I have purchase motorola hand set model no xt1079 motog (2nd gen) on[protected] through flipkart vide invoice no-pl-f12793729, i have uses sim 2 and it was working fine on 7th i have taken another sim to used for internet when i used in sim-1 not working and suddenly i have trace your service center in web site and visited your authorized service center m/s smart service, ser15/e (666) bapuji nagar bhubaneswar, orissa.
The repetitive of service enter inform me sim 1 slot is defective not cover under warranty, repairing cost will be rs 1800/- and advice you can contact to head office at gurgaon they can replaced the set free of cost because the set was defective from manufacturing.

You are requested please replace the set as soon as possible with a new one, because the set was manufacturing defect as recommended your authorize service center.

    6 Oct morning me mere phone me black light show hone laga mai service center gaya aur phone dikha ya service engineer me bola aap ke phone me mosturise problem hai to bola tab mai ne bola mera phone pani me nahi gira hai fir usne bola aap ka phone me pani nahi hai par aap phone ac ya cooler me use karte Ho ge mai shock hua tab mai ne costumer care par phone kiya usne bhai koi reply nahi diya. Aap ke user guide me kaha likh a hua a hai ki phone ac ya cooler room me use na kare. Ab mere pass koi options nahi hai mai consumer foram court Jane ke alaw a koi options nahi hai.

      I have my moto e mobile. since its IC has failed i need to contact with authorised service center of motorola in pune city i am not getting such a service center.
      as per given addresses on net i have visited but after visiting there i got information that particular center has closed.

      so what to do next

      please give me such help that i can repaire my device by service centers.

        I bought a google nexus 6 on[protected], from flipkart (My imei no. Is [protected]) and last month it stopped accepting sim card, so i went to motorola service centre on 20th, september, 2016 to get it repaired, after waiting for 1 hour they checked my device throughly and they said they will change the motherboard and repair will take around 10-15 days. They provide me a job sheet too my job sheet no. Is jnp/mg/16/05201.
        O after 13 days i called them and they said that part is not available and we'll repair it within next 7 days, so again i called them on 11th, october, 2016 and they are saying that part is still not available and repair will take 15 more days.
        I mean how can that be?
        O i asked them to give me a new handset or refund my money. They refused to do that too. I mean if the part is not available then why don't u just refund my money or provide me with a new handset.
        I'm really disappointed by motorola service, the service centre people they don't even know how to talk or behave with the customer. They are so rude with their customers.
        As of now i lost my trust in motorola so i request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

        sorry i mentioned the wrong date there i called them on 10th, october, 2010 instead of 11th, october, 2016.
        I have purchased moto g4+ on 28 sept it is heating up while charging... it becomes too hot that i have to remove it from charging...
        Kindly solve my problem

          Moto g 3d gen mobile i purchased in may 14, 2016 soon i purchased i found difficult to transfer the files to sd card due to software problems. After 3mnts front mic stopped working. And now front side display comes out from left side from the main body. I am aged 61 could not go oftenly to service centre which is faraway from my home town bantwal. Moreover service centre peoples take a week time for any type of our grievances. Hence my request either change the set or send me any other good model in exchange for present mobile. Extra differential amount i bear. Thank you. Hoping ur earlier reply and action.

          I gave my motorola moto G4 plus at electro service centre, Asansol, West bengal on 19th sept, 2016. But they told me that my mobile parts are not available. The higher authority told me that they will send my mobile parts at service centre on 1st October and I will get my mobile phone on 4th October. But parts are not coming till now.

            Ordered a Handset from amazon, within 15 days it started having some trouble, so i replaced it and got my replaced product by next 15 days. till that time my amazon replacement period got expired, and now in another 20 days the replaced product also had some issues, when consult to an authorized service center it says, MOTHERBOARD Crashed. which means there is some issue with manufacturing and service of product.Amazon is refusing to refund and replace the product again. And Motorola service center says it will take around 1 month time to replace the motherboard.
            i don't trust the brand and its product any more, and don, t want to use that particular phone even after service.
            Company and cheated me as its valuable customer by not providing service as it should.

            earlier days days phone has some minor problems like it operates automatically even without any touch on it. it make calls to any one, opens any application. any some time restart again and again.
            but at last it switchedoff and from that day its permanently off.
            I just want my Amount back, from company and they may take their product back.

