I bought my moto z play in 2016 october and is the third moto phone in my family.in may my phone fell down and the display wss broken. I repaired it from your service center in punjab jalandhar by paying 13000 rs. That time i was in punjab. Now from the last month i noticed that the fingerprint scanner is not working sometimes and also there is some dust in front of face camera and it is totally blurred.. When i repaired it, it wasnt there. So i went to your service center in kukatpally hyderabar because right now m here. And they said that they do not have the display now so cntct after 10 days. I went thre aftr 15 days and they are like sir u repaired it from punjab so we cant do anything. Contact them.. So want me to go to punjab to repair this. Then what does authorised service centr means. Some how aftr all excuses they agree to chck it and said me that they need 4-5 days to chck it and theu will let me know... R u serious?? M in a corporate where is receive 100s of calls and u want me to wwst 5 days to chck whats happening.. Done agreed.. Then terms and conditions goes lik this. If we open and the phone stops working its not our responsibility...
Do you think that after all these lines, i should hand over th phon to u... This is not acceptable.. I spent 38000 (25+13) and this is the service u r offering me???... I always had good opinion about moto but now i am really disappointed by you service... They said that this is physical damage.. Theres no damage.. Only thing is the camra is havingdust which u have to clean anr the snsor need to be chckd... I dont know if this is the rsoltion you are givng me, then i swear i gonna through this phone out and will never let any of my colleagues buy a moto... This service is not expected from a 25000 rs phone.. Plesse do something i[censored] feel that i am right...

    Motorola is claiming that battery capacity of one of it's mobile phone "moto x play" (16gb, black) variant is 3630mah, but when i saw battery after removing it's cover it is mentioned on the battery that it's capacity is 3425mah.
    They are misleading and lying with users, please take the proper step against this company so that others do not stuck in this counterfeit.

      Dear sir,

      I have motorola x play mobile anyhow screen of this handset was got broken. I have given this handset in lenovo service station bareilly for repairing, they have changed the screen with the new one but the screen brightness is very low as compared with that of the earlier one which was preinstalled in the phone at the time of purchase. I have a doubt that the screen which they have installed is not original. Please take necessary action on this.

      Hii Team Motorolla, After my complaint the screen has been changed with new one and now there is a problem in charging jack after changing the screen and service centre is 80 km from my home and i can not go their daily. They have done is correct but after 2-3 it started again. the charging pod is not working.

        I purchased a moto g5 plus on 19th march 2017 & was working fine. Unfortunately my mobile charger became non-working, so i approached the moto service centre east delhi (Cpt-34 strength services pvt ltd, wa-88, 1st floor, shakarpur, east delhi) on 12/7/2017.
        They took my charger and also told me that i have to give my phone as well (Although i was carrying my bill), i gave my phone to them, then they also took my sign off for data may be lost category.
        I told them, why phone is required & why data will be lost, as problem is only with my charger, so they told me as you have updated the software version by auto update but our system is not reading it, so your phone is required & taking sign off for data lost is a formality.

        As i was in little hurry so left my phone to them without any argument.

        While in the evening when i visited their centre to collect my phone, they give my phone back my phone & charger and told me that data is lost. I checked charger it was working fine, then i inserted sim & switched on the phone but found that it was not taking network. I again told them, phone is not working so, they checked and told that your phone motherboard is faulty. They need to replace it. It was very shocking as my phone was absolutely working fine & only problem was with the charger.

        I checked the imei of my phone, it was different from what i give as per bill, which is a clear indication that someone changed the motherboard knowingly with the faulty motherboard.

        Please help me to get the new device, as my phone was perfectly working & why should i take a repaired phone.

        Also take strict action against your service centre as they are doing wrong practices.
        I am attaching herewith the bill copy & job sheet.

          I have repaired my phone ay rajlot moto center in warranty period
          After receiving my phone i found that if flight mode turn off then blue tooth turns on automatically.
          And second one is that my phone shows sim update with second sim and dropped the network several times..
          I am totally dissatisfied with your poor product and service.
          Please help me to solve it soon.

              On 17th june'17, i visited service center "kavya enterprise, pune". My phone's power key was rigid. My display was disassembled to resolved this issue. The issue with the key was resolved, however, i was informed that some "advanced tools" are needed to fix back my display. I got my phone back on 23rd june'17.

              In less than two weeks display came off.
              I went back to kavya enterprise, however, i was informed that it is no more an authorized service center.

