I had procured a mobile motog4 plus on line through amazon on 30th May 2016. After two months its display started flickering and it is lying in the service centre at janakpuri delhi since 11 August with work id no JNP/MG/16/03954 dated 11/8 2016.
Inspite of repeated calls the service centre people say that wait another fortnight
I am a doctor and facing inconvenience due to unavaiability of mobile.
It is matter of great concern that Motorala makes such products and a pathetic service.
Kindly look into it

Motorola service is not fast.1st day i go to service centre parts are not available and price are of my mobile jack is 1250.then i was go after 4 day days again parts are not available but price raise to 2000.how can i trust to your centre...plz see this problem and contact me

    Hi my name is amit gaur. i live at faridabad jawaher colony 121005.
    I purchase Motorola turbo g XT1557 on 25july 2016. I used it only for 1 month and I am getting many issues . My life is hell after purchasing it. Every few minutes I get emergency calls only alarm ...signal lost is prior with slot 1 although I have selected 2g as a network. When I call any body I am able to listen caller but they did not get my voice . My charger which is Turbo charger after 10 days corrupt and now it is service center and they gave me 10 days time.

      I purchased motorola mobile xt1068 (Moto g) 2nd generation, on[protected], through flipcart invoice # blr_wfld[protected].

      On 26th aug 2016 mobile gets off, and i approached authorised service centre at udupi, nagashree enterprises and received a feedback that there is a complaint on mother board and same has to be replaced, estimated cost of mother board apprx 90% of the handset.

      Please note, after using just one year and two months the hand set is out of order and the repair cost is very huge amount, near to a new hand set.

      With such a huge repair cost, soon after warranty period forces us to go for other competitors / reputed brands / make and i am sure in future i will not go for motorola mobiles and will not recommend to any body to buy motorola.

      This is for your information and corrective action.

        I purchased motoroal g4plus 32gb black model almost two months ago ...
        It has various faults like
        Contacts gets mixed up ..
        Music gets mixed up ..
        Video recording up to 6min heats up entire phone ...
        Loudspeaker and call speaker are bursting ...
        Having placed in service center they asked for 15 to 20days MINIMUM for service ...
        Dey can't even get parts dey need device for 20days!

          I purchased a moto x style in jan 16 and have been using this phone as my primary phone since last 3 months n all of a sudden the screen has blanked out.after paying 32k for this phone n this is the kinda of quality you give?? Its really sad for a company like motorola.I was using a samsung note 3 before this for last 3 yrs and i still have the phone and have no complaints.

          I demand a replacement of this phone and a reply to this email.

            I bought moto g4 plus 32 gb on may 24, 2016 from amazon order id[protected] and within a week my ear jack had created a problem and the service center took almost 1 moth to repair it. After giving me back my phone same problem occoured after one week. Instead of repairing jack they changed the motherboard of my phone and now its been a month my phone got very slow, applications are getting hanged while using phone, ear jack is also not working properly. I am really upset with this [censored] services which has been provided to me, since i have bought phone, i have not used it properly till now due to this irritating problem which i am suffering from this phone. Please help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

              I took my phone that gave the corrupt message to the service center. Its been a week and they haven't figured out the real cause and say more 15 days for repair. Though the phone is in warranty they say issue can be outside warranty. What nonsense is this?

                I buy a motorolla g3 on october .I found a defect in my mobile in month of April..I went to dehradun as the custom.er care told m.e the adress of repair centre but...the shop is closed there they told me there is not single repair centre in dehradun...then I went to roorkee ...but he took my phn and didn't repair it and keep it for 30 days. Now I am in Delhi to repair my phn but can't able to find a single repair centre. I trust the brand when I am buying the phn.but Motorola let me down.seriously..unacceptable service.

                I have the Motorola x play for 10 months now. The problem with mobile is that the given battery is 3630 mah but somehow even with minimum usage it does not last longer then 16 hrs. In comparison with other mobile I find this quite dull as the Samsung phone with battery around 2500mah lives more than a day even with extreme use

                    i has purchased moto g turbo edition through amazon.Initially it had an issue with batery and also speaker. so i went to motorola service center. they told me that there was an issue with software. but after that software patch. it getting lots of issue with battery and also mobile getting heat frequently. so i went to service center. they told me same thing only . issue with software. its needs to reinstall all software. so they did. after some days i getting issue sim card slot and mic and battery..Now not able to here voice properly without headphone..When i gave for repairing it was in working condition. i asked why getting multiples of complaint..no proper responses from service center. 10 days no updates about mobile service.and lady seating their told me that 7 days ago i received your model for repairing purpose. After one week i went over there. they told same thing. so i went over the service center. they told me that parts were shipped and it will reach 7 days. after 7 days i went over.. same response.. i asked my mobile for temporary..once parts received means asked them to contact me..after 7 days i called them .
                    product not yet received.. need to wait 4 days.. now i called for service status.. u just contact near by moto service center for this issue.

                    U making customer fool.

I tried to call them to know about status but they given mob no [protected] found switch off. Immediately i want to know the status of my device and when it is done and when i will collect it.

                      Since we have only one service centre in Thane I visited the service centre to give my moto g 2 for repair only after seeing the timings on the web. but they denied to take it as the token closed by 4.30p.m. when the timing of that service centre was till 6pm.

                      very pathetic service of Motorola.
                      Screen cast feature in moto G 2nd gen is not working. Please do n/a. Cast screen is popular feature in this time

                          Hi this is nikhil anand, registered mail [protected]@gmail.com. when i receive calls, sometimes sound stops coming from the receiver and sound comes if i switch on the loudspeaker.

