I have a moto g phone which have fell down & I given the set to yours service center for last 28 days. As you are a reputed company but still my set is in your service center and they are not responding well to me and also not reparing my set and also not giving me the current problem about my phone. so please look after it as soon as possible. I am suffering a lot.

    Nexus 6 mobile was with in the warranty I given in service centre for repair i registered on 28.09.2016 with job sheet no srine[protected] I met many times in service centre for repair .he has been telling it will repair for few days and finally told me the mother board not available .go and contact costumer care .I registered a complaint but they were telling you have to meet service center I spoke many times to Service centre they telling you have meet service centre what I do I don't understand plze look in to the matter arrange another mobile with same cost earliest please.

      I bought moto g4 plus 2 months back.Within 15 days of operations phone's power button got loose nd in next few days got dislodged from its slot..I called Motorola service center and informed them.. they ask me to visit the nearest service center.. People at the service center were so rude I was kept waiting for more than an hour.Later one person told me that it's my fault, i have damaged the piece and I will have to pay as power button is cosmetic thing and doesn't come under warranty. then they asked me to contact their senior who wasn't present there... they asked me to wait..Bt there was no sign of him...They took my number to call back.but they haven't.On one hand I have been sold a faulty piece and on the other hand they are behaving as if it's my fault to buy a Motorola phone.Worst customer service!!!

        I bought Motorola Cordless Black Phone C1001LBI. The phone was working good early, now I am unable to make calls and unable to receive a calls.

        I went to service center, they denied to repair the cordless phone.

        Then I found apmcc.[protected]@motorolasolutions.com to get the solution to an issue. I sent the mail to get support and solution to the problem.

          I am Bhaskar from faridabad haryana. I have bought moto z play on 19th October from flipkart after a month i faced problem on touch actually touch was not working so i have submitted my phone on nearest service center on 28th November. They told me i will get back my phone within 5-10 days but now 22 days ago i didn't get my phone and when i talk with customer care regarding this they told me we will take 7-15 days more. Sir already 22 days are taken by them and now they are taking more days. I want my money back because after that i am frustrated from this mobile.             It's really sad that such a high esteemed and well known company like Moto has such services being provided.
            I'm highly disappointed with the way people associated with Moto and the services are dealing with the customers.Is this how you should provide service to your customers who spend thousands of money just to invest in your phone.
            1.I was having mobile issues so I went to the service centre and provided them the phone on initial days of November.They just factory reset the phone and returned back in 5 days.I had the same switching off issue again for which I gave my phone to the service centre again on 23rd Nov 2016 with job sheet number SRINE[protected].
            2.Intially service centre folks told they would be returning it back within 3rd -4th Dec 16 rectifying the issues.
            When I tried contacting your technical team they told I was having some issues in the motherboard due to which the part was supposedly to be changed and since the part is not available in India so they would have to import from outside and that it would be perfectly fine by 14th Dec'16
            3. Till now I haven't received the phone and it's been almost a month.
            4.Service centre people dont pick up the phone in the number they have provided and your technical team repeatedly after requests doesnt have the etiquttes to call back even after the stipulated time period they have been providing.
            I totally disappointed and upset with the services you people have been providing. If the phone is a defective one then why dont you replace it or refund my money back. Needing immediate actions.

              My Mobile MOTO E ( XT 1506, Type MDFC3, 2nd gen, black colour) was lost during Travel last week, 14th Dec 2016.
              I have the police complaint registered at the location of the incident on 15th.The same was given to Service provider BSNL to block the SIM.
              I tried your customer care at Hyderabad, but they could not block the IMEI code.
              The SIM was blocked on the same day with the service provider BSNL.

