I am akash dey. i purchase a moto g3 phone in November 2015 after that till September 2016 my device went to service center many times(around 4 times). Now i m also facing a new problem about my phone that its battery drains too quick and gets heated always. i m consulting with moto service desk but they always refuse to grant that my device is manufacture defected. After November my warranty is also finished so please help me what i do of this mobile.

    I have a motog 4 plus 32 gb
    Its performance is ok . camera is good
    Bt iam facing two problems 1) the touch pad is automatically working while charging so i cant use my phn while charging and over heating is also there

    2) when i open the battery usage graph it shows as wifi consuming 20, 25% of batterry but my wifi alwys off i am not using wifi so the battrry drains fast .

      Sir / madam
      I have order a moto g plus 4 th gen (white 32 gb) from amazon on last week of june, and i have received phone with following no x000ja1ov3 serial no [protected] on 05 th july. as soon as i received phone has started giving problem, whenever i use to start mobile data or wi-fi it gets switched automatically, simultaneously it started showing battery heating problem. when i contact amazon regarding this fault they said sir exchange policy is finished by 15 july 2016. and they are now directing me to service centre.
      I am very much shocked that new phones are showing such type of problem i started searching your service center also but i came to know from colleague that device must be having problem because she has also purchased same phone and she is not facing any problem.
      Hence i request you kindly resolve my problem by replacing my phone as i trust motorola and i don't want to loose it.

      Hi

      I bought above mentioned phone and within 10 days it has started giving me several problem which are as follows
      1) Phone battery Gets Hot any time if phone is not in use
      2) Phone gets automatically switched off when i start mobile data connection or wifi on mobile
      3) Once if it gets switched off minimum 7-8 time i have to start it then it gets start.
      4) Now the recent problem it takes long time to get charged and after full charging phone shows battery low

      for all these problem i had word with amazon they said that sir phone must be faulty but our return policy window is open only for 10 days hence we cannot help you because dealer who supplied the phone is not ready to replace the phone and you talk to Motorola Company r their service center.

      I am surprised that for new phone why should i go to service center and that to also so many multiple problem but still i have visited online service center but i saw customers are not happy with their services. Some service center are taking almost month to resolve a problem. I request you your this device has genuine manufacturing defect and hence you replace the same to me.

      My phone is not getting charged when it's switch on but I if I switch off its getting charged. And if I on the phone while charging it shows that it's charging but battery percentage remains the same and even if I unplug the charging cable the charging symbol is not going, for that I have to off and on my phone again.

        To whom so ever concern.

        I have Purchase Moto g plus mobile phone through amazon online on July 2016

        The said mobile phone went out of order by automatic ON-OFF-ON

        The matter was taken up to the service centre at vile parle. I was advice for change of battery which was ill advice as life of battery cannot be for 2 months. Service centre checked with their battery and found that network was not picking as IC is gone.

        Now I have being advice that for change of IC we required to change the mother board with approx. up to Rs 12, 000/-

        I had Paid Rs 15, 000/- Towards cost of mobile and now I required to spend 12, 000/- for repair.

        It is unjustified that new instrument of Caliber of your company should malfunction in today’s time.it is interest of all that mobile must be replaced with a new one immediately.
        I now i will not suggest your mobile phones to my frnds and relative ...

          I have been following up from last several months but there is no clear response from Motorola side.
          I am facing the issue from the date of purchase but still Motorola has not resolved my issue. Please note this is my 3rd Motorola phone in which I am
          facing issues.

          As I am facing the issues from date of delivery, I should get exchange of my
          product. Pls note I had written mail for this after receiving the product
          itself.
          Once again pls note down my concerns:
          1. Memory slot, card is not working properly. formatted memory, Checked class of card problem is still there.
          2. Screen touch not working properly. Sometimes work sometimes not.
          3. Speaker not working.

          Currently phone is with service center but no clear response.

          Today what happened is truly shameful for you.
          Pls refer your call today informing that the device is repaired and I should collect it from service center.

          As per your advise and call, I visited service center travelling one district to other to collect the repaired phone.But who knows that it is not repaired and this is a wrong information communicated by you. Again I wasted my precious time and travel expense.