              I purchased the moto e power through flipkart
              Order od[protected] dated 20/10/2015).
              In the advertisment of this phone in danik jagran newspaer rapid charger 10 watt also include in the inbox.

              But at the time of delivery a have received a simple charger (Made in china) instead of rapid charger the box.

              Please suggest.

Not support customer service center and customer service and i m going consumer court because i have last option. Your service engineer says there is mosturise problem but he is not except your phone not felt in water and he says you are using your phone in the a/c room and cooler room and i ask u where you are write in your user manual book user person not use phone in a/c room or cooler room

                  My friend gifted me moto g4plus 16gb from amazon on 30th august n i received on 2nd sept. Near 22nd sept my phone's headphone jack wasn't workong properly so i gave my phone to service center n i received my phone back on 5-6th october.
                  And now again my phone's headphone jack is not working properly. I hardly disappointed by the LENOVO moto g4plus... i liked the performance of moto g3 that's why i thought. g4plus would be great but now Lenovo shattered my expectations.

                    I have purchased moto 3g in may 2016. the phone was dead in aug 2016. i deposited the same at the kochi serice centre[protected] on 15.09.2016.
                    I visited the shop on 03.10.2016 to hear that it would take another month to get it repaired.
                    I lodged a complaint with the moto customer care. some one called me on 05.10.2016 and told to wait. on 07.10.2016 another man called and told me that he would ascertain the reason for delay with the kochi centre and told me that the spare part (mother board) ordered by the kochi centre had cancelled by them. when i enquired with kochi centre, they informed that the order had been cancelled by motorola and they (kochi service centre) had re-ordered on 22.09.2016. now nobody knows when the phone will be ready.
                    Now i will be without phone for more than one month and loosing guarantee for the same period also. the people are irresponsible. they should replace the phone. i will post the details in the website immediately. and also register complaint with consumer court for looting the common man. i demand a new phone as the earlier one was of inferior quality.

                      I purchased the Moto X Style through Flipkart (Invoice dated 25/10/2015).
                      While making calls through this phone the receipients of the calls complained that my voice was not clearly audible and that the voice was broken into parts as is it was vibrating. I contacted the service centre at Trivandrum and they said that it needs formatting for which I submitted the phone there. Even after that the same problem existed. on taking it to them again they said that it was the fault of the service provider(BSNL) which I had been using for more than 10 years without any hitch, and told me to port the number to any other provider. I later changed my service provider to IDEA and also took an additional sim from Vodafone. The problem still persists. There is no problem with the reception of calls at my end as I can hear calls clearly. The technicians at the service centre are not properly trained in servicing this set. Please respond to my complaint at the earliest.

                        I am facing the problem of battery in my moto 4g plus phone. About 2 week ago i submitted my phone at janakpuri service center to change the battery but still i am waiting for my phone. No response from service center, no message from company side even their service center phone number is switched off. And i am trying to call their service head of delhi ncr to mr. Sachin, his phone is also switched off.

                        Really shameful and worst quality of mobile phones, their service and customer service as well.

                        Even in my views they are fraud, because in any advertisement they never mentioned that the phone is made by moto and lenovo. They only mention the name of motorola while the product is made by both company.

                        This is my my last product which i have bought from this company, i'll never recommend the product made by this company. Also i would recommend to every one to not purchase any product from this company. My 4 friends have also purchased this phone and all are facing problem in their phone however the problem in some other phone is different.