                Hi,

                I gave my MOTO G 1ST GENERATION PHONE TO MOTOROLA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER AT KPHB HYDERABAD, TELANAGANA to replace my MOTO G 1ST GEN LCD screen(BROKE) with new LCD Screen on 10-Dec-2016. I paid 200 rupees as Advance out of 3000 Rupees bill paid through my Credit card. While i hand over my phone to the MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER EXECUTIVE i showed them clearly my MOTO G 1st Genernation mobile is working fine except the broken LCD screen asked them to not to do Factory reset hence the phone is in working condition only LCD screen needs to be replaced. She also agreed to that and took my phone to replace with NEW LCD screen and asked me to pay 200/- rupees in Advance out of 3000/-. I agreed and paid through my credit card. (ENTIRE CONVERSATION RECORDED IN THEIR CC CAMERAS, PLEASE CHECK)

                After a week i got a call from MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER stating that your mobile was repaired please visit their service centre. I visited on 16-Dec-2016 to collect my phone and i have seen the new LCD screen was not repaired properly and i asked them to look at it and they made me to wait till the service center close at 9:00 PM. After the screen was adjusted i opened my phone and i noticed then and there itself that they have done the FACTORY RESET (Even i have requested to not to do Factory Reset because i may loose all apps which i have downloaded and data). I asked them why did you do FACOTRY RESET they replied we didn't do factory reset. I thought that after going home i can download all apps and i had a backup on my other phone called MOTO G 4 PLUS mobile. After going home i tried adding my Google account in my play store but unfortunaetly i see a pop up "UNFORTUNATELY, GOOGLE PLAY STORE STOPED WORKING" i tried several times and i called Google help desk after going few steps they have confirmed that there is someting wrong with device and they have called Motorola Customer care and explained what went wrong and also same MOTOROLA customer care executive spoke to Service center technician over my phone and replied to motorola customer care people that we will look at the issue. After few hours Motorola service center excecutive replied that we can't do anything. Then i asked motorola service center executive why did you do Factory reset when i asked to not to while handovering my MOTO G 1ST GEN device. They were arguing with me we didn't do it. I gave the phone in working condition they have to give me in that condition. If they failed to do that what is the use of getting my mobile repaired. I asked my mobile to be in working contion othe wise i will go to consumer court. They replied do whatever you want.

                Finally i want to approach Consumer court to do Justice to me.

                    I have submitted my mobile phone (Moto X play 32 GB black) at a authorized service center in vashi, navi mumbai on 19 th October 2016(in warrenty peroid withproof invoice). and i have been consistently following up my repair status but they are telling me that we havent recieved the part that has to be replaced in your device. I have also contacted the Motorola Customer support but they guys are working in shadow and not helping me a bit. i have taken my complaint to the senior Authority of motorola but i have been consistently mentally harrased saying that you do whatever you can do about it. i have the mails written clearly saying that you will be getting your device by soa nd so date but that dates have just passsed on and got new dates with atleast 10 days of gap. i dont have my phone now and dont even know i will be getting it back or not . besised i am a student and facing a lot of problem beacause of this new problem. why cant they give me replacement or any other device? what is it taking so long? 2 months are wayy more enough time for the multinational company like motorola so solve such issues. whom are they answerable now? please help me to get my device back. I wont ever choose motoral in my life.

                    My nexus 6 device which is having a motherboard problem and it is under warranty. i gave my device to the motorola service centre at hyderabad, kukatpally. its been 2 months and there is no response about the progress of my phone and dont know how much time more will it take could please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                      I had purchased motorola motog4 plus through ebay on[protected] invoice no. [protected]. From the first day itself, the phone started showing complaints. The phone reboots by itself and takes long time for charging. I contacted the service center but no solution for the problem was provided. Thereafter, the applications in the phone stopped functioning and the phone stops working frequently. Every now and then, the phone will have to be switched off to make it functional. I took the phone to the service center several times, but they are refusing to replace the defective phone, nor do something to repair it so that it works properly. I am not able to use the mobile phone now due to the defects. I therefore request your goodself to register my complaint and take appropriate action in the matter and oblige.

                        I purchased MOTO Z Play on October 22nd 2016 from Flipkart, It was all working fine until 27th Novemeber..

                        Suddenly on 28th November, it was unable to detect the network. as discussed with the technical team and advised me submit to the nearest Motorola service center.

                        So, submiited the mobile in NewTech solution in Vashi Navi Mumbai on 29th November, still i havent received my handset and no one is bothered to inform the status of the mobile.

                        I had a similar kind of issue in UK, and it got replaced in few minutes.

                        Please let me know, whats going on . how long will it take to get resolve.

                        It will be great, if you could provide me with the new Phone ASAP.

