Updated by shikha.sharma0901 I have given my Motorola x play for repairing on 7th September 2016.
Now the problem is when i have gone to collect my mobile back on 1st
October. I saw many dents on my mobile phone.
But after servicing I found many dents on mobile. Those dents are near to the place where people open mobile for repairing. Motorola service center people do not know how to open mobile. This is really shameful.
After escalating the case, Today I have received one call from escalating team
that they have contacted to service center and they have told them that
they have received mobile in same condition. But what about the CUSTOMER
who is saying that this is serviced center fault.
To prove my case I am attaching two documents. In IMG-B, This is clearly mentioned that mobile has only minor scratches before. And In IMG-A, This is clearly mentioned that there are no dents in the mobile before. They have agreed that that was no dents before submitting mobile.
I m totally regretting on my decision, Why i have purchased such a poor
service mobile.
I will not accept mobile until or unless I didn’t get mobile in the good
condition (same condition on which i have given it to service center).
Please replace all the parts on which service center has made dents.
