Dear service provider

i have owned motorola handset from last six month but i have send my set thrice to service centre for hanging and touch not working issue but every time i got my set back after software up dation after some days problem occurred again now i have face same problem again & service centre not responding from last ten days

    Sir, I bought this Moto G4 plus two months back from Amazon. But after a month the mobile started opening the files/apps automatically! It happens occasionally. After re-starting the phone remains normal.On consulting the nearby authorised Moto g service centre, they said it's touch screen is faulty and needs replacement.
    Before I proceed to change of touch screen, I request you to guide me whether to go ahead with this.

      I had bought this mobile in the month of feb 2016. I had found an issue with my mobile speaker and reached flipkart with the same. But they refused to take any intiative on replacement since it was happened to be found after 30days. So i had given it to motorola service center (In t-nagar authorised by you) and asked for an replacement. They said they wont replace it for some minor complaints like this and serviced my mobile and given back to me after 60days. But still the problem with the speaker was persist even after the service. So i had went back to them and repeated the same story. Again they had taken one more month and replaced the mother board and given back to me. This time not only the problem solved and additionally they did a bonus to us which is they had damaged the panel. They have a given written with an order number that they would replace the panel. Now it gone passed 1 month of their assurance, they have given us a replay still they didn't get any load yet (Visited personally multiple times).

      Again the same problem exists with the speaker even after the service. I gave the mobile for service oct 13, again (This is a third time) they are told to replacing the mother board and not servicing yet.

      Now they are not picking the call if am calling, at the same time they are picking the calls if i used to call from an unknown number. This shows that your service center is how trust worthy. It took 5 mins to frame this mail but still i don't know that you would read this all but you could see this words clearly i need replacement. I had my mobile in my hand only for few day after purchased it on feb. Only your service center people used it more than me. That's not my intention and i did purchase this mobile for your test experiments that you are doing with my mobile right now (Changing mother boards, panels, speakers). I am really tired by visiting your service center and moreover they are not responding properly. We are not buying products for visiting your service center and that's what i got paid for purchasing your product. Kindly refund either my money or new mobile. If you are gonna do this same further. I have all the document and i will go to consumer care with those docs.

      My warranty will expire next 2 months.

      Refund or replace.

        I am making this post to get attention of concerned authority. Thrice i submitted device in care.

        I was getting issue of sim1 slot and auto switch off (battery) issue exist from moto care side from last 3 months .So i went to the service center and told them the issue.First they told me it was software issue, so they installed the android again.But no luck the issue was still there!.So they told me battery part would have to be replaced.Now it has been 25 & 25= 50+ days the phone has not got repaired.I called them up and asked what is going they told me that the part have not yet been released from the warehouse.The phone can reach from Amazon in 3 days but parts cannot reach the service center.So this problem is not due to the service center but the authorised person who at Chennai are not prompt enough.I have also got my case escalated but it is not of great use.

        Very Simple call receive from motorola (Srinath Babu) he says ... have you get any repair confirmation date from care.
        Care has already given me 28th Nov date for final repair.
        What about my device three months warranty ??? Shrinath Says I am not responsible for that.

        If after repair device is not work then what should i DO???

        I have same Problem With My MOTO 4G Plus since a time of purchase (oct 2016)its work two or three days Fairly after that it auto shutdown While battery Level is up to 70%, and after restart it become 14% to 17 %
        i reset the Phone Twice but Problem is same
        Now these it's become more painful even i won't able to talk with someone or can't chk whatsapp
        not working more then 1 minute

        I think this problem is for this entire version of Moto, although all other model Working fine ...
        So due to this today I submitted this to Nearby care center, and waiting for their revert

          service center from Hyderabad, (chaitanyapuri, dilsukh nagar, contact no.[protected] providing worse service i have seen i put my phone in service center before 12 days and they call me after every 3-4 day and send be back by saying parts are not available.please take required action as soon as possible. my phone is in warranty period and they are not following there policy.

            I ordered MOTO G PLUS 4th Gen (WHITE, 32 GB) bearing
            IMEI NO 1 : [protected]

            from Amazon on 9th June 2016 (order no:[protected] and received on 13th June 2016
            Within a month from the date of purchase I started facing issues in the handset.
            Issues were :
            1) Device automatically gets turn off frequently,
            2) Battery - battery started draining out fast,
            3) Torch/Flash light turn off automatically within few seconds after turning it on.