                            I purchased MotoG4 plus in July16 and it was getting switched off randomly in Sept16.
                            Also I was not able to receive any calls. I have submitted my mobile in service center for 3 times but they were not
                            able to resolve the issue and again they asked me to visit service center to resubmit mobile device for 4th time. I purchased mobile in Jul2016 and for almost more than 3months
                            it was there in service center.I am totally disappointed with Motorola service as after spending so many hours in a queue for 3times, i have not satisfied with solution.
                            This is last time I have submitted my device with service center hoping I will get permanent solution else I need complete replacement of my device.

                            Please do not recommend Motorola mobile to any one.

                              Issue details:
                              My mobile is under warranty. I was facing speaker mic related issue to resolve this i given mobile at vashi authorize motorola service center. (Newtech, vashi, new panvel). Initially they said it will take a week to resolve this issue. I tried multiple time to call them but number is un-reachable and busy always.

                              I have sent mail to them and got reply and it is awaiting for parts. Somehow, i connected to them and they said we dont know how long it will take and company dont have parts. I have asked them to reply on mail and mentioned that parts are not available but they are not ready for that.

                              I have sent multiple mails to motorola customer care mail id but not getting any reply. Its been almost one month but no update from them.

                              If they are not able to repair then please refund my money or provide new phone as its under warranty

                              Today, I have got call from your sells team member and they put two option in front of me. Either wait for two month as parts are not available or refund 95% amount. I have recommended refund option as nowadays without mobile 1 day its difficult and your talking about the 2 months. Its feel out of the world.

                              I have asked drop mail(sharad.[protected]@gmail.com) then I will send bank details, but not found any email from your side. Please do not close this case.

                              Regarding, your suggestion to mail "[protected]@motorola.com", now what is this email id.. I have initially asked to email on "[protected]@mailwc.custhelp.com". How many kind of email id's your company maintained.

                              Already long mail chain is going on above email id & not getting proper solution, don't want to waste more time to send again mail on different mail id.

                              My question is simple, It will be great if I will get solution quicker.

                                I bought Motorola Cordless Black Phone C1001LBI on 10th Nov, 2016 from Paytm. Its not working now. I called Paytm Customer care to get solution to the issue. As instructed by them, I went to the service center of Motorola in Bangalore. They said that, they are not repairing the Cordless Phones. Only they can repair is Smartphones.

                                  Hi i am thangam from tamilnadu, i have purchased moto g3 device on march 16. Recently i have problem with sim slat 2 not working. I went service station bangaloreas per moto customer care advise but they said this is not in warranty this is a physical damage. I am sure nothing wrong handle from my side. Service person replay if get confirmation from moto side will do the service on free of the cost. No proper response on email and voice. Kindly help me to get free service on that.                                       My moto 360 gen 2 watch (Serial No- N867BY3D99) was not turning on and I went to the Ensure-034-GWI-ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICES INDIA LIMITED in Guwahati on 6th october, 2016. AS it was on warranty, they ensured to replace my watch. I waited for 2 months and they constantly keep telling me replacement is not available. Being frustrated, I took my watch from that service center on 7th December, 2016 and now I am lodging this complaint.

                                        I being a loyal customer to Motorola preferred to purchase Motorola mobiles again and again and recommended my friends and relative to purchase Motorola only. But for last 4 months I have been facing many issues regarding service.
                                        After half an hour of opening your service center offices customer are unable to submit their mobiles for repair. The reason behind is hardly 1 or 2 service center exists in a city and that also accepts other brands for service. Which in result completes their daily target to receive the mobiles for service.
                                        Customer need to travel from distance to give their mobile for service and in a single visit he/she can not get their number as the token for the day exhausted.
                                        After so much of pain if he/she submits their mobile still they could not get the surety of any timeline to receive back their mobiles.
                                        Once the customer receives back their mobile considering the fact that it has been repaired properly, the same issue arises only after few months and again he has to go through all the pains.
                                        Now how can a customer ideally think to be a loyal customer any more !!!

                                        I too have gone through these pains and now after submitting my mobile for second time 3 weeks ago, i have been told again and again that I will get back my mobile in a week time. I would like to ask a question that what should be the maximum duration to provide the service? Has Motorola taken their customers as granted that they won't opt for any other option in future?

                                        I given my mobile in your service center on 15th Nov 16 to replace sim card slot and not yet received back .one month over from warranty period without used, we will give complaints to consumer cort for this issue ...
