Hi,

I, Pritesh Sawant submitted my Motorola G 4 plus for service because my display was broken andown finger print scanner was not working. They charge me 7500rs and I paid. But my finger print scanner was not working after service also. They told me to come back after 3 working days we will fix in 30mins. After 1 week I went dey told me submit my cell and take after 3days and now they are not giving my cell also and not repairing also.. this is worst service motor is providing us.. soon I will submitted my feedback on YouTube and I will definitely submitte a feedback to all customers level management of motor...

    I was highly disappointed when I came to know that the know which I purchased doesn't have a working cast screen option...what's the fun in purchasing a phone which does not have a working cast screen option..even Samsung has this feature inbuilt in its phone in the price range of[protected]rs...so plz it's my humble request you to update the firmware software and resolve my problem asap...

      I have about 40 days left on my warrantly on my moto g4 plus phone.. My phone is having an issue regarding the fingerprint sensor and the microphone as both are not working properly. So i approached a lenovo center, but they ask me to pay money for some chrome body and the screen which needs to be repaired. Which is not even damaged. My issue is something else and the solution is all different. If my phone is in a warrantly then its the responsiblity of the company to repair my harware related issue which is covered in the warranty... Please rectify my issue

        I have purchased Motorola X Play in July 2016. The mobile is giving signal jumping problem. I went to authorized service center SCD-018 SATYAM ELECTRONICS at Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad on 10th June 2017.

        I was told this is a software issue and registered my complaint vide no.SRSCD[protected] and asked me to come in the evening.

        When I went in the evening I was told to pay Rs.450.00 towards service charges and collect my mobile.

        When I refused to pay and raised the issue of warranty, I was told to come after 3 days by then the warranty issue would be resolved.

        After a rigorous continous followup on 18.06.2017 ie after 10 days my mobile was ready for delivery. Alas when I checked there is no MY FILES link to browse memory card. When I took up the issue I was told this time this is a MOTHERBOARD problem and asked me to come back later.

        Again after rigours follow up and wasting 1 day leave, on 21.06.2017, the manager Mr.Vikarm told me to wait for 7 days.

        As on today 29.06.2017 there is no trace of my mobile and the staff also not giving any clarity regarding the mobile repair.

        GOD HELP MOTOROLA...!!!

          I have brought moto g 4 + on 24 jul 2016.
          Since last few days I am facing issues where application prints shows in background for few hours .

          I went to the service center on 27/06/2017 and they said that it is a known issues and we are also facing the same issue and nothing can be done.

          Also I had some heating issues so Nancy (agent ) asked me that they have to update the software and will check other details.so you need to submit phone here for which I agreed.

          I asked them to give me my phone latest by friday. Still they gave me the date of saturday(01/07/2017)

          Also the job sheet number they gave me is manual job and when I contacted motorola call center they said that go to service center and get a computerised job number then only we can help you. The Job number they gave me is 190.

          Also I asked motorola call center to search by IMEI number and they said that we are not able to search that means service center has not even registered my complaint

          As I was out of delhi, I was not able to go there. I contacted the service center via call on [protected] twice. Once they didnt even listened properly. I again called after few minutes. One of the agent in service center picked the call and as I asked for computerised JOB number, she just said that I will call you back in few minutes . Let me check and disconnected the call.

          After that I have called the service center 30 times but not getting a single response from them.

          Please provide me a perfect and positive resolution for the same. Just need my handset to be perfectlly fine

          Such a great thing. Receieved a call from number : [protected].
          person asked me to retain phone and 3000 will be deducted in that,
          I asked that need to get the problem solver.
          he asked to pay Rs.10 for it through Debit card and I need to provide him my debit cards details.

          Why someone wants my debit card details and When I asked him why you need details.
          He didnt had a proper answer for it.

            I have purchased moto g4 plus on 05/10/2016. Before 40-45 days there is a problem of getting off & battery discharge very early in my mobile. I given my mobile in ambala cantt service center. They changed motherboard of my mobile. After some days i face same problem again. Again i give mobile in your service center. They update software of my mobile. Now again i face problem of getting off my mobile. Within 9 months i face problem 3 times. You are requested to please provide new mobile against my old mobile.

