I was a huge-2 fan of Motorola phone. After so many researches & comparison from different-2 sites, I bought a MOTO G 4 Plus phone from Amazon.Com on 21.06.2016.After 10 days my phone hanged suddenly, It would switch off again & again without any error. When I asked Amazon regarding this issue, they said that your replacement period is over. Therefore, we are unable to replace it. For this, you should contact MOTOROLA service centre. After that I deposited my phone at MOTOROLA service centre (FRIEND COLLECTION, VARANASI) on 12.07.2016.When I asked the phone problem from service centre person, he said that there was some SENSOR problem in my phone. Therefore, you have to deposit your phone for repairing. After 7-8 days, you should contact our service centre regarding your phone repairing. We had lodge work order VOM/MG/16/00418 (12.07.2016), for your phone. After few days I was contacted by service centre, they said we have no idea about my phone repairing, please contact Motorola customer care. When I contacted MOTOROLA customer care, they also said that they have no idea about my phone repairing; we would update you within 48 hours about your phone repairing. When within 2-3 days I again contacted customer care of MOTOROLA, senseless people again said that after 4-5 days, I have received the massage regarding my phone repairing. After 26 days on 08.08.2016, I have a massage from MOTOROLA service centre that my phone is ready for pick up from service centre. Suddenly after 2 hour, I have another massage that new work order (VOM/MG/16/00563) has been created for my phone. At that moment, I was out of station. On 13.08.2016, I again visited the service centre; they said that from MOTOROLA Company we have received a defected sensor. Therefore, we have returned it to the company. Again, we have lodge the new work order for your phone on 08.08.2016.On 08.08.2016 I have received the massage regarding new work order, but till today i.e 23.08.2016 I have not received any progress regarding the same. I have previously used the Micromax phone, which have some battery backup problem. Therefore, I purchased the MOTO G 4 PLUS. But when I have no phone, I use that old Micromax phone with POWER BANK. For purchasing of this power bank I have spent Rs.2000/-. I am extremely disappointed by so poor service after sale of MOTOROLA Company. This is the height of my patience that you people neither replace my phone nor repair it after 1 month & 13 days. Now all these issues I have facing so much mental & financial problem. So am going in CONSUMER FORUM against MOTOROLA Company for their extremely poor & senseless customer services. So meet me in CONSUMER COURT!!

    I have purchased moto g4 plus before two months ago.in this phone i am facing many problems, like phone shut down automatically, suddenly battery low 80% to 2%, ear plug not connected. Finger print not working properly and phone not unlock using finger. Phone charging time gone up. Before one month ago battery full charge in one hour, now battery full charging in 3 hours. Turbo charger not working properly.

      Dear sir/madam,
      two months before I paid moto 4g plus phone. On that time I fell very happy why because was all are good features including cameras if you take one picture good clarity memory size 5mb... After some days I fell clarity reducing. Now very worst clarity. With 2 to 3mb ... I will send same 2 photos. My first photo and my mobile last photo . I captured same picture... What can I do.. now I am getting irritation... Very worst clarity now 😭

        As you tell in your videos that your phone motog4 plus is having Gorilla glass that will not break but it is not.. I purchase Moto g4 after 2 week the display got broken I just put my phone in my pocket and sit in my office m not exerting any pressure on it and after that I see that phone corner display got cracked what is this your Gorilla glass can't take this much pressure

          I bought moto x play for months batch in flip kart and from the month I bought I have network issue. I have went moto service centre many times, when ever I go they will suggest to upgrade versions, nothing other than that. But at the upgraded same I will get the prob. These testimonials have no solution just to send. Please replace my phone. These service centre have no answer for my queries.

            I had purchased a motorola g3 (3g) phone through flip kart vide invoice no : # blr_wfld[protected], serial no of the mobile - [imei/serial no: [protected] on 05-september-2015.
            I
            Have given the said mobile at the service center for repairing at bhubaneswar on[protected] – job sheet no-9321 and the mobile is repaired as per the service center. But they have not told about the problem of the phone and replied that "there is a system error, hence they can not tell about the resolved issue", since then, i have not got any calls from the service center where in i have given both my mobile nos ([protected] / [protected]).

            Sorry to put a note that, i am geting the same error after geting the phone repaired from the service center. They have just played with the syatem and with my emotions.
            This is the worst service from your authorised service center and immediate measures need to be taken in order to address it.
            There is only one land line[protected] available and no body is bothered to pick up the phone, when it is ringing else the line is busy. Up on asking for the alternate mobile no, they are not providing any no.

            "the problem with the mobile - all the applications are randomly oepning while the battery is low'" and virtually i have to switch off the phone and charge it untill it is normal.

            Awaiting an early action.

            what more details you require ? Pls clarify ? Please mention in detail ? As i have already shared my experience with you regarding my previous experience with the authorised service center at Bhubaneswar, you can collect the relevant information from your service center itself. The fact remains the same that the mobile defect is not been rectified.

            I have never received a call from your end as of now..

              I submitted my moto g4 on 4 august 2016. The lcd display was supposed to change. They told me that my phone will be restored with in 10 days. It was already too long, but don't have any other options so i said ok.
              Now its 21 august 2016 i didn't get my phone. They keep on saying that our server is down, what the hell my phone has to do with servers.
              Already i am paying 6, 500 rs for my phone which is already in warranty but why they are not giving service.
              I am submitting the service note of my phone, which will describe the complete incident.
              My phone was given to b2x pitampura delhi on 4 august 2016

              Mic of the device is not working on calls. Though I am able to use mic with camera and other application. I tried to reset the device to factory default settings. Also i tried to install all possible updates, still the issue is the same. Please help me with the further course of action.

