Hi,

As my Moto G(3rd Gen) mobile was not working i went to a moto service center in Vijayawada, A.P. They said it was not working due to motherboard failure.

It's been 30 days since i have given my mobile to the service center and they were not repaired yet.

Whenever i went to and asked the service center staff they are saying that we did not get motherboards from the company and it will take time and so on.

So, could you assist me on this and let me know by when my mobile will be repaired.

    I have brought my phone in Sept 2016 from Amazon. In Nov i had to give it to the service centre due to random flickering display and opening up of several apps. The Service centre personnel said that in some pieces this was a manufacturing defect and the software needs to be uploaded and post that this problem will not persist.
    However within a month yesterday I once again face the same issue so I now need to make yet another trip to the service centre.

    My question is if it was a manufacturing defect or a software issue why does your company release these handsets in the market. At 15 K your phone does not come cheap so are you going to re-imburse me this money. Also Are you going to be reimbursing me for my time and inconvenience for these umpteen trips to your service centres.

    I am absolutely shocked that a company of your repute actually sells phones of this quality.

    Please let me know process of your company wherein you can take your phone back and re-imburse me my money. I rather buy another phone instead of wasting time running to your service centres to resolve an issue that your company should have taken care off in the first place

    Hi,

    Have just sent you all the mails that I got from your customer support ([email protected]). Exactly 10 days after this complaint and 2 trips down to the service centre yet again my phone gives the same issue.

    This has to be the worst phone ever. Would appreciate a resolution based on my mail.

      Dear Sir,
      Since I have purchased new moto g4 plus mobile, it is giving me problems regarding software, hardware though I am taking care ultimately good of it. At starting, 1st problem has started from proximity sensor. It was not working. Then 2nd problem came in picture. Its microphone mike is not working . Then maps are not showing proper directions. I have not spent 15000 Rs for this headache from which I am suffering from.So I am requesting you to give me replacement of the product or refund my money on exchange of mobile.

        I m frustrated to write that I purchased the Moro x play for my daughter in April 16 . The IMEI no of the phone is [protected]. This phone is not working since November and twice it has been repaired at service centre at Nagpur and on both the occasion it was under repair for almost a month. Now on 4th Jan it's been delivers and the same problem persists . I spoke at customer care and ref no is[protected].

            I have purchased motorola g4 plus phone 2 months back. The charger is faulty and not charging. While my phone is charging with other original mororola chargers.
            I visited the service centre in Mysore but he is asking me to leave the phone with him saying he has to update the software which has nothing to do with faulty charger. Have submitted the original bill but he is refusing to accept. Phone is under warranty.
            Kindly let me know why and what is the reason for this.

              Hello,

              I had given my Moto Z Play (32 GB Black Color) for the screen replacement on 23rd December 2016 in a Motorola Authorized service center in Bangalore. I was promised that this will be done in 12-15 days maximum. It is now been almost 15 days, I have not heard back.

              Whenever I try to reach them, the line is always busy. The only option is to go to their service center in person. Today I managed to get connected via call. I was informed that they still have not got the stock of the Moto Z Play screen and would easily take 30 more days, which is not acceptable at all.

              Why does Motorola make phones if they don't have a good after sales service? I am surely never going to consider buying any Motorola Phones and ask the people I know not to buy either. Waiting for a phone to get serviced for 2 months is really frustrating.

              I want immediate action to be taken against this. I want my serviced phone within a week or i want a replacement.

              I would really appreciate your help on this.

                My moto g4 plus slot 1 is not working, its damaged while removing the sim, , i went to service center and asked whether i can claim in warranty but they denied by saying its damage so warranty is not covered, i agreed to them that i will pay for repair, , , intially they said 800 rs ill be charged, later after one week i went to gave for repair now they r saying repair cannot be taken, , , , by saying there is no stock available also entrie mother board should be changed and we cant take the repair,

                talked to motorolo cust care n dey said to make a cal after going to service center we will insist them to take for repair,

                if a mobile is hving problem and authorised service center couldnt take up the job den after sale support s worst from moto, , , very bad experience... and how many time i have to walk to service center and spend time on this...

                    I bought Moto G4 plus phone from amazon on 28/06/2016 which was delivered to me on 02/07/2016. After Five months the phone started developing many issues. The major of all the issue is it gets Switch off and the only solution to power on the cell is to connect it to a charger.

                    I gave my phone to repair on 11/12/2016 they returned the same without solving the issue on 18/12/2016. On asking why the phone was returned without repair they said they have restored the factory settings and returned the phone. Just to restore the settings they kept my phone for 7 days. I gave it again to repair on 20/12/2016 (after arguing with the service centre agent) they said they will change the motherboard and give the phone. Still my phone is not returned.

                    The product is under warranty still the service so bad. Please help.

                      I bought Moto G4 plus handset on 24th october, 2016. After using it for only 3 weeks the system screen went blank and i was unable to ON the phone just . And its been 1 month since i gave the phone for service in an authorised service center(Ascent Technologies in Trivandrum), they have not returned the handset yet. And they are not even sure when will this get fixed and poor service from the service center and this phone is made of poor quality one.

