[Resolved]  Motorola Solutions — my charger is not working

Hi team,

I am having a moto x play phone. Warranty of my phone is going to complete on 11 august 2017. Today i visited to service center located at noida sector 18. Only my charger is not working, my phone is working fine and getting charge with other turbo charger. But they are asking to submit my phone also and also saying your data will get loss even though there is no any problem in phone.
They are also saying i have to submit my phone today only other wise you will not be able to complain again. I have to much data in my phone and i can't submit it on demand. Please help me in getting a new charger.