                I bought moto g4 plus at 04/06/2016 from amazon. And just after one month from purchasing it stopped working. It switched off and the power button became inactive. So i gave my phone to the motorola customer care (Address: tech solution plot #7a, tejaji marg, new sanganer road, jaipur) at 08/08/2016. At the time of submission of my phone they said that it takes one week to repair the phone but its about two week now and i am still waiting for a call from the service center. Disappointed!!!

                  I suggest to keep a option of forget password at pattern screen.

                  Last night my friend changed my pattern and i am helpless to open my own mobile, if i was suggested with a forget password option at pattern screen, i simply press forget password in my pattern screen and login to my gmail or motorola account and reset my pattern.

                  Please moto please have an update and help us to stand unique in this competitive world.

                    Due to some problem in my mobile i gave it to a authorized service center in tirunelveli
                    A guy called from coimbatore office and said there is a problem in mother board sir to repair it you have to spent 5000 rs and then he told me to send my decision in sms.
                    I replied him to return my mobile after that 4 moths passed yet i did receive it back.
                    I lost the receipt given by the service center.
                    I v shown them the copy of invoice and they took a photo copy of tat and sent to some one. Still no one is properly giving me status of my mobile. They gave me number of some one [protected]. After asking him for 4 days he gave me another number [protected] he also asked me photo copy of my invoice bill. He also did't give me a status of my mobile return

                        I submitted my motorola g3 on 7/5/2016 due to touchscreen is not responding to touch.its been a month it is pending for parts i've already escalated issue many time but didn't got any satisfactorily response.a month they said that part is not available they can't do any thing. They told me tho submit a complaint via email. But what the hell is this. Employers of service center is very rude. moto you have do something about it. Please action on this issue.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I bought "Moto G4 Plus" mobile on 1st August 2016 and since then I was facing issue with proximity sensor. Every time I make a call or answer any incoming call, phone display remains of[censored]ntil other person disconnects call. Frequency of this issue is 7 out of 10 times.

                        I submitted the phone in the authorized moto service center located at "1st Floor Minal Arcade, Near Hotel Samudra, NAL Stop, Karve Road, Pune-411004" on 22-October-2016. Following are my complaint(s) regarding the services provided...

                        1) I had to wait for 4 hours to get my turn while only 20-25 people were prior to me while one representative was taking only 5-10 minutes to attend one person.
                        2) The representative told me that it will take 7-10 days to get the proximity sensor replaced by Moto. On this fact, I was ready to submit my phone for correction. Its been 18 days and still I don't have my rectified phone with me.
                        3) Every time I call the service center, they tell me that part to be replaced is still not received from Moto company so my service request is still pending.
                        4) Every 3-4 days of interval, I call to service center & also use your LIVE CHAT feature and I am always told that I will get my phone after 7-10 days. I am now very much concerned when these 7-10 days will complete and I will get my repaired phone back.
                        5) I submitted my phone because of the time interval told to me. I am leaving for Noida this Friday (11-Nov-2016). I requested service center & LIVE CHAT people that if you cannot repair phone by 10-Nov-2016 then please courier it to my new address in Noida. Sir, I am so much disappointed that they simply denied it even though they have taken more than double time they promised.

                        Sir, I am getting very bad response & service and hence I request you to please look into the matter as its causing a high dissatisfaction. I am sure that its not good for company's reputation as well if such cases are happening with other Moto users as well.

                        Hoping to get some strong action to help me soon.

                            I bought moto g4 plus at 27/05/2016 from amazon .It have some heating problem, also hanging and auto restart problems after one month of purchasing so that I was submit my phone to the motorola customer care ( Address: Max mobile care, Shop no. 56, 57, Aggarwal City Mall, Pitampura, North Delhi-110036, Contact number : [protected] ) at 04/08/2016. At the time of submission of my phone they said that it takes one week to repair the phone but now its two week and they can't repair it, even refuse to give any detail about my phone. So I want that the company have to replace my phone as soon as possible and also have to take an action against their irresponsible customer care.

                              My moto x play display was not working. So i went to motorola customer care pune. The person there called me after few days and told me 7500rs for new display and asked me whether you want bill or not and offered me display for 6500 if i dont want bill. I said no i want a bill. Then this person came near my house and gave me my phone and a fake bill even after full payment that is 7500rs. I dont even know whether the display is original or not. The care centre is at navi peth, pune, maharashtra. India.

                                  My complaint has to be sent to Motorola Mobility not to Motorola Solutions. Kindly sent to Motorola Mobility. Thanking you.
                                  I faced the issue of charging in my MotoG3 mobile which was under warranty and submitted the same to Newtech solution Vashi for repairing on 30th July 2016.

                                  It has been more than a week, i still receive any call back from the service center stating the updates on my cell.

                                    I bought Moto G4 plus handset a month ago and my earphone jack is not working.It does not even support its own earphones. This is really the worst thing about Motorola new handset. It also does not support other earphones and headphones.
                                    My friend has also bought the same handset and he is also complaining about headphone jack.
                                    Kindly change my headphone jack rather I have to take a suitable action against Motorola.
