I had issue with my moto x style phone's touch pad along with heating issue.
The handset was given on 8th october 2016 and till date there is no action taken on it. False information is given on the phone and when approached at their centre they give different status.
For one month no action has been taken is very harrasing.
Please take promt action in this regard.

    I have bought my moto phone on 15 juky its been working great for the very 1st 3 months.. But now im having a problem while operating it. The phone is getting slow while using the networking sites or any game and while calling also it is getting slow day by day i request you to replace the phone or check the system...
    There is no moto or lenovo store near by soo kidnly solve the problem soon

      I am unable to cast screen from my Moto g4 plus... as I select cast option three doted options is blurred usually Moto x play and other versions it's enabled and we can select wireless display and enjoy screen casting but in Moto g4 plus it's not possible ... So can you pls suggest me to do it without any external devices. Please don't suggest to use any external devices as I seen many posts regarding... while I can simply do it in Moto x play just like that

        I visited 5 time to Motorola service Centre since[protected]. It's reported to me that my mobile MOTO G3 not ready for delivery also further no delivery time given to me.
        It's been more then a month i given my mobile under warranty to get fixed by service center. I feel harassed buying motorola Mobile. 35 days i am not having a my smartphone with me.

        Even i opened a case with customer care, Reference #[protected] dated 10/25/2016, but useless without proper investigation case status marked SOLVED.
        Service center had not repaired my mobile, for which a response mail given to me for ready to delivery phone from service center.

        Now i moving toward Consumer court, Since i now would not be satisfied by just getting my mobile repaired. I wish to teach lesson for harassing customers like me, to both the Motorola Mobility INDIA Ltd. customer care and the service center Technocare Solution Pvt Ltd. (motorola service Centre) F-11, Jannak Palace, District Center, Janakpuri, Delhi.

          Motorola solutions — motorola g2
          I am p sreekanth handover a moto g2 mobile at service center at kothapet 3weeks back. intially they said their is problem in charging section. so they need to get charging section unit by order. but after 3 weeks they said the problem is in the motherboard. and it cost 60% of the mobile and given back my mobile. what is this service. and secondly at kothapet motorola service center their are girls who are not all responding properly and spend much of time in chatting with male colleagues. please provide solution for my problem.

            Hi all,

            Though the name of the company says as an authorized service, it is a worst service i have never seen in my life.

            They took almost 2months of time just to repair a brokem display of my phone.

            Very very very very late respone, they never be on time and they always postpone the days

            The staff is also very rude and lethargic.

            They took almost two months just to say that it can't be repaired. I suspect they might have taken all the important parts of the mobile by now.

            Hope these kind of companies will be punished soon by govt

            I have buyed a new mobile moto g 4 plus last 10 days back in Amazon online shopping the mobile is getting too hot while using and while charging getting heated like a thava so I don't want have risk so give me a replacement or refund my money.

              Hello motorola,

              This is in respect to the call dated 1st nov, 2016 03:46 pm, received from motorola technical support (+91 [protected]).
              After frequent follow ups, call received was somehow very disappointing where the the technical support executive clearly denied of the features and gave irrational explanations towards the incapability of repairs for the mobile set.
              Explanations given:

              1. sir, you could have checked within 7 days.

              A. mmc fault noted 9th day of buying - 29th july, 2016 :no solution, motherboard problem
              B. otg fault (stopped working) - 2nd to 5th sep, 2016 : no solution, motherboard problem
              C. besides this, the sim slot cover was also damaged which was notified to me when it was taken to service center. (9th day of buying)

              D. turbo charging fault - please visit the customer care if they can find some solution or call our tech people.
              Already informed n number of times, that service centers denied. instead saying its chargeable and customer has to bear this.


              2. why would we, technical support give customers, wrong information. its not there.

              Accepted. but when buying a phone, customer will ask the retailer or do some internet search, not the technical support be asked for it.
              Or either the phone should be opened up to its skeleton to check its details whether motherboard could be an issue in future.