                          My phone is in warranty, i gave the phone to muzaffarpur service centre. they kept my phone from 22nd july to 16 august., but didn't solve my problem. i went to them and complained, they kept my phone for a day and promised that the issue has been solved but i am facing the problems again. also they misplaced the silver cover over the speaker and said that they will call me if they found that thing, but till now they have not called.

                          As I said above, my phone has receiver issues i.e. when I receive a call or in between calls the sound stops coming from the receiver. I can hear only when I switch on loudspeaker or plug in earphone.

                          I went to the service centre twice but the problem was not solved.

                          Now I feel helpless as the speaker issue still persists.

                          I think I have said enough about my problem. Hope this helps.

                            I bought motog4 plus on 6 th june 2016. Since past few days my touch was not working. I gave him that phone to service center at banglore. They told me that ur phone is water damaged so ur mother board nd display problem. But i found difficulty in touch only. They charge me 19000 for repair this. How could it justify? Price of my phone is only 15000 and they charged me more than device my phone is in under warranty. Nw i just took my phone back. What should i do now. Plz help me out. Its very urgent.                               Hi, your ghaziabad sai communication is worst service center ever. I found them really low skilled person with no idea of mobile repairing. I had issue with my motorola mike. After a gap of almost 1 month, they could not repair it.

                              I need someone to call me at [protected]. I will need someone who can take the responsibility of resolving this issue at earliest. I will not mind reaching to highest authority for this issue.

                                This is bala from chennai and i bought a moto g4 plus through amazon. I didn't use the product for first 8 days from received date and after using the product slowly getting over heating problem while talking and browsing. I contatced amazon people and they said that product was out of amazon warrently.

                                I visited to chennai t. Nager location service center on 9th aug and they took two days for finding the mother board issue after lot of follow-up. Finally on 11th registered job sheet for changing the mother board from service center (Job sheet no:ctg/mg/16/01587). I spoke to them in the morning about the status of mobile and they asked to me to contact customer care number[protected]. Even i spoke to few of them and didn't get the solution so far.

                                After analyzed a week and choosed moto but i disappointed like anything after buying this product. Am expecting few things from your end.

                                1. Still wondering launching a prodcut wordwilde without spares?

                                2. Why can't replace the mobile, if you are not offering spare within stipulated time?

                                3. Is this is the way treating the customer?

                                Please take the above case as serious and either replace the mobile or refund the amount. Really don't know where should i talk to them or contact.

                                  I have issue with mic speaker problem in my phone and battery i have given phone for repair in warranty . they told me with in 10-15 days u will get phone . i submitted on 13 aug 2016 its 24 today . i called sevice centre they told rudely " ho jayega to dedenge " what does it mean i told them tell me the approx time they refused n cutted my call i call them several times they ignored and not picking up phone ... i escalated case many times but no use ...please help me out from this problem.

After so many researches & comparison from different-2 sites, I bought a MOTO G 4 Plus phone from Amazon.Com on 21.06.2016.After 10 days my phone hanged suddenly, It would switch off again & again without any error. When I asked Amazon regarding this issue, they said that your replacement period is over. Therefore, we are unable to replace it. For this, you should contact MOTOROLA service centre. After that I deposited my phone at MOTOROLA service centre (FRIEND COLLECTION, VARANASI) on 12.07.2016.When I asked the phone problem from service centre person, he said that there was some SENSOR problem in my phone. Therefore, you have to deposit your phone for repairing. After 7-8 days, you should contact our service centre regarding your phone repairing. We had lodge work order VOM/MG/16/00418 (12.07.2016), for your phone. After few days I was contacted by service centre, they said we have no idea about my phone repairing, please contact Motorola customer care. When I contacted MOTOROLA customer care, they also said that they have no idea about my phone repairing; we would update you within 48 hours about your phone repairing. When within 2-3 days I again contacted customer care of MOTOROLA, senseless people again said that after 4-5 days, I have received the massage regarding my phone repairing. After 26 days on 08.08.2016, I have a massage from MOTOROLA service centre that my phone is ready for pick up from service centre. Suddenly after 2 hour, I have another massage that new work order (VOM/MG/16/00563) has been created for my phone. At that moment, I was out of station. On 13.08.2016, I again visited the service centre; they said that from MOTOROLA Company we have received a defected sensor. Therefore, we have returned it to the company. Again, we have lodge the new work order for your phone on 08.08.2016.On 08.08.2016 I have received the massage regarding new work order, but till today i.e 23.08.2016 I have not received any progress regarding the same. I have previously used the Micromax phone, which have some battery backup problem. Therefore, I purchased the MOTO G 4 PLUS. But when I have no phone, I use that old Micromax phone with POWER BANK. For purchasing of this power bank I have spent Rs.2000/-. I am extremely disappointed by so poor service after sale of MOTOROLA Company. This is the height of my patience that you people neither replace my phone nor repair it after 1 month & 13 days. Now all these issues I have facing so much mental & financial problem. So am going in CONSUMER FORUM against MOTOROLA Company for their extremely poor & senseless customer services. So meet me in CONSUMER COURT!!

                                        I have purchased moto g4 plus before two months ago.in this phone i am facing many problems, like phone shut down automatically, suddenly battery low 80% to 2%, ear plug not connected. Finger print not working properly and phone not unlock using finger. Phone charging time gone up. Before one month ago battery full charge in one hour, now battery full charging in 3 hours. Turbo charger not working properly.
