter with the stamp otherwise I have to take this faulty device so please urgently send me that letter and please take the action against this service center and Please do this on urgent basis.                                 I have purchased moto g phone. After a month or two, the phone stopped working properly. I have submitted it to service centre. They changed mother board and when i took it back, their was an issue with speakers. I again submitted it to service centre. They changed speakers but they were again not working properly. After a week, phn again stopped working. I have again submitted it to service centre. It still z not working. I want the replacement of this phn. Its under warranty.

                                  I am using moto g 2nd gen.. Its almost 2 years old. From last two weeks i am facing a problem. The upper part of the phone gets heat up and battery starts draining very fast. Even if the phone is not in use the battery is decreasing for no reason. The battery in settings shows that the most battery is used by the mobile networks even if there is no sim in phone.
                                  It's pathetic..
                                  My is burning from last 2 weeks..
                                  I want answer what's the problem??

                                    My phone Moto E2(4G LTE) is in service center ago 37 days and service center is not response on my complian. The problem is only in motherboard of phone and one time they service and fit a wrong motherboard in my phone. That motherboard is 3G's phone and my phone is 4G model.

                                    I want to refund my money because I not satisfied in that phone.

                                      The above phone set was purchased on 31/7/2016. Initial it could not be known is it the instrument problem. I approached to the service provider airtel, who after all investigation found nothing wrong in their service, though they suggested to replace the new sim. But in vain. I could not guess, there may be a problem in the set itself.

                                      When i approached to the dealer as well as the customer care, it was suggested to contact moto service center in dehradun. Having approached to the service centre, they in first instance, returned the set same day, stating that needful has been done.

                                      Next day again i approached to your service centre, & they agree that a definite problem exist in the set, & they kept the phone set for observation only, with out any jobsheet. Myself followed up, regularly for a week -10 days with the service centre, who told, we have diagnose the problem & the purchase order for new part is ready. However same day they asked to collect the set & explained that now phone is working & there is no problem in sim reading. They also suggested to have a new, micro sim which i did, but to my utter disappointment, sim slot -1 was showing no sim & sim slot -2 was having same problem as it was in the sim-1, in the incoming call' the phone... Is out of reach. Or toon - toon - toon like tune or could be connected after 4-5 attempts some time in a day.

                                      You may kindly appreciate, what will my position when in a corporate, an executive could not be contacted by the seniors or owners. You may be in a position to understand my position.

                                      Now again phone as asked by the service centre, has been given to service centre but i am not sure the fault will be rectified. But i want to understand from the moto g, why i should be suffered with out any fault of mine, why a new set is not being offered as a reputed company to a reputed corporate employees.

                                      I am sure, i will get a sensible, justifiable solution at the earliest with any much hassle now.

                                        I have purchase motorola hand set model no xt1079 motog (2nd gen) on[protected] through flipkart vide invoice no-pl-f12793729, i have uses sim 2 and it was working fine on 7th i have taken another sim to used for internet when i used in sim-1 not working and suddenly i have trace your service center in web site and visited your authorized service center m/s smart service, ser15/e (666) bapuji nagar bhubaneswar, orissa.
                                        The repetitive of service enter inform me sim 1 slot is defective not cover under warranty, repairing cost will be rs 1800/- and advice you can contact to head office at gurgaon they can replaced the set free of cost because the set was defective from manufacturing.

                                        You are requested please replace the set as soon as possible with a new one, because the set was manufacturing defect as recommended your authorize service center.