              3. we (motorola) might have different specification for the same phone.
              The retailer himself (at satyam mobiles, jaipur) explained this otg feature as he was using the same motorola x-force, and its hard to believe that retailers will develop features on their own. if something didn't exist, someone should have informed, either the tech people at service centers, internet search, retailer.
              The executive continued with such status and instead of any solution.

              This is ongoing for the past three months without any solution and thus, with such replies, it has become a serious issue to be dealt with. all such seem as if i was sold a faulty model and now its being justified. it is suggested to get some solution to this instead of such explanations.

              As per the conversation held, where the executive asked for the support documents, please find attached the snapshot / link proving the same.

                On 26 sep 2016 I submitted my device to you new tech solution vashi and it was committed to me that in 12 working days it will be back to you but still yet the device is not repaired, it has been 35 day, and yet since i called you for status you say part is not issued, but as per motorola company the part is being issued 1 week ago, so whats the status and on what date it can be solved

                the morning i went to service centre they gave me another job sheet and said it will take still more time ... now i dont get it how much do they actuallu need to just change one device part ...

                  I got my new phone from amazon on 7th october 2016. it was having problem with the proximity sensor and sometimes fingerprint sensor also. due to proximity sensor problem, i couldn't use the shake and twist functions. i called amazon help 100 times but they said you need doa. i approached service center, trivandrum, they said no for doa that they cant provide for online products. then amazon said no. then i again gave it to service center for repair but they couldnt and now it is pending for doa. i havent used it for a single day properly. please help me out. my imei number is : [protected]

                    Dear sir,
                    I have received an email. If the phone is not replaced. I would gift it back to motorola from my side. I dont want to use the phone. I know how long i speak on the phone. I know how may hours same phone one of my colleague is using with double sim. He told me that he is getting one and half days battery after gaming etc etc. I hardly use the phone except for whats app. Are you not ashamed of your company doing a mistake by selling a used phone or faulty phone and give explanations. I know for sure the battery is not good. I want the phone to be replaced or i would go to consumer form for sure. I will definetly go to court where i am sure and 100% confident that i will will as my usage of phone is very very very very minimal.

                    I hope you understand the fact that you have sold me a faulty phone.
                    I am very very very very disappointed with the company.

                    I had bought an moto g 4 plus phone where. Due to some personal reason i was able to fully activate by that time Amazon said they cannot help. They advised me to contact mobile service centers. I tried to call two service centers but there was no response from those service centers.
                    I want my money back and I am ready to return the phone to the company. I do not want to use Motorola in future. If this has not been rectified.

                      Hi Soumitra,

                      Please look into this matter, it seems Motorola customer care executives are not responding as excepted and within the deadlines, also irresponsible when it comes to after sales service.

                      First of all delay in service, It took 2 weeks to identify the issue and I have gone through the complaints submitted by Customers and 80% resolution provided by Motorola was water damage

                      More than 25 colleagues using Motorola phone in our office and worried about Motorola services after this incident. Hope you look in to this matter.

                      Here water Damage seems like an easy way out to escape the any kind of major repair work for Hardware issues. Keeping the phone for almost half a month and if service center is unable to repair the phone, send it in water damage.

                      I have been using Motorola phones since Moto G 1st Gen. I have very good experience with the phones, however my 1st Moto G was also refused for repair due to water damage, though it had a protective Nano Coating to protect it from splashes. Motorola has rejected my phone to be repaired. Back then I agreed Motorola’s decision as I accidentally dropped my phone in water and I accepted my mistake.

                      But this time I was very careful in handling my new Moto G4 Plus and also used protective measures to keep it safe from any kind of accidents including direct water contact.

                      So I would request Motorola to look into this issue and provide correct resolution as the solution provided earlier by service center is incorrect and unacceptable.

                      Kindly find the attached Service note and the invoice of the phone.

                      Hope to hear it from Motorola soon with a positive response.

                        I have submitted my moto x play in newtech service center, vashi, navi mumbai on 5th october 2016. My imei no. [protected], service no. Srine[protected] and customer complain code is c0023. They didn't receive some part of mobile yet so how is motorola service. I am harassing by motorola care, even i can't able to do daily work like bill payment, recharce, mobile banking and etc without phone. Even moto care had not informed me for delaying in servicing of mobile and they didn't give any backup phone to me if they take too much time.

