Sir,
This is to draw your kind attention regarding the fact that my mobile phone bearing job no.-srste[protected] has undergone technical fault and for that i have already submitted my set to your service centre on[protected]. It has been suggested by you that the set require an update of software system. But it is a matter of great surprice and shock that regarding the updating no intimation has been given by you. But i was informed that the set would be given back next day as per advice, i went to your service centre but i was requested of no information. I am now in a tensed mood. For the few days i will be out of station for my urgent need.
Kindly do something so that i can get back my mobile set without any problem.

    Charging port burnt alongwith charger pin.
    Customer support person don't know the exact status of the mobile after 22 days. Even one of the member saying that I am not the only customer to deal with. Very poor response from the service center.
    I got a mail of matter escalation and still no response. I told them that I am suffering a lot without mobile but still they are taking it lightly.

    Still issue pending.
    I got call around 22nd Oct that my problem is escalated then I call again around 28th Oct and they said that my problem is not escalated and they will escalate now.
    Situation after escalation is, Today I got call and they are saying parts are received but insufficient. So it will take more days to get other parts. It is what is the customer service they are providing.

    I will recommend Moto G only if you want to use your mobile for some time. Once it is out of work better to buy a new one instead of waiting for their service.

      Moto G4 plus Mobile bought in June had issues with Audio jack and with few other shake and motion features. we had given for repair on 4th August and were informed that we would get back on 12th August .. on 12th August we got a call saying will need to wait for few more days and this is continuing till date. Finally i approached to amazon for help as i had bought it from there. Amazon team informed me that they will replace the handset provided that Motorola gives in writing that the device couldn't be reapaired. when we informed this to Moto Customer Center they say they have no such policies and agian kept dragging the dates. waiting till date no positive work around yet.. mobile is still with the service center and each time only new extended delivery dates are promised.

      This is worst service experience that i have had till date..buying Moto Phone was the biggest mistake i did. will make sure neither do I nor any one of my circle will ever buy any moto product. Really dissatisfied with kindly of service they give and the Bunch of executives they have. the executives need to learn on how to talk to customers and they can say to customers phrases like" do whatever you wanna do" "you are free to take action against us", etc.

        I bought mobile on 28th may 2016, from starting onwards, my mobile got hanging problem while dialing the outgoing calls, after first service also, i have faced same problem, then i have given to the service in chennai, nearly 2 months taken, not repaired my mobile.
        if i asked for refund, they saying not possible., they saying only repair/ replacement parts done in the service center.
        Please check my mobile is in service center nearly 2 months.

          I handed over my phone to moto care center dehradun on 7/10/2016 near clock tower, the problem was just the charging jack was damaged now the phone was working fine else..they told the expense would be around[protected]...now there was no response from them till i called them they excused the part has not reached yet...now when i called them they asked me to pick up the phone on monday...i went there today and now they said battery is not working and are asking for an expense around 2800...the battery was working fine before i handed it over to them as the jack got damaged just the day before i submitted it ti them...

            My name is Amit Sharma and I am working as Manager operations in Jawahar Eye Hospital Meerut. My issue is that i have purchased a Motorola -G-3 handset from one of the local vendors in meerut and now the sim -1 slot is not working .I went to your Motorola Service Centre in Bagwati Complex Shop No-7 they said they require the online bill when i provided then the online bill now they are saying that the model o no of the handset is not mentioned on the online bill.No online bill mentions the Model no but the IMEI No of the Handset is mentioned on the Online bill.
            I, would like to request you-
            1) Please provide me the Online bill if there is any in which the model no is mentioned on my mail id :- [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@jawahareyehospital.com & [protected]@jawahareyehospital.com.
            2) or else please resolve my issue on urgent basis.

              1 i cannot stop alarm buzzer
              2 though i don't dial any number calls are made to various numbers automatically

              I got repaired from your thane service centre maharashtra twice on 6.6.2016& 6.10.2016. I am going to lodge the mobile
              Tomorrow for the same problem
              As this is software problem & it is in warranty period please change the mobile
              & give me new one. This is manufacturing defect from the beginning. This problem may occur in future also.

                  My handset moto g3 imei/serial no [protected] purchased on 7 dec 2015 from flipkart. My phone has brightness issue and subsequently i submitted my phone at motorola registered service center at sanjay palace agra under warranty on 24 sep 2016. Jobsheet no. Srine[protected].

                    Hi, I have bought my Moto X Play mobile in feb 2016 from flipkart.
                    It has some heating issues, then in july i faced issue with incoming calls.
                    I was not able to hear from the other side if i don't use headphones. As there was no service center near me i was not able to communicate with any service center. In Aug I found a new service center opened, so I went ahead & deposited my phone there. It has been more than 2 month, but i have not got may mobile fixed. Its under warranty. The service center also doesnot pickup up the call whenever I make any call to know about my phone status. So I have travel 17 km every statuary just to know my phone status, & every time i got a NO in response. Whats the point of buying a new phone if it will stay at service center & i still have to use my old phone. I am still paying the EMIs of the phone even if I am not using it since 3 month. Very disappointed & frustrated.

                      I bought my moto g3 from flipkart and it's not even 6 months old, it is defective. So i submited it to the motorala solutions bhubaneswar. They gave me the delivery date and they're backing up now. It's more than a month now and they still haven't confirmed about my cellphone. i travel around 20km to reach motorola solutions and they avoid it asking me to come tomorrow and tomorrow and it went on. They don't confirm you even when you call them.

                        I had bought the MOTO X style mobile on 8th May 2016 from Flipkart..After a few months o[censored]sing, the problem o[censored]nable to charge the mobile phone from turbo charger given by Motorola.