            In order to get it done under warranty I went to the
            B2X Motorola Care Service Center, Gurgaon Sahara Mall,
            S-113, First Floor, Sahara Mall, M.G. Road, Gurgaon (Haryana)

            on 1st of August 2016.
            They checked the handset and said that will look into this matter (both software + hardware) and it will take 10 to 15 days and gave me the Job Sheet (Job no : AMSGSM002321)
            I called them after 10 days to know whether the problem has been solved or not. They said that the problem is with the hardware and they have ordered the hardware, the delay is from the Motorola's end so it will take a week more. I called them frequently (on August 13th, 19th & 22th )to know about the status of the issue.
            After a long wait for 22 days (on 22nd August 2016) I got the device. Asked them about the hardware issue which they had said on the telephonic conversation but in return got the reply that the issue was with the software only so had resolved the software issue.

            The device worked well for a couple of weeks and the same problems started coming back which I have mentioned above.

            Again for the second time I visited the same Service Center told them that the issues have not been resolved.
            They did the same thing again - kept the handset for repair and said that they will check software + hardware and will resolve the issues in 7- 10 days and handed me the Job Sheet (Job no : AMSGSM003861)
            I got the handset after 15 days, frequently called them to know the status. This time got the reply from Service center that they have solved the issue and changed the battery and said that, this time I will not face the same issue.

            Now I am really fed up with the same issues again and again for the Third time within 20 days from this second repair done. Even Five months have not yet passed since I bought the handset.
            The problem is the same i.e.- device turns off automatically

            I was a regular customer of Apple/Nokia from last 10 years and had never faced such problems from service providers.

            I cannot keep visiting the service center for the same problem again and again. Already I had taken two half day leave from office due to this ridiculous service by your service center.

            I don’t want to go on social sites and make the scenario viral regarding my problem as till now I am waiting for serious response from you guys.

            I WANT YOU TO REPLACE/EXCHANGE THIS FAULTY HANDSET ASAP as I am fed-up with this handset issues. Otherwise, I need to complaint now in consumer court for this.

              I Surya Rao User of MOTOROLA X PLAY(XT1562 Black 32GB) was using very comfortably the phone without using any SD crad in the phone from November 2015.
              Last month I tried to attach SD card in my MOTOROLA X PLAY (XT1562 Black 32GB) which was claiming expandable up to 128GB not even supporting my 32GB 10th class SD card. Then I tried other SD cards in my Handset and I found it was not supporting a single SD card of any class. then I checked the cards in other sets even the other MOTOROLA X PLAY handset and the cards were working properly.
              On November 5 2016, I reported MOTOROLA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER Jamshedpur (as listed on MOTOROLA Official website https://motorola-mobility-en-in.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service-center-locator) and they told there is a problem in SD card slot it will take around 30 days to return my repaired handset.
              As I wanted my repaired handset in within a reasonable time because 30 day for repairing a card slot is too much time.
              At that time I contacted your customer care executive ( Reference id:[protected] and he assured me that they will consider my problem and try to minimise my service time and I can track my status of repairing anytime.
              On November 8 2016, I tried to track my repairing status on your online customer chat service...your chat service executive told me that she is not able to track my phone status and she also assured that she will forward my problem and give me status of repairing by call.
              From that day Neither I got any call from MOTOROLA nor any mail regarding my handset service status.
              All I have to say that I am very disappointed with your lethargic service an irresponsible behaviour towards your customers. Mailing you is the last move I am taking so that I still believe that someone from some level in your organisation will respond seriously to my issue. I will wait few days more than I will take a pathetic step to take my un-repaired phone back.

                Hello There,

                I recently bought Moto E3 power from flipkart and it was delivered to me on[protected]Just 25 days back). I started using it by 12-10 and in just 10 days volume up and down button fell somewhere. I contacted to motorola customer care and they said that it won't come under warranty and asking me to pay 3550 rs (As display should be changed) . Its frustrating that I just bought a brand new phone and in just 15 days some part is so loose that it went off automatically . I was trying to make them understand that its manufacturing defect (As the button was so loosely coupled because as a middle class people nobody will fight with their new phone and they keep it very safe and under cover so how it went off). Its very frustrating . Please see into the attached image and provide me some solution. Its my hard earned money .Please do something

                  Work Order No: VZI/MG/16/02500 (for New Tech Solution)