                        One more thing that i am not only the customer who is facing the worst service problem, there are many other customer at their service center who are waiting for their phone for 15 day, 20 days or even more than 1 month. Many customer are, who submitted their phone two week ago and yet order of the part not sent from service center to company.

                          I submitted my motorola phone moto G 3rd generation in sanjay place agra service center behind icici bank sanjay palace agra.

                          My phone is in warranty period.

                          I submitted my phone because sim slot pin broken while inserting sim.

                          First they charged 1850 rupees and gave no bill and anything no complaint number I asked them to give but they said they will give after repairing it . I gave my phone on 16 September 2016 . Yesterday when I went to service center they have my phone but not given any bill of 1850 rupees

                          When asked to give so they denied and said they will sent it by mail in two hours but no bill provided to me

                          I also checked it by entering iemi no on Motorola site but it is not showing any work done

                          Legally I am authorised to get bill and I have doubt that they repaired it with local part and hiding facts with company and customer

                          Please take action against it and sent me bill or I will go to consumer court

                            I have purchased Moto g4 plus a month back from amazon. The function of phone is good but when I used camera for more than 1 minutes it capture heat. Even when I play games the phone gets heat. Use of video and playing games is very frequent functions to be used.

                            Is this any manufacturer defect???
                            And settings to be made??

                              1. Press the power key for 3-4 seconds.
                              2. Touch and hold on power off option which appeared on the display
                              3. Touch ok when reboot to safe mode appears
                              4. Phone will reboot and safe mode will appear in bottom left corner
                              5. While in safe mode, launch apps one at a time to identify the app causing the problem
                              6. Remove the app that causes the problem from the device
                              7. To disable safe mode, press and hold the power button continuously for 7-10 seconds.

                              Thanks! For your advice but that was off no use because — the phone gets started after power button is pressed for few seconds & no such option is provided where phone could be started from safe mode. There is no respite from heating problem, as the phone gets heated up even after 10-15 minutes of continuous working, your other duggested solutions too didn't worked kindly guide your procedure for replacement of this defective set which had been sold by amazon online.                               Safe mode :

                              1. Press the power key for 3-4 seconds.
                              2. Touch and hold on power off for 3-4 seconds.
                              3. Touch ok when reboot to safe mode appears
                              4. Phone will reboot and safe mode will appear in bottom left corner
                              5. While in safe mode, launch apps one at a time to identify the app causing the problem
                              6. Remove the app that causes the problem from the device
                              7. To disable safe mode, press and hold the power button continuously for 7-10 seconds.

                                2 days back what happened is truly shameful for Motorola.
                                Pls refer your call informing that the device is repaired and I should collect it from service center.

                                As per your advise and call, I visited service center travelling one district to other to collect the repaired phone.But who knows that it is not repaired and this is a wrong information communicated by you. Again I wasted my precious time and travel expense.

                                Please note below:\
                                1. I am facing this issue from several months.
                                2. It took 3 days to submit the phone in service center due to poor service by your service center.
                                3. Phone not inspected well by your technician.
                                4. Unnecessary Visits from one district to another several time as service center is not in my hometown. Waste of time as well as money.
                                5. Call closed by you on 29th without resolving the issue.
                                6. Call from Motorolla communicating that device is repaired and to collect the same from service center. Totally a Wrong communication.
                                7. Refer attached communication for request for exchange but no response.

                                Now I want complete refund of my phone with all unnecessary and waste of travel expense and time compensation.
                                If you cant give please let me know otherwise I need to file a complain with consumer court.As discussed with you earlier and as per trailing mails the response from your service center is not good.You have seen this time that I went to your service center which is out of station thrice for submission of my mobile only.

                                Last time I had submitted my phone and it took 3 and half months for getting it repaired.

                                Job sheet reference JED/MG/16/00111, submitted to Jamshedpur Service center.

                                This is to inform that calls has been closed by you without resolving my issue.

                                Now I am going with consumer court for lodging the complain against you. You keep this faulty phone with you, Now I completely want money return against this phone and the travel expense and time cost as well for unnecessary visits at your service centers.

