Dear team
I have a complaint pertaining to motorola service centre which is located a nagpur maharashtra. I give them my handset for repair of display which is damaged on dated 24/05/2016 and also pay the charges for that but till date i have not received my handset and not updated by them. And if i call them they not pic my call or not answering. Because this is not a way of working.

I don't want your sorry. I want resolution of my complaint. Today is 1st September and I give my mobile on 24 may at your authorised service centre . Kindly tell me how many days/month required for return my handset.