                  My motorola (moto x play) phone has “sound slow problem” due to that reason i have submitted it the New Tech Solution (Vashi) on 14th Sep 2016 which is authorized service center for motorola phones. Before that i have submitted my phone to same service center for memory card (SD card) problem on 27th Aug for same error.
                  On 10th of Sep I received call from them and they said my phone is ready by replacing new Motherboard & it is ready for collection. After collecting it I found my speaker was not functioning & I asked them to check for same.
                  They taken the phone back and registered new complaint saying the new motherboard they Replaced is also faulty & issue will be resolved in weeks time.
                  So on 03rd Oct i have added my complaint to motorola website in the response i got the reply that “We understand the importance of this issue and our goal is to help you as best as we can. As this case have gone beyond the normal support situations, we have escalated this matter and are working on a resolution as soon as possible. We will give you an update. ”
                  On 05th i got the mail from motorola in the mail they mention that “As per the update the parts that are required to repair the device will be reaching the Service center on 10/10/2016”.
                  After 10 th Oct i have visited to service center to know the current status of my phone person from service center gave me information that they have not received part yet.
                  So again i have called to the motrorola customer care to get the solution of my problem in the response person from customer care said that they will call me on 15th Oct to give me update and will provide the solution.But no one had called me on 15th.
                  So again next day i had called to customer care & again they said that on 19th Oct they will call me but no one called me.
                  Then again i called to customer care then they called me on 21st Oct on that day they said that my phone will be ready on 27th.
                  On 27th i called to New Tech Solution service center the person from service center said that they have not received part yet.
                  On the same day i called to motorola customer care they said that the there head will called me after that i received call from there head he said that on 4th Nov my phone will be ready & will be you about that but no one has called me on 4th Nov to give me update of my phone.Persons from service center they are also not answering my phone.
                  If Motorola and New Tech Solution service center are not able to repair my phone then they should give replacement against my phone. Attaching complaint copy and phone invoice (bill)
                  Kindly take appropriate action.

                    I have purchased MotoG4 Plus few month back. since 30 days it started working abruptly, it automatically staring & Closing Application

                    Its starting Bluetooth, torch etc. by itself even when i am not touching the screen

                    This problems occur even when the phone is not charging. Problem is increasing, am really very disappointed by such a product of Motorola, Also i am attaching a sample video for your reference.

                      It's been more then a month i given my mobile under warranty to get fixed by service center. I feel harassed buying motorola Mobile. 30 days i am not having a my smartphone with me.
                      They are not ready to give any information to take this further. I cannot wait without phone for more than a month to just get motherboard of the phone.

                      I am still not getting my mobile back. Service centre people are giving different answers when i go there for asking.

                        I have given my motorola phone for servicing at Tirupati Service center on 21.10.2016 but till now problem not recitified. When i ask the status of my phone, they are simply reverting that come and get back to your phone.

                        I never expected such kind of reply from a corporate service certer. If you are unable to provide service do not sell the phones and don't establish the service centrers.

                          When i buy mobile. It's produce heat so high level. Pls solve this issue or replace my mobile to new one. I hv also complains before this which wan not resolve. I purchase itv10 oct 2016 and till now it produce so high level heat. I buy from amazon and they told me to go service centre and make a doa bt that time i was not in home town. After that they i call motorola customer care and they told me to former my device bt still problems remain. I hope you will soon resolve my problem.

                            I gave my Moto g2 for repair at your service centre at Bengali market, Delhi in Oct.I was not able to charge it, and it was switched off.They changed the charging port and some software upgradation for rs1800, after which I could charge it.But when I checked the next day, the mic was not working. The centre should have done a full check after repair before giving me the phone. The mic was working fine before my phone stopped charging. I don't live in Delhi and so couldn't go back to the service centre. Please resolve the issue. There isn't a service centre where I live in Assam.

                              Within 9-10 months I have faced so many problems like outgoing sound very less, incoming sound very less, display problem, 3 to 4 moths my mobile has to kept at Service centre .

                              Presently also it is at service centre & nobody is bother to resolve the issue as early as possible.

                              I have paid money but not getting sufficient satisfactory service .

                                Just visited motorola lenova authorized service center to resolve my moto g4 plus phone camere problem but i did not hear any positivie responce. Today (05/11/2016) i went to service center and explained my phone problem and i did noy discuss anythind about warrenty at that time, but they did not check my phone and simply saying this will not cover under warrenty and this will be chargble. Atlest the ahould take my phone and should check the problem. This service center people anot strong in techinically, i thought they simply hired and candidates and working as techinicians they are not even listening my words.
                                It was very bad experiance to me and hope you understand my problem and will take action.