                        We purchased moto g play 4th gen phone online from amazon india on 14th dec 2016. Only 15 days later, the display on the phone went blank and the phone has become unusable. When we called customer service, they say they cant do much and we have to take it to a service centre. The service centre locations are far away from where we live and the holder of the phone is an 80 year old man with no access to transportation. When we requested motorola to make arrangements to come and pick up the phone, they bluntly refused and said that it was not in their policy. The customer care personnel were extremely cold and rude and were not even willing to consider the situation that a brand new phone in possession of a senior citizen could warranty a little flexibility in their policies and approach. Very disappointing and frustration experience with motorola. Will ensure we tell everyone how the product quality and service has been. Pathetic!

                          I have purchased moto z play from flipkart in november and by some how my back glass damaged... I have contacted to moto care they said they will take around 20 day... But its now more than 30 days and their is no one to answer my problem. They just give new dates... I have talked to moto customer care they are just giving new and new dates... They are just saying that we cannot do anything as the parts are not available... Why the hell are they selling their phones if the parts are not at all available..                           I updated my Moto G4 Plus to Android 7.0 Nougat on 29/12/2016 as OTA.
                          I face a problem that when we use the phone, a pop up will appear saying "System UI has stopped". After that it black screen will appear and moves to lock screen where fingerprint is not working
                          What should I do? Its is very urgent
                          I had updated my moto z play with noughat as that time my finger print sensor option had eliminated

                            I'm complaining about my moto g4 plus that my phone battery is draining so fastly after full charge (10% per 5mins) without using the phone. And i contact the costumer care and did what they told. No change yet. And also the told that after new system update you will definitely solve this problem. Recently i updated my phone to nougat, after that i can't even download or update my app also. So please solve this problem. Because we trust you. Don't break that it's a request. I'm totally disappointed.

                                The same phone Charger Not Working. I have submitted to Motorola service centre i.e Sathyam Electronics Address:2-41/2, Ground Floor Beside Airtel, Chaitanya Chambers, Chaitanyapuri, Dilshukh Nagar, Hyderabad, on 23 Nov 2016. Motorola service team asked to change Charger which was under warranty but Motorola team not Respond.Very Bad Service Center.

                                No on from Sathyam Electronics or Motorola called for the same.

                                The service center here is a joke.
                                I have already given my phone 2 times for the same peoblem an its still not fixed.
                                They handled the phone very badly and broken my side key and refused to compensate.

                                  I have purchase Moto G4 Plus from amazon on Oct 3, 2016 which was delivered to me on 16th Oct 2016.

                                  The same phone heated while talking and got stitched off. I have submitted to Motorola service centre i.e Kavya Enterprise, Pune on 21 Nov 2016. Motorola service team asked to change motherboard which was under warranty but Motorola team denied on the same.

                                  Still I accepted to pay the cost of motherboard INR 7500 but today is 02.01.2017 but still my phone is not repaired. No on from Kavya Enterprise or Motorola called for the same.

                                  Very disappointing service from Motorola and their service partners etc.

                                  I would like to request consumer court, please take the necessary action. Hence I should get my phone.

                                    I purchased moto g4 plus at oct 13 /16 within a 5 days i have speaker damage problem unfortunately I didn't complete within 10 days...then I gave in Customer care in "hyderabad chaithanya puri branch" they took 1 month for repair and then send work over text to me.. I went care for recovery but they don't change speaker just update my o.s only i ask about speaker then they realized and took half-hour for speaker change...after 20 days i suffering from same issue the speaker is totally damaged...iam feeling very uncomfortable to use this device very unhappy with moto services...what I should I do if this time i'wil face same issue...i will definitely put a complaint in consumer court...!!!

                                    Dear sir, I bought moto e3 power through flipkart in the month of october 2016 and within two months battery and charging adopter is not working, i approached to the nearest Motorola service centre but they refused to replace the damaged battery and charger and saying that charger and battery doesnot covers warranty. request do the needful. thanks

                                    I have submitted my moto g4 plus in "newtech solution vashi" moto authorized service center on 5 dec 2016 for display issue. After 19 days i got my cell phone back and after reciving i find that camera become too much blurry what should i do now..motorola is giving worst service..its realy aannoying

                                      Sir i purchased my moto g4 plus 16gb black colour from amazon on 5 th september 2016...after few weeks it started having touch problem..the touch worked bu self...i submitted my device in the motorola service centre in allahabad on 20th december 2016 but till there is no progress...i also mailed motorola director of services...after 2-3 days a person from motorola called me and said that i will get it on 31st december i.e today but when i went to the service centre today they said that it will take about 10 days from now...please help Sir/Mam...

                                      Volte flag is not appearing on the status bar even it is engaged, so the calling through lte isn't working... I have to use three party app to engage the call through lte..
                                      Other the video given u can see the volte is enabled but it's not working on status bar...

                                        I have update my phone yesterday, got software update from moto, now i am unable to update and download app on my mobile network in roaming.. When our service provider have made this free on roaming then what is the problem with moto... Many apps have stopped.. Not working.. Now we have been told by executive that we have to reset the phone.. We did so.. Still facing the problem.. No option to downgrade

                                        Purchased Moto g3 on last weak through Amazon courier service. Yesterday I received but it will not be working and at the time of charging, the set will be over heating.The window of the phone not opened yet.How to handle the issue.If I want to resend to purchase address. Please solve the issue.Do the needful early as possible.

                                        I gave my charger on 19 nov 2015 nd now it's 24 dec 2016 they didnt give me my charger says that company didn't provide us. ... Whats this service ... Take my handset I am no longer interested in moto ... Veryyyyy bad experience .. wrost company ... Ever ...
