The service centre in t nagar gives a casual response and seems disinterested in taking a phone for service. It takes more than two days to rectify a simple problem despite the service centre giving a deserted look. Please post staff who are in need of employment as there are large number o[censored]nemployed graduates seeking jobs. It gives a suspicion that the staff are novice trying to learn the job.

      Purchased MotoG 3Gen on May 2016. But could not transfer files to SD card so approached SCentre where I come to know that its due to software problem . After 4months Mic is not working after some arguments it was repaired but the probleem still persists. Recently I found that front display board is detached from upper side. I am a Sr. Citizen staying at Bantwal 574211. For servicing the mobile I must go 2 times to Mangalore. Hence I request You sir plz either exchange the mobile or I will pay differential amount so that U may plz give me new one.

        Its hardly been 2 month's i bought motoG4 plus and since day one m facing the problems related to over heating and the flickering of notification bar. Whenever i plug in the charger the apps starts opening and closing on their own. Notification bar triggers like up and down. When I open any app some other app get started.This is annoying..The phone also heats alot. I've expected way more better services from Motorola. I kindly ask Motorola to provide me with the solution regarding the inconveniences m facing.

          Hello,

          I have received one call yesterday that mobile is repaired and i can collect the same on 30th sep. But i went there on 1st september, service center people were not giving me mobile and when i argued with them then after 4 hours of wait they have given me mobile. Ridiculous people and service in NewTech solutions service center vashi.

          And when i received my mobile, Picture is completely different. First i should check my mobile but I didnt check it because when i saw mobile, I found many dents are there around the mobile phones. I found many dents some are big some are small around the mobile. When i told to service center they were giving me excuses and then after thinking they told me that they have found mobile in that condition only.. Now logical thing is- If i have given me mobile in that condition then why i will ask the same (I am not mad).
          Another observation is- those dents are not because it was dropped some where. But someone force fully tried to open the mobile phone and when those dents are like some one tried to open it with screw driver or used some other object to open mobile.
          It Seems service center people are not good enough to repair mobile.

          I will not accept that mobile phone in that condition. So please do the needful.

          This is like mentally harassment for me as i have given my mobile on 7th september 2016 and after waiting for almost a month i found my mobile in such condition. it is just 6 months i have purchased motorola and this experience was very bad. Motorola is good but it service centers are really worst.
          I have purchase silicon cover for my mobile so that my mobile will be always scratched proof and my mobile was in very good condition before giving to service center and when i saw my mobile i was crying as it has many major scratched which broke my emotions.

          I hope you will give me proper justice.

          I have given my Motorola x play for repairing on 7th September 2016.

          Now the problem is when i have gone to collect my mobile back on 1st
          October. I saw many dents on my mobile phone.

          But after servicing I found many dents on mobile. Those dents are near to the place where people open mobile for repairing. Motorola service center people do not know how to open mobile. This is really shameful.

          After escalating the case, Today I have received one call from escalating team
          that they have contacted to service center and they have told them that
          they have received mobile in same condition. But what about the CUSTOMER
          who is saying that this is serviced center fault.
          To prove my case I am attaching two documents. In IMG-B, This is clearly mentioned that mobile has only minor scratches before. And In IMG-A, This is clearly mentioned that there are no dents in the mobile before. They have agreed that that was no dents before submitting mobile.
          I m totally regretting on my decision, Why i have purchased such a poor
          service mobile.

          I will not accept mobile until or unless I didn’t get mobile in the good
          condition (same condition on which i have given it to service center).
          Please replace all the parts on which service center has made dents.

            Can't select whole contacts in the phone with a touch ie. in the phone, there is no option for select all in the contacts view. As well as the above the customer can't set ring tone from his collection the phone or SD card. The customer is compelled to used default ring tones in the phone, As a very advanced mobile set with android version 6 software the customer is restricted to use all functions what he wand or he wished

              Hi,

              I brought moto G4 two months back. From last 3 weeks i am facing sudden turnoff while using the mobile and battery discharge. I given the service center(mentioned below). They kept with them for 15 days to replace mother board. I taken back the mobile on 26-Sep-2016 and they said problem is solved after replacing mother board. But issue not solved. Then i went back to service center on 27-Sep-2016. They said to update software. They did some manipulations and given back to me after one hr. But still issue not resolved. The guys in service center dont know how to treat with customers by giving proper solution. Reck less answer.