                                So finally you have cheated me for the third time.

                                Pls note for the third time you have failed to fulfill your commitment, deadline given by you is all over.

                                This proves the trust you have build that one have to think about your product.

                                As discussed over phone today, Now finally I completely want refund of my money with compensation.

                                Pls let me know you are going to provide the same or not, else I need to go consumer court forum for claiming the same.

                                A brief/summary for your kind information, reference and action
                                1. Problem in handset(Moto G3) from the date of delivery by Flipkart.
                                2. Request for exchange but no response.
                                3. Problem in my other handset(Moto E2), submission at service center and took 3 and half months to get back it without getting it repaired.
                                4. Submitted my handset(Moto G3) in service center after visit for the third time at your service center due to poor response from your service center. During earlier visits service center denied to collect the phone.
                                5. Unnecessary travel from one district to another as no service station in hometown.

                                6. Job sheet closed by you without getting the problem resolved.
                                7 Call from Motorola to collect the phone from service center. After visit at service center I came to know that device is not repaired and wrong information provided by Moto.
                                8. Again a call from Motorola that device will be repaired by 12th but a wrong communication again.
                                9. Call from Motorola again that problem will be resolved by 15th 9:51 AM(in two days) but still the same status.
                                10 . Assurance from Motorola that I will be supported in rectifying the issue asap. After assurance 3 and half months last time and nearly 1 month this time(yet to be received)

                                Moto G4 Problem with Turbo Charger, Speaker, Battery and Automatic restart.

                                This is the first time I purchased Motorola Phone and going through very very very bad experience, Below are the details of the issue I am going through, the phone is defected and they are not ready to refund my money or provide a complete phone replacement.

                                I purchased Moto G Plus, 4th Gen (Black, 32 GB) on 24th May 2016, the charger stopped working since yesterday 24th July 2016. After waited for a 1 week got the replacement charger.

                                On 11th August Phone Speaker Stopped working :-
                                I called up at service center at[protected], but its keep ringing. Then I called on toll free number, the customer support tech update me someone will call me on 30th to update the status, I submitted the phone on 12 august at borivali service center, they acknowledge and gave me elf form, after one week I went to service center they created the job id saying motherboard needs to replace and today I am getting update I need to wait till 30th..

                                After waited for a month got my Phone from the service center and on 27th September 2016 phone was not getting charged.

                                Submitted the Phone on 29th September 2016 at Borivali Service Center, they replaced the battery and provide me the phone on 3rd Octocber 2016.

                                Got the phone on 3rd October 2016 from service center, as this phone was having charging issue they replaced the battery. Today afternoon 5th October 2016 the phone restarted twice automatically. Amazon is ready to provide me the replacement, but they need "SERVICE DENIAL LETTER". But Motorola is not ready to provide me "SERVICE DENIAL LETTER", they keep saying we are repairing / replacing the parts.. Its been an ongoing issue and I am worried if this keep continue the warranty will expire and Motorola will wash their hands by saying its OUT of Warranty

                                  There is a battery problem in my mobile i want to my mobile with 97% but after one minute it show 47% whats the problem in my mobile it is in guarranty period or just 15 min ago its battery is 35% and it suddenly switch off and after turn on the mobile it show 23% after 10 minute its again suddenly switched off and show battery 20 to 15% why it is suddenly switch off or less the battery

                                  Same happened with my moto 4G plus phone. about 2 week ago I submitted my phone at JanakPuri service center to change the battery but still I am waiting for my Phone. No response from service center, no message from company side even their service center phone number is switched Off. and I am trying to call their service head of Delhi NCR to Mr. Sachin, his phone is also switched off.

                                  Really shameful and worst Quality of Mobile phones, their service and customer service as well.

                                  Even in my views they are fraud, because in any advertisement they never mentioned that the phone is made by Moto and Lenovo. they only mention the name of Motorola while the product is made by both company.