              After your promise to be a great mobile brand I have purchased a Moto X play in 2016 but a miserable experience happened to me in Feb'17 when my display was broken by falling from merely 2 feet height. I Have chosen ur salt lake centre(kolkata) and they charged 7100/-, although, it was within warranty. But I thought I will stick to ur product. In June'17 my experience was unforgettable when my display was water-damaged by merely few raindrops(the display was not properly arranged by ur service centre). It was water resistant product as you have promised. I have lost my faith to your esteemed brand. Please guide.

                I bought moto g4 plus (32gb) at 27 july 2016. Having imei no-[protected] charging problem. I gave it to service centre: pmn-002 at 29 may at digital service, bhikhanpur gumti no-3 bhagalpur bihar 813210, contact no of. But they always said that parts are not availaible. My warrenty period remain very less. Still they are not respone. Again i went to 23june. They said some more parts have to be replace. And they order again on 23 june.

                  Firstly my phone was dead in 6 months and repaired. By service centre & from the repair day the phone ia not work properly (Hanging & error problem), today something print on screen automatically, i think it is due to change in the board of system.

                    I bought this phone in december 2016, since then i've visited the service center thrice and still the issue is not resolved. Their was a problem in the back camera and after three times the problem still persists and not only that after the third time the microphone also stopped working. This is really not acceptable from such a company like motorola. The device is defected as the people in the service center don't have a solution for the problem. Being in warranty period i want a replacement of my device as it just not possible for me to visit the service center every month.

That mobile incoming calls not showing so i went to guntur service center vasavi associates. Service center manager took the mobile for software update on[protected] time13.48. Still that problem not rectified and irresponsible answers just small issue he dont solve and worrest responce

                        It has been a pathetic service. Despite promising repeatedly the phone will get repaired. The service center of motorola (Abhinav Technologies) located at 66, Chinubhai Tower, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad has not been able to meet the request. They have caused a lot of trouble to the customers. It has been more than 20 days. I had given my moto x style for screen replacement. The first promised for replacement within 5 days and have kept on extending. The service center lacks expertise and professional people.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am yatish keni. I am purchased moto m mobile on 2nd june 2017 in uae airport store, that time seller told me don't worry you purchased mobile this is international warranty.
                          But, 20 june suddenly mobile mice is not working, my voice not received to my caller.
                          I am going 21 june motorola service center in elphiston, mumbai. That time customer service girl told me that is mobile issue & your mobile is under warranty. After 10 minutes she checked my phone and told me your mobile not in warranty and your mobile repair testament amount is 1650/. I am agreed.
                          27 june i am picking my mobile for service center that time i noticed my mobile tempered glass is broken i am told customer care person this guy told that is not my problem & other customers care girl told me sir your mobile screen is ok, this is only tempered glass.

                          I ask for you, my new mobile under warranty your motorola service center charged me and broken my screen glass.
                          This is very very bad and reducible service.

                          You're company return my paid amount otherwise i am going to consumer court.

                            I have purchased my mobile phone last two months back ad it gets switch off automatically with huge vibration as if it will get spark and can spread like a fire bomb. Need to change the mobile. New mobile which is handled very carefully should not occur with such problem.
                            Anyhow the handset needs to be changed and replaced with new one.
                            Kindly resolve the issue on priority basis.

                              On 27th may 2017 my father had given his phone for screen replacement at communication solution f-26/4, okhla phase-2, delhi-110020 and paid rs 8900.

                              After receiving the phone back we noticed that the touch was not working when the phone is kept horizontal hence we submitted the phone back to the same service centre on 10th june 2017.

                              Till this day ie 27th june 2017 i haven't received the phone back as the service center keeps giving excuses and delays the delivery everytime.