          Please note below:
          1. I am facing this issue from several months.
          2. It took 3 days to submit the phone in service center due to poor service by your service center.
          3. Phone not inspected well by your technician.
          4. Unnecessary Visits from one district to another several time as service center is not in my hometown. Waste of time as well as money.
          5. Call closed by you on 29th without resolving the issue.
          6. Call from Motorolla communicating that device is repaired and to collect the same from service center. Totally a Wrong communication.
          7. Refer attached communication for request for exchange but no response.

          Now I want complete refund of my phone with all unnecessary and waste of travel expense and time compensation.
          If you cant give please let me know otherwise I need to file a complain with consumer court.

          What a third class service support Motorola has, really appreciable.

          So finally you have cheated me for the third time.

          Pls note for the third time you have failed to fulfill your commitment, deadline given by you is all over.

          This proves the trust you have build that one have to think about your product.

          As discussed over phone today, Now finally I completely want refund of my money with compensation.

          Pls let me know you are going to provide the same or not, else I need to go consumer court forum for claiming the same.

          A brief/summary for your kind information, reference and action
          1. Problem in handset(Moto G3) from the date of delivery by Flipkart.
          2. Request for exchange but no response.
          3. Problem in my other handset(Moto E2), submission at service center and took 3 and half months to get back it without getting it repaired.
          4. Submitted my handset(Moto G3) in service center after visit for the third time at your service center due to poor response from your service center. During earlier visits service center denied to collect the phone.
          5. Unnecessary travel from one district to another as no service station in hometown.

          6. Job sheet closed by you without getting the problem resolved.
          7 Call from Motorola to collect the phone from service center. After visit at service center I came to know that device is not repaired and wrong information provided by Moto.
          8. Again a call from Motorola that device will be repaired by 12th but a wrong communication again.
          9. Call from Motorola again that problem will be resolved by 15th 9:51 AM(in two days) but still the same status.
          10 . Assurance from Motorola that I will be supported in rectifying the issue asap. After assurance 3 and half months last time and nearly 1 month this time(yet to be received)

          no reply even after sending reminders also
          Reply from your team is that service center will update on repair time but there is no proper response from service center.
          Last time I had submitted my another phone and I had received back after 3 and half months. When checked the problem was still there.

          Please note it took three visits to submit my phone only this time to service center due to no proper response from service center, totally a wastage of my money and time. No service center is there in my city and I have to travel to another city for getting it repaired. pls understand.

                Touch screen of my mobile Moto G (3rd Gen) was not working proparly so gave it to an authorised service centre of motorola in dhanbad, jharkhand on 5/09/16. They told us screen need to be replaced which will take 5-7 days.
                Since then whenever I ask they renpond that order is placed.

                  The set (Moto g3, within warranty till 25.10.2016) has problem in ringing, playing sound in speaker, speaker phone, playing fm in speaker. It was submitted to sd communication, kolkata on 13.09.2016 and returned on 19.09.2016. It may be mentioned here the service centre is supposed to be open on saturdays, but due to non compliance to working hours as mentioned, i had to go there on weekdays sacrificing my leaves. Further the reported problem persists as it is. No repair is evident. I feel like having made a mistake choosing to buy motorola phone just because of this unprofessional, inadequate service related solutions. I don't know whether this problem will be solved or how much of my working hours will be wasted in this. I must mention here that though i am bringing up this issue today itself (The date of collection of the phone from the service centre), i will not be able to go before saturday. Please instruct the center to stick to prescribed working hours regularly and keep the center open on weekends so that customers like us do not lose their working hours and leaves, because we have more issues in life than running after the servicing of a damn motorola phone.

                      I have motorola moto g 2nd gen mobile phone, but after updating marsh mallow my phone is geeing so much hang. And I have limited applications in my phone.Often this phone gets hang position whole day. After switch off and on the phone its already at same condition. After get changed phone panel it start to work but often I'm getting same hanging problem .Now I'm totally disappointed with this phone, please guide me what can i do for better speed.

                      I have got a update before four days. After updating to a current new version for my moto g4+, the system sound is reduced lot. I can't able to hear any sound while receiving call. Please solve this problem for me.

