On 7th april there was some problem with mic and ringtone. I was not able to hear any tones when i get a call. When dialed someone either i don't hear what the other person is speaking and sometimes it is the other way round.On 8th april i gave it to a service center here at chennai and they said it will be resolved within 15 to 20 days and ever since i have been following with them till date. The issue is not resolved and on april month end they said ringer part is ready but mic cannot be covered under warranty. Service center people say the shield inside is crashed and is not covered under warranty and it will cost around rs.7000 (For a newly bought phone).They also said they have raised my concern to cover it under warranty to ensureservices.In from whom they have not heard back. I am convinced that i got defective piece. Hope at least this forum will help in resolving the issue.

I had bought online a Moto X Play in January'16. It gets heat up quite often. Is it normal. Or their is a issue with my handset. I have quite often heard about cell phones getting explod. Its heats up at irregular times but quite often. The cell was bought online and is still under warranty.
Till Date my phone is not repaired and still in service center. Any Update. Do someone really look in to page at all?
Very Very Bad. No starts at all
What the hell is this forum for. No responses no communication. Wasting time. Is there anyone to respond at all in this??? !@#$%^&

    I have purchased a moto x play mobile handset from flipkart and got defective product, i told flipkart and service center to replace my handset but they are not responding me.

    I have submitted the phone to service center 1 month ago and they are not giving my handset back, they are consistently telling that not repaired and telling its a motherboard issue if phone have motherboard issue then why they are selling defected product.

      i had purchased this mobile from flipkart.. And with in 3 months it is getting problem sim slot is not working and heating problem is geting

      i had conatct elphinston branch many time...Even i had take holiday from my job to visit gallery...But no response from gallery

      galley executive is telling me we don"t have the parts o[censored] r mobile...U have to wait when we get this


      but my question is to motorola my warranty period is wasting...


      Plz sort out my problem as early as possible...

My phone had stopped suddenly, i have submitted in moto care center (Sujay communications - job no:84 ) which is existed in guntur i.E. As on 05/04/2016. But that customer care center is not responding for my complaint. I am already given my phone for one month even they don't tell my phone when it will be return back. So please take necessary action.

          I bought moto g 3rd gen on[protected] from flipkart. It has hitting proablem and i take it to kolkata maliktala service center (wireless communication-55, Malik tala main road-kolkata700067) on[protected] regarding this issue and submit it. When I first time go to there they at first check my phone and ask me to submit for 15 days. I refuse nd told them I haven't backup yet...I will in next day. They give it after 20minuit and I take it to my home and after I follow that my two speakers are not woking prooerly it was too noisy and a blue scratch in on the left side of my display. Next day on 11th march I told them the proablem and they take it and give me a manual job sheet. After 15 days I contact them and they ware not done yet. And after few day on[protected] I went to take my phone...when they provide my phone it was full black on display.display not working...nothing appare nd they resubmit it On that day..not even provide an another jobsheet...they give me the old one. Till now I have not geting any valid responce from the service center they even not recomplain it and fail to provide me a new jobsheet no today is 5th may..[protected]. Now tell me what should I do.             Description of incident:
            My phone moto g[3rd generation] got dropped into water accidentally on 25th april 2016. When i took it out from water, i cleaned it properly and i checked it by pressing unlock button. It was showing some notification about camera not detected and its touch was not working.
            Thus, was not able to switch it off.

            Then, i went to motorola service center situated at marathahalli, bangalore on 27th april 2016 and showed it to them, till this time phone was discharged.
            I told them exactly what had happened to phone.They asked me whether phone's case was properly fit or not, so my answer was a yes.
            So, they took it and checked it and next day they called me and told me that phone's motherboard and display got damaged.And amount needed to fix only motherboard is itself 80% of the prize of phone.
            I got shocked after hearing this. I can buy a new phone with this much amount.

            Since, phone is under warranty, i asked them to fix it, but they told it is water damaged and it doesn't come into warranty.

            Complaint: since phone is waterproof[as told by company] and it damaged after getting into water for just a minute. They are not ready to service it even it is under warranty.

            Note: i love this phone, but got disturbed with service and terms of the company. I need this phone fixed as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to check with other options such as social media.

            I am requesting you to fix this issue.
            Attached images are of the invoice of phone purchased and service centers delivery note and invoice of the initial service that is checking issue they given.

              .I have submitted my handset on 21 March 2016 i Bhubaneswar, Odisha.the service center as well as moto support team is nt answering properly how much time it will take to fix..i got a call from Moto on 24April that my set get repaired and to collet it from service center, but till now they r making me fool that they have sent it to Chennai for repair.There is no coordination btn service center and Motorola support team, , every time i call them they commit a new date of delivery, , , ...jobsheet no--8068

                It has been one month that I have registered complaint about my mobile (moto g 3rd gen.) whose audio jack is damaged and has problem with its touch.The complaint was made and I submitted my mobile to "22-A, Shastri Nagar Jammu" . Now every time i go there they say said "it is still not rpaired because the company is not providing the material required." What type of service Motorola is providing, it has been over a month now and i am still without my handset.

