I apoke to Yogender on 31st Dec 2016, he did not register a complaint and said that he can not do it and can not even get a supervisor to listen to me. 1.. This phone is fitted with a low grade back camera glass so many people are getting severe scratches that results into blury images. ( Internet is full with bad reviews on this matter related to this device.) 2. My charger was not working but he did not register the complaint not even now. I regret to buy a Moto/Lenovo phone that I will not repeat is future Invoice - KA-BLRS[protected] Location- India I need immediate resolution else I am filing a cheating case for this a kind of substandard product part.
