[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — moto e4 plus mobile | |||
I had purchased moto e 4 plus from flipkart on 20/07/2017. My caller is not able to hear the talk and my speaker is making shivering noise. I already give the mobile for service and after servicing also i had same problems. Then when i check with motorola service centre for the problem not solved, they told that they have to receive updates on the software within 15 days, which will solve the problem. But after 30 days, yesterday when i checked with service centre, they told that still not received the updates. Kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful. My mobile no. Lenovo motorola authorised service station in Nagpur is worst
Not a single member in Staff cooperates you. Even reaching there before time they say came back tomorrow and are not at all helpful.
