In June I Purchased Moto G4 for my daughter persuing B.Tech. in Jaipur.
One day there was a message on phone that system ui has stopped.
I resides at Bikaner. After having 350 KMs journey I visitedy Jaipur service centre situated at new sanganer road.
I wanted to meet centre incharge but he kept me on waiting for more than half an hour. He was just gossiping with other people. The centre doesnot know how deal with customers. The Centre was a hopeless one. I was issued a token and on my turn I was told that my phone will be checkedby evening and then It will be communicated what the problem was with my phone. I was ready to leave my phone there but atleast the problem with phone must have been investigated the problem, I know problem solving may take few hours but it should have been prima facia investigated.

I told the incharge that I will make a complaint but he replyed that he did not care about any complaint
The service centre is VERY HOPELESS AND INSENSITIVE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. EVEN THE CENTRE IN CHARGE IS VERY RUDE, INSENSITIVE AND HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL AND ATTEND THE CUSTOMERS

I will never suggets any one to buy MOTOROLA

    I have submitted my motorola x play to the service centre situated in meerut
    15 days back but still they are telling that it would take more 4 days still to get it fixed.

    it had a minor issue with the mic. They did the software resetting also then they generated workorder number WQT/M/16/00939.

    I have been revolving around the service centre for the days and my working is affecting deeply due to this.

    Kindly look into it.

      I give mobile to service center on28/07/2016 till date they can not repair.
      Motorola service is very poor.

      Moto g3 under warrenty
      So please solve this issue.
      I think if motorola can not repair there product they have to close there manfacturing of mobiles.
      Poor service of motorola service centers in india.
      If any budy say what i shoud buy i say not motorola there service is poor.

        TO management of Motorola India
        sir i would like to inform u that my moto g turbo which is purchase in month of January 16, but unfortunately this set charging point nob is wear out and mobile is not taking charge .i was going to service center they have no nob is available and he is saying minimum 4-5 days time is taking for availability of this and he is also saying he is taking some money aprox 600 Rs for this.what is yhis sir why demanding money during guarantee period .if is happening we are lose faith of motorola.

        I am complaining about moto g4 plus. It becomes very hot after using camera for 2-3 minutes. What is the solution for this? Only for camera it becomes too much hot, if I play games on that for 1/2 hour. I scared that it will blast.

          Hi Team,

          MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MOTOROLA CUST CARE

          --My Dad's using Moto G and recommended me to go for Moto Phones and so I did purchase Moto E2 3g.
          --It was good until one day the ear piece started crumbling and I went to service centre and the worst part started.
          -- I could not find one service centre but finally found out one. B2X service centre (Authorised for Mototrola)in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I waited for 1 hour to get my token. Finally gave him and took the job sheet.
          --Now, after 20 days(Guys...20 Days without a phone is a horrible experience) I got a call and went to the service centre next day and it was closed. (No prior Intimation about closure). Next day was Sunday(Closed again). 2 days wasted.
          --Ok...On Monday, finally got my phone and started using it...and exactly after 1 month SAME ISSUE REPEATED. Its the same issue guys. Not good. Not at all.

          --I again went to the service centre B2X and now what...they said that the contract between you and
          B2x expired...so I need to go to another place which is
          MOBI QUEST
          NO, 15-24-1, P.NO 1, MIG-1, 1ST FLOOR,
          NYR CHAMBER, KPHB COLONY MAIN ROAD,
          KUKATPALLY, HYDERABAD

          ..OK... I went there...(IT'S CLOSED). What's happening guys. anyway's
          --Fine, I went next day...and yes the same thing repeated. Made me wait for 2 hours and they did finally take the phone and gave me the job sheet (Attached).

          NOW THE IMPORTANT PART
          --I GOT THE PHONE AFTER 15 DAYS AND THE SAME ISSUE NOW...VERY VERY LOW EAR PIECE VOLUME...I called the service centre and they asked me submit it again.
          Bad guys...Submitting the phone is lot painful and is taking over 2 hours. So I did handed over the phone to one of those guys to speak with motorola customer care and they refused stating that the manager is not here.

          I Called up customer care and asked me to submit the phone again. I did it with great pain. Please find the attached Job sheets and find the dates please.

          We have lot's of work and we cant waste our time and energy on keeping on visiting your service center's

          NOT GOOD GUYS. I DON'T WANT YOUR PHONE ANYMORE. TAKE BACK YOUR MONEY AND RETURN MY MONEY BACK.

          AND GUY'S ...PROVE YOUR COMPETENCY BY PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE.

          TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SINCE MY FIRST MOTOROLA

            Dear Motorola Team,
            Its very annoying to get such treatment from a brand like Motorola on whom we have trusted so much.