              I am damn sure they didnt change motherboard becoz my IMEI number doesnt changed.

              I request your team to take necessary action.

                I visited motorola service centre in Okhla phase 1 new delhi 110020. my data cable was faulty for simply changing this they are asking for one month. is it appropriate time for such a small issue. even when i ask for head office complaint number.thet said go to Kotla. i dont think it is proper time. if you want money for service i m Ready to pay the charger but i want proper solution on time because one of my friend visited for same problem on same service centre and his problem solved within 7 days

                  [IMEI/Serial No: [protected] which was purchased on[protected] . Since the day one I am facing lot of problem in this set and various mails & communications were made to you & to your service center in this respect.
                  After every 2 months I have to visit service center of Noida Inline images 1M/s Vanshika Electronics, G-7 & 8 Ground Floor, Dharampali Place, Bhoj Mkt, Behind Vinayak Hospital, Noida-201301 as my Mobile set gets hanged & i am not able to receive & make any calls .Even some functions would not work on this. I must have visited your service center for this problem at least 7 to 8 times in last 1 year with this problem only ( can be verified from service center also copied in mail ) & above refereed service center would format the Mobile & again this would work for at least 1 to 2 months without any problem.
                  Now again same problem has happened & when I went to service center they reported that since Mobile is our of warranty & I need to pay for the formatting of this set. this is a problem with this mobile from day One & in fact i should call it manufacturing problem but still i am keeping this mobile but to pay charges time & again for the same problem is not possible for a set which has inerrant problem.

                    It's not even 2bmonth since I started using moto g4 plus n my screen is flickering and sometimes it starts typing on it s own . Can any body respond to my complaint immediately. We have brought this product in Amazon somewhere on 22nd August and I m getting screen flickering issue since 5 days back . I googled for this issue but it seems to be expected one n I also read some software updates needs to be done to resolve this, but my software is already updated and there are no more updates available. Note thrat this is Not small issue as I have faced so many problems due to flickering of screen. Cannot receive calls cannot dial to anyone. Even basic necessity of mobile which is doing calls or receiving calls is cannot be done by this mobile nowadays n more over I have purchased this mobile by paying full aMonut hope you understand my situation n help me on thus soon

                      Sir, with great expectations i had selected this 2nd ge motorola handset in may 2015.
                      In few months i found a few spot patches in the screen while fading to darkness or waking up from darkness.
                      Recently i am getting scared as the handset gets extremely hot at times even if it is not being operated/ used. I fear of any blast/ fire out of it. Even when i take flights i do keep the phone switched of entirely from entry to airport till exit at the destination airport.
                      Is this due to manufacturing defect or it is built to last for only one year?
                      I am lodging this complaint formally through this portal and would request the motorola company to give me acceptable and safe solution. If necessary they can inspect the handset with prior information or advise me to take it to their authorised service centre.

                        Bought the phone in april, 2016 and now the sim slot2 is not working. Service centre to replace the whole board of the phone for 7999rs.
                        Then whats the warranty meant for and the service centre jaipur especially the manager (Mr. Pankaj) not even ready to corporate (Worse customer care executive i have ever met)

                          Hi. I m very upset and disheartened with the services provided to me from motorola auth servoce centre in okhla new delhi, the charging jack was not working i submitted it on 10/09/16, and its 15 days they have not fixed it . They hv been telling me that no parts and said will take another 10 days from now. Plz look into it. As per them its gonna take more than 25 days that too not guaranteed...they are very rude too..not customer centric at all. Plz highlight this situation. I am sure lot of other customers would have had faced similar situations. Charging jack needs 25 days to be fixed...?????