                        I had visited your authorised centre of Vile Parle West, Mumbai-400056 to B2X The Customer Company called as M2 MOBICARE on 24th September'2016 and explained the problem o[censored]nable to charged the mobile. The service person had himself the tried with so many charger available with him, but he could not to do so.He told that there was some problem in the motherboard. He asked to keep the mobile with them once the same is repaired, he will give a call for collection..My service report no. given by company as follow:

                        The copy of details service report is enclosed herewith for your reference.

                        Thereafter, I am calling to service center on week to week basis. I am used to get the COMMON answer of "PARTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REPAIRS, AND WILL GET WITHIN 2/3 DAYS" since its not received from MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER.

                        Even I had contacted to Motorola Customer care to resolve this issue, but its always again common answer of OUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU. They will unable to help to resolve this issue from their end. And till date, no support team is given returned call for resolve this issue.

                        Now, I am request you to Motorola Support team to give a concrete answer of when they will provide the spare parts required by service center and expected date of returned my repaired product to me..Or else give me the contact details i.e E mail id or Telephone No. of Head-Motorola Support team or COO-Motorola or CEO-Motorola, so I can escalate the matter further to resolve this pending issue of your support team.

                        Mine is the same problem. I have submitted my mobile MOTO X PLAY in servicing center on 31st Aug-16. Today 26th Oct-2016. Till now i did not get any response. When ever i contact to Servicing center and customer care they repeated the same answers. Not yet ready. More 3 days. Its 2 moths completed but 3 days are not completed for them.

                        Very Very bad services and products quality also very bad. And it is very irritating that the behavior of service persons. I have seen many products are having the problems with mother board.

                        Better not to buy motorola products. Its saves your money and time.

                        I have decided to file the issue in consumer forum. I have the proof of all call recordings.

                        I have sent a mail to "[protected]@motorola.com" through my mail id "[protected]@gmail.com" along with the attachment of work order. I called many times to motorola cust care also. Those people giving the wrong information.

                        You people provide the status that the part is transit and device will be returned by Saturday. But now the service center person said that still the part is not available and it is not yet dispatched from origin. Whose words should i believe? Again if i call to cust care regarding clarification they asked me to wait till 17.11.2016.

                        How many days should i wait like this? you are behaving like irresponsible fellows. I have submitted it on 31st Aug 2016. Today date is 11th Nov. Its nearly 3 months.

                        Pl Give me an exact status and call me back on +91 [protected] asap.

                          My name is Ram Chavan, last month I had submitted my Moto X Play handset at Motorola Service Center, Vashi - Sector 17 ... after 15 days I called them to know repairing status but they answered that new part was not sent by Motorola and asked me to call at Moto customer care ... And when I called customer care each and every customer executive that had spoken to me they even didn't gave satisfied answer

                            I have owned Motorola G-3rd generation which was launched in July 2015. As per Motorola software update policy that device will get the latest software update from company till 18 months from the date of phone launched. Google released android Naught in August 2016 so Motorola G3 is eligible for software update but I am not found moto G3 in company's official blog update list.

                            I wrote the mail to company too but Thier representative inform me that Motorola G3 hardware is not supported while Moto G4 play has the lower hardware then Moto G3.

                            Company is violating Thier policy. 9 out of 10 Motorola user purchased the phone because of software update assurance from company which may company broken and killed Thier brand image.

                              This is to inform that i have been facing a very serious issue regarding the component problems in my phone. issue as mentioned below:
                              Phone bought - 18th july
                              1. memory card slot damaged fund on 28th-30th july. notified to motorola service station. reply: can't be repaired since its motherboard problem.
                              After frequent follow ups, no solution
                              2. otg slot found not working. pendrives not readable - 7th september. notified to motorola service station. reply: can't be repaired since its motherboard problem.
                              3. phone is not charged sometimes since feature turbocharging doesn't works.

                                Even after repeated visit unable to get it repaired for camera picture poor quality (blur images) even after 23 days on the pretext of nonavailablity of parts supply needed for which customer is not responsible. frustrated & unable to bear mental torture & type of harassment even after spending rs.15000. affecting on health and working ability for which i need mobile. requesting to help me in getting repaired as service centre is telling they need some more weeks which is unacceptable. good service means best survival of the company in present day competition field.

                                  I have purchased moto G4 Plus in Jun 24 2016 first of all sim slot 1 is not at all detecting then after some days just by slip of leg my handset fell down and glass have cracked.later rushed to service center and they said touch pad have damaged will fit it and give after 2 days they said motherboard have bend so its unable to fit the touch pad.so motorola motherboard is really so delicate just by slip of leg it will bend and also its gorilla glass how it will go for crack so pls help me what to do next will motherboard get repaired in warranty or any other other option.

                                      My cellphone is given to motorola service centre for repairing on date[protected] and 25 days gone out my cellphone is not repaired yet I don't have any cell to use so requested to do fast as possible but company not replaced my mob yet please do fast as possible because the service center executive said to complaint about this problem my motherboard is not replaced from company yet...25 days gone yet how much time the Motorola company is taking.

                                      Dear concern I have a moto g3 recently my 2nd sim slot was broken while pulling out the sim, so I went into the Ensure Support Services India Limited, Ulubari Guwahati. They said to replace the slot it with take around 3 months and still they are also not sure if then it will be done. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

                                        I gave my moto x style to Nagashree Communications because of charging problems. The phone stopped turbo charging. They told me the motherboard had to be replaced, it has now been 1.5 months and since day 1 all they have been saying is it will take another 3-4 days. It should not take 1.5 months for an under warranty repair. Please help

                                        Sir i have submitted my phone motorola g3 on 20 September 2016. My phone has not repaired yet . I called several times to service centre but they are not telling when they will repair my phone.
                                        Please consider my problem.
