I visited 5 time to Motorola service Centre since[protected]. It's reported to me that my mobile MOTO G3 not ready for delivery also further no delivery time given to me.
It's been more then a month i given my mobile under warranty to get fixed by service center. I feel harassed buying motorola Mobile. 35 days i am not having a my smartphone with me.

Even i opened a case with customer care, Reference #[protected]...

I am p sreekanth handover a moto g2 mobile at service center at kothapet 3weeks back. intially they said their is problem in charging section. so they need to get charging section unit by order. but after 3 weeks they said the problem is in the motherboard. and it cost 60% of the mobile and given back my mobile. what is this service. and secondly at kothapet motorola service center their are girls...

Hi all,

Though the name of the company says as an authorized service, it is a worst service i have never seen in my life.

They took almost 2months of time just to repair a brokem display of my phone.

Very very very very late respone, they never be on time and they always postpone the days

This is in respect to the call dated 1st nov, 2016 03:46 pm, received from motorola technical support (+91 [protected]).
After frequent follow ups, call received was somehow very disappointing where the the technical support executive clearly denied of the features and gave irrational explanations towards the incapability of repairs for the mobile set.

Moto g4 plus proximity sensor

Replacement of my new phone

I have received an email. If the phone is not replaced. I would gift it back to motorola from my side. I dont want to use the phone. I know how long i speak on the phone. I know how may hours same phone one of my colleague is using with double sim. He told me that he is getting one and half days battery after gaming etc etc. I hardly use the phone except for whats app. Are you not ashamed of your company doing a mistake...

Please look into this matter, it seems Motorola customer care executives are not responding as excepted and within the deadlines, also irresponsible when it comes to after sales service.

First of all delay in service, It took 2 weeks to identify the issue and I have gone through the complaints submitted by Customers and 80% resolution provided by Motorola was water damage

Poor service on moto g4 plus phone, no spares

Procured phone in aug and it started with problems from day1. Given it to service center on 8 oct 16, till date no solution, service centre says waiting for parts from oem. Service center didnt provide alternate phone also.

Not able to deliver my phone false commitment

Moto g3 2nd sim slot issue

Defective piece of moto g 3 set received.

Since motorola set received, the set is facing multiple problem:1. Top speaker is not working 2. Screen is hazy 3. Words and images are scattered like rotten milk... Type. 4. A border line appears all around the screen.
The set is under repair into the moto service centre district centre, janakpuri, new delhi and then to pitampura motorala b2x service centre. The technician there at the service cerntre are not identifying the problem....

Bluffer & bad behaviour

Moto g4 plus turbocharger

The charger i got with my g4 plus is not working properly. After replacement from motorola service centre i got a new one, but the new charger i got i not same as that one which i got with device. The new charger fits very loose in socket but the charger which one i got with device fits very well. Quality of this charger is worst.

No positive response from company

Charging port burnt alongwith charger pin.
Customer support person don't know the exact status of the mobile after 22 days. Even one of the member saying that I am not the only customer to deal with. Very poor response from the service center.
I got a mail of matter escalation and still no response. I told them that I am suffering a lot without mobile but still they are taking it lightly....