              I went to a different service center sara mobile shope, pimpri. They didn't accept my phone because of "physical damage" (Improper fix of earlier service). Further, i learned from the technician at the center that the screen was actually stuck to the frame instead o[censored]sing some kind of dye/ mold. They speculated that i might have opened it (Why would i do so while my phone is under warranty!!)

              I contacted the customer care but they are circumventing the situation with no productive solution.

              Bottom line: my phone is dead because of poor motorola service under warranty.

                Hi,
                Above service centre is authrized service centre formotorola and they only take phone from customer and without giving any resons they give back to customer. And very bad experience about my phone here.
                Even my mobile used for 6 monts and not even single time drop they told me your phone is damazed by looking only colour at one spot gone. Realy bad experince not expected form good name company service centre.

                Even my mobile is in the warrenty but they give me foolish reason.
                Kindly give me some good adavice.

                  Following is my issue. Please help me how to proceed for the solution.

                  Initially my phone was not getting charged. I got it repaired from servicing center after almost 3 weeks in pune. The moment i received the phone at the center itself i realized the phone has started to hang and it had never happened before. I told the person over there and he asked to use the phone for another 2-3weeks and if the problem still persists, then report about it again. Now almost after a month i went to the same service center, they say the center is being terminated and asks to go to other one. Now at the new service center, after inspecting the phone, they say some connector is been damaged during previous servicing and they cannot process the phone under warranty and asks to talk to customer care. Customer care understands the problem and requests to visit previous service center and if they accept their fault. As expected when it comes to service industry, no person will ever accept the error on their part and the same happened here as well. Additionally they say it must be fault of new service center while checking the problem and not ours. Now when i call back again to customer care they say "our service centers do their servicing properly and the fault is not on their part. And we wont consider physical damage under warranty".

                  Previous service center says "its the new service center who has caused damage"
                  New service center says "its the old service center who has caused damage"
                  Customer care says "its the customer who herself has caused damage"

                  Now am i mad to damage the phone myself. Infact why would any customer themselves cause harm to their phone. I belong to a middle class family and gets an average cost phone after 3-4 years. My current phone having had not even completed one year, why would i change it even if it isn't my fault. Why should a customer face the effects of somebody else's carelessness?

                    I had given my motox play handset at authorised service point of motorola (Hara agency of cuttack). They have take time more than one month and after that they confirmed me that now my charging problem has been resolved and ask me to take that set. During testing charging at the service centre it has been found that turbo charging is not working and again they told me to chaeck the set again and take another 15 days time and today they have confirmed that motherboard is not working and replacement of the same is require.

                    My problem was only loose connection during charging but turbocharging was working. How it is require to change the motherboard.

                    Really worst service by motorola. I will suggest please don't take the sets from motorola.

                      My moto g4 that was purchased last started misbehaving recently. I would not be able to hear anyone speak/nor could the person on the other end hear my voice during a call. I would have to restart my phone each time this happens to rectify it. I took my phone to a nearby service centre. They said it is the issue with the board and they would not consider the warranty of my phone since there was a small scratch on the touch screen.
                      First of all, i do not understand how a scratch on the touch screen is going to impact the working of the board.
                      If my phone is in warranty period, i expect the company to take care of such issues.
                      Secondly, till it was given to the service center, atleast the phone was working if i switched it off and on. Now even that doesn't work.
                      I am completely disappointed in the way my problem was treated and how soon my phone stopped working properly.
                      I am hoping atleast this complaint will help.

                        I had ordered my moto m phone from flipkart and i got it delivered on 19 january. Initially everything was good but it charged slow which came into my notice when i need to set my phone at an angle with cable to let it charge. I went to your service centre (Gayatri mobiles, yeshwant plaza, indore) but they told me that services are unavailable ​for moto m. And then i submitted a complaint online but nome of them catched ur attention. When i called at toll free they gave me a different​ contact no. Which was always unavailable. So i changed my cable initially it was going good with the new cable but then after sometime​ the same problem continues.

                        Now it's like, my phone is in warranty period till 19 july. So, it's like i need to draw ur attention urgently and need a final solution from ur end as soon as possible.