                                  I would charge it 100% and I hardly use my phone. It would drop to 60 or 70%. I also said that the same phone is used by my colleague is using the same phone where he is using for extensive gaming and many apps are running behind. He is using two sims. When that phone is able to get the battery life for two days. In my case i just use whatsapp for the few hours and battery drain for 40% to 50% though i charge it for 100%.

                                  Dont you understand the simple logic that the battery is at fault. Why the hell do you not understand. Why Motorola cannot replace the phone. Why i have not paid for the phone. Is it is free. OR please tell me your address i will ship it to you. You keep it for yourself. I dont want your bleady phone.OR your company only pays to do the copy paste job. Why on earth can you give me one good reason that you cannot replace the phone. I want a valid reason. Why do you sell all old refurbished goods to customers after taking money.

                                  WHY ON EARTH WARRANTY IS NOT THERE FOR THE PHONE OR YOU CLUB WITH AMAZON AND FOOL ALL INDIANS AND FOOLING PEOPLE. DONT JUST KEEP ON SENDING IN THE SAME ANSWERS. I KNOW WHAT APPLICATIONS ARE RUNNING. WHEN THE SAME AND MORE APPLICATIONS ARE RUNNING ON THE SAME PHONE OF MY COLLEAGUE AND MORE THAT MY PHONE APPLICATIONS DOESNT IT SAY THAT THE PHONE BATTERY IS AT FAULT.

                                  I WANT A REFUND OR I WOULD LAUNCH A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FORUM

                                    This is regarding the query i raised that in what terms do the damage i mentioned is covered up under a physical damage.
                                    Request you to make me understand how a usb otg and a charger port malfunction is being categorized under physical damage (when its clearly stated that this model moto x-force cannot be charged using some other ac adapter as it as turbo-charge feature).

                                    As per conversation with mr. vinay gaur, shiva kiran (technical support), the same reply was received and thus the resultant was with no help and no concern for the problem. instead i was answered that why didn't i go to the retailer (shop) for claiming the replacement.
                                    With each problem, when retailer was asked, he justified it as a very simple issue and sent me to service center for repairs, where it is being termed as motherboard problem and thus no solution.

                                    This clearly shows up that motorola is trying to avoid this issue and its solution by blindly supporting its subordinates who, without any proper justification and information, claim it under a wrong category and charge the customer for the same.

                                    Service centres are well informed and noted with the problem. they have been shown the same. (adapter and otg usb not working). but approval is pending from motorola and thus, this delay in approval is creating a mess.

                                    A justified reply is awaited with some solution to this problem since motherboard related connectivity and problem will always be unknown to any of the customer at the time of purchase.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    As stated earlier, this issue with my phone is getting unbearable. Options for Extra Storage (MMC) has malfunctioned. Options for Data transfer (OTG) and USB connectivity has malfunctioned. And Now the Charging also gets failed sometimes (Turbo charging) due to improper connectivity and thus i have to keep myself busy or take care in between, in adjusting the adapter pin so it gets turbo charged. Otherwise, the phone won't charge even kept connected to AC source for more than half an hour.

                                    Motorola is requested to take this on priority with a reasonable solution, else the phone be just a Dead model for me with 4 months of buying. It has been notified to every concerned person in Motorola, I come in contact with, but still the decision is pending on whose behalf, I fail to understand. I have been replied back, either it may be mail or telephonic conversation, with some disappointing reasons.

                                    Every data motorola requires has been conveyed on mail. Request you to consider those as information from my end.

                                      I have submitted my moto g4 plus mobile with job id: amsbag015186 in b2x service center, marathahalli, bangalore on 22nd oct.

                                      It is almost 14 days from that date.

                                      Always they are responding like "waiting for parts". And telling like they will finish it in 2 or 3 days but they are not solving. And they are telling if any isssue means i have to contact motorola customer care.

                                      I also called to motorola customer care, they are responding like i have to contact service center only.

                                        It's been more then a month i given my mobile under warranty to get fixed by service center. I feel harassed buying motorola Mobile. 30 days i am not having a my smartphone with me.
                                        They are not ready to give any information to take this further. I cannot wait without phone for more than a month to just get motherboard of the phone.

                                        I am still not getting my mobile back. Service centre people are giving different answers call by call .
