I being a loyal customer to Motorola preferred to purchase Motorola mobiles again and again and recommended my friends and relative to purchase Motorola only. But for last 4 months I have been facing many issues regarding service.
After half an hour of opening your service center offices customer are unable to submit their mobiles for repair. The reason behind is hardly 1 or 2 service center exists in a city and that also accepts other brands for service. Which in result completes their daily target to receive the mobiles for service.
Customer need to travel from distance to give their mobile for service and in a single visit he/she can not get their number as the token for the day exhausted.
After so much of pain if he/she submits their mobile still they could not get the surety of any timeline to receive back their mobiles.
Once the customer receives back their mobile considering the fact that it has been repaired properly, the same issue arises only after few months and again he has to go through all the pains.
Now how can a customer ideally think to be a loyal customer any more !!!

I too have gone through these pains and now after submitting my mobile for second time 3 weeks ago, i have been told again and again that I will get back my mobile in a week time. I would like to ask a question that what should be the maximum duration to provide the service? Has Motorola taken their customers as granted that they won't opt for any other option in future?

I given my mobile in your service center on 15th Nov 16 to replace sim card slot and not yet received back .one month over from warranty period without used, we will give complaints to consumer cort for this issue ...

    I have submitted my handset moto x play for repairing in Moto care thane service centre on 25.11.16. first they told me your mobile will be repaired within 7 days i have enquired about my handset several times. they are still saying we will required 15 to 20 days more for repairing. I don't have 4G handset for use my Sim card. it is very inconvenient to me. so i request you to kindly confirm delivery within time from moto customer care centre thane, i have enclosed job sheet copy the handset below.

    i have visited again to the moto care service centre. they provided me one more job sheet which is attached below & they told me we are unable to say sure about when your mobile will be delivered because of parts are not available in the warehouse.

      This is with respect to the conversation held between me and motorola Executive. Even after frequent follow ups and mails, motorola gives a damn to the request made. As conveyed by executive, I myself was to take care of this situation by doing the follow ups since I WAS REPLIED THAT "we request you to follow up the case with the above reference number"

      For the same, a mail id or contact was asked to be provided with, but none of the above received yet nor any progress has been found in this regard.

      SUGGEST AGAIN TO PROVIDE AGAIN WITH THE DETAILS SO, THE PROGRESS CAN BE FOLLOWED UP AS MENTIONED BY THE EXECUTIVE.

        Sir/Madam,
        We gave our Motorola mobile phone Modal SM, XT1068, IN, RETAIL, BLK, 16 GB Customer code C0025-SIM Card Problem, Problem Code P0030-SIM/UMTS/ SD today 8.12.16 at 12.25pm. They told Rs 1300/ charges and gave time for one month for the part.We agreed and left our mobile.Within 20-25 minutes phone came from the service station that the problem is solved and come with Rs 1300/.
        We are surprised how they can repair with in 20-30 minutes while they were asking for one month.
        We are in dilemma that really they are charging honestly.Shall we send it to company for our satisfaction.

          Description: On Nov 24, I started to see an unexpected behavior with my phone. When I try to unlock the phone by hitting the power key, the phone display doesn't wake up and the phone heats up. So, I researched online (Motorola forums, and others), called the customer care, posted on Motorola FB & Twitter pages, went to the Connaught Place service center where they refused to take my phone because I reached 15 minutes before their closing time and asked me to come the next morning. I then went to their Noida service center (because CP is very far from Malviya Nagar) because I couldn't afford to miss another day at work. At the Noida service center, they again refused to take the phone because they said this service center only accepts Moto E3 power. Disgusting, isn't it? I agonizingly asked for a manager and somehow managed to submit the phone there and they said they will send the phone to CP. Motorola's social media support team contacted me several times on gmail and I expressed my frustration. So, on Dec 6, they told me that my phone has liquid infiltration and wasn't covered under warranty. My phone was never immersed in water despite the fact that my device is splash resistant. Without any reason, they are telling me that I'll have to pay Rs. 5000 for the repair. Now they are not replying via any channels.

          I'm done with Motorola now. I advocated for your brand and got around 10 Moto devices for my family and this is what I get? Pathetic service?

          Now your service center says Moto G3 is covered under warranty (for water logging) and Moto G3 Turbo is not. Your brand has become a piece of shit.

          You have surely lost a customer and a fan!

            Moto g 4 Plus is my 3rd phone from Motorola. Everything is good about the Phone except the camera lens . The Scratches on the lens is increasing day by day even after taking proper care of it resulting in poor quality picture. I can even see other people having the same problem.

            I think the coting on the lens is not proper.

            Please help on this.

