I ordered MOTO G PLUS 4th Gen (WHITE, 32 GB) bearing

Within a month from the date of purchase I started facing issues in the handset.
Issues were :
1) Device automatically gets turn off frequently,
2) Battery - battery started draining out fast,
3) Torch/Flash light turn off automatically within few seconds after turning it on.
In order to get it done under warranty I went to the
B2X Motorola Care Service Center, Gurgaon Sahara Mall,
S-113, First Floor, Sahara Mall, M.G. Road, Gurgaon (Haryana)

on 1st of August 2016.
They checked the handset and said that will look into this matter (both software + hardware) and it will take 10 to 15 days and gave me the Job Sheet (Job no : AMSGSM002321)
I called them after 10 days to know whether the problem has been solved or not. They said that the problem is with the hardware and they have ordered the hardware, the delay is from the Motorola's end so it will take a week more. I called them frequently (on August 13th, 19th & 22th )to know about the status of the issue.
After a long wait for 22 days (on 22nd August 2016) I got the device. Asked them about the hardware issue which they had said on the telephonic conversation but in return got the reply that the issue was with the software only so had resolved the software issue.
The device worked well for a couple of weeks and the same problems started coming back which I have mentioned above.
Again for the second time I visited the same Service Center told them that the issues have not been resolved.
They did the same thing again - kept the handset for repair and said that they will check software + hardware and will resolve the issues in 7- 10 days and handed me the Job Sheet (Job no : AMSGSM003861)
I got the handset after 15 days, frequently called them to know the status. This time got the reply from Service center that they have solved the issue and changed the battery and said that, this time I will not face the same issue.
Now I am really fed up with the same issues again and again for the Third time within 20 days from this second repair done. Even Five months have not yet passed since I bought the handset.
The problem is the same i.e.- device turns off automatically
I was a regular customer of Apple/Nokia from last 10 years and had never faced such problems from service providers.
I cannot keep visiting the service center for the same problem again and again. Already I had taken two half day leave from office due to this ridiculous service by your service center.
I don’t want to go on social sites and make the scenario viral regarding my problem as till now I am waiting for serious response from you guys.
I WANT YOU TO REPLACE/EXCHANGE THIS FAULTY HANDSET ASAP as I am fed-up with this handset issues. Otherwise, I need to complaint now in consumer court for this.