                                  This is my my last product which I have bought from this company, I'll never recommend the product made by this company. also I would recommend to every one to not purchase any product from this company. My 4 friends have also purchased this phone and all are facing problem in their phone however the problem in some other phone is different.

                                  One more thing that I am not only the customer who is facing the worst service problem, there are many other customer at their service center who are waiting for their phone for 15 day, 20 days or even more than 1 month. many customer are, who submitted their phone two week ago and yet order of the part not sent from service center to company.

                                    The product was purchased on august 1, 2016. However the motherborad crashed in a month's time. It was given to an authorised service center in vile parle at the following address - 2nd floor shop no s-15 prime mall, irla lane, irla-vile parle west, mumbai - 400056, opposite alfa 1. However when we got the phone back the power button was not functioning. We again returned it to the service center last week and we have still not received any update on the same. Also when we checked with the dealer he said he is not sure about the delivery of the button from moto g workshop. This kind of product and service is unacceptable from motorolla.

                                    Motorola has the worst service ever I have every encountered, I cant even say worst service because have not received any service so far.

                                    Every time I write on the site, the CSR Sandeep writes a mail and then it just stops there. Nothing happens post that. No even is even bothered to call in spite of taking the number thrice. Don't know why they ask for cell numbers again and again if they don't even call once

                                    I would recommend people strictly against Motorola. Even a road side non branded shop provides a better service than Motorola

                                    Its been 2 days I have not received any call. I tried reaching the number and they said a Motorola representative will get back to me, however nobody is bothered to get back on a customer issue with a product which is 1 month old.

                                    So apart form the faulty product the service is also pathetic.

                                    Can Motorola resolve through customer complaint or will have to put up a consumer complaint
                                    I have been trying to get my phone sorted for about a month now.

                                    I have no words to tell you how pathetic the service is.

                                    The CSR Sandeep told me he will get this fixed at the earliest. But if this is earliest I don't know what their normal service deliverables are.

                                    Now the physical phone is not with me for last 1 month and don't forget it was purchased on August 1, 2016.

                                    Can I sue the company for bad product and service?

                                      I have moto g4 mobile phone with me. I purchased it from amazon in june 2016. It gets turned off automatically without any special reason. Once it is turned off, it will not turn on automatically
                                      I gave it to service center in kotla, delhi (A-180 (1st floor), sukhdev nagar market, kotla muabark pur, bhishma pitamha marg opp indusind bank, new delhi, delhi 110003). I was assured that it will get fixed in 5 days but they kept it for 15 days and then returned the phone saying it was due to some software issue and we have fixed it. But problem started again the very next day. I demanded replacement but got a cold reply.

                                      I am highly disappointed. I trusted motorola and bought my first android phone ever. This handset is faulty and even your service center has no fix for it. I demand replacement for my phone as i am highly irritated now. I have faced so many adverse situations because of this faulty phone.

                                        Moto g mobile model g xt 1557 turbo black bought thru'
                                        amazon on 17th feb. 2016, run into defect, being under service
                                        warranty handed over for rectification at m/s. S s electronics, hardy complex, m.G. Road, hyderabad on the 10th sept. 2016 and receipt collected vide their work order no.
                                        Scd/mg/16/1705 dtd. 10th sept. 2016. With the assurance that the set would be delivered to me in couple of days.

                                        Now, that 25 days have passed, i do not get to hear from the service centre...The ph. No. Provided for contact[protected] rarely gets connected and last contacted i was told the unit will be delivered after 10 days. As also the mobile no. Provided contact - [protected] never gets connected ( probably connection withdrawn).
                                        Addressal of the staff working at the centre is irresponsive and very lackasidal... In the present circumstances i am not really sure as to when the unit will be restored to me duly repaired or is it that i should
                                        for get the instrument... And go for a new one... Hope my frustrations or understood and properly addressed... Lest i may have to proceed against the service centre in the consumer forum at hyderabad.