                          It's under my husband name just incase they refused..plz find the attached file.
                          Sir my mobile is in warranty period and my mobile touch is not working properly. I connected with MOTO service centre they changed touch but still I am facing same problem and it is very irritating.
                          Today when i insert & change my sim card & restart my phone than phone shows no sim insert in your device what is this nonsense if you want to change sim but you are not able to run another one this is wrong please solve this issue

                              Hi,
                              I have placed the order for the phone moto g4 plus on the same day when it was launched i.e. 18th may and its has just been 4 months i am facing an issue with my charger. My charger has stopped charging the phone even if it charge it will charge for hardly 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes it displays slow charging. I am very disappointed of the service of moto, despite of my 3 visits to the service center i have still not got a new charger or a solution for the problem. Everytime i have been told that there is a problem in server please come after 3-4 days. Now its been 3 weeks that i am visiting the center and writing you to ask a question why am i paying for the service tax to you and tour company if the people are so irresponsible, ignorant, helpless. I drove a long way to reach the service center just to listen this, they wont even pick calls. They have not even checked my device or charger yet. Please provide a resolution to me, also now a days my battery is draining fast.

                                I had filed an issue with one of the service centers at bhubaneswar, odisha (smart services telecom division; address : 15/e (666), in front of lane-4, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha 751009) on the 3rd of sep, 2016. this was regarding my turbo charger which became non functional and my phone was within the warranty period, so i had asked for the free exchange. it is the 25th of sep, 2016 and till date the contact person of the center misbehaves and keeps postponing the date. i fail to understand if this can be called customer service, this is disservice with the customers who love your products. its because of such support staff that customers fear buying your products. if this is the level of service i should expect when i am in trouble with one of your products, why would i buy them in future?

                                The complaint was resolved on 2nd Oct, 2016 when my relative took the risk of again visiting the service center. But just talking about the promptness of your service, it has been disappointing. The service center experience was a nightmare for my female relative who had visited there, with the staff being rude and having no manners on how to behave with a female.

                                Hope you will take note of this and discipline the staff there.
                                We will definitely pass this to the concerned department for consideration and will take the action on this.

                                    When i plug in my charger or usb cable for charging, my phones touch start misbehaving. It is totally unusable.. the phone's applications start opening closing the notification bar triggers like up n down. i m facing ghis problem since beginning. i ordered it from amazon. please provide me information that it is a hardware problem or software.. n what should i do?tell me as soon as possible. Cos it is very much problematic n i cant shedule my busy routine.

                                        Complaining here about a faulty Motorola G3 phone and the subsequent terrible service received.

                                        I purchased for my mother a Motorola G3 handset in August 2015. This device worked decently upto January 2016. Within minutes the device heats up to unbearable levels, shocking for even using by hand, forget even using it for talking. The device shut down soon and we submitted the device for repairs to an authorised Motorola service centre and the problem was supposedly "fixed".

                                        The device's performance was still laggy, heating up and restarting often.

                                        The repeated trips to the service centre back and forth were made. Soon the warranty end period say August came about, our service centre personnel held the device upto September and chooses to say that this is a "factory defect" and he piece needs to be replaced.

                                        Sure, but apparently this is out of warranty period and we cannot get this replaced, despite having submitted the device countless times before the warranty device.

                                        Calls were made to the customer care centre, and all of them washed off their hands, saying factory defects must be brought to their notice immediately apparently, so it implies its not a factory defect. There's an authorised service centre team stubbornly claiming it's a device defect. Both apparently work for this common brand.

                                        But what really topped it was the customer service call my mother received this very afternoon to ask if the problem was resolved.

                                        She of course said it wasn't, and he then stated that usage of "non android" apps or "apps that did not come with the Motorola device" must not be used at all, or the device will tend to behave the way it does.

                                        So am I to understand that the other countless Motorola devices (mine included) will also heat up to burst into flames or will freeze and pathetically hang for ever WhatsApp message or call? Are you honestly trying to tell me that I can use my "smart" phone for making calls and text messages and the limited Google facilities?

                                        I'm utterly disappointed for this lack of clarity within the handling personnel and this horrible "service". I bought this phone for her out of Goodwill, not to give her a ghastly experience.
