I had bought the MOTO X style mobile on 8th May 2016 from Flipkart..After a few months o[censored]sing, the problem o[censored]nable to charge the mobile phone from turbo charger given by Motorola.
I had visited your authorised centre of Vile Parle West, Mumbai-400056 to B2X The Customer Company called as M2 MOBICARE on 24th September'2016 and explained the problem o[censored]nable to charged the mobile. The service person had himself the tried with so many charger available with him, but he could not to do so.He told that there was some problem in the motherboard. He asked to keep the mobile with them once the same is repaired, he will give a call for collection..My service report no. given by company as follow:

Thereafter, I am calling to service center on week to week basis. I am used to get the COMMON answer of "PARTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REPAIRS, AND WILL GET WITHIN 2/3 DAYS" since its not received from MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER.
Even I had contacted to Motorola Customer care to resolve this issue, but its always again common answer of OUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU. They will unable to help to resolve this issue from their end. And till date, no support team is given returned call for resolve this issue.
Now, I am request you to Motorola Support team to give a concrete answer of when they will provide the spare parts required by service center and expected date of returned my repaired product to me..Or else give me the contact details i.e E mail id or Telephone No. of Head-Motorola Support team or COO-Motorola or CEO-Motorola, so I can escalate the matter further to resolve this pending issue of your support team.