                        The phone switches off automatically even though sufficient battery is there
                        This happens very often and then the phone does not restart automatically ..it has to be switched on again
                        This happens atleast twice day .Also the phone gets heated up when charged even for a short period of time
                        Sir i am purchase moto g4 plus Amazon in October 2016 . My mobile is discharge 4 hour and its very warm. Please solve my provelam and gI've suggestions.
                        In Mysore services is very worsted, properly not responding the customers And inspection charges will be not refund in this service centre ..

                          Procured phone in aug and it started with problems from day1. Given it to service center on 8 oct 16, till date no solution, service centre says waiting for parts from oem. Service center didnt provide alternate phone also.
                          When i called today, again i received standard answer 5 days more and waiting for parts. 20 days no solution from service center and team is not aware when the spares will come.

                          I bought phone to serve my needs, if the company itself is taking so much to provide solution for the end users, it reflects on how the company is caring for the customers. I will never procure and encourage my friends, collegues to buy any of moto/lenova products in future as the service is pathatic with improper response.

                            I have given my phone to motorola service centre on 8th oct for replacement of my mother board which was on warranty but nobody even cares about the status of phone i need to call up daily and sent mails in which also i get mails telling please wait we are working but no output of this false commitment
                            Got a call from escalation team of motorola stating that phone will be delievered on 25th but no revert received i had to call on that day and then the tele executive informed i dont know the status.. Just lingering from one to other.. Still i dont know when i will get my phone or replacement of same

                              I purchased my moto g3 on 25th may, 2016 so my phone is under warranty.

                              I submitted my phone to repair my 2nd sim slot on 15th october, 2016 at their janakpuri centre. Id: srines[protected].

                              I was informed my phone will ready in 1 week. Till date i am trying to follow up and i am getting standard replies like: "server is down please call after sometime", "please call after 3-4 days", "part is not in stock".

                              I have visted 3-4 times and i need to wait for 20-30 mins even to ask status.

                                Since motorola set received, the set is facing multiple problem:1. Top speaker is not working 2. Screen is hazy 3. Words and images are scattered like rotten milk... Type. 4. A border line appears all around the screen.
                                The set is under repair into the moto service centre district centre, janakpuri, new delhi and then to pitampura motorala b2x service centre. The technician there at the service cerntre are not identifying the problem. They said set is defective one and need replacement. Imei: [protected] and the set is presently under b2x moto service care. Purchase date is 10 jul 2016. The set needs approval for change. For motorola, i wish all good return.

                                  I give my moto g4 plus to bareilly service center at 17/9/2016 with hardware problem only and it returns me on 21/10/2016 hardware problem is solved but new problems created in my phone 1- camera glass is totally damage 2 - volume + key is not working 3- issue with phone speaker tell me what can i do now...

                                    I submitted my Moto G3 mobile to service center. They told it will take 15 days.After 15 days they told it is in process you get your mobile by 25th Oct 2016(tuesday).
                                    hen I again called they told it will take 7-8 days more..& again told 4-5 days.
                                    Their behaviour is very rude & they cut the phone by not solving my problem. They have 2 contact numbers among which 1 is mobile no. calling there is always not reachable.
                                    Its really irritating & they are laugh on you while you helpless asking the, for your own accessories.

                                      The charger i got with my g4 plus is not working properly. After replacement from motorola service centre i got a new one, but the new charger i got i not same as that one which i got with device. The new charger fits very loose in socket but the charger which one i got with device fits very well. Quality of this charger is worst.
                                      Also when i went to service centre their behavior and services are very bad!!!

                                        I am vignesh I have a moto x play mobile it is get problem that is it having a continuous restart, so I have a warranty and I go the service center in Chennai which was located in T nagar (digital Communication) and I have wait for 3 hour to submit the mobile because of the worst employees and they did not tell anything they have convey me that they will tell the problem after two days only.till know they are not telling the reason and they are worst and not having a good quality like moto what can I do without mobile.
                                        till know I am waiting for there replay only.