                              Resolution: i request motorola to please return our phone back repaired as i have faced a lot of inconvenience as this was the only phone i have

                                I bought the motorola g4 plus phone from amazon and it's still under the warrant and my phone gets switched off automatically. I took my phone to the lenovo service centre and they told me that it has a water damage mark on the motherboard of the phone but i never had any water related issue on my phone. So they told me that we have to change the motherboard and it will cost 8600 rs and my phone is still under warranty and they just given me a false explanation of the problem. A person would be # dumb who will spend 8600 rs on a a # phone like his who's cost was 15000 rs. So i am extremely unhappy with your services.

                                The Customer care center employees not talking respectively, the service is not good. they missing our mobile parts(like screws, panels) not fitting corectly. and shouting on customers. receiptionest said getout to customer and they are not responding for my complaint, i have given writen complaint also.                                   I am using motorola g4 plus since 6 months once a problem arise and there are the shadows on my display and battery backup problem.. I submit my phone in service center at nexon service center, hirawadi, ahmedabad.. They kept my phone there for 15 days and after 15 days my phone works perfectly for like 20 days and thenafter the same problem arise and the executive didnt change my battery and told me lie that the company changes the battery but it doesnt... Again i facing same problem of display shadows.. When i take again my phone to same service center they hold my phone for 7 days under observation and after 7 days i am facing same problem and they told me that your phone is ok but i am facing the problem... What can i do for this...

                                    I have motorola phone.. I using it from last 4month recently in my phone problem arise.. When i call to anyone suddenly voice my voice stops going then if i restart then it work properly.. If i call for 5 to 6 times if works properly then again after that my voice stops going..                                       Sir,

                                      I have been purchased Motorola G play via amazon in 28 Jan 2017 with serial number ZY223JVZQK. Handset is not working comfortable since it's purchase. It's regularly warming during charge and call. Not charging properly. Censor of the phone is also not working, very difficult to use. Call disconnection and other problems, all this shows Very poor performance. I am living presently in pathankot. My mobile number is [protected]. So plz replace the handset as soon as possible.

                                      No response from service centre in nehru nagar in agra.
                                      Contact numbers are not answering, my moto x1580 is here for repairing with due date of 9 june, 2017. Nothing is done till today 21 june2017.                                         I bought this phone in January and I'm having trouble since then. The charging cable keeps getting dysfunctional and I'm on my 4th cable currently in 6 months. No matter how new the cable is my phone doesn't charge. The charging light lights up and the charging symbol appears after toiling hard for the perfect angle this phone would accept. Then that also disappears even when the phone lays still. But that happens like once in 30 hours. Rest of the time my phone doesn't charge at all. The light is on and the charging symbol is there but the battery keeps reducing on its own and then it gets really tough to switch it back on. I have to keep waking up literally 6 to 10 times to see if my phone's charging and it goes all in vain because it doesn't charge. I'm afraid to turn it into motorola service centre because that place is a gadget Tartarus. They are not at all reliable. When my motorola charger stopped working after a month of purchasing my phone I called them and they asked me to keep my charger AND phone with them for 2 weeks and said that then they would see what they CAN do. I don't think they'll ever return my phone if I give them. And also it's like 20 kms away from my residence. I'm really sick of this phone and clueless what to do so that it bloody charges

                                        I had call with Motorola service center they said we will call you soon and some time told to call within one hour but they did never, now my device is withing service center and I have job sheet.
                                        I'm having Moto g4 plus and after the nougat update I'm facing over heating and a battery drain problem. I cpuz application it shows that only 4 cores are working out of 8. Maybe​ it is a reason for those problems.

                                        Having some issues on my phone I went to the the Motorola Service center in Bhavnagar (My device was running ). They kept my device for 5o days (Carry-in Time[protected], now they are saying that we could't solved your issue and now am not able to even start my device, and saying that our service center is closed.

                                        It's more than 3 months now, still my device is not repaired. what should I do, should I go to court for the legal information??
                                        In my phone an issue for automatic power off when i am using call Receiving, Waching video online/offline.

                                        Earlier i have complain through Call at cerviec center but that is not resolve yet.