              I bought Moto G4 from amazon when it was launched a couple of months ago, now i am facing some frequent issues like:
              while answering the phone at times i am not able to hear the person or the other side or Vice Versa.
              Also, the phone gets really slow at times, it starts lagging in its performance.
              my use of this phone is not very extensive as it was bought for my Mother and she is the one who is using it, hence basic functions also it shows slowness in its performance.

                Hi is abhinav,
                I had purchased motog4 plus from flipcart during july2016 and now within 5 months facing lots of inconvenience in using this since battery draining down immediately even after full charging its charging drop down to 40% within 20 min from 100% with no usage and data off.
                Need also having issues with charging as sometimes it doesn't detect it charing.
                Expecting immediate resolution for this.

                  I gave my phone on 18th October, 2016. My phone was Moto X Play (XT1562). The service center guy told me that he will give me my phone within 20 days. After 20 days i went over there and ask them for my phone they told me that the part which is to be replaced has not yet came. They told me to wait 1 more week. I again went over there but they still didnt got the part. And the service guys talked to me very rudely and they dont receive my phone calls also.
                  At the end they told me that you will get a replacement and you will get a new phone i.e. Moto G4 Plus.
                  Daily i call them and they tell me to wait for 2 days and all
                  Today on 5th December, 2016 i.e after 47 days also they are not giving me my phone and when i call them they talk to me rudely and dont give me proper answers.
                  Also whenever you call them there phone is always switched off or out of reach

                  This is the 20th day since I submitted my phone before the Motorola Authorized service center Doctorfone services for warranty repair...I tried calling for service status...but they replying me its still waiting for the part to come..

                    I have got my motog4 from last 5 months back, I had some issues with display, I gave it to Motorola service center in Mangalore, Karnataka, for exactly 3 times for the same issue, and still it didn't resolved and in 5 months almost nearly 2 months I didn't use it since I gve it for repair this is really worst and I don't know what to do, even though I was a moto user from earlier I am thinking that choosing moto product is the bad choice!!!.😣😣

                      Purchasing moto phone was a mistake?

                      This is really a matter of shame that motorola is taking more than 30 days to repair the device.

                      Even though moto announced that update for Android7 is available from October21 in OTA, yet Not received any update. after Lenovo owned moto, the name of brand get spoiled. Recently Sony Xperia X launched update of Android7 today.
                      please give update as soon as possibleso that I can see the heating issue according to new update.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had purchased MotoX Play mobile phone (Model-XT1562 and IMEI No: [protected]) on 14thJan’2016. It had been functioning well throughout. However, on 5th Nov’16, the mobile internal speaker stopped functioning i.e I was not able to hear any voice during the call but on switching on loudspeaker mode the loudspeaker was working. I took it to Motorola Authorized Service Center at Immortal Services, 92, Ambedkar Road, 1st Floor, Ghaziabad, UP. After the Inspection the engineer confirmed that the internal speaker has to be replaced and as they don’t had the same at that moment I was told that it will take a week’s time for part to connect and I will get my mobile post that only. I didn’t had any spare phone but I had no choice but to leave the phone .I was told that I will be informed to collect the phone once the part was repaired.I took the receipt with Job Number:AMSGAZ002999 and left expecting that my problem will be resolved as per the commitment given.

                        However post passing of a week on 16th Nov’16 I started calling up the service center on given No.[protected] but nobody answered the call even after calling 10 -10 times on 16th and 17th and I was forced to visit the service center today morning to find out that the part has still not arrived and it will take more time when I asked about reason for delay there was no logical response .When I asked them about the expected time problem resolution I was told that there is no fixed date it would come by month end .I asked them about the top officials numbers and complaints process they gave me the Customer care Contact No:[protected] .As I was totally annoyed and wanted proper response and timeline I called up the given number whereby I was attended and was asked about all the details and issues .I gave them the details and was assured that I will receive a mail and a call back but to my surprise nobody called up and hence I am forced to write this mail.

                        I have brought any Motorola product for the first time and my experience has been very bitter wrt to service and casual attitude of people .I wonder in today’s competitive scenario how can a company take 20 days to replace a speaker of an active model which while selling the product claims that they have got the best service network. Sorry to say sir but you need lot of improvement.

                        Anyhow I request you to please let me know that whether my problem will be resolved in next 2 days or not as I cannot wait till monthend .In case the same cannot be resolved I request you to please replace the mobile or refund my money else I will have to take up the issue on social media across platforms.

                            How are you? Trust you are doing great.

                            I am writing you to bring to your notice regarding the problems I faced with your product and customer service center.