                        I have given my moto G4+ For repair . I bought it and on the first day it was found dead . They said itcant be replaced and took to repair but its been a month and they have`nt given any info about it … service centor no. - [protected] located in sector 10, Noida ! Poor srrvice

                          I use Moto G4 but headphone given with this set is not comfortable... It's heart's the ears when use for more than 20 mins. So after 20 mins u can't use these headphones . My suggestion is please provide in inears headphones with the Moto G4 handsets ... It's my request as a customer point of view...

                            Hi Team, after this system update which was having around 500mb to moto g4 plus mobile, battery is draining so much, torch us but working properly. Mobile hangs, double shake method of torch on is not working. Totally waste update. Why you guys are releasing this kind o[censored]pdates without proper testing.. provide a solution for this ASAP or else give our money will give your phone back.

                              Hi,

                              I gave my moto g2 mobile for repair on august 25, 2016. The shop owner said that the problem is with touch and play and they need to replace it. They charged me 2500/- for that. I was fine with it thinking it is a 'MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER'. They repaired it and gave me the mobile on August 28, 2016. The gave me my mobile in the worst condition. They broke the locks of mobile's backcover so it was not closing. There was a white spot on the screen looking at which I am not sure whether they seriously replaced the touch and play or just somehow they made the old one to work. But I was fine because mobile was working. Just after a single day the response to the touch on the screen became slow. And after 3 days, it completely stopped responding. I again gave my mobile to them on sept 7, 2016. Today the date is sept 16, 2016 and I am still waiting when they will give me back my mobile. Till now daily I called them twice or thrice a day. Daily they are saying tomorrow they will give. I have already given 2500/- to them. The shop's address is-

                                Hello,
                                I had submitted my Motorola X-Play into motorola service center at f.c.road. With the 5 issues. and I had called them about the status of my phone they told me to collect my phone which is done. And today when i went there to collect, then while checking i am facing the same problem as previous not a single issue was resolved and which is not good.
                                This service center is not providing the good service.

                                  My phone was having some problem for which I took it to moto service center, jaipur (job card no.1173) they took a month to resolve the issue but they put on other issue of low outgoing voice, I have been there for 5 times but they aren't able to resolve my problem and now they are saying phone is fine from there end but the issue is still there. There answers is very rude and unprofessional.The floor manager whom I talked with is mr.pankaj. I'm getting frustrated with Moto service, please help asap.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have given my mobile for finger print issue on july 30th and i had got my mobile back on last week friday ( 9.9.16) and my mobile got repaired. My mobile is not charging now.And i want you to give me a permanent solution for my handset because i hardly used for only 15days. I don't know whats happened to your Moto brand. Am totally fed up with your Moto G4 plus product. i had lots of problems with that handset. Please try to replace my handset to new one. Finally they made lots of scratches on that mobile camera panel. And they are giving worst service ever.
                                    Still am not using any mobile because of your company brand. i feel not worthy to buy moto g4 plus. And i dont want to suggest to buy any one from my friend circle. If i don't get any solution from your side definitely i will go for legal action and spread this issue to social media's.

                                      Sir i purched moto g mobile on 9/8/2016 and after few days it stoped charing than i gave it in the service center on 23/08/2016 the told me to collect after 10 days as they had to oder the part i said its fine. but after 10 days they are just giveing dates to me and not repaing my phone. so i went to complain in consumer court anest them and your company motorola.

                                        Dear Mr./Ms,

                                        I am greatly appalled by the poor quality of mobile - Moto X Play piece that I had purchased from Flipkart for sum of Rs 17, 500.

                                        It gives me great disappointment to inform you that the Moto X Play that I had purchased from Flipkart has got non functional within 14 days of its beginning.
                                        It does not start even after the battery is charged for long.

                                        I had taken the mobile to the Motorola authorized service store in Surat and they informed that the mother board had gone faulty and it needs to be serviced. And my experience at Surat Service center was pathetic, which needs to taken note of.

                                        I would not like to go for servicing of the mobile which is just 14 days old.

                                        I will not settle for any other solution except a complete replacement of this faulty mobile.
                                        Kindly oblige at the earliest or else i will not hesitate to go to the consumers court or glorify the extent of your poor quality through facebook, twitter or other suitable channels.
                                        Hoping for a positive reply.