                I want my handset to be repaired and returned to me as soon as possible or else i will sue motorola for this.

                  Set was submitted for not getting charged and on.
                  But when received after service found black and white spot on whole screen .set body not properly fitted. Set not getting properly charged it take more than 5 to 6 hrs.
                  And service centre told to sumit set again on same day we receive or come after 10 days because they are not having the accessories. Plz see to it and rply soon.

                    I have written complaint for moto x play's display got damaged by water within a minute on 30/4/2016 and your service center of thane/maharashtra argues that it will not cover under warranty, though it is your specification or a feature of your handset that it is one hour water resistant. So please send your confirmation that it will be covered under company's warranty so that i can show your confirmation and recover my damage from your service center.

                          Complaint Against Motorola Moto 3 gen mobile
                          I brought Moto G (2nd Gen) LTE through flipkart on November 5, 2015. After few days the mobile is started discharging very fast and battery low frequently. On 16th April 2016 the got switch off and not starting . I went to Motorola service centre, Shri Shakti services Phone No[protected] located in Hubli, and asked for service. The person not accepted the mobile for repair and asked me to bring the set on Monday i.e 18th April. Again on 18th I went with mobile and given for repair and obtained the customer unit receipt and the receipt No is 73.He promised to give the by the same day evening. But Till date he is not giving my mobile and saying the problem is not yet attended and not confirming the date of return. It is request to take immediate necessary action against Motorola for replacement of new mobile or return of my money of Rs.8999/-.                             Sir/mam i do have i moto g 2 gen and a moto e 2 gen, there is a problem in display in both phones and in moto e the sim slots were broken and for that i have given my phones in the service centre situated at rohtak, haryana " swastik " i have submitted by phone day before the last day of warranty and they gave me an unauthorized document hand written claimiming of submission of my handset they kept both the phones for 20 days with them and never touched it in that period and when went to enquire about the repair progress i got to know that did't register the complaint of my phone moto g2 in there database and also they don't repaired my moto e2 they gave me faulty moto g2 phone back again and kept the moto e2 with them and said me that moto e will take 20 days more please suggest me what to do now and please take serious actions against the branch manager because i told him every situation and carelessness performed by the employees over there and also to the employees.

                                  It has been one month that I have registered complaint about my mobile whose battery was not working. The complaint was made and I was asked to submit my mobile to "22-A, Shastri Nagar Jammu" on 28/3/2016. The maximum time that was given to me for fixing the handset was 15 days from the date of submission of my mobile. It has been 1 month and I have visited the so called service center 10 times and all I hear from them every time is "We have not given the handset for repair yet". This is the worst customer service that can ever be provided by any company for its product. It seems that a bunch of illiterates are working in that service center and I never get any logical and satisfactory response from the staff.How can a service representative say to a customer after one month of his complaint that "we have not given your mobile for repair yet". Motorola should look into this and resolve this Asap as this is going over the head.

                                    I had given my phone to centre regarding the heating up of my phone and battery issue.they dont even check it properly and didnt tell me the problem related it and swipe away this matter by saying either battery will be changed or motherboard.they dnt even check it the exact problem just give the option to purchase .i prefer system update and the next day after waiting 2 hrs from the time they called me i recieved my phone . after that when im on my way i found that the front camera is damaged, its vague. before giving it to the centre it was working properly but after recieving it, it was damaged.my phone is out of warranty period but on believing in moto service i had gone to the centre and i would say its the worst service of the centre i had experiend .it surely damaged motorola reputation of service.every customer i saw was unsatisfied with this service centre. i had mailed my complain to the motorola site but didnt recieved any reply.

                                      I am a moto x user in India . It's been 2years that I bought my mobile in flipkart. Past 4 months, I have been facing an issue of network signals. Signals are disappearing for about 5mins to a max of 2 to 3 days continuously . They are not coming even I restart my mobile. I got confirmation from my network service provider that issue is not from their side.

                                        16/09/2015 flipkart से लेकिन दो महीने बाद sd card corrupted message आने लगा तो मै मोटोरोला के sevice center गया 11/02/2016 तो उन्होंने बोला कि mobile का motherboard change होगा 1 महीने बाद मैने service center में बात की तो उन्होंने बोला कि company में बात करो पार्ट्स के लिए तो मैने company में बात कि तो उन्होंने बोला की आपका पार्ट्स भेज दिया हैं 2 महीने बाद मैने service center में बात की तो उन्होंने बोला कि आप company में बात करो और company वाले बोलते है कि हमने पार्ट्स भेज दिया हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते service center बाले बोलते हैं की आप कंपनी में बात करे