                            Bought Moto X Style in May 2016. Started facing following problems within 5 months of product purchase - 1) Screen turning RED and BLUE sometimes 2) Mobile data is not switching from Sim 1 to Sim 2 3) Phone hand and heating 4) Mobile data not getting switched ON at international location with international SIM. Refer attached image "Complaint - Service Note - 19 Nov 2016" - service complaint submitted at your customer service center. Along with this, also attaching the image of phone condition at the time of submission at customer service center - refer attached file "Phone photo at submission - 19 Nov 2016"

                            Very very poor customer service - was shocked to see such a bad quality service from Motorola. Highlight the key concerns below. Had to write it to you because customer service center people are very rude and not ready to listen -

                            1) I showed and mail them the video showing how my handset screen changes colour and behaves weird. I told them to write on the service note that customer has shared the video. There was rude response from their side on this.
                            2) Staff was very rude, untrained.
                            3) When I went their yesterday to collect the phone after repair, shocked to see so many scratched on the back of the phone. Have clicked images (refer "Phone photo at the time of receiving - 29 Nov 2016 - 1 and 2)" in the attachment. They said these scratches were there at the time of submission. You can clearly see the image at the time submission and receiving, scratches are lot more. I have the time and date stamp in my phone for the images and can prove it easily.
                            4) As per executive at your service center, screen of my phone has been replaced. I we look at the phone, screen is not properly fit in. It is coming out of the edges not as it was original.

                            I have not picked up the phone yesterday and wanted to write to you.

                            First of all, phone getting such severe problems (as mentioned above) within 5 months of purchase raises lot of concerns about the product quality. And then such pathetic customer service from Motorola is highly disappointing.

                            I want to return this product ASAP and provide me refund of my money because of above concerns and pathetic experiences. Otherwise, I will have to take legal action seeking damages.

                            Looking forward to your response and refund of my money ASAP.

                              Hi,

                              I own a Moto G4 Plus phone and around 10 days ago charger stopped working. I went to the Motorola Customer Care in Gurgaon (Sahara Mall Branch) and handed over the same to them. They asked me to wait for 10 days while it gets replaced. It sounded too much for a charger when other companies are doing it on the spot itself but I agreed after my friend asked me to let it go as we were getting late for office

                              Customer care people called me again today and asked me wait for 20 days more and this is so frustrating for me. I told them clearly that its not feasible for me to manage without a charger. I told to provide me a temporary charger for few days but they denied for the same too.

                              I must say that this is not expected from a highly reputed company like Motorola. Please look into the issue as soon as possible.

                                I had purchased a Moto Xplay on 20-march-2016, suddenly i am facing some issue with the charging port and then i submitted my phone to my nearest service center and now It has been 4 weeks and still the issue has not been resolved and Motorola service center is stating the part has not arrived & to bear with them.
                                Every week they are saying it will be resolved the next week.PFB the details..

                                  I am Nitin V Chaun. I was used Moto 4g Plus since may 2016. My Mobile back/rear camera got scrateched so that i was submitted my mobile to Moto Service Centre at Jamnagar Which Job sheet No Is SRINE[protected] on Datede Nov 24- 2016. The assistant of Sevice centre told me that The rear camera glass wasnt available in service centre since Moto Plus Mobile Launched please help me ragarding this issue

                                    I had purchased a Moto G4 Plus on 9-July-2016 and this is the second time I have given it for repair on 5-Nov-2016.
                                    It has been 4 weeks now and still the issue has not been resolved and Motorola service center is stating the part has not arrived & to bear with them.

                                      I have given my phone for the repair of its camera. N ur care center of sahara mall gurgaon have given me the tym of 7-10days and now they are saying i lt will takeb10more days. Cz phn is being repaired bt it being replaced by the wrong part which is nt wrkng properly. Wat is this. Is this the way of doing work. people trust moto that doesnt mean they will accept oll ur faults. Wat does they mean tht it is being replaced by wrong part. Didnt they chk the part before changing it. I want my phn till tomorrow cz m leaving gurgaon on 1st mrng.

                                        I have submitted my moto g4 plus in the authorised service center in tilak nagar, new delhi on 4th of november 2016 and they told me to come after a week and collect the device but when i got there they told me to come after another week and then another week . they havent returned my mobile yet . as i know they must have to return my device within 14 days but its 20th day today . i havent bought motorola for this kind of service, whats the difference between motorola and karbon if motorola gonna provide this kind of service . my jobsheet no. is AMSKCWD000271 .

                                        Moto G4 Plus shuts off even if it is fully charged. Started having this problem since a month. Now I see more similar complaints on this forum. What is done to address the problem. Should motorola not replace these faulty handsets