                          I have purchased moto m from flip kart 6 months ago, initially there was a problem in charging as well as device heating issue then i visited service centre there they replace data cable after 1 month when it was on charging it got switched off and it is not getting on, again i visited service centre they told me there is problem with mother board and it is not covered under warranty so i need to pay 13000 rs or else i can buy new phone... Very poor service, i regret after buying this phone i want to replace this phone... And need explanation if there is problem in motherboard why it not covered under warranty... I need explanation

                              I had a problem in my handset that its turbo charging was not working, they told me that we will investigate the issue and will update you correspondingly. But after 5 working days, i tried to connect to them via phone number updated on the receipt given by service center which will be connected to them only you are lucky enough. I tried around 30-35, sometimes they do not pick-up the call, some of the instances are the phone lines keep busy. Out of 35 calls, someone picked up my call and told me that your phone motherboard will be replaced and we have placed a request for the same, once we receive the same, we will update you.
                              But the process is yet not finished. After 11th day, when i wrote a harsh mail to the email id: motocare. [protected]@b2x.com, then they called me and told me that another 2 days will be required to fix the problem in your handset.
                              I have submitted the handset on 30th june, 2017 with job number srbbg[protected]. The address of the service center is mentioned underneath:
                              The high street building, #62, 11th main road, 4th block, jaynagar, bangalore-560011.
                              Imei number of my handset is [protected]

                              When consumer purchase a handset, you used to provide this warranty and that warranty but the warranty does not hold good with this type of service. A brand forms when it values its customer in their top priority.

                              This is not expected from a big brand like motorola. My phone is under warranty and i am facing all sort of issues, from next time i would not suggest any one to go for motorola devices.

                              Today is 10th july, gods knows how much time they will took to rectify the device.

                              Already mailed on the email id mentioned in your comment, but got no replies on that.

                              Today again the service team called and told me that it will take another 5 days from today. What the #### is happening with the service centers.

                              In-case you want more details on the same, do mail me on the email id, and check the mail which I have sent you across with the invoice attached. You are giving one year of warranty and if you keep my handset for a month, then whose fault is this, and above all why does your flag-ship phones have all these issues. Market price of the phone was 29, 000 and you are not able to fix my issues on priority.

                              Today it is more than a month, still I didn't receive my handset. I have complaint on consumer board which docket number as 370935 which tracking Url: http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/track-complaint.php .

                              When I inquired today they are again saying it will take another one week. Please return my handset. You are mentally harassing me. Even [email protected] is not answering and unable to provide me resolution.
                              While switch on the camera of my Moto g5 plus, it shows camera error please restart . It is really annoying and a bad ever user experience.
                              Kindly get back ASAP.

                                I have deposit my moto g phone to service centre Hello Enterprise at Gwalior on 10.06.17 for change of motherboard as suggested by moto care center. I have received call from moto service center that they have rectify the error. Yesterday I went for collection of my phone and surprised to hear that moto do not have the part to change it. My phone is under warranty cover but dismal service provided by their service centre is one of the worst service. After one month this type of answer is not acceptable. Will you people provide the service hoti standard mark if not donor sell your phone's..

                                I have posted detailed information. Your Hello Enterprises situated at Gwalior (MP) had returned my cell after one month by simply told me that company is not providing the part which have to be replaced in the phone. They also suggested me to take your phone to nokia care as Hello Enterprise service center has closed now. Is this the service provided by your company. Suppose I have left only one month of warranty then what would happen? Can you people explain and suggest what to do now????

                                You people are not bother to give a reply to the frustrated customer. Very good service.
                                MOTO E3 power not getting powered or battery not charging
                                Its have very poor performance and hanging issue at volume botton

                                  I have purchased a moto e3 power. Within warranty period, it is showing problem like automatic switch off. I have shown it to nearest service centre (Bhubaneswar, Odisha). But everytime they only do tge formating and update the software. I have visited to the service centre twice this week. Please help me before i need to go for consumer court.

                                    Recently my phone is showing a yellow spot on my right side opposite to power button it seems like some sort of issues which i can't explain what is going through, have tried google it through the internet but their's no solution to it.

                                      My moto G4 plus mobile phone, I bought on 11 July 2016 and it was working superb but few days back its screen stopped responding to touch and when i took it to one of the service centre at nehru place, they said that it has been damaged due to water but i keep my phone safe and nicely and not just to me they said the same thing to everybody came with some issues. This is really disappointing. I do not think MOTOROLA will do anything as it seems it is also a company who forgets it customer after selling its goods but i will definitely approach consumer forum for this.

                                      Purchased moto m in dec 2016, it's battery worked perfectly fine till last week but since i charged it while travelling in train it is charging very slowly, previously it took some 2 hours to charge up completely whereas now it is taking 9-10 hours for the same.
                                      Can this please be resolved urgently ?