            I have purchased Moto X Play in Sep. 2015 from Flipkart. And its not been even a year my memory slot got disabled so i had to relaced the entire mother board for it.

            Aftetr getting the mobile repaired from service center, my speaker was not working properply. again I had to give to the service center for repairing.

            After getting the phone from service center, once again i am finding speaker problem and also my contacts are not getting saved in the phone.

            This has made my work very disturbed. Since we use only one phone where in all the datas, contacts, apps, settings are saved.

            Please address my issue soon. repair it immediately or refund back the money. I am really fed up of going to service center every time.

              I am Devender kamble actually I came to service centre on 10th July but they told me Motorola equipment is not there come after 1 week. I came on 19th July and they submit my mobile and they told come after 15 days. again I am visited on 5th August again they told your mobile have touch screen problem we already requested to company for touch screen we call you back after 10 days. I am calling from 16th Aug no one lifting call. On 18th August they lift the call and they told your mobile have motherboard problem again they said we contact you after 4 day's its confirm. And now they are telling your warranty is over. And our server also not working. From beginning onwords I am contacting tellecaller ms. BHAGYASREE [protected] she was given fake status to me. And again I calling to your Motorola service centre from 25th Aug no one replying me. Your people also taking my complaint but not resolving. Last time given this reference no.[protected] by javed. and still now 11th sep now also my status pending. worst experiance with motorola service centre.

                I have got automatic switch off and heating issue new purchase the mobile.this complaint registered on though your service center SACT COMMUNICATION, MADURAI ON 22/08/2016
                Now the service people saying that the complaint got from mother board.
                The mother board replaced with in 10 days. But the service has been taken more than 18 days .

                your servicer said many moto g4 plus mobile have this proplem.
                i don't need your fauliure this model mobile .

                kindly give me the proper replay. otherwise the mobile should be handed due to you only.

                I don't need this mobile. kindly refund the amount.

                  After a recent security patch level update which came on 10th sept. On my Moto G4, The notification sound gradually decreased compared to it was before update . I am not able to hear the notification sound clearly and inturn i miss to see my important messages. So i request you to please solve this issue as its too frustrating for me or get me some compensation.

                    Hi,
                    Moto G4 Plus has stopped working after 28 days of purchase. No Authorized service centers found near Thane (Maharashtra).
                    Date 08 sept 2016.

                    The phone wont start. Just the logo appears and blacks out everything.
                    I dont know why this has happened.

                    I need immediate help from available service centre where in i can get it done free of cost.

                    Motorola does not even provide the list of service centers on their own website. This is really pathetic from such a renowned company.

                      I want to place a complaint on your very bad service solutions...my moto g 3rd gen was not charging up so i went to the service centre...i was completely harassed they kept my phone for more than a month, i had to buy a substitute phone also for this reason and when i got back my phone it had three more problems...to change the charging socket they reseted the phone, opened it wholly and didnt fix the screen properly...now the selfie camera is also not working and also in voice calls the voice from the other side is very unclear...now i have a phone half working with expired warranty...now i also regret buying another moto g 4th gen a few months earlier...i am seriously disheartened with your service and lost faith on your service stations...so i dont want to run to your service stations any more...now i want my phone to be replaced or else i should get my phone repaired by any nearby mobile repairing shop and warn everybody not to buy any motorola device...
                      I hope to get a quick solution to this from your side...

                        I brought moto g4 plus 2 weeks back. The problem is the font color was ok when I brought the device but from 1 week it has changed to black with white background. I checked with my friend who has the same device but it has the same font. I cant read many messages in my whatsapp.. There is no differece in the colors. So please tell me what's happening with my mobile and how to resolve this problem.

                          Actually i bought moto g4 + a few months ago. Firstly i found that it was a very cool device but after half a month it start creating problems. First problem was that i did not able to use it at the time of charging because it's touch started reacting automatically. Then one day it's volume key cracked from it's center then it misplaced which shows that the product is misbranded it is not durable which is the identity of moto devices. Now the touch of device is reacting automatically at any time. Which is creating a lot of inconvenience. Then i went to the moto service centre but they told me that the touch will take a time of a month or more to repair and they demanded rupees 600 to repair the key. But the key was not broken by me so why i pay money for it. Dear moto if you can resolve my problems so please do it as soon as possible. Or otherwise replace this with a new one. I would be obliged.

                            I submit my moto g turbo on 02.08.16 to the syscomp infosol service center. Today 06.09.16 so more than 1 month already delay to back my device. I call them many time more than 100 times to mr. Debasis roy-[protected] (Debasish. [protected]@ensureservices.in), mr. Barun kumer roy-syscomp infosol (Service center where i submitmy device for repairing purpose[protected],[protected], [protected] ([protected]@syscomp.in), and also motorola care. They are given me a mail and tell my device will be ready by 03.09.16 but till now they did not return my device. Even they not repair my device till today. Plese help me that that they return my device as soon as possible because it is already delay. If anyone know how i complain in consumer forum then tell me the process.                             Dear Sir,

                            ''MATTER IS VERY URGENT RESPONSE ME WITHIN 24 HOURS. DON'T IGNORE IT.''

                            Good evening!

                            It is my pleasure to mail you but I am very disappointed with you & your company’s technical & consulting team as they are not providing satisfactory replies to my mails or response to my complaints. And you are the most senior person how you can ignore such a big issue.however I highlight some major issues that I am facing from last 30 days or more.

                            1. I submitted my phone on 03.08.2016 to your customer care centre (Address : SYSCOMP INFOSOL, Sector 1, Salt lake City, Kolkata, 700064). Your customer care consultant told me that there was some problem in my phone as mentioned in the trailing mails.& asked to come on 16.08.2016 for receiving repaired phone. But they told me that some other problem has happened while repairing the phone & same should be rectified in few days. Same was agreed by me.

                            2. Again on 16.08.2016, they informed me that my phone was still under repair process & it would take around 2 weeks. Again, I agreed for the same.

                            3. Once again, after some days, Motorola Customer Care support mailed me to pick the repaired phone on 03.09.2016. Again they failed their commitment. They told me that they would do the same by 05.09.2016.

                            Again they failed to their commitment.

                            4. Today I called Customer Care person (Ms. Bhavna) to give the final date on which I can take my repaired phone. They initially not willing to give any particular date .Then I forced her to give some date as it is pending from long time. Then she checked in her system & informed me that the mother board of my phone to be replaced is not yet dispatched from MOTOROLA STORE & it will take another week.

                            This type of service from such a reputed company like Motorola is not acceptable to me & I suffered alot for such a small issue like this.

                            Since, so much of time is lost because of your technical team's worse response. Now, provide me new phone or repaired phone within 48 hours.

                            Additionally more than valuable 1 month is lost because of you & your company, please extend my warranty period by 6 months additional to 1 year warranty.

                            Kindly look in the matter seriously & close it by 48 hours. further delay in this subjected issue is not acceptable.

                            PLEASE REVERT IMMEDIATELY FOR ANY CLARIFICATION.

                            WAITING FOR YOUR VALUABLE RESPONSE AT THE EARLIEST.

                              I submitted my nexus 6 on 11th august 2016.they say there is a problem with motherboard and it needs to be replaced.they didnot find the part in 25day and they are still extending the date to 12th of september 2016 and that too not for sure.This motorola service is so bad. they require more than a month to replace a part.They don't even provide a refund facility for the faulty devices they make.

                                Last time I submit my phone in b2x service center at puranpur on dated 22 Aug 2016 for earphone jack and bettry problem the center is gave my phone on dated 2 sep 2016 also he change my phone display and phone display is already ok only jack and bettry problem now I face many problem in my phone the sensor is not work properly and the display is not fitted well and speaker also not gud peekar also change in my phone

                                My Moto G 4 Plus got curved and its charging port is also misbehaving as it charges sometimes i.e. charger gets connected in 4-5 attempts. Curved display is so annoying. Please help.

                                  Purchased a Moto G4 plus on 14th July 2016(biggest mistake)
                                  Problem faced on 24th August
                                  Given to service centre on 25th August 2016.
                                  Now today I have completed 10 days and still I havn't got my cell phone back
                                  moto employee told me they are getting parts from Hong Kong . And I have to still wait for 5 more days
                                  So it means I have wasted my almost 15k for this kind of a service.
                                  And when asking for a new set they replied we are changing the mother board so it will be new...WOW great... So ultimately you all are telling me to spread a word of mouth about the excellent service of MOTOROLLA
                                  I thought I have made a ri8 decision switching up from iPhone to Moto
                                  But yes I was wrong

                                    I gave my mobile in Motorola service centre in ALLAHABAD because some charging issue is occurred.
                                    On 03-9-16 when i got my mobile i found speaker is not working due to the negligence of Motorola service center.
                                    Kindly solve my problem
                                    Due to this negligence i got financial harm

                                    Motorola time taking is very big problem for the customers but after taking so much time they will not give mobile in good condition some of the problem is still there.

                                    Its been very much disrespectful behaviour from your company response towards customer. by talking several times to you about my phone you still not manager to give my phone to me. your customer satisfaction is very poor

                                        I had purchased a set build no. Mpj24.139-23.1 moto g4 plus, which was put in to use on auspicious day 15th august 2016.I had observed that set is getting too much hot during simple use and at the time of charging extra ordinary heat is felt with.
                                        Please replace the set . I tried to return/refund the set through on line process but that is not working.
                                        Please look in the matter and get the set replaced immediately.
